They left even MORE MONEY in the $1,800 locker I bought at the storage auction. Can't believe it!

i'm trying to see if i get a hundred dollars per box oh this is nice right here okay now we got a north face true religion all right this looks exponentially better guys that really just happened there's something in here gucci previously on locker nuts i'm calling this one the four days on the hunt because in four days of auctions this is the one and only unit i bought it's a nice 10 by 20 locker full of totes and it looked clean and very well organized i paid eighteen hundred dollars for it and that's a lot of money for me to spend but i've been finding lots of quality items such as high-end clothing and sunglasses a yeti cooler a kitchenaid mixer designer handbags even hundreds in cash and gift cards in the last episode i made my family really happy when i found a whole bunch of high-end cosmetics and perfumes let's see what we find today all right guys next morning more unboxing to do let's get to work shall we all right we've got some clarks here gently use clarks clarks are some good shoes it's like a suede leather and a little wear here are just a little marks here i think just from storage probably just from being in this box and they come right out look at that it's got a cork sole in there that's really cool size 12 all right penguin i think that's also a good brand of the penguin ben sherman these guys like the fine stuff steve madden okay it's decent here we got some vans those are a little more thrash you could tell he liked those this one gordon rush gordon rush another leather suede leather shoes you like the suede leather shoes some more vans and again these are really thrashed he just liked the vans so he wore those the most i guess calvin klein and bostonian all right next box and i was just thinking about that last box with the shoes there were ten pairs of shoes in there i think it's gonna be hard to get a hundred bucks out of that box so um some of the yeah it should be a hundred dollars worth of shoes some of those shoes like the ben sherman's 25 30 on ebay clark's 30 bucks all day long but i don't know if i want to be listing all that many pairs of shoes it's just not it doesn't really do it for me so if i list them yeah i get 100 bucks but if i bring it to the market we're talking about 5 to 10 bucks a pair maybe so yeah uh there's an old navy extra extra large old navy this is not a good start this is the dad's stuff now dad's good fellow in company double x it's a decent shirt not expensive though old navy ub tech 40 by 32 gap double xl blue 84 blue84 i'm not sure about that brand um but it's a nice shirt it feels really soft it's a very soft lake tahoe california this is actually a really nice sweatshirt i might need a new sweatshirt extra large i like mine a little bit bigger but i think that's pretty big extra large i might i might keep that and look at this brand new with tags i don't know it just says original weatherproof vintage i don't know if that's the brand it's brand new with tags though oakley shirt that's a pretty nice shirt actually the oakley it's another really nice shirt look at that whoa that's what we got is there a hundred bucks here no no there's not so i'm trying to get i'm trying to see if i get a hundred dollars per box so now it's two boxes in a row we're off we'll see we'll see okay if we had a hard time making 100 bucks on those last two boxes yeah i'm not thinking we're going to get 100 bucks on this one socks saw ox and that socks indeed in underwear oh man guys this one's a bust right here okay next box man this is a little better francisca's collection a little tagged 20 scarf pretty good start or shawl i'm not sure what these are called old navy that's nothing special really it's kind of pretty though but what's that logo little moose huh okay starting to kind of get the feeling that like the dad didn't spend much money on himself he likes some decent shoes but they're not crazy expensive but the kids and the mom they spent all their money on them elena solano i don't know if that's nice it feels like rayon or something polyester lush is that a good brand and by good i mean expensive it's long dress it's very soft very soft bu turner little scarf you could tell they like to have the like scarf and layered thing going on lots of them gap old navy okay nothing special and it has a price tag uh it has a tag i should say no price old navy large brand new brand new piece so i did have a spot over here for tagged brand new merchandise i'm gonna sell that a little different way i think here's a holster piece 40 mark down to 16. hollister now the tag brand new nice oh boy a bunch of this stuff huh here's a nordstrom tag on another brand new top social light 20 50 mark down to 22. he shopped at nordstrom rack a lot too loft that's good that's nordstrom i think huh it's got this removed before wearing or washing tag but no price tag might be brand new old navy st tropez i don't know guys i don't think i have the real desire to go through every single piece so let's go a little bit quicker and just look for tags shall we and taylor i think that's pretty nice right here and taylor it's a little bit higher end forever 21. another tagged piece it's a 30 piece from h m these handles keep falling off the cheap cheap cheap okay more shoes more shoes reserved footwear okay they don't feel especially very high-end new republic new republic pumas those are nice look at that you recognize that brand can you see it ugh