foreign so today we are in orange county california and we're specifically in crystal cove which is on newport coast and it's one of the most prestigious communities in orange county it's a gated community full of amazing amazing houses and we're going to show you a fabulous house today and guess what yes she is she's inside caroline let's go see it's really hard on the nickels caroline hey guys welcome to newport beach come on in thank you thank you thank you how are you i'm doing great you look lovely oh thank you so much well this is rather spectacular i know don't you love this indoor it's like your outdoor but if you just close the doors there you'll feel very enclosed in this space no it's beautiful yeah this is newport beach um we're in crystal cove which is a gated community and it's super safe like everyone has to check in so if safety is an issue this is a great house for them tell us about the house okay well it's a five bedroom seven bath 8 400 square feet and it's listed for 13 million 750. let's take a look let's go it's like walking into italy right yeah it's a really beautiful house although it has a very mediterranean vibe um there's also this very modern feeling as well i love this yeah this is like a it's a dining room right yeah which opens into the courtyard and it's really great because um you get this like indoor outdoor feeling and in california we have wonderful weather all year round so so question is that the front door or is this the front door um i guess that would be the front door it was it's kind of like a um the entrance of the house but this is like the actual main door there's like a big foyer enclosed for you yeah very cool this is the actually grand fourier wow and doesn't it feel grand it really is ground wow and i love this like lights that they put on the stairway it really puts like this modern touch on it beautiful view when you walk in what a lovely pool this is definitely an entertainer's dream house and so we have this living room here fully pocketing doors which i love i think that's a wine room is that a wine room it looks like it could be so the house is brand new and it's not quite finisher here there's a few finishing touches that are still happening yes and then still here is the door nice so that would be that'll be the wine room it would be a really good fit for our wine room the house isn't complete but it's a great time if someone wants to come and purchase and change little things uh it's a great time to do that do you recognize this uh kind of where from don't you have marble in your kitchen exactly the same one oh really yeah exactly the same one well it must have been a big like deal on it it was on sale beautiful kitchen beautiful kitchen yeah it's a really grand kitchen um you're gonna have a lot of fun and cook some delicious meal not me i'm not gonna cook anything no you're not into cooking i don't know how to make an egg really i could probably make an egg you stick it in the microwave right are you like really into postmates what's that thermador um adam yes is this like you guys usually have a punchline joke for alcohol that would be the refrigerator on the right there's probably some beer in there for adam oh gosh whoa fully stocked white claws for you caroline what's the deal with this modelo because modelo is appearing in every house we look at it's just a good beer yeah i think mattel is really popular because it was funny when we saw it in the other house and then adam said he liked it and then like all the parties i've been going to they've been serving modelo at the party so you're not supposed to go to heart have you been going to they're illegal in california uh six of us uh same household you know yeah yeah she's in trouble [Laughter] what are you gonna do arrest me so this doubles up is another dining table doesn't it it's uh eight seats you could probably informal thing like you can have breakfast here uh place shuffleboard or beer park yeah right yeah i think if adam bought this house this would definitely be a beer pong i can totally imagine where we going um well i just wanted to show you this uh side so um it can be used to actually make the food and that kitchen kind of like just for looks but you want to do like food that doesn't maybe like if you want to cook fish or something that's gonna like smell heavily mud room all right and then the other i'm all the way in the garage see and then you gotta guess how many cars can fit in here and then we gotta argue if it's more or less okay so you can put four short cars in here it's not very long is it yeah it's not is it it's not particularly deep i think your rolls would be butted up here and there i don't think it would be a problem getting it in but it wouldn't be a lot of room yeah i think you could do four snug yeah no it's adequate it's definitely adequate yeah especially if you got rid of all the drinks because i just realized all your cars are larger because i drive like more coupes and convertibles and like smaller cars but you like larger cars well haven't said that i do have a little golf hatchback now so i do yeah that's a shocker i imagine you like in a truck like you want a raptor he has a serial killer truck van oh serial killers don't drive trucks that's true they're driving fans yeah has anyone ever told you guys that you guys fight like an old married couple yes all the time all right i want to show you guys this outdoor area never come to that last right well next we've got a circle back around let's see the outdoor area please caroline this way please gentlemen it's gorgeous yeah it really is and it's a really great entertaining space can we throw you in the pool oh my god people like that i know they're still like well can we can we throw you in the pool yeah i don't know we have to come up with a new deal there's a chance right caroline wasn't it your birthday yesterday yes it was my birthday i think we should celebrate yeah why don't we celebrate i'll jump in if you