Palworld Base Building Competition Is Incredible

I've spent 40 hours in power world and never built anything aside from the simplest house on our multiplayer server I'm level 33 and I don't even have walls I I'm serious so I finally decided to fix that in what better way than with a base building competition blue Rob Joey and myself are competing to see who can build the best base winner gets a lucky pal and best of all you get to decide who that winner is but more on that later first out with the old and in with the new we all had to tear down our pre-existing bases to make room for bigger and larger Creations that turned out to be an issue however I spent nearly an hour and a half just trying to move my pow boox the teensiest bit while trying to carry the thousands of wood Stone and or I had a mast and if you're confused about the time jump from the previous episode don't worry you'll see how we got here and Beyond in the next but this is a more pressing matter boys yeah Base building competition could be shortened to BBC so if anybody if anybody wants the BBC and that's exactly why I'm participating there you go Blue I I knew you would anyway uh yeah so I'm thinking one it's time I just make walls and roof but we should take this time because if we're all going to be here this little commune let's Spruce it up a bit I mean I I thought my first house was pretty banger but I'm I'm ready to upgrade I agree I don't know problem is will stairs and roofs work for me angled roofs I don't know too close to a special boss or facility can't this is this is my base my god do I have to break this again okay well it's way less of an issue now oh my God what the was that a giant tree just broke it was me having to destroy my hbox again bro why are stairs so in this game yeah that's what I'm worried about I need them to work and if they don't it's going to hurt all right step one done step two uh what what am I building I didn't get that far now what was step one well step one was literally move my pow box 10 ft to the north because the plot of land I chose before was barely usable and everyone else built on the plateau in such a perfect way that I literally couldn't put my base anywhere else if you remember in the last episode how I said I'd regret making this base well I'm living to regret this base we're going to mix materials here the outside I want to be a mix of stone and wood the inside will be some metal no what no brothers of The Who ah uh highest oh fudge wait uh go according level these are actually horrifying there is a group of 29 yeah they're coming for me 31 oh no Mr fruit I don't have anything I know I'm sending out I'm sending out uh Shadow plane but like I'm way under level feel free to come help oh God right give me a second give me a second I'm trying to hold on way I'm on my way it's a good thing I just took all my wood cuz they would burn everything they're all they're on fire now too I'm trying okay yeah no you burned like half of them instantly so yo what the fudge is he making that's sick whoa Rob I already love what I'm seeing yeah it's a real pain in the ass but it's worth it no it's not yeah I'm finally making a base it's happening but uh so what you're saying is uh property value is around here about to go up hopefully just wait until the HOA kicks in break this overlaps oh my god do I have to break all this overlaps with other object long story short trying to finally build a base I learned that the build base mechanics are not exactly perfect it's impossible to tell if you can't play something because of an invisible object the wrong order that you put down certain objects or you're just glitched so I'm and so forth the building isn't bad but it could definitely be better this is building this will kill me bugged I believe so too but it that doesn't help you know okay okay there's literally nothing okay well we still have a problem I it still won't let me build here much much later we're going to retry this what maybe this wait were these thinking okay the first floor the basement we have a little front right here like a little foer okay then the rest of the basement the sweat shop but nobody sees that part so it looks like we got a legitimate business everything up top nice cool looking very profession the bottom the sweat shop where things get done when you need to cook you cook but we don't show nobody them we don't show nobody to the basement mhm I think that's what we do oh my God I'm almost done yeah I'd probably say I'm like 75% done no I will admit I know this is tough uh it was tough for me and I think my Approach is going to be very different than what you're expecting um you know um I thought it turned out pretty good I'm looking forward to it I think you guys will love mine but you just got to give a little more time to Cod if you make a penis house then I will never forgive you I want you to know that yeah if anybody makes a penis house I work really hard uh yeah me too all right boys I don't have everything furnished but neither do I let's see what everyone's cooking I had given everybody 3 hours to build we finally decided to just show what we had after 5 and 1/2 hours once you see what we made it'll make sense we were trying to include all of the Practical elements of the base after all these are our bases so they need to be just as functional as they are fashionable now here's the neat part my base is all the way to the West oh you like moved it from everybody okay all right also I mentioned earlier that we were going to try and Spruce up our Plateau commune and blue apparently interpreted that as I'm going to build literally anywhere else and so yeah blue left us uh so the coordinates are - 347 - 203 wait you're like where though the mine is 34 I don't even have that unlocked and I I wouldn't have built here i' have known that man close thing I have is investigator's Fork so I'm going there I guess I've got sealed Realm of the winged Tyrant I'm going to have to