I'd say hes a very balanced character.

I thought he was a very realistic character. He was so loyal to Ywach because he actually saved him from abuse by killing his uncle. Ywach killed all the people in the village so Bazz-B wanted revenge on him for killing his family but Haschwalth was actually glad that he killed his uncle because of the abuse he received. That's where the different views came into place and why they didn't view Ywach the same. It's like he was so torn on who to side with, his best friend or the man who saved him from abuse and gave him power. Then Uryu came along and made him realize the truth about friendship. It wasn't about having power and being saved from the world as a weakling but the true value of friendship that is more important. It was like he realized that Ywach was using him just like he was using the others but he was blinded by his loyalty to him for saving him and making him feel important by giving him power and a place that he felt like he belonged. I really like your videos and I'm also a subscriber to your YouTube channel. Keep up the good work bro!

well i know it has been a while since the last time we did one of these bleach character analysis videos but i'm really really excited to actually get on and finally talk about yugram hashwolf the grand master of the stern ritters so eugram came in a really close second place to yarawichi in the last video but you guys voted for him so much that i had to talk about him now and i'm really excited to do so i'm also really excited to say that sage and komomora will be the next video we do based on your votes on the last video but once again bambieta masterbuying came in so close second place that we'll also do a video on her moving forwards however guys i want to move the voting for these videos to my community posts i know it's something you have suggested in the past and yeah it makes so much sense it's just a lot easier for me to get a comprehensive look at who's voting for who so by the time this video is up it should already be there some of you probably have already voted now but there'll be three brand new characters on a community post for you to vote for so go over there vote for which character you'd like to see another video on we've got this one then comamora then bambieta and then it'll be whoever we get on that poll so go over there and make sure to vote now and before we really kickstart this character analysis video guys if you're new to my channel if you've just stumbled across it make sure to hit subscribe stay up to date with all of my content we do videos like this every single week on bleach so make sure you're a part of that now hit the notification bell and give the video a thumbs up if you enjoyed what you saw because it really does help with the exposure on youtube as well become a part of the wider community too by following me on twitter the name should be coming up below and don't forget as well to join the discord the link to which you can find in the description so hash swath i'm really happy to talk about this guy finally as i think there's quite a lot to say about this character he is quite unique as far as villains go in bleach now he is the dragon character of the thousand year blood war which essentially means he is the second in command the second main villain of this entire arc he leads the entirety of the sterniter army so you would expect great things from this guy now he has a design to match his kind of regal standing among this empire he looks pretty much exactly like what i hoped the quincy would look like should they ever make an appearance in bleach and of course they do and he does look like that he has the whole angelic holy night look going on especially with his european style broadsword and his massive shield that he gets later on as well his long flowing golden hair is very angelic and i love the green lapel he has as well basically hashtag looks exactly like what i expected the quincy to look like prideful elegant uh but again holy and angelic and that is exactly what we got with this character in many ways his personality reflects his design he's cold he's stoic he's pretty aloof and he's pretty distant from just about everyone else as well and you might be thinking this has been done before in bleach and yeah it really has hash wealth pretty much is the nubiakia the new ulchiora and he's even got his own grim joe and renji in basby but kubo does something really different and unique with their relationship which i actually really enjoy and it helps the two of them stand out from the crowd as far as bleach bad guys go now of all the character analysis videos we've done on this channel so far hashtag is the only one to have only appeared in a single story arc but that doesn't mean that his lifespan in the manga is necessarily any shorter he actually is in quite a few chapters his first speaking role is chapter 485 but he is wearing a mask in this scene it's fairly easy to deduce that it is him because he speaks to yuhawak in such an informal manner however if you'd like his first actual maskless appearance where you see his face is 486. technically he appears on the double color page spread for 480 that introduces this arc in the first place but the quinces that appear on this picture are so conceptual to me that i'm not even really sure it's him i'm fairly sure it's supposed to be but i'm also pretty sure that none of the others became actual characters that are easily discernible anyway there is some guy in the back who has earrings so you could assume it's maybe basby maybe one of the guys is uru but this picture like i said is so conceptual regarding the vandom reich that i'm more comfortable with saying hashtag's first appearance is 485 and he lasts all the way until very nearly the end of the entire series with his final appearance being 684. now considering he's the grand master of the stermiter you would absolutely hope that of all the villains in the thousand year blood war arc he has treated some of the best and