yeah those are cool very nice oh and some more uggs this guy like the zugs they're just ugg boots like uh shoes rather very lightweight a little bit better stuff ugg is definitely a good seller 100 bucks here again if we list those on ebay yes if we bring it to the flea market unfortunately no the last bin with all the shirts and stuff is that dollar bin yeah i think that is there's enough pieces there i think it is there's at least in that bin there was like 30 or 40 pieces there next box oh yes now we got some a little bit higher end uggs in very good condition too this i think must have been either the daughters or the wives you can usually see scuff marks on the toe or the heel that's usually a a big like detractor on these look at that like really it looks like they've been warm like a few times maybe just indoors very nice those would be good sellers okay this right here these look pretty nice too hill figure tommy doesn't feel like they're like rubber that's what they feel like they're not leather these are leather though cole haan now we got some money charles by charles david 14th in union i don't know that brand jana was out here she would probably know lucky brand decent money right here that's some good stuff abound old navy and ivanka trump 70 mark down to 26. okay this is a good box right here some of this i will put on ebay next box this one's already missing a handle the champs sports gear okay so this is again i think the dad stuff bigger size men's clothing here's again that same ub tech i just want to take a peek here and not get the feeling that he had especially high-end stuff but he did have uh money so you know like the stuff all kind of starts to look the same but if you got a piece of lululemon or something like that in there that's big money you definitely want to pull something like that out okay that is not a hundred dollar box right there that is not sorry to say that might be a 20 dollar box another missing handle and they're not missing because they just you know we're misplaced they're missing because they fall off the bins are cheap okay this is gonna be hard to do a hundred bucks because there's barely anything in here so let's hope for something really nice in here gap fit double x that's a pretty nice sweatshirt there gap fit surprisingly i'm short on sweatshirts despite the fact that i pull them out all the time i don't know what i do with them but merino blend apparel i don't think that's high-end it actually feels pretty nice so i'm about to look this up actually feels like it might be kind of decent and a good fella nothing all right i know what you're thinking oh big deal towels i know it's not that big of a deal i like towels because i used to sell towels that used to be my business for a long time at the flea market when i was a kid i appreciate good tails these are gold crest these are some good towels they're nice towels they got a good feel really good feel actually surprisingly towels are a really good seller at the flea market and garage sales especially high quality towels and you don't have to give them away for a buck each either you got to bring them to the right spot bring them to the stockton flea market they're not going to pay you much anything that's more hotel stuff dang it a whole bag of hotel stuff but if you bring the towels to like a garage sale in a nice area then you're going to get some decent you can get some decent money as long as they're not like stained up or nothing not surprisingly getting a lot of comments on the hotel stuff so bath caviar so this stuff here will either go to the flea market and be sold as a big huge lot there's some good stuff in here because they they stayed at nice hotel see the soap isn't just regular old soap this is made in london england right here nice hotel stuff or this will be given to a charity all right to be used for whatever cause they deem fit all right whether that's homeless um we prefer to give to the charities that that uh help out battered women all right uh they'll be going somewhere where there's need all right next box this is weird pillow spray pillow spray essential oil blend i have never heard of that i can't even really smell it yeah it does have a little bit of a citrus it says grapefruit that does smell good actually it's too bad it's all funky on the outside another box is gonna be hard to get a 100 bucks out of just like the last one those towels are not 100 bucks nope what we have here is we have a bunch of books and it looks like maybe someone was studying film all right world mythology governments elementary statistics astronomy the warriors freebie thing more books we'll scan those books in just a sec see if they go on amazon seven habits of highly effective teams all american boys this isn't looking too good right here [Music] well i see stuff for our little miscellaneous boxes here little disney snow globes little notepads brand new pocket hand sanitizer and this one's called marshmallow pumpkin latte that sounds so gross maybelline lipstick looks brand new actually a little hand made keychain five dollars in the mystery box mystery box will get sold in our auction i'm just laughing that actually that marshmallow pumpkin latte sounds disgusting it actually is not bad it smells kind of good actually all right i'm gonna give that to camille she used to love those things i was about to see another of the dad's clothes but this right here says seniors with the with their private school they went to the kids port authority large