hello everybody today we make a beautiful prime rib for the ingredients we got a prime rib rosemary from my garden thyme from my garden i got wine celery onion carrots garlic anita butter baby bella a shitake mushroom now the prime rib when you buy you buy with the bones everything but a lot of people said to me pasqual when i cook the prime rib i cook for four people but the bones it bother me too much the cold meat now i showed everybody what i did you take the meat and you will take the bones out by half to make sure to put it back again the same way was it before a you tie with a little string can see the bones etcetera give a good taste for the meat now we prepared the butter rubber for the primer one more time now we prepared the butter rubber for the prime rib you said rubber again now we prepared the butter rubber now we prepared the butter rub for the prime rib now we prepared the buttered rub for the primer rib now for the butter rubber i use garlic rosemary a tie this i made this for every one years if said pasqual it's delicious make like this especially the garlic the garlic is so good now for the rosemary you gotta take the leaves out the same thing you do with the thyme now not to wear this okay after when you cook the prime rib you put right on the pot it gives the smell so good this is more good strong rosemary in the garlic you chop a little bit and mix all together and after you go with the butter and mix together butter garlic rosemary a thyme after we give a nice massage and a prime rib and now we gotta finish with the black pepper and salt this is a sea salt okay and now we get nice and mix everything they give a good flavor make sure to put the garlic you make a little hole on the meat and you do like this after you stick right inside hey you know say look hey you put another one over here i got one more over here yeah i got another piece of garlic let's make a hole right over here like this and you put another piece of garlic now i got a tumble piece you see gotta take the bones i'll loosen up the bones over here you put right one inside on the side over here and one on this other side and you stick right inside like this this time if this one you cook it give you a really good taste the garlic inside and now let me wash my hands okay now we put a salt and black pepper all the way around the prime rib and we started with the salt add black pepper and when you do like this cut the black pepper after you turn it the other way you go out do little massage that you do like this after we start that again on this other side salt a black pepper black and pepper and salt okay we got the parts again i wanted to start with the primal rape over here to make a nice and beautiful color yeah purge on you need a little oil okay it's enough we need to warm up the oil a little bit i wanna put the prime rib over there you gotta go you gotta make it beautiful beautiful okay let's start the primary but make it nice color all that's it now we put the oven at 375 afternoon the confession now we prepare the vegetable we put right over here on the plants okay this it gives you really good taste for the gravy we use oil now we need to salt a black pepper and we give a nice mix for everything now we gotta put this one you see this one we make this similar stick on the parts of the prime rib okay now the primary big goal right over here and now the butter they all the mix i got over here if they give a good massage i want to use my hands look at this all right at this it's done we put it back okay now the prime rib it's already the gummy over and let's stick this one over here okay and now we gotta wait but tonight i will need a nice piece a prime rib nice glass wine okay now the meaty was cooked for 55 minutes we take it out right over here okay i want the preparer for the gravy let's talk close to the oven and put this one right over here now all this i put right on this spot now the prime rib is gonna go back in the oven and nice time i wanna prepare the gravy okay now we gotta strain everything in this spots now i want to take little juice out of everything over here all right now we take this out or get some i made a little butter we'll let it melt for the butter really good got a little flour when you put the flour put a little bit on the thyme pour low a little bit more okay flour you gotta serve all the butter okay good now it's a time i use red wine now so you want to use white wine you can use white wine and now see you got a chicken stock use a chicken stock basil gara i use water a lot of people say i don't got chicken stock rice are sure you can use water now this your liver cook that make sure it's not got to be no liquid and not too thick like you see now you start to boil okay you gotta use a little bit more water i think this it's enough and the gravy it's done okay with a lot of gas a wee little cook really really a lot okay now this is what i wanna take it out for the meat and we put inside because this is what's the carrots celery garlic and onion and we put everything inside over here and now this is that one they give a really really good taste for the gravy okay now i wanna saute the mushroom because the mushroom we gotta go with the gravy a little oil with a little water map of the oil a little bit and the mushroom slice already everything done with the shiitake and the baby bella this mushroom is so good okay now we started the mushroom can this look amazing this is come out or not okay the mushroom is done and now and we put in the red wine gravy and this it tastes so good look at the mushroom a beautiful look okay we put everything over here and now we give a nice mix okay you gotta cook together with the gravy let's leave a cook and love the meat almost done like this at the same time the prime rib ready and the mushroom ready to with the bread okay now the prime rib is ready and look how beautiful look it's really really good look at the color i got it and look at that i wish everybody the smell is the guard the prime rib like this we can eat it together i'll give a little piece i get a bigger piece but at least you can taste it tastes really good it look good i know the way i did it it's delicious okay now it's a time the taste look how beautiful really really good and now we get a little mushroom [Music] and now let's taste it the prime rib it look delicious so tender a really good the way i like mushroom a little mashed potato everything gets really delicious the mushroom with the red gravy with mashed potato in the
