not about real estate it's about what's real and at stake these are real places new york avenue b o railroad take a step over here and we have the living room you know great for just living the number one tip for a successful open house marketing let the people know it's for sale and then also when you sell it get yourself a cardboard key did you order the wrong kid i always knew i was cut out for this real estate game because i passed my real estate exam faster than they banned four lokos well the original ones you ever had one of those [ __ ] they sent me a penis sometimes you got to be a dick in this industry now as you can see in this room it's got a bed so this is really what they like to call in the industry a bedroom this is quote unquote the bathroom which is really underselling it because beyond a bath it also has a shower i will be here from 12 o'clock to 1 pm handing out free jewel pods to underage teenagers to lure their parents to follow them here to then check out this home a lot of people might not know this but i actually sold corey in the house his first house you don't wait to get real estate if it's in your fate that's what i always say you know the best time to invest in real estate was actually five years ago hey cameron did you bring the uh did you bring the drone no you didn't bring the drone then what are we [ __ ] doing here i am here at the open house right now i had to escape everybody uh it's hectic in here there's so many people i'm surprised you can't hear them oh what a great deal i'll be right there how are people supposed to see what popping off right now with potential clients so get down here before it sells out because this will sell out how much is this house what's that how much is the house oh we actually don't say the h word in the real estate industry it's a it's an estate so you could leave that to the peasants how much is it 12 mil the best investment on earth is earth oh is this one fake too no earth why is nobody buying houses you shut the [ __ ] up the problem with the younger generation is nobody wants to work all right everybody's out partying having fun having sex i don't believe in that i believe in staying up till 4am chugging sierra mist playing sims now that's real estate and that's what's real and will stay it's [ __ ] good what's that you're thinking about buying it okay well look it it