it's like a work jacket oh dang that's nice oh by the way guys that last box uh i am going to do i think a hundred dollars on that box because i scanned the textbooks i had five books go in minimum twenty dollars um no actually six books because one i list on ebay amazon wouldn't let me list a list on ebay for 23 i think and the other five on amazon for a minimum 20 i think the most expensive one i put up was 36. so i'll get 100 bucks out of that box surprisingly surprisingly okay this is a small petite right here it's an oakley this is a nice little jacket that's pretty nice oh this is nice right here okay now we got a north face size large i wonder if one of my girls want that they'll say no and then when it gets cold they'll be like dad i need a jacket and i'll be like good thing i kept that jacket right here and they'll be like no dad not the storage locker clothes and i'll be like yes large golden state warriors this is nice too really nice true religion all right i know i've had some comments saying true religion is really not worth that much anymore it's kind of fallen out of popularity but there's still there's still some value to it it's still better than finding old navy or target brand stuff i mean you feel this is nice and you can feel the quality it's a nice that's a nice quality sweatshirt right there adidas another again nice quality nice quality stuff oh this is golden city warriors too golden state warriors i mean it's the city it's great that's their logo another golden state warriors and another one i think the whole family would like to go to the warriors game they had a couple for the kids they had a couple for the parents that's good stuff me like i got three besides this bin i've got three other bins all what appear to be women's shoes and i say appear to be because obviously we're dealing with uh clear totes here so we already went through what two or three bins of shoes i don't really want to go through any more shoes i don't know how exciting it is and i don't even really know my brands all right so um we're going to take a pass on that this looks exponentially better because right here look at that we got burberry it's just a shopping bag i think yeah and then we got victoria's secret this looks great all right so let's see what we got in here i've been i've been kind of saving this one for last because looked good there's a bunch of junk mail in there all right plastic bag holder for cabinet doors under the sink that's kind of cool and that'll go in our little mystery box oh look at this pop-up bowl it's a little dog bowl or a cat bowl a little silk toss there's a dollar on it that's pretty cool we found one found one previously actually uh we kept it our daughter's using it michael kors guys and this is a little heavy come on let's let's have something nope dang it there's a watch went around that here's a little piece of the watch band we struck out with a lot of these boxes can you imagine the profit we would had if those boxes were full but this is good uh biodegradable bags that's kind of cool but i use these for our live auctions i put them in those bags before we ship them so they don't get damaged and they stay organized okay little leather something rather here oh this is coach this is coach coach wallet coach wallet hmm nice i mean looks brand new oh is this a tag no it's coach's little coach book it's hoping for a price that's a nice piece right here that i like that's going to go in our auctions bag of tricks a little bit more makeup type stuff here's some clinique moisturizing cream island margarita another little hand sanitizer now this is kind of interesting i'm just going through uh some of the paperwork right here this is something from the state of california franchise tax board all right and it says they were supposed to re receive a refund a state income tax refund of fifteen hundred dollars and it says funds we intercepted and sent to the agency oh and they owed the irs so the state took their state tax return and gave it to the irs for money they owed them dang i've never had that happen oh here's one from the irs this is not the state this is the big dogs right here amount due immediately 128 okay this is from 2017 pg e there's verizon 18t citibank just tell they spend tons of money tons and tons of money and you you know right away i think wow these guys had a lot of money well they did they did have a lot of money uh they must have made a lot of money but flip side is they also spent a lot of money they spent a look at this singapore they went to singapore um they spent a tremendous amount of money and they didn't always pay all their bills right because they lost their locker obviously they said that was a you know like a mistake they were embarrassed about it but now i'm i don't know i'm starting to feel maybe it wasn't so much of a like just an honest out of the blue mistake maybe this is something more of a pattern because they're overspending so even if they make a lot of money doesn't mean they can't get themselves in financial trouble people do it all the time they all the time dave ramsey says uh what does he say he says you people think that they can out earn their stupidity out earn your stupidity which means you think that you can earn more than you're spending but that's not the solution the solution is to stop spending so much money all right so um anyways this is advice for anybody michael kors right here michael kors guys that really just happened here i am preaching about saving money