i got big dreams but small cavs quickly before i start this video i want to say that young light is dropping and restocking some stuff today and this video is live at 3 p.m eastern 12 p.m pacific the rest of the video what is up youtube me and maddie milkshake are currently eating risk krispy treats probably had a long hard day at work we've been we've been slaving away just murdering ourselves took some photos with will whitman and we're just tired so we needed to refeed but it's actually pretty late for us right now it's 8 p.m we're going to train normally train at like 2 p.m maybe 5 just in between those two times and it's 8 p.m and we got a dead lift so we had a little bit of caffeine we're eating some rice krispies treats and we're going to train hamstrings and we're going to attempt to deadlift so wish us luck we'll see you in there all right so we're here we're deadlifting we don't feel good but we're trying to get huge so i'm not gonna lie put five plates on and it felt heavy as [ __ ] i just felt it did three reps and it was rough but you don't win the olympia by being a little [ __ ] so i'm equipping a little [ __ ] we put on six plates we're gonna see how many i can get we're gonna do back off do a few more reps for people asking what my warm-up is like it's pretty damn simple i do one plate for like 12 two plates for like 10 and then i do three plates four plates five plates for like three and then i do a working set after that so i just do a plate at a time warm up slowly so your body feels good but let's see how this goes [Music] come on [Music] all right so that was heavy as hell that was rough i'm hoping to get more than three but you win some you lose some so i'm gonna drop down to probably five plates and just do a set that hurts i always like going heavy especially for squats and deadlifts give less reps less pain so we're gonna go in the pain zone we're gonna do like hopefully eight to ten reps at five plates and then we're gonna move on to some more hamstrings [Music] [Music] come on up come on come on clear eyes small calves can't lose [Music] [Music] [Music] me it's a bit of a sketchy machine but it feels pretty good doing the glute ham falling over machines over there bridge it's hard with something to help but it's terrifying falling face forward into the ground so if you have this machine at your gym give it a try if you don't you can fall on your face on the other machine and have fun with that [Music] [Music] [Music] so come on keep going come on come on it's still easy come on come on um um let's go 20 21 levels right now calves growing during hamstring girls [Music] so hmm really trying to grow the booty here the booty with not enough of dump truck in 2020 so we're building it this year see king see king booty on the way to sea bum aren't you supposed to superset this with cavs oh yeah i got big dreams but small calves so let's go so [Music] uh big dreams small caps [Music] is it true that you have small cabs it is true it's not big enough they're getting there it's a year of the calf so gotta make it count that's the end of the workout why are you covering them up though because three-quarter socks make them look 212 percent bigger that's a fact so if you guys want to pick up girls get your high socks on i think we need some bum merch socks what do you guys think how do you think we need some bumps off for the cash games because you can't have a small castle because that's a wrap on today's hamstring booty half workout we're gonna head home and get some food but it was a pretty good workout we got everything we need to get we're getting huge we're doing what we got to do so yeah catching the next clip all right post leg day since it's late and i gotta get some my calories down i'm going with the good ol pasta post workout meal i absolutely love this stuff i always talk about it brown rice pasta absolutely delicious high in calories i have about 150 grams raw weight here a little over that so that's like i think it's almost 700 calories honestly so that's a lot of calories i'm gonna boil this up gonna combine it with some ground turkey some pasta sauce maybe a little cheese if i'm feeling extra frisky today because we're trying to get the calories in and then i'll actually put this in my fitness pal tell you guys what it is and see how many calories i'm getting post legs so become so because i'm the furthest thing from italian and this is probably absolutely blasphemy that i'm making pasta like this and my meats and my meat sauce in the microwave there's no art to this other than getting the perfect amount of pasta sauce with your graham turkey all you got to do is get enough to cover it all and then just a little bit extra because i don't like having too much sauce on my pasta so i make sure it's like a little bit over soaked in the ground turkey you gotta like mush it around and know that there's like everything's covered and it's like not like a soup but it's still like a lot in there and i heat this up in the microwave because i'm not putting this on a pan i'm lazy and i'm not italian like i said this stuff has to sit on the pot for maybe about eight to ten minutes i literally don't know how long i just reach in and take a bite once it's been eight to ten minutes and once it gets off it's good to go and then you enjoy all right so here is the final product if you guys can see that i got a nice little cheese spread on there i have the fat-free cheese which is stupid to get in the off season because i'm trying a huge but it has less lactose in it i'm less likely to [ __ ] my pants so that's the one i eat and since you guys love your macros and that's my trend lately giving you guys one meal a day the calories for this meal alone are 1046 calories and the macros are 143 grams of carbs 25 grams of fat and 62 grams of protein so pretty hefty meal really easy to get down the marinara sauce in there just makes it like go down super easy and a nice way to kind of fill back up after depleting heart and a nice big old juicy leg day hopefully this all goes straight to my calves but you can't you can't win it all so
