Baldur's Gate 3: SECRET Option - Viconia DeVir Encounter (Shadowheart Spoiler)

hello everybody Welcome to one of legion's Baldur's Gate 3 videos I want to give a word of warning before we start though our Major Spoilers ahead so watch with discretion are you getting frustrated with the viconian shadow heart encounter wish you had a workaround well I was able to find one way to avoid combat altogether this workaround will require High persuasion and high lock picking skills leave your party members at the back of the room outside of any potential conversation with viconia isolate your conversation with your charismatic lock picking character I want to have a word there is no fear you and I need to speak you may have evaded the mapping of the heart but never mind I can delve into your true intentions right now you feel the barest of presence has caressed your mind she's reading your thoughts ah as I thought brought you to this point illithids kidnapping infection the hells hunted by cultists and githianki alike and of course the artifact it's named doesn't CERN me it's powered us I have been a waiting word of this item for some time ever since I dispatched a cadra of Lady Shah's children to retrieve it I have been very patient but no more I felt Shadow heart's presence in your mind and with it the artifact she succeeded in retrieving it but then it is you who appeared not her where is the artifact I did not consent to questions but I suppose you have undergone a great deal to reach this place and anything I tell you cannot compromise me now for you will either leave on my terms or not at all Whispers reached my ears from all Corners potential Rivals of Lady Shah all vying for the same prize a new God amassing the disaffected the outcasts those who should turn to us this absolute is but an upstart disturbing the natural order and threatening to impede the Glorious return of Lady Shah's pure endless Darkness I had to act I had to strangle that foul conspiracy while it was still in the Cradle we learned all we could the artifact was the one thing the absolutists feared the one thing they desperately wanted to keep out of their enemies grasp I had to have it lady Shaw's concerns lie elsewhere with another she is a goddess she can afford to ignore that which does not threaten her I must keep her faith alive in Mortal Hearts I must defend her ways lead her children stop all threats even if I must go against her wishes I will prove myself her most loyal servant Iconia Trails off holding your gaze with a dark hungry look she has staked everything on acquiring the astral prison then this will be a very short conversation I have not assembled my forces here just to spectate humor me with a little negotiation perhaps we can find terms that will allow blades to remain sheathed how about the artifact for your life and perhaps even my support in the battles yet to come against the absolute foreign it seems you're on that path already I will not have it said that I am unreasonable Shadow heart surrender her to me she has much to answer for she was mine to deal with you robbed me of that I suppose dealing with you will have to suffice Perhaps Perhaps I am being ungrateful spared me having to look upon that well Shadow heart's face again very well you may go freely and count upon lady Shah's Warriors when the final battle is met now stop here if you want to use viconia as an ally not as a companion for the future but truth be told if you want to finish shadowheart's questline without confrontation you can do the next step without the prior conversation once you have navigated the persuasion checks move to the back of the room and lock pick the door with joy in our hearts successfully lock picking the door will make the room hostile however if you turn yourself invisible you can sneak in with you and your party from pain ful then you can finish Shadow Hearts questline are those prisoners what's been done to them ready whatever it takes those who cling to light are destined to lose it see what's to be foreign travel back to camp and unless you return to the house of grief you won't have to worry about combat thank you for watching the video and I hope it's something that helped if you found another way to get around this fight I would like to know in the comments if the content is something that you did appreciate then we hope that you give it a like subscribe to the channel and hitting the alerts will notify you when a new video becomes available thank you very much everybody [Music]