and not spending money oh we just found a bunch of money there's a michael kors tag 168 bucks on that wallet two dollars four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen bucks okay well it looked like a lot more but heck let's keep going what else we got in here oh okay here's a personal photos there's something in here i think it coins or something there's something in here another red envelope weird it's two foreign coins huh all right i don't know what kind of coins those are they're foreign coins not quite as exciting no there's some coins in here though and a fortune you will soon begin a new and fulfilling career panda express all right so we got another i don't know 70 cents or so yeah but the real money here those dollar bills always a thrill i love it but the real money i think here is this michael kors wallet this is a good little fine okay moving on long champ all right i don't know if you guys can see that logo there it feels actually pretty nice this is like a you know this is not a leather or anything uh this is leather here leather this is something else it feels like a nice bag actually go through that in a sec oh oh what's in here okay i thought it's changed it's a chain but is this burberry it says burberry oh this is good okay this feels right that's a nice zipper man it looks nice inside it looks nice i'm going to send this right off to the authenticators and get this authenticated right here because i want to find out burberry that could be that could be some money there could be some money right there burberry's high end and just so you know if you follow the channel uh we found the burberry purse before that was authentic i sent it in for authentication and that was indeed authentic that's a dooney brick right here that's a dooney and burke right here okay let's go through that first let's get this stuff out this burberry another burberry thing looks like a little sleeve for a wallet or something okay i don't think we found a wallet yet and these are hotel slippers all right guys this is a good way to end the thing i've seen the burberry bag i didn't really think there'd be a burberry in there um in the victoria purse right there so you have to put your purse on the ground pretty clever yeah i don't know why they keep so much receipts this is all receipts here receipts december 2016. that would have been interesting if i had time to go through and just add up how much all these receipts add up to i know how much they spent in one month it sure was a lot man what bills yeah here's their water bill unopened a lot more stuff in here that is someone's hair yo that is someone's hair what the heck what am i supposed to do with that that's someone's hair that's too bad they could have sent this to locks for love i think that was probably long enough to be able to do something with too late now you have to send it in within a certain amount of time michael kors little like keychain type thingy heard that before if you spill it backwards it spills naive because when it first came out like they're like basically like people would have to be naive to uh buy water pay for water okay ready that actually is rejuvenating i must say i felt my body temperature go down right there all right not bad that's how my cat relaxes when it's 90 something outside see that correct the door what are you doing it's just i don't think cats are supposed to lay like that this is weird all right you guys so i hope you enjoyed that video we're starting to learn a little bit more of the story i think i mean it's all assumption based right but definitely starting to get a feel for this uh situation that these owners may have been in i think they just spent too much money they had so much stuff and when you see that much stuff it's just easy to think oh they're just rich they made lots of money they had lots of money not always right sometimes people who have these really expensive things and they tend to be image conscious like overly image conscious like too much involved in what brands they're buying and not involved as much with how much money they're actually putting out looks like they had high tech or biotech jobs here in the san francisco bay area that means big pay but it doesn't really matter does it because you can outspend yourself in almost any position but around here the cost of living is extremely high in the bay area so even when you make a lot of money you still have to be careful it's kind of crazy around here these guys seem to be pretty free with the spending they traveled they stayed at really expensive hotels they did tons of stuff i'm sure they've lived a very fun life but it may have also been well beyond their means and that may be why they lost their locker but we won't really know just to let you know the clothing and shoes we will not be like showing so much clothing and shoes most of the locker my locker where all the stuff stored i think is more clothing and shoes so i expect our episodes to speed up a little bit quicker because we're gonna be going through more boxes with less video because it's just not quite that interesting but i'll show you the good stuff as we find it jan and i are going to go through pull the really good stuff out and either put that in our live auctions or on ebay and the rest of it will separate to either go like garage sale flea market or donate that sort of stuff like old navy stuff probably gets donated but the higher end stuff we definitely want to sell so we'll let you know and if you guys aren't
