I love this guy, been subbed for a while. He does roughly one video every week or so. Pretty sure his son is the cameraman/editor. Production value is good and the recipes are simple and authentic.

hello everybody today you will make osso bucco and on the side I want to make a polenta you got a taste is so good [Music] the also BOGO the cook in the oven with a beautiful good sauce it's so tender in the taste it's a really number one I got over here for osso bucco already assault a black pepper it make sure one you do this Cora and aside can see you know card also book what you do it make like a bird nest it close like this is a nice flat the way a dinner okay nothing then the photo so book I got my Omega sauce I got wine garlic a chap already other onion plum tomato for the tomato occur and a half are they gonna sit out I'll chop [Music] a flower Apple sorted black pepper a Agoura crop corn flour for polenta okay now first thing we started with the sauce yeah I put oiler eye over here I put on the flame on the part of the be nice hot yogurt the garlic and onion let's support the onion and the garlic I got the wood the spoon of the thorn don't know scratch the paths and we got the garlic and onion the sought a little bit when you cook with the good olive oil you've got a smell is so good that the garlic onion is so good and now we put a diploma tomato first if we give a nicer turn it this dr.
