hot one close that door what door what is up youtube another day west coast of vancouver we are going to the gym right now ian his children his child mark and melissa are headed there already me courtney and calvin are head there now training chest today i believe so another day trying to get through my shoulder injury but we're gonna make it work uh what's been going on with our life the posters have been sent out for everyone who ordered the first batch of posters they've been sent out they were a huge [ __ ] to wrap so shout out to calvin and especially his mom for wrapping all those up huge lifesavers there but there should be on your way you should be getting them soon they're huge so i don't know how long it's going to take but they'll get there um we're thinking of doing something to make a little easier in the future so stay tuned for what we're going to do with the posters the digital downloads available for them too if you guys want to print your own but that's dumbbells but the downside of me getting to watch this his 200 pound dumbbell because he's too lazy to [ __ ] pick it up himself i mean you could just do them as well and then i would have to lift him for you this is true so maybe i'll get even i'll just do the 200 pound dumbbell and i'm going to get up and just drop them on to you and then you fall back yeah yeah so pr today 50 pound pr on the dumbbells no you've got to have your money 175 yeah yeah that's what we're going to do i might do the machine if it starts to hurt my shoulder because i don't want to [ __ ] it up but i'll be there to support the weight up [Laughter] shoulders because i don't train chest because i have big food the boys should love yourself at the end the other day that said hey mel we're all waiting to see your [Music] so i tried the dumbbells i did one set especially on flat right now flat hurts me a lot more i have a machine where i can really like lock the shoulder position and not worry about like a dumbbell moving it hurts my shoulder less and incline hurts less so this machine is gonna be perfect for me and i'll watch the big boys with the fun weights and cry in the corner because i'm sad i'm ] hot in our house there's no air conditioning so that'll be nice um but yeah pretty good workout i think we're all pretty [ __ ] toasted now so let's see more pretty good marks is the shitty workout it's always a good workout when he says we're healing to the car for air conditioning he's not [ __ ] around our airbnb doesn't have air conditioning and it's like 80 some degrees i don't know most you guys know fahrenheit's like 32 or something it's hot as [ __ ] it's just too hot now so we're sweating our ass off you know sweat means you're getting shredded so we're getting shredded in our sleep right guys you know how it is but we're going to go back to our hot ass [ __ ] bb get some food and get on with holy hell it's hot i'm like sweating in this place right now i don't people who have no air conditioning i salute you because i can't do that especially in my offseason i'm a fat ass right now this is probably the heaviest i've ever weighed speaking of let's go see middle of the day i'll never do this on youtube how fat i am 266.9 that's a chunker right there so that's an excuse for being really hot but we're going to the beach right now in vancouver i don't think beaches here are hot i'm going to break everything but that's good if we want to cold want the water really cold we're going to jump in the water this is really cute you have to get out of it i'm sorry i wish i i was like sweating either half an hour later half an hour early by the way earlier i feel like yeah oh it's great i have a shirt if you want it that's okay you have a towel too don't you yeah you athletic anymore that's false i'm still athletic i believe in myself all right that's it kids day in the life of a sebum in vancouver this is more excursions than we normally do normally it's just eating napping all day eating and training we're only at the gym for like five hours like yeah we're gonna do like five hours today right now this is how we used to train in like college training every day for like three four hours pretty ridiculous but we're going for that three pete got him for another olympia so what we're doing peace out
