PALWORLD: Ultimate FPS Boost for Extremely Low End PCs!

palor is an early access game released in 2024 typically running on the latest version of Unreal Engine 5 and these are the minimum system requirements of this game despite its low poly style Graphics it is a high resource demanding game that requires a decent PC to run but don't worry I'm here to help you today we are going to tweak this game to achieve the best performance on our low-end machines let's get started first things first I'm going to run this game using my integrated [Music] Graphics I've set the screen resolution to 1080P and every other Graphics element is at its lowest preset unfortunately the game is literally unplayable right now and I'm getting around 10 to 12 FPS now let's quit the game and see what we can do do to improve its performance the configuration file of this game is located inside your hidden app data folder [Music] local pal saved config windows open this file with notepad first of all let me clarify that the game does not support a custom resolution scaler so no matter what you do the resolution scaler will always be at 100% change shading quality to zero you can drop the screen resolution from here I haven't tested any custom resolution but feel free to try it if the screen resolution does not work then try changing your display resolution to make it work now save the changes and make sure to to set the file attributes to read only to make this tweak work I see a dramatic increase in performance after lowering the screen resolution and disabling the shading quality but we can get more so don't go anywhere because I have something more for you inside the configuration folder you'll find a file called engine.ini open this file with Notepad now add these commands here you can download this file from the description save the changes and make sure to set the file attributes to read only believe me or not but it increases performance after doing that tweak it removes some effects from the the game reduces the vegetation quality a bit more and many more things if you're not happy with this performance don't worry I have something more for you you can enable potato Graphics in the game by adding some variables inside your scalability file save the changes and always remember to set the file attributes to read only now you should be good to go the game is even more playable and I'm getting a decent enjoyable frame rate well I'm getting more FPS but you guys already know that my screen recorder always drops the FPS when I start recording the game so guys that's it for today make sure to like And subscribe and also share this video with your low-spec friends so they can also play pal World on their low-end machines see you [Music] soon h [Music]
