Worth $10,000 in Profit? I bought this locker for $1,800 at the abandoned storage unit auction.

oh whoa [Music] that sounds good no yeah whoa whoa look at that oh yeah [Music] previously on locker nuts i'm calling this one four days on the hunt because in four days of auctions i only saw one locker worth bidding on and i bought it for eighteen hundred dollars it's a big 10 by 20 locker full of boxes and totes and it looked clean and very well organized that's a lot of money for me to spend but i've been finding lots of quality items such as high-end clothing and sunglasses a yeti cooler a kitchenaid mixer designer handbags and even hundreds in cash and gift cards there's so many more boxes to dig through so let's get started all right you know one of the industries has benefited from the virus outbreak home fitness home fitness has been huge in the reselling market look at this guys this does not look like someone's personal inventory this looks like a business like this is all brand new stuff they bought and this is incredible all right check this out ab wheel farm slimmers thigh slimmers slimmer belt with magnets weighted jump rope that's cool another set of thigh slimmers sauna suit a zipper slimmer so much stuff sculpting bands those are great two of them here's another slimmer belt with magnets you know the weighted jump rope got like two of a lot of these things i think maybe they got them for their daughters so they bought two of a lot of the stuff i hear some weighted ankle wrist weights okay five pound pair of ankle weights and a fitness ball those are good all right so a lot of pieces here a lot of pieces here 15 pieces of fitness equipment here you know i looked up a couple of these and i think the prices were like 12 13 14 brand new obviously that adds up over 15 pieces but how are we going to sell this are we going to lot it up and sell it locally maybe divide it up um do like a batch of batch locally or maybe we just put our live auction the other option is that i could just scan it all into amazon and send it in fba they will take a hefty chunk of that but it'll sell easy and i won't have to do anything more than put in a box and ship it off hmm i'm not sure what i'm gonna do with this just yet we got some decent stuff here all right next box yeah that's pretty cool little slingshot that's good little freebies from the warriors 2016 playoffs purell hand sanitizer that's awfully liquidy hmm that's good though little justin bieber bag bieber bag nice little knit bags right here looks like they're probably handmade oh whoa ah it's light another light box somewhere i'm gonna find some stinking beets i mean they have so many pairs of beets what these kids need so many beets for they eats their beets empty they must eat them another beets empty amore purell how funny michael kors uh receipt here for 198 dollars and michael kors bag something was very expensive okay i'm getting tired of finding all the packages for expensive stuff i want to start finding some expensive stuff another beets jeez empty that sounds good sounds like change yes bunch of change that's really good guys that's really good i like it yeah we got a little jive jumbo wireless speaker right here looks brand new too well maybe not maybe they used it at least it's not empty box okay something's in here [Music] clock these seats still gotta look oh and someone gave me a good tip they said make sure you check the contact lens cases because sometimes they will take their earrings out and put them inside those great idea got some popcorn let's see no yeah nope ah that one's that one's past his prime bad idea whoa my pizza what pizza gift card my pizza we love my pizza hmm next box all right this is good a big old toshiba laptop that's a big laptop big huge screen it's a logitech wireless headset that's brand new sealed that's good very good here's another one but this is used all right another one all right canon digital elf seven megapixels so a little bit smaller a little bit smaller remember earlier on we found that 12 megapixel oh what do we got here duracell led no juice looks like it might be a pretty good flashlight right here and then we got a mag light weird magnet light but the bulb is loose in there oh that one works mag light yeah it's pretty decent it's good a little wrist guard working on your computer there's an electric stapler i don't know if i ever found an electric stapler before hey what is this super woofer head to fire fire oh let's go to that huh okay what do we got here okay it's for a computer nice little computer speaker system i have to look that up and see if that's worth anything and this is cool this is a docking system for their laptop so they clip the laptop down on this and that way you don't have to plug in all your cables and everything every time you set your laptop at your desk it's ready to go that might be a few bucks right there too all right okay a lot more pins no shortage of pens and pencils oh got it paperwork dang i said the dust bag i got excited uh p bank no piggies inside no piggies instead oh another red band case all right look at that it's so funny they bought so many actually these ones though i'm not sure when huh they feel a little light i feel okay though okay and brand new pack of artist loft pencils that's nice some drawing paper specialized paper it looks like high-end stuff for like learning how to do calligraphy or something nice okay adult coloring books okay right yeah that's what this is cool whoa whoa look at that okay what do we got here a cell phone case all right it's kind of cool what's this hang on let me listen hush chanel okay that could be what the box was for oh i hope this is real i don't reckon be quiet be quiet all right chanel uh wallet that is that's very exciting because we have the box that i think that came in it looks right about the right size this could be some decent money it does look like it was worn i mean used sorry used but um not much it's got a little bit of wear right there where the buckle is not much not much good start this is heavy and this is michael kors michael kors why is this so heavy look at this [Music] gift card i think this thing's got some change in it all right let's see yep definitely had some change in it a little michael kors wallet and that's in really nice shape again it is used but it is in very nice shape there's a little bit of scratches and scuffs on the michael kors badge right there but not too bad and i see a lot of quarters in here it's good next one what do we got here this is saks fifth avenue on there it just doesn't feel that good it says made in china and then it says i'd rather be a millionaire but it's kind of rubbing off this is not i don't think this is real let's go flea mark a little pop socket or what do you call them i don't know pop socket i think i know my girls use them all right next one mark by marc jacobs okay another little wallet come on give me something give me a little bit of money just a little something say hello nope nice wallet though oh more change more change all right why did they leave so much change in you oh yeah oh yeah five