The Best Cereals & Food Allergies | PKA

oh he looks like this max frog it's a throwback I forgot about that cereal not very good cereal not a good girl at all it was a favorite what my certain my favorite cereals always been the same from childhood to adulthood it's Cinnamon Toast Crunch I don't eat cereal but if I if I was gonna it'd be some cinnamon toast crunch I never ate cereal this is never my parents never had it in the house when I was little I liked cinnamon toast crunch of friends houses and I liked Cookie Crisp but he grew if he ever tried to eat Cookie Crisp too fresh like it was just crunchy disgusting you had to do the opposite with other cereals with cookie crisp and just kind of let it sit for five minutes or so soft on your tongue [ __ ] nonsense they put in there or cocoa puffs I like the better I couldn't eat because sugar milk your muted Bruce we lost you there I am a frosted mini-wheats guy that's my cereal but I'm looking to change it because some hot dude on YouTube eats a high-protein cereal and I'm like oh I should do that for cereal days special case high protein version oh yeah I even see it yeah Special K protein honey almond that sounds encouraging yeah but you got to really look at the like the the amounts and and see and like compare calories to protein and sort of do a little math there and figure out what you're actually eating I it it's probably a step up from frosted mini-wheats and that's definitely what the fibers good for you though light like the eye all that fiber in there is good I like eggs and peppers for breakfast like I've been doing like scrambled eggs with bell peppers onions and I throw a serrano pepper in there so they're spicy as [ __ ] and maybe put a little scoop of salsa on there and it's like my baby so I it's we call it toad in the hole it's basically we cut it out of a thick bread cut the middle out and put an egg in it and you know it's like a hard-boiled egg or so they without any [ __ ] bran I like my wife uses a little bread my voice is like a cookie cutter that makes a Valentine like heart shape of my egg and she gives the heart to the dog and then I get the the toast thing and that's my favorite breakfast okay I'd be like you're cutting off pieces of my toast the dogs you switch mics though I did I had to so you you you were allergic to refined sugar mills to everything until it's about 12 years old these are all past tense it just went away it's just you kind of grow out of things when you when you yeah I was allergic to bananas for a long time no I just continued to eat them they itch I'm allergic to like most like most fruits like like it like bananas I don't even know if avocados avocado is a fruit I guess it is I'm allergic to avocado I'm allergic to peaches plums really it pineapple really any of that stuff I eat it like it's not like an anaphylactic shock allergy it's just like my mouth so eat you know that little bit thing but it was so good Taylor are you the one that had the friend who was like I like shellfish I just don't like the way that it's hard to breathe afterwards and you turn on my girlfriend is allergic to avocados and she loves them and so like there'll be time she'll be like I'll have the whatever-the-fuck salad and I'll be like a baby that it was like a whole avocado on it she's like I know I just won't eat that much and then she'll get like all the avocado down like what the hell are you thinking she's like it's not that bad yeah if I eat it my mouth just gets pretty an itchy it's no big deal but one time I was uh I went on this will rendezvous down to Tampa to hang out with this young lady for a few days and we went to like a Moe's or a Chipotle you know one of those burrito joints mmm and I got out I got guacamole on the burrito well I was really getting overzealous with this burrito I guess while we're sitting at the table and I bit my lip like hard like like hard well the avocado goes into the cut that I've made and my lips was huge like and I didn't know that there would be a difference like that but it like literally went straight in my bloodstream and like it swelled up like like it reminded me of like Eddie Murphy in the Nutty Professor when he's transitioning back to being fat again and the lip is goes mmm yeah recently so good the family thinks I eat a lot of cashews actually don't I'm allergic to them you could google this and find out that it's true cashews are related to poison ivy and I am like hypersensitive to poison ivy so every once in a while I make the bad decision to eat cashews you know like a handful of em or something and it's like how did I get poison ivy on my scrotum all right I eat cashews all right I was masturbating with my balls from cashews yeah only when he teabags say these are my and Jackie believes this oh it's true I like it I didn't imagine her telling this to her mom like yeah Matt gets a really bad rash down there sometimes my mom's watching yes you said she'll confirm like 12 year old me learned this from the dog oh yes what it was I thought I was catching poison ivy just by like peeing in the woods like the wind would carry aloft the oils or something yeah but I you know the doctor would like the job right you know cashews are for people who are hypersensitive they can get poison ivy from eating cashews I love cashews they're really tasty what's your flavors nuts no what's your favorite nut cuz it's not Catchings for me cashews are great and all cashews and almonds are pretty near tide oh but so good I love all of them macadamia was right macadamia is the correct answer it'll mean a cookie I was gonna say that only get a cookie white Chuck a macadamia cookies from Subway this is the best cookies but also Becca diamond it's a really good on their own tip on their own I would probably pick almonds now if you're gonna if you're gonna eat a nut what style would you like cuz and there's a few right there's the like hot and spicy Pete Lee you know all the nuts come like that there's the light like candied version which is like amazing I don't know what they do they just like cover them in sugar and then melt them a little and comes with some more sugar and and then like I noticed that the almond company whatever that thought that brand is that come in blue diamond blue diamond they have like a ton of varieties like soy Asian and all sorts of stuff but yeah I like the hot and spicy ones I really do of any rip they're wasabi macadamias have you had those yeah I have I don't know I like wasabi you know like macadamias but not together it's a kid honey roasted was my favorite as an adult just salted I was like whatever is the spiciest like that spice yeah those things those ones they get in a little pouch at gas stations like the heat planter's peanuts yes pretty solid or the smokehouse Blue Diamond almonds that's a solid pick those are good I like spicy everything though way like I look I just [ __ ] love spicy look if I'm getting a burger and they have like a some sort of jalapeno melty cheese type thing and would like some sort of chipotle mayo that's what I'm gonna get whatever nose is it running it's not here yeah if I'm gonna eat something that's supposed to be kind of spicy then I better it should be so spicy any Kleenex like my meeting chili I want to be crying I'm gonna be halfway through that meal and like take a breathe breath in and be like oh yeah looks like I'm gonna Vicks VapoRub commercial I'm all cleared out a few I love that people say that because right like some things like I can eat really really spicy other things like a hot like specific jalapenos I'll just [ __ ] it right out immediately and literally burn my [ __ ] but other things are totally yeah I don't know what it is I can't figure out the differences between the spice but sometimes I'm fine it's strange yeah that never happens to me and I have eaten some incredibly I cook a lot I like that's that's probably my main hobby right now is I really like to cook and I like to cook fancy stuff and so if I'm making jambalaya or something or gumbo or if I'm making tacos or burritos or or chili especially I like to make like chili all day a slow cooker like Kevin from the office that [ __ ] a spicy as [ __ ] when I cook it I'm putting serrano peppers and jalapeno peppers and Anaheim peppers and and just just mixing and matching stuff trying to make it hot as [ __ ] but I've never had like a [ __ ] trauma from really spicy food you're lucky