make another base not in marshlands I know I literally just built my base on top of my old base so I just thought we making a commune you know yeah thought that was the plan this whole time until blue I guess said he's bu in the west your plan you never consulted me about my wow no it's not that you're the I thought we were the Dream Team blue what happened to that what happened hey hey hey the but you're ahead all right zaku so welcome to Ram Ranch now I went for a little different of an approach I went for a pal based approach I went for a fairly small ranch house home and I really wanted like you know like a really nice organized for my pals we got our nice little you know our big Oasis right here where they get to chill love I put the little I put the little rugs for little feedies don't get wet when they come out very cute otherwise the dirt and sand get all over it do you mind uh dude go for it please wow we got our little uh nice that's beautiful actually we got there's three of them there's actually one back there as well and then we got our little workstation here this is where we all just kind of vibe and do our own thing it's very fun yeah nice and nice and centered as you can see I will say I wish this was indoors like the weather if the weather's inclement I you know that's a little BR I do wish there is no inclement weather I have a mega Gyarados I was going to say as you can see over here we got a nice little organ our little farming area our little working area now as you can see my concept is making sure we split work and fun so work is on one side and then you got the Oasis on the other so you never I like that separating you know Duty and Leisure if you will I love that dropping frames because of all these birds dude we do have a smaller house but I have made the house capable to uh allow anyways I've made I've made the house capable of all of my homies sleeping right around the house so they don't have to you know they got a little roof over their head and they get to sleep okay also love the view from this side if I was a pal this is where I would pick I love the view Primo Primo it's a great and then we got some we got some more room on the back side here get out here ooh love the like the little patio love the all around though don't know why we have a roof on the floor it's asymmetrical I like it it's it's uh it's it's Vogue new age uh you would it if it was all if it was all Square it' be boring yeah cringe am I right all right and now here we go inside for the smaller Pals this is their little uh you know this is their little uh lounging area they get to Vibe and bonus points of fishing that's always the hardest part for me is filling of space and you did a great job here so let's be clear here all right blue was done the quickest and it's obvious to see why he went for a small based footprint so he didn't have to spend as much time building it and meant he could furnish everything something the rest of us weren't able to do in time it's nice and cozy and he's treating his Pals real nice gross but he took a much different approach from the rest of us the rest of us well let's just say our eyes were bigger than our stomachs okay I'm back I'm back it's a little chilly boys if you don't mind oh this is so nice you were able to do so much interior decorating oh I was getting caught thanks man oh there STS right here now check this out we got the second floor this is my now these are my quarters we have one more bed just in case oh my God for your favorite yeah yeah who is it and we got little patio up here uh well it is Carl but unfortunately he does not fit on that bed which one is Carl he's hard to miss oh man Jesus dring frames again oh God Carl move oh sorry Carl sorry about that Jesus Christ he loves the camera and then this is my these are my quarter so this is where I rest holy it's very nice I love this for you yeah yeah I oh if you don't mind it's getting a little cold again yeah there we go wow very nice might be a little tough to get you know might want a chimney you might smoke yourself out but that's the that's the whole point I love this you know like very practical very like it works Charming make something you know a small scale little ranch you know something something some a place you could call home and a place you could work at every day you know what I mean we like this I will miss you then you know the the Coalition we had going won't be will not be the same without you I will be honest hey I think my favorite feature is uh Carl using frame drop it's super effective Hey listen I had to move all the way over here because just imagine me summoning this dude yeah yeah that wouldn't what does he look like when he's already oh I should wait how did you he's level 45 how did you fight him fruit never underestimated a man who sees a really Co bet he I bet he gets him really low and then he does the infinite ball glitch and then just prays that one of the balls finally Works let's just say he may or may not have been a multiple hour fight to catch what kind of worth though yeah kind of worth He I I wanted to give you something whome to start cuz I have a feeling fruit did the literal opposite of me what yeah no you're going to you're going to be surprised I love the side profile right now W first off I just I just want point out that this is the entrance to our to our Plateau right so I thought I I thought I'd Spruce it up a little I thought I'd make it a little bit more you know be friendly so if anyone's you know coming in and hanging out uh they are they yeah they're immediately greeted with walls they can't get through yeah so obviously you start right here and I mean this is this is the shot right I love the little entrance welcome to the about time ziggurat all right put a lot of work into the majority of the structure I wasn't able to go as was kind of hard but I really like the design of it I don't like the thing is I'm not as leveled up as you guys are so I