bucks five bucks just hiding in there how about that that's awesome i love that i love that yes that puts me in a good mood you know it does old navy credit card bill here let's see how much they owe down there huh 58 no 142.58 with past due i think these people were a little disorganized i don't think they pay their bills on time that is actually why they lost the unit i mean that's what i found out that's what i found out it's not my guess that's what the facility told me modern calligraphy this is goes with the other stuff that's cool all right and apple charger that's good for laptops that's what it is that's pretty good oh and this is good another fuji max instant film that's good if i find that camera okay here's another here's another our course yeah that's what they are too michael force what are some of these other brands here let's see vince camuto vince camuto i think that's good i think that's a good one i don't know what do i know bcbg sam edelman i know that brand decent style and company aeropostale those are actually pretty nice size six there's some more vince camuto some more sam edelman nine west and some more michael kors they like their shoes okay next box we might be getting close to uh being done for the evening it's time to get it's starting to get a little dark so i'd have to bring the operation inside if i want to keep going too much later and i don't really want to set it all up up there a little overnight bag floss blah blah blah mini cups pencil pouch giraffe got some bangles right here some bracelets that's cool maybe that'll make a lot a couple little glass jars just flea market stuff pillow neck pillow a little bit of makeup yeah this one's kind of disappointing they just would be like stealing all the soap and everything out of the hotels they got tons of stuff show me something good more oh my goodness are you serious these people are straight up robbing the hotels that's crazy cosmopolitan hotel las vegas very expensive hotel i'm sure it's good stuff more stuff [Applause] you guys oh man well that one was a bust all bath products next one oh this one looks way better what is this luxury card luxury car black card what is this what the heck look at that there's a credit card in there that's fancy super fancy 1901 leather belt tw steel this is another watch case but i don't see the watch in here and they like put all their cases back in stores all right a little nike golf hat it's cool ball pump nike ball pump that's good okay i see some more belts there's another leather belt swiss gear strap another belt i definitely checked my belts now i had a couple belts in the past that wound up being quite expensive sold on ebay good money made in italy but no maker condiment kit more stuff they're stealing from the hotels work day fish oil energy b12 i thought this is going to get better some colognes just more hotel stuff all right but we do have another belt right here nice leather belt more purell yeah robitussin they're blue firemax all right what's this oh look at this and i hope it's not too dark for that says gucci guilty this is like the only good thing in the whole box the belts are a few bucks but everything else is just garbage not this oh yeah look at that that's gotta be some money gucci gucci guilty i'm not feeling guilty about that fine that is gonna be some money right there yeah baby that is good a good all right guys i think this is the last one for tonight because it's starting to get dark got this box here i see something that looks like it could be kind of good check it out just a second this no big surprise empty box all right just much cardboard to get recycled oh okay here's a little money clip now it's gucci it's totally thrashed but that is gucci and then what is this this coach right here another little money clip little credit card pouch that's coach good nice stuff i see something interesting look at this little red envelope similar to the others bobby merry christmas and happy new year love mom and dad uh it's already been looted somebody got here before me swiss gear wallet okay samsonite wallet it's got a lot of stuff in here the wallet's pretty much done oh oh oh nope not that one either why they keep it in their pocket says you've been naughty have they oh i guess so they got coal well it's time for them to be a little nice because i see something kind of good look at that gucci bag shopping bag okay and we like that right there you see that gucci what is this it's a little strap whatever it was is not in here what else to put in a gucci bag though little cause envelope battery i put everything in these little ziploc bags what is this there are lenses for glasses a whole bunch of keys this is the last chance here a bunch of tons of debit cards oh man the gucci bag god is good dude [Applause] let's see what's in here [Music] all right guys another great set of boxes there that we went through thanks for going through that with me i like it when we can do that together but hey here's what i was thinking see if you track with me on this most of those boxes in this episode were i'd say at least a hundred dollars in contents some of the single item contents were a hundred dollars just for one piece like the laptop that was a hundred bucks but most boxes like the fitness equipment collectively that's well over a hundred bucks the shoes i'm not so sure maybe 100 bucks all the shoes together i don't really know one of the last items that i found this the gucci fragrance right here i think it's men's cologne this is a over a hundred bucks i listed it actually i think for 130 on ebay and that's going to be i believe the lowest price available item of its kind so um 130 bucks one item so some of the boxes weren't as good a lot of uh stuff they took from the hotel all the bath soaps and shampoos and stuff and not a lot of value there but other boxes like where the laptop came out also the headphones i listed those headphones for i think 80 bucks on ebay so there the box had a cup maybe a couple hundred dollars i'm pretty sure we're going to be averaging out over a hundred dollars per box so if you remember a few episodes back i did some math i said the unit cost me 1800 and there's 125 totes now we're not talking about cardboard boxes garbage bags full of clothes we're not including any of that just strictly looking just at the totes that works out too fourteen dollars and forty cents a tote all right now if we do that same math and take 125 times it by a hundred to see how much revenue we might get then we're looking at twelve thousand five hundred so pretty good right that's an 80 over 85 dollar tote profit and that doesn't include any of the other stuff such as the loose yeti cooler and the kitchenaid blah blah blah all right if we do 12 000 in um sales 12 500 cost us 1800 bucks we're looking at potentially over 10 000 profit on this unit now obviously i'm not even close to halfway through it's very early to be calling it like that but i'm just saying um yeah we might be looking at some very very nice profit on this one but it's more than just a profit it's a lot of fun isn't it i'm having a lot of fun