will you will i'll hold the camera yeah there you go all right are we ready i only live five minutes down the road so it doesn't matter to me it's my birthday not your birthday how's that beneficial to me this is lovely yeah it really is orange trees there's an orchard and a fire pit yeah this is a very big pool and look at that house it's just so grand you know yeah it does remind me of like a tuscan villa or something they did such an amazing job this is where you will be sunbathing it's lovely i mean it really is picturesque and then you just pop over and yeah whatever is that a suggestion what's the suggestion how did it's not a particularly deep pool i don't think you'd be able to just pop over because i think you'd pop your head on the bottom you know just for the record your followers do want me in the pool but they also think you guys belong in the pool as well no one's going to want to see me in the pool i second that notion caroline how do you feel about sea doos cedars sea doo's jet skis see i like jet skis okay where is this going i just got one oh okay okay congrats see it was congrats rather than can i have a go on [Music] it [Music] so we're gonna go this way and here's another sitting room and you can kind of make this into like a game room this is cool isn't this cool yeah i like this this no this well the room too but there's a split in between the car the two different pictures it just looks cool like that instead of butting them up together yeah it's very artistic are you good at pool no you suck totally shook no i'm actually pretty good at pool really yes if you think about this pool table the the length of this pool table is smaller than the width of a snooker table yeah a full-size one for sure so a full-size snooker table goes from you to like here right huge yeah okay continue all right right this way reel of faith thank you real fake no comment rude i was pointing to this tiles on the floor whether they were ceramic or continue continue what's happening all right right this way what's happening we have a junior suite in here and you know what's so crazy about this junior suite is that there is a washer and dryer in here it's almost like a casita but it's not technically a casita because it's still attached to the house any idea what you're talking about yeah okay nice bathroom so you want to see the washer and dryer it's if you make a left from where you are right there oh my goodness it's even got clothes in it so i mean with that first entrance you could be completely separate from the rest of the house you can um so it's a great like um in-law like uh in-law junior suites you can put your in-laws in here would be great you could put anyone in here yeah definitely but it's like a casita but adam could ruin here yeah would you live in here adam yeah for sure it's it's such a great house there's no bad room in this home do you know what this is the first house that i've actually walked into and then in my mind been like so what's a down payment on a mortgage like right now how much would it be i could quite happily live in a community like this it would cost you of course how much do you think the home owners association per month is in this house i'm going to guess a few grand no do you know yes how much 700 oh that's cheap so that pays for the the street maintenance and the guard and and all of that stuff yeah yeah there's but that's eight thousand dollars a year right right 8 400. but to put that into perspective the hoa fees at one of the apartment buildings in marina del rey near where i used to live was fifteen hundred dollars a month and that was an apartment building yeah in wilshire corridor they go up to three thousand so that's why we're saying a couple so it's not bad 700 bucks there's nobody yeah absolutely lead the way right this way gentlemen adam i think he wants you to follow me she's learning i i i don't but i think the audience might where are we we were out there right this way we need clout i get it all right [Laughter] is that what you said wow this is nice yeah this is a nice sitting area so um uh okay come on uh what did you say it's like it's like a term like when people are like chasing fame you know like clout chasing oh clout yeah never heard of it but anyway we'll go along with this i love the lights we've seen these before as well right yes we have very very nice so this is the formal dining room it is a little sitting area off the formal dining room and it comes off the kitchen yeah we we turned the other way but if through the kitchen it would be in here butler's pantry garage and we're back at the beginning cool so are we now going upstairs yeah i'm gonna show you the bedrooms upstairs and then we're gonna do the master last come on adam look michael went that way i'm just trying to keep you guys entertained and here we are okay so the master is this way so we're gonna go this way to see the other bedrooms and you got this like romeo and juliet balcony it overlooks the pool overlooks all the backyard entertainment space beautiful i mean i just this house you just feel so good in it so let me tell you something yes so last week adam and i we filmed an 81 million dollar mention 30 000 square feet this house blows it away would you agree 100 percent yeah more money is not yeah this house is so beautiful even just the fit and finish like there's four hinges on that door michael the other one barely had three barely yeah i mean like some of those doors were pretty rickety yeah and you could feel the the volume in this door it's it's yeah they're all so i like this i like this okay i have to point something out are you ready so you're laying in bed and the phone rings and you go yeah hello because there's a phone jack that's convenient who has a phone in their house these days i know what's your phone look phone jack you in a cell phone phone jack above the bed that's for your internet no cable internet cable cable where's the phone i'm sorry did i miss something