that's cool isn't it i like that it's the aluminum sculpture and it has little openings on the bottom i don't know what they do i think they're lights hold on i have to put my mask on hello hello how get that from here certainly no i can see it and i want to say this is the first place we've ever been to that has an ocean view from the office we've only done one of the ocean view house did it have an ocean view from the office i don't think you had an office this is the first there you go okay so here we have a loo and a shower it's nicely done very nice office okay i'm just going to ask you to hold one second cut okay okay so are we out we're outside here right this is this is outside so you come in this would either be an office or it could be a bedroom there's a closet in this it could be a bedroom i'm assuming it's actually a guest room which is being used as an office is that okay that makes sense yeah absolutely right i think that's what makes them a bedroom isn't it when they have an ensuite otherwise yes they're not classified you don't have to have a non-sweetheart status it has to have a closet and that did have a closet in the bathroom wow look at this isn't that beautiful this is one of my favorite things about this house look that's me down there can you see look i can do the funny faces stop it pivot door so this would be the the main door the front door so we're now walking into the living space look at that view check that out boats i see very very lovely and if you go all the way out onto the deck it is like a 180 degree panoramic view and you can see newport pier so this is a very very open floor plan uh dining room in your own little enclave of whatever it would be called cool lights and then this would be your kitchen i'm guessing it's the refrigerator because i don't see anywhere else where a refrigerator could be thoughts i agree it's the refrigerator there's water in here and some alcohol if you're interested lovely so what else do we have here fridge and not a fridge freezer freezer drawers yeah i'm assuming that one is too it is indeed dishwasher anyone think i've been here before and opened this i promise i have never opened these before dishwasher double dishwashers nice uh this is going to be a coffee maker no i'm kidding it's a drawer it's a drawer melee fantastic great stuff should we go outside now we'll go outside later i mean we're here so i was just leaving and i noticed we missed the part of the house so this part's on adam's phone and hopefully he can make it all integrate so it looks nice so i'm going to do some magic ready that's where you do that we're already rolling yeah yeah let's start again okay so so i don't want i don't do the jump no i missed the part of the house adam is shooting it on his cell phone and it's the butler's pantry this is the extra part of the kitchen because it was i had some questions about it right where's the big stuff but here you've got stuff stuff and more stuff covered this here is pop warmer no it's a microwave i think it's a microwave but that's the microwave that's another one i know that and this is where you put pans i know that and this is another fridge and a freezer i know that because i can tell where the handles are there do i jump to stop it no no i guess now we'll cut back to the regular video so now you can do magic okay ready yeah okay let's go outside now yeah well we're actually outside so here we are we're outside sit in this i can't because you have this stupid thing in my pocket but i'll try does it does it like tuck your legs in are you going to close it on you is it going to get you yes i don't think it's designed to be encapsulated but i was brave right that was very brave okay so somebody told me recently that this is called a baja deck is that what it's called it is and do you know how i know you looked it up no this is exactly the reason why i know what it's called because i asked them when i was seeing it built they said this is the baja deck okay so this is the barbecue i got to tell you guys this is this coolest barbecue it's spanish actually and it's just cool but how do festfuck i swear to god it says milano but it's not it's spanish barcelona here oh barcelona there okay it is special oh no that's bulgore so it's a vulgar fest fox what did you find it's a bathroom for the pool oh i didn't know that take a look just so you know there's a bathroom for the pool it's very nice did you mention that already big shower heaters in the ceiling for those chilly ocean breeze nights okay let us continue i just want to do a quick whip around and show this view do a whip around and show the view there boop there's newport pier and then all the way around here the other side of the golf course just here is crystal cove state park which is where i do a lot of freediving so one thing i would tell you if these houses weren't here you could put the price up by another five or six million dollars or maybe 10 million dollars 100 the nice thing is that these guys are all also looking that way so yes you only get people looking at your nudie in the pool when they get in the cars fireplace look at this mural it's awesome nice right okay so here this would be an elevator is that finally one that actually works it looks that way but i'm not going in i don't have good experience with elevators in houses so this would be the boss that and he said bastard i didn't nearly say bastard i actually said bastard but i meant master because it was a mix between bathroom and master and bastard all right don't get us demonetised yeah and then you could open one of these little windows crawl out and jump in the pool you can lovely bedroom eggshells on the wall are the eggshells what are those things they look like little eggshells i don't think they are egg shells but very nice what's it called remember uh a rubber plant fiddly fig yes oh i like this lovely bathroom these tubs are fantastic look how deep it is you know if i was doing this i would have done something a little different i would have put the faucet on that side i agree yeah right in the middle yeah don't know why they put it there yeah no that would have made the symmetry nice is it it is installed doesn't it yeah because your ocd wouldn't go 500 i'm not ocd well a little bit i would move it great shower rain head two showers and stuff two yeah that's gorgeous isn't it they look a bit like sperms can i say that but i mean look don't they am i wrong you are not wrong michael normally you that say things like that on this occasion i couldn't resist that one down there looks a bit lost no that's the fastest swimmer that's the one that makes the the baby does that make baby lights yeah this one doesn't none of these make it uh bathroom yeah do you want to peek in there i will i won't go in oh have you seen the uh lampshade in here i did i went in there to put my microphone on oh you didn't you this is lovely i love all of the the back light that they've got going on nice there's one up there too in the sugar yeah all right i wonder if any of these are the first edition that's cool don't lean on these what a great way to sort of fill a space with useful storage plus right i think it looks better like that than when you start putting nicky nacks on there yeah it looks untidy but this is great and this