do not have like any of those like cool you know rocks and like the interior stuff that blue had so what I had to do um you know I have I have their relaxation stuff over here there's a little Spa you know some food out I got the um the crops over here it's getting watered by these barrels and also the the guys who are watering it there's like a you know I'm eventually going to be able to put um you know turrets up here hope I think and'll do a little better little bit better during raid um of when you go inside that's when it opens up welcome to appal bees ladies and gentlemen anywhere go take a seat anywhere let him have it let him I kind of I kind of only had um make like a bar so we are robbing you okay yeah fair enough fair enough uh uh does this change your mind H May's onest mind yeah uh there's there's a lot of the Catacombs are obviously under um I need to I need to keep it kind of open concept so my pals don't get crazy and die in the walls um they like to do that but you know this is this is giving this is giving major uh murder dungeon Vibes what the a little bit what's happening sorry oh uh that that is me breaking the wall so my my pals can get in I broke the one wall the wrong wall so anyway sorry this place uh oh my God that's minus points no no no no no wait I again it was me doing that I just didn't anyway you're right Joey I do think the campfires you have used are nice especially with your type of build yeah Towers you know what I think is great is these towers up front Primo uh you know the the church bells it really really makes it feel like like a fortress thank you I I really didn't know what to do for those and the church bells actually like fit really well so yeah this is gas obviously up here J have the egg up top and then yeah this is gonna be this is where I'm gonna birth a God right up here and we worship him maybe maybe you know maybe Carl's baby you know if Carl ever gets pregnant let me know Carl this is a world void of that so honestly yeah he feels right at home smell Carl maybe I just made this for him Carl Carl says there's not an egg in here it makes no sense I I agree Carl and I have to say uh The View for theun of it uh looking at Mr fruit's uh place and mine it ties it together that I can look over and see my more Rich more sucessful neighbors I was blown away with Joey's build he did a great job took a much different approach than I thought he would and frankly he killed it it's unfurnished on the inside but it makes sense when you think about all the time it must have meant to create the outside Landmark bonus points for me as well for the Symmetry I love symmetry would you guys like to go to my place sure well it's just a nice little stroll you know yeah a little see it's crazy how we're all located near each other yeah yeah like if you like if you go really far to the right you'll overlap the map CU it's a spherical world and you'll go back to mine it's so nice n we don't we don't do oh my go this is giv uh Sex Dungeon and I'm kind of into it love this Cathedral look I will say Rob yeah I was go for like castle look and I looked over and I went okay guess that's out of the P that's like just so everyone gets a good sense of scale for how big this thing is I'm just going if you don't mind yeah hit Carl Carl wow almost I'm kind of going for like a you know Bowser's Castle on the SNES map type of feel to it you know something you kind of see in the little pixel art but to I see that I see that I love it almost kind of think Frankenstein uh when you come up here so there are certain kind of levels uh nothing fully furnished out yet that was kind of the issue as a big build a lot of it just went towards you know the resources feel that sure sure um so here is uh the second floor quote unquote you know I want to say that no Furnishings kind of adds to it cuz like my inner monologue kept wanting to point out how Slim Shady was phasing through the world but I knew it would distract from his magnificent Castle I wouldn't let my inner thoughts win do you see big ass castles furnished like heavy not really just just the living quarter you know yeah so we'll go downstairs here in the basement this is where the pals will reside um going to have son going to have a nice little production here See's still grass so there is still grass kind of hang out so they can touch grass it's important yeah exactly you really like to touch grass by the way AKA you're just in the ground all the time so I lied my inner thoughts won this kind of this kind of feels like uh tears of the Kingdom you know like the underground area yeah I was I was kind of going for something like that with a Frankin Stein's castle and the Darth Vader's castle with a little bit of Bowser also yeah all kind of wrapped into one now here's one of my favorite rooms uh this is going to be kind of the experimental quarters where you'll have one side of the wing one thing and one side of the wing another and then this ginormous thing that just fit perfectly thank God I I wouldn't say it fit perfectly it's like pretty clearly like fitting like crashing through this the SE to be fair though from a distance when you're looking through it almost looked like a flag which was yeah that's what I when you get in it doesn't look but yeah from a distance looked like I didn't even think of that uh what do you mean rob you of course you did so you can also go up here so there's little sniper windows and stuff this is going kind of like my quarters access kind of not furnished yet once again Carl does quarters Carl no Carl I wor Carl I worked really hard on this don't have the practicality all out yet so you'll have to come back and visit another time you know when I got the the pals you know moving and grooving you know youit to anything right now cuz you know I just got to the conveyor type of belt situation so of course I I do I do like the sniper windows I got to admit yeah that's cool and I will say this I'm very proud of