look at those kids [Music] what is up youtube another beautiful sunny day here in florida it doesn't rain here and it's kind of because it rains a lot in canada it's cold a lot there and it's way too nice here but i'm going to show you guys what my typical off-season breakfast has been i got to a point on the road now where i can't eat a lot of eggs so when normally i do like a lot of egg whites and a lot of eggs it's just hard to get down there right now so i have three whole eggs like a dash of egg whites just for a little extra protein and scrambled eggs take way better when it's a higher percentage of whole eggs so i have that and then to get the rest of my protein i literally just take some jack factory protein put it in a glass stir it up probably shake it but i'm lazy and it's like having chocolate milk with it and my carbs have been this good old stuff right here again this is kind of on the road things for me my appetite sounds good it's a lower sugar maple brown sugar oatmeal i do this i'm gonna put a banana in there and then like a scoop of peanut butter i had very sad news when i came home from the grocery store though when i got crunchy peanut butter sort of smooth just it's not the same i don't care i'm team smooth peanut butter all the way but i'm still gonna eat it because i need my calories but that's what this breakfast is it's super easy to get down the peanut butter and the oats makes it easy to get down not too many eggs easy to get down and chocolate melts on the side just makes it delicious after i eat this we're gonna go into the gym and i'm actually getting an ultrasound on my shoulder finally gonna try and see what's in it i'm probably gonna need an mri after but we're gonna get an ultrasound on it from the doctor at revive so dom's hooking me up with that super grateful for that and after that we're just gonna go train back get a workout and that's gonna be the day so we'll get to it [Music] all right so here's breakfast finale these are the three eggs with a dash of egg whites like not a lot of volume easy to get down we got three packs of oatmeal in here the peanut butter the banana those um they'll honestly add calories but they just help you eat oatmeal so it feels plain on its own i got chocolate peanut butter jack factory chocolate milk here probably the best part of breakfast and you guys say it for me ketchup is life so we're gonna throw this on there get after it and then go on with the day all right so wrapped up breakfast and i know you guys are obsessed with macros so i counted them for you because i like you guys ended up being about a thousand calories 997 calories the macros of it were 68 grams of protein 38 grams of fat and 109 grams of carbs so good way to break the fast getting a thousand calories right in the morning start the day off right and i also wanted to talk about something exciting we were down here in florida and i wanted to shoot because will whitman's down here another guy scott one of our buddies sick photographers wanted to get some content done didn't really have any clothes and matt here knew of this company young la so we were gonna order some stuff ended up reaching out to them they ended up sending a lot of stuff and hooked me up with some sick stuff clothes that aren't always super easy to find this hoodie is from there it's like these jeans too it's nothing like gym shark it's more like lifestyle clothing and stuff like oversized t-shirts stuff that you can wear to dinner to the beach if you're in florida or whatever so i've been rocking a bunch of this stuff probably going to shooting it and this one's cool too it's like an oversized long sleeve you know i don't like all tight clothes all the time only sometimes you want to look really jacked so they got stuff like this they got flannels jeans jean shorts kind of anything you'd really want to wear casually out and about walking the streets or doing whatever you do so yeah they also gave me a discount have a very exciting business call because something new is coming something very exciting coming something i've been waiting years to do is hopefully now on the run and we got a call for it today so we're going to get on that with dom when we're at the office and then we're going to hit back so we're going to film all this get on with the day and see you there all right so i lied one more thing going on before we get out of the door here i'm updating the cbum fitness app right now because we're going to train right now so i'm putting the workout in right here you guys are part of the app appreciate it if not sebumfitness.com check it out this is going to be our exact back workout right now that i'm putting in here so this is like the back end of the thing we're starting with underground under under grand underhand lat pull downs moving on then to lying incline dumbbell overhand rows and you can kind of see it's kind of complicated on this back end but it makes a lot more sense when you see it in the app we're gonna then we're gonna do barbell t-bar rows i'll explain this when we're actually doing the workouts one arm hammer strength rows or whatever machine you have cable pullovers i'm gonna move on some biceps cable curls and seated barbell curl so i'll go over the actual video there but this is what the back end of the app looks like when i'm before i go to my workouts sometimes after i just input it in here and typically i'll do this workout and then it goes on to the app a little bit later just so i can have that time backed up so you guys are probably doing the work that i'm doing a week or so after it always varies this is gonna go up on april 16th so whenever you're watching this video this workout i'm filming today will be on on april 16th and yeah so now we're actually gonna get out of the gym and get it out of the house and get on with our day and then training and stuff it just started to hurt okay and then i wasn't able to stop training without a competition so i pushed through it for like another four months and then a little bit yeah it's like hard to get it to really hurt because more like under load i always look for fluid in that area i look for any kind of bone that's fraying off of it and i look for any muscle tears that we see that are just really evident and then someone who's lifting all the time we can see little micro tears that's pretty common but so this is a zone here chris where i just when we look i want to see i want to make sure every fiber is kind of attaching that way and when we come in toward the bone toward the front here this is a little zone where i'm not seeing it reach all the way in right there yeah so that might be a little fray a little tear um just something to be aware of but i think we're going to get you an mri okay of the shoulder without contrast takes about 25 minutes and what would that be in their turn you think it it's possibly super spenatus that's what i said that's the most common one of the tires yeah rotator cuff injury yeah we can check if he's pregnant too if you want you ready for that no i don't want to know if i can ready for this um you can't find those but