is reminiscent of what this is reminiscent of i don't know no at your house yeah okay yeah yeah yeah and it's wobbles just the same as mine does but it's with intolerances there you go yeah it's safe apparently you can lean on it okay so here's a washing machine room laundry room nice yeah look all the lighting's so nicely done yes very nicely done really is very nicely done uh bedroom and there's a bathroom beautiful the fit and finish in this home is beautiful isn't it oh michael there's a serial killer yeah it really does look like a serial killer do you have any tents there especially looking into the bathroom that's just not good yeah every level that's not good i think i would probably want to put some frosted glass here uh definitely definitely and this would be the closet indeed the closet slideys next one closet oh i like that i like that blue which blue this yeah it looks a bit like stingray doesn't yeah does that have texture no no but it's very nice yeah i do like that very minimalistic art which looks great do you think this is supposed to be a sailboat on the ocean if you have a vivid imagination or a very late night and some extra drinkies it could be you know it's the long drive that i no to get here i was breathing in recirculated air for so long do you understand what i do now for every single video you chose to move down here i did absolutely did guys i'm also looking at potentially getting a house down here as well so that i don't know why would i do that because it's beautiful it is nice it is nice okay did that did that did that let's continue i back here as well apparently um you found it open that one i think it's a dishwasher yeah dishwasher more storage oh no fridge oh the next one's a grocery store two fridges very cool beautiful i mean yeah this is such a great little spot isn't it you have your friends over there anything that's missing tv i guess you've got the big the big one down there there's one right there but it would be cool to somehow maybe have a drop screen or yeah maybe maybe a drop screen here and a projector could go up here yeah that would be very very neat nice wine cooling area yeah great let's continue the light is phenomenal over the top of the pool table it's lovely isn't it yeah also the staircase great work of engineering to do that i believe they call this the helix the helix i think so i like you and your names for everything you've been reading up right i also say furniture comes with the house if you want to buy this place you get the furniture is it really uh-huh not the art the living wall does that come with the house too sure does and it's probably one of my favorite features of the entire house how do you water it from the top it just has a drip feeding system that just comes down and there's two staircases one either side pick up leaves and dead animals hey [Music] tell everybody about what you found in your garage yesterday i found a snake in my garage a snake where oh show me the picture you're going to show them the picture of it is in the car ah okay on the way out i'll show you a picture in fact i'll flash it up on the screen to you yeah big tv a pair of binoculars down there you could watch it yeah i love that staircase this is such a beautiful level oh michael get in that get an egg i will before we get in the egg let's just see what's around this corner i don't want to miss anything this is the garage elevator oh should we get in the garage sure bathroom big garage surprisingly large and another bathroom right next to that bathroom in case oh yeah you had a car party oh yeah so how many count how many cars then two four seven i think so i would say seven seven comfortably you could put three there and then four five yeah seven i would say seven yeah seven without having to jiggle them around to like get other cars out i think and deceiving because from the outside it looks like a single car garage right should i show people what it looks like do you wanna hit the open button so you come into the house from gorham right but you leave on whatever street this is well you'd park your car and the front if you're a guest and if you're not a guest and you're driving the garage here there's also a guest entrance here too i can't hear a word you're saying you're way too far away there's a guest entrance right here oh so there's steps that lead up oh nice i think wait no i lied to you so you can get walk straight into the pool and get wet i lied there isn't it nice that is a lot of air conditioning four units mind you i guess 8 500 square feet and i don't know anything about electric cars but is this for a tesla uh probably it looks like it doesn't it i don't know oh you wanted me to sit in here yeah what about my mic pack pinterest corner i would switch anything off alright uh no just sit on the other cheek hold on is that comfy let's have the full effect here is it comfy in there if this falls i will be those bolts do look a bit creaky they're huge here's another laundry room was there another laundry room so this is the spa laundry room yeah plenty of laundry because do you remember the 65 million dollar home one laundry room upstairs and it was tiny unless we missed one because we missed a whole section of the house which is true that might be in the laundry wings yeah might have been bathroom hold on not just the bathroom michael oh bathroom sauna shower steam shower that's a love look at that that's very nice yes nice i need a sauna in my life so not the current house where i am but my previous house i had a sauna never used it once oh i've been it every day never used it one of them i'll zoom in yes don't use those that belongs in that serial killer's van that's outside it doesn't look like it's uh pleasant it's a pilates machine isn't it it is yeah this is gorgeous isn't this nice what a nice place to have a couple's massage could double up as a bedroom this is really nice and then of course you have this outside zen area which is very clever because when you come in the front door if you're having guests over and you want to hang out you can bring them straight down to the entertainment area without going into the main house which is really neat i'm going over here because it's in the shade yeah so if you really wanted to you could have a party here and just put security on the bottom of the stairs right and that way and lock that door and that way direct everybody down here everyone down here yeah i thought it didn't get hot down here hmm it does especially this weekend here than it is in beverly hills is that yeah yeah this weekend we're having a heat wave humid yeah oh it's been so humid and this is nothing this is nice it's been 85 percent 85 85 humidity yep that's what it has been i very rarely have my air conditioning on here and for the last two weeks i've had it blasting 68 degrees the whole time really remind me off-camera to show you my last month's air conditioning belt from my house okay you freak out really yes okay because it's been ridiculously hot right and i i think i have six air conditioning units all running at max i was horrified i'll show it to you okay scary is it four figures four figures five it's closer to five than it is to four really yeah wow okay it's pretty terrible well guys i guess that's it right did we miss anyone no