this all symmetrical okay like everything I like that everything is symmetric love symmetry I love symmetry yes very symmetric I do love how you use the the the defensive walls as as part of the architect yeah lot of cement lot of cement takes a long time to make lot of no I was going to say I don't even have cement yet like these are walls I don't even have access to it looks awesome lot of cement as as a a castle connoisseur Big Ups thank you thank you little sad you know I I I was like there can't be two castles here you know I mean well I had a PIV how do you think I felt I would have loved to have a castle buddy dude look how badass that would have been now I just got this box in front of me with wood okay well first off don't appreciate the slander I had my reasons plus they didn't give me enough time to finish Roofing secondly L Rob's base I wanted to make a castle but honestly he did it better than I would have I did not expect that out of him but he killed it it has perfect haunted castle Vibes with it being so cold and empty he since added some fires and lighting and it's really helped warm the place up let first off let's get to the front this is the back okay okay okay and again I'll show look I just want to reiterate okay I got I was rushed and by rushed I mean I was taking my time okay yeah listen and so a lot of like the exterior for like six hours the exterior and the roofing that's the part I mean you know like that's why that's why Big Ups to uh Joey and blue for like having roofs oh wait you have curtains oh I do like I do like this like side though I do like this view thank you well see all the sides will be more pleasant to look at gas I will say took a while to figure out and I still don't know why the brazers up there should be lit but I can't they won't go fight these stupid flame cauldrons you didn't see the time and length I went to to try and get these things to light up but they refuse to I've since replaced them with campfires all my homies hate the flame cauldrons oh yeah those are so expensive dude yeah I make some of those each yeah I have nothing left anyway as you guys know medieval fan Tavern fan so welcome big Tavern fan to Sweet Shop oh this is so much better than bro or pales wait this is actually really nice now some people mispronounce it as sweat shop no no no sweet chop swe it's just a t okay see here's where it's a okay listen cooked okay I dare I say he's baiting us because no no no the front facing come here baiting you uh come here wary traveler you've eaten that's fine two rooms to rent depending on your coin this is the the price you're want no way this is actually sick a little bit nicer Hotel wow so if you've got the coin now if you're you're not quite a stra you can take the you know the The Peasant room but it's none the same and up here too fear not unfortunately there's only one but I don't mean to brag we can afford modern plumbing got ourselves a little bathroom here I don't have ventilation no one's bathroom everyone's poing outside uh-huh okay I will say I'm expecting a sweat shop in the back but the front end is super dopee you have me the the business like person that's like like filling you out like yeah this looks great uh no it's fine you just it's it's all up to code it's all up to oh my god dude you even haven't heard it there's no way oh my God unfortunately I'm waiting for the shipments for all the assembly lines and whatnot I thought of everything okay what's a sweat shop right we've got a warden to oversee the production line Jesus make sure everything going as planned observation Lane oh no working you should make it really nice in here like plush carpets you know be really nice this right here is a Hunger Games view of this is this is what the Royals look like looking down on catness and her up B see now you might be like oh very nice vaulted ceilings NOP that's what I accounted for I wanted to make sure every pal could work in here no exceptions there's literally dungeon beds it's actually so funny that Carl like barely perfectly fits and that's the cruelest most inhumane part of it is that he barely fits oh my God these rooms are so sad if you think it's inhumane now just give it a little bit all right I'll make sure this place is miserable I mean to be real though you fooled me from the outside yeah if I was you know trying to inspect this place like Health expections oh no this is this is really nice up front yeah it's just a Tavern slash in yeah like you got me sa I give you A+ on the rating bro this was awesome thank you like I I don't know what's worse like to work there or work in the Temple of Time like mine's not like it's just what why whoa I I know which one is worse okay at least the temple time is you know open air yeah I did try and give him grass I did try I was like I don't want to and you're like metal I did everything I could to make sure this was showing as much I hit everything as much as possible it's metal metal sad sad metal sad I made sure they couldn't see the daylight you know the saddest part is you just kind of like shoved all the beds your univ does look dead inside like me those beds will be moving in don't worry like these are like these are these are government like mandated beds like if it wasn't up to that the government you these would not be here and that was my sweat sweet shop Sweet Shop cozy Vibes good times and most importantly productivity will be through the roof I guarantee it when you walk up to my house like this the sun is behind it setting bro and it like has we'll have to have everybody did great this and you guys did great I mean you did great Mr fruit in a weird psychotic weird way you did great asterisk I like how you know me so well though you were immediately like this is sus yeah I didn't I yeah blue was on to you right away I could dude he he's transformed into something like I don't recognize he he yeah see this person put it well blue created a home I created a business we