i don't know you know i don't know what it is no cat six and cat six so it's it's the internet and then that's tv so you'd mount to be here right but why would you want internet coming out above the bed okay just out of curiosity who has a home phone these days i do you do i have do you no yeah but i don't have it for making calls um i have two don't say facts no i have two independent lines that go to separate alarm companies and the police ah and it's hardwired um it's just the way that they do it so this is we're gonna uh we are gonna lock up michael okay here's the favorite part of the house come in here and look down there okay it's a doggy bath yeah very cute so you can wash your dog here and it's going to be the washer and dryer room oh this is the blooming station what are these bathroom they're the little balcony i'll get out your way i actually really like these uh royal blue cupboards that they're doing cabinets yeah they did a really good job with all the finishes in the house is so beautiful very elegant very modern it's like elegant and modern at the same time all right oh an office but this would be a bedroom right uh this one does have a closet on the side no washing machine in here oh done he seriously i thought this time it was your job to make sure he took his medication new cameraman new camera please please let him know in the comments replace the adam [Music] baby [Music] so this is the master bedroom and this master will take your breath away so bam it opens up into the master bedroom did you just say bounce i did say bam check out this master bath it is so grandiose and so beautiful look at this freaking shower it really is nice that is the biggest shower we've ever seen i think so it's amazing yeah it really is amazing look at the size of the nozzles not the jets with the actual nozzles i mean that'll be like torrential rain coming in yeah they are impressive the rainfall on the top as well wow and yeah this is amazing i mean women we always want like a place to do like our makeup and stuff so this is a great vanity for that um what are great about these closets is like um they're you can have clothes in them yes but they're they're not see-through so if you put very expensive clothing like sometimes the sunlight will damage the color of the clothes so to be fair most closets don't have windows in them most yes but some do so since this one does it was built it was built in such a way and you can go like this and you can have a look at your back and your front and your sides and yeah it's very difficult for me not to film myself i'm like trying to hide in this little gap here but this booty too thick you know what i mean caroline is that i'm in here what cut this part out it's terrible you always say that and he never got it but he'll cut this out because i'm just having happy goofy in the closet oh my god am i gonna sell a house with this man hundred percent can we move on please yes this is it stop stop caroline this is a very very serious house tour yes very serious and we have to point out all the lovely things including the fact that see it was educational you can go like this and you can see the back of your head and the back of your clothes are not all angles so yeah maybe we move on so you work for sothebys she worked with a d at the end for sotheby's after they see this i'll let you go come on come on compass agency if you guys need a new agent come on i'm gonna get fired very soon there's another another closet here right second closet the loo one has a bum washer one doesn't okay so that's the number one one and that's the number two one and there's another closet so this would be his i guess nice this is probably one of the most understated yet spectacular bathrooms we've ever seen yeah and it's so like clean and crisp and beautiful i mean it's huge but it doesn't feel so so to put this in perspective this is a very large bathtub although it looks small in this room if you put this in a regular sized bathroom they say wow that's a big tub but it looks lost in here just funny true story i actually didn't notice there was a bathtub there true story true story not for real you did not notice no i was looking at the show i was like wow that show is beautiful i didn't even see the bathtub good job good job i pointed it out sounds like it didn't want to jump in there let's see if a 6-2 man can fit in it uh no i'm not jumping in there because i have a microphone in my back pocket here which would go crunch and i have a cell phone in the other which vibrates from time to time there's landline tucked down let's go see let's go see the master bedroom follow me and look how beautiful this master is and you have um patios on both sides this one's facing the front of the house this one's facing the back with the pool is that the ocean i see yeah you can see all the way down to newport through there oh there you go so it has slight ocean views especially if you come out in this little part here that's the ocean viewing planet there's the ocean view yeah it's cool and this is a staircase directly from the outdoors to the master bedroom which is unusual you have a little area where maybe you can do like a little coffee in the morning here like a little bar area or a little wine in the evening perhaps you you don't even drink michael but other people do he does i do i do wine in there well we know we know adam drinks excuse me he's feeling a little worse where this morning and then you get this amazing view of the backyard so if you are throwing a party you can peek over and see what's going on oh that pool is just beautiful you got this newport beach ocean waves it's just you also have you also have i was about to say you also have the breeze that blows through so from that over there to this here you have a balcony on either end it's very very nice so guys yeah i guess that was it thank you caroline you know what to do tell us if we want more of her tell us if you want more of him hit the
