loin and pour backbone and with turnips man you talk about good do you think of my dad makes me more to start evening right now without putting anything on it but I got to put something on what I'm gonna put on him some garlic powder some salt in cayenne pepper an enema pour just about a half a cup of wine and a half a cup of water around the water around there first of all go to little garlic powder gets a little we kind of we sprinkle it on there very lightly you know let's get onto the rice and we're gonna bake this we started off at 350 put it over when it was over at 350 degrees preheated of it and then I got to Pat that on there you ain't gonna do like then that's that side then I put salt and sprinkle salt on it not too much but enough and we'll pet that too now we put some Cayenne red pepper on that it looked like a lot but it not yet enough really and truly I got to Pat that on there and I got to turn these over and do the same thing again on the other side see that with the fat side up that's the way I like to cook them in at home with the fat side up you know what I got to rinse my hands ain't good as I've got to look hot water handy with that red pepper you can get awful hot on your hand particularly if you reach up to your eyes yeah put that right there do the same thing some more garlic powder just lightly you know good fine garlic powder so you'll not go patties on this side I know how much I'm putting on it worry not about that cayenne pepper cayenne pepper good for you you know black pepper nut but boy did you know that huh nothing but wood but I like to taste everything I don't cook with it though it doesn't cook good now into here now not on it but on that side and down you on this side we put a mixture of water they got to drive ahead and get that be sure left that red pepper on it put it over here out of the more we put the lid on this that's all it golden this is what you call easy cooking I'm gonna put this in this oven is preheated at 350 degrees and then I'm gonna lure it to 325 or 320 whatever I was how long I want it to cook and it cooked quickly cooks the easy here let's go alright no partners going it over the water not even arguing anything like that and it generally minded me pretty good get in there and go to cooking in just a little while I love that I've got to put this out of my way because it's in my way and what I'm gonna do just put it over here put you over there I don't think I'll need this either put these over there if I need your know where you are I don't find you don't worry not now I'm gonna fix within the bet got to put a fire under that now maybe she'll get the right one and she never do get the right file I'm gonna put that on a medium fire like that you know even they eat the end of this right now just get out of there now they don't measure my hand to clean except a little red pepper then I put some Sarah a cup of celery chopped celery and I stir you hear that pot don't you are you GRU no thank you that's the first thing dangerous thing I did a very rarely do it I generally have a pot holder and I got one hand you right you right now in case I needed so now you could catch that damn dish towel on father easily these fires you know that now I'll put a full couple I think that's a cup and a half a cup chopped it's a couple parties yeah that's a good cup - I'll guarantee ya a can't now and it is like to put I'm going to put a couple with no Bernard we'll put a cup and a half of some sweet light a bacon his delicious stuff it's sweet and nice but not too sweet this won't be like a a jelly roll gonna be good pork meat cook with all these delicious vegetable and with this some sweet light a big it helps make a good gravy I'll tell you that for true and I got to stir that in there too this thing gonna be done before I'm ready to eat it you know what then hurry up then we do you think near the corner home pop it one bony book now ended Adam will put a cup of dry white wine people worry about me forgetting about my wine I don't ever worry about that I'll get it in there every time I cook I cook with wine but we get one reason believe it or not to me I think it enhances the flavor but better than that it takes all the bitterness out of on your own bare top of sweet on you or anything like that takes the bitterness out of it and that helps anything I can't stand its bitter bitter food oh man y'all looking good and smelling good now I taste it I got a tasting spoon and taste it a little bit at the end of that I'm gonna put some mushrooms sliced mushrooms chop the mushrooms although they sliced and then they chopped him a little bit about I would say there's two cups of chopped mushrooms here and I used all kind of mushroom but I particularly like the usually shit-talking placing but these are not shiitake he's a regular mushroom where any store would have them in the store well cut this stuff they had him and Daddy are in there right now stir that in there too now I've got to put some all among do it put some hot sauce jet to never am I gonna put much this recipe called for two tablespoons a little hot sauce I'm not gonna put that much me I'm just gonna put about a tablespoon just about I shook it first notice that exactly our table too yeah stirring man like to stir that that's very good to me now and it is I'm gonna put some chopped first want to put a little salt too got put some salt in there it says about a tablespoon full of salt or as much as you like now tablespoons gonna be just about it enough but of course there's a lot of meat in a lot of time so I may put a tablespoon full and a Justin Wilson measure of a tablespoon now that's a tablespoon and that the rest of Justin Wilson measure right there it always comes out I don't know why but it does I'm not good now the tonnes come in we gonna put the turnips in there six cups of peeled and chopped Turner's octopus you know tons are so good a soup being worth a damn I bet it was soup unless you got turnips in and I say my hands are clean I want to get every bit of that in there got it put this over here and put the rest of these little things in it like like get one get in there in this one come here to me you back goes do a love backbone that is the Tucker way of making a pork chop show that's all it is stir no turnip in there she's nice and thick you gonna need rice with oh he do to eat it by itself when I'm able to poke along with it nice you know there to eat now yeah yeah come here you beautiful poke along in that beautiful poke low and it really is let's get in there like a little gentleman yeah you did - bless your hearts turn it in there now I'm gonna bring you to a burl or a ball whatever you want to call that and then I'm gonna put a little ole fire and cook it about two hours I think that's about the best that's way to put that and it tastes better when you cook it slow that's true me cheater there's - period - this recipe well yeah two hours I remember that but you bought in dinner now I'm gonna bring that to a bar but I got to cut this up and down on that one those up hold on I got it now cut that down to about 325 or 320 actually 300 this is what I'm gonna put it on and let that cook and it'll cook just as pretty and nice as anything you ever saw got to bring this to a boil and cook that fire down a little bit it's about the things that I put in there today because they didn't have him around at that time now like for instance this sound sweet like bacon it's wonderful really it helped it helps the flavor too and you take a little sip to see if these to go to taste good enough is good enough they put little bit of pork backbone on my plate oh that look good I believe it gonna taste good too I'm gonna see about it right now y'all don't mind I'm sure you take a little taste of this good tend to pull but it backbone and turn I love that going that all good I guarantee so good I take a little taste so you know how
