- One, two, - Nice. - Three, four, five, six, seven, whop.. (all laughing) (bright upbeat music playing) - For years, you guys have been asking us so many questions and finally, today we're going to answer it. (the group laughs) How strong is we? And that's why we're doing the presidential fitness test. - Yeah... - This, test is basically to determine how strong like six graders are. This is typically who gets this test but we're kind of in the same range. So we're going to be doing a couple categories of the test about the whole thing. Cause some of it involves running - Are you kidding me? I can run. - I can run. - We can run in here, but we have to run a mile in here in circles. - I can outrun you. - Yeah. - Olivia, if I could outrun you I'd be far away. (laughs) (beep) - The tests we're doing. we have the stretch test which involves this metal box here. You see how far it does the hamstrings and flexibility of your back. Then we have pushups and then finally the pull up bar. - I hate that... - I do too. - Do we want to get into this? - Yeah, oh my God... - I'm going to be like really strong. - All right. The first test is the seat and reach... The objective, to measure the flexibility of lower back and hamstrings. So who wants to go first? Let's demonstrate how you're supposed to do this thing. Wow. Sit on your little tush legs must remain. - It's a big up push - You can take your foot and just like wrap it around. - So legs must remain straight soles of the feet against the box and fingertips of both hands evenly across the measuring line, get a little practice okay. - Yeah okay great already passed. (laughs) - So at the end of this, where we're taking everybody's scores and at the end, we're going to see who's the most fitter than a fifth grader. Okay. Are you ready? - Yeah. - Yeah. The objective for pushups is to measure upper body strength slash endurance by maximum number of pushups completed these scoring record. Only those pushups done with a proper form in rhythm. So your, your arms, you have to get to a 90 degree angle. - Oh my God. - You want to go first? - I'll go first. - Alright. Okay. We're going to count. All right. I just want to let you guys know that it's all about quality, not quantity. When it comes to pushups okay? - True, true. like that's pretty wide. It's pretty wide. Objective to measure upper-body strength and endurance by maximum number of pull-ups completed. There are two versions of this pull up though. There is chin ups. Just counting how many or there is the flex hold. Seeing how long you could hold yourself up like that. So if you don't think you can do sit up, pull up then you do the flex whole fricking chin ups. Then do the frigging. Tune-ups all right. - All right I'll do the hold. - Okay. You'd be off the charts. - You know, it's weird in the flex, in the flex arm hang a 15 year olds do for 30 seconds. 16 year olds do 28 seconds and then 17 year olds do 30 seconds. - I need protein shake after this.