yeah in many ways he is he has the most appearances of any stir mister appearing and i think i counted this correctly 54 chapters total whereas nearest competition is basby at 30. he gets a volume cover he gets a pretty sizable flashback he gets two fights although we'll get into that a bit later so really he's an all a pretty well-rounded character in bleach and he's definitely one of the best-handled stir-meter for me at least anyway diving into hash wolf's role overview then his role in bleach as a whole and really it's kind of weird although he's the dragon of the arc he has no relationship to ichigo which again is pretty refreshing and very different from biakia or okiyora or even characters like gene tsukushima these kind of villains hashtag has very very little in common with which i find to be really really interesting hashtag's focus is mainly directed towards uru which i actually really like and i know uru and kubo have received a lot of criticism for making uri's role feel a little bit diminished in the ark that's supposed to be his but i'll never sorry entirely thought that was fair i think uryu has a cool role to play in this arc and that is embellished by hashtag and the relationship he shares with the leader of the stern ritters but really hashwealth's role in this story is to kind of stand around and look pretty and i know that might sound a bit harsh but he doesn't really do a whole lot which is kind of sad he appears a lot he has plenty of lines but he doesn't necessarily do much in the story to push things forward and i think part of that is because unlike characters like um eisen who is a little bit more in the background and then he you know he comes out for a big fight later on but uh mark is very full-on at the start of the thousand-year blood war arc he's right there on the front lines and new harbor is uniquely motivated as far as bleach bad guys go to be the driver of the plot like he is pushing things forward new harbach is there on the front lines he doesn't necessarily send his underlings out to do his dirty work he is there on the ground so it doesn't me it means that hashwath doesn't necessarily get the chances to push the plot forward that other villains might do in the story like tsukushima is another great example fukushima pushes the entire plot forward of the lost asian arc despite not being the main villain the main villain is ginjo but ginjo works in the background the entire time um so here hashtag kinda is relegated to the sidelines he is uh bach's groupie essentially like he's there he's his cheerleader on the sidelines for pretty much the entire arc and that is a little bit disappointing the most interesting times for hash off are when he gets a chance to be separated from his majesty when he gets the chance to be his own guy those are the times i find the character to be the most interesting regardless he is in the story plenty and he's a part of the first invasion he's actually a little bit different in the first invasion something i found kind of noticeable and a bit weird when i went back and looked at the character for research for the video he has weird facial expressions in the first invasion there's a moment where he notes that the 13th division has lost its will to fight and he even wonders if he should spare the rest of them so does you harbaugh which is pro that's pretty weird that feels very out of character um but hashtag yeah he's got this whole angelic thing going on but it is a bit conflicting and hashtag seems to be a little bit more on the sidelines in the first invasion in general there's a moment where you hobart tells him to take ichigo back to the vanden right so they can re-educate him and hashtag looks genuinely unhappy about it for some reason and he's like really shocked when uh stabs it you go in the neck so definitely a bit weird there i wonder if maybe kubo had some plans for hashtag to be a little bit more um not necessarily rebellious but not quite as staunchly loyal as he turned out to be in the final product but regardless that version of hashtal is pretty much never seen again after the first invasion after that he is stony faced on new halbach's level the whole way through like i said you hobart is more the driver of the plot than hash wealth so when he announces that uryu is going to be his successor hashwat's main role is to react accordingly and this is actually pretty interesting moment because obviously the stermiters don't know uru and therefore they don't like the fact that he's been given this position of regal authority that none of them can ever really hope to get um although it does look like from that meeting that a lot of them maybe expected they would get it or at the very least they expected that hashtag would get it which is what basbee mentions to him and hashtag's absolutely fine with the fact that uru is going to be the successor i think this works on multiple levels i think he's fine with it because well for starters he knows that uh bark is doing this to place pressure on uri it's not necessarily uru is his successor everyone else is supposed to think that but hashoff knows that's not necessarily the case and in fact this really helps to kick-start two of hashtags biggest relationships in the manga we get to really get his relationship with uryu off the ground when uri was made a successor i think it's designed to build some friction between the two characters as well but because hashmoth is privy to jujorbach's plans he's not likely to be jealous of uru's position at all and then it also builds the relationship with him and basbee basbe calling him dugo so there's a hint of some kind of familiarity there some kind of past between them which is obviously built upon later on which we'll talk about in the relationship section but yeah as far as hashtag's role overview so far he is very reactionary as a character this continues into the second invasion though he does get a really nice moment again when he gets to break away from uh and face shin sweet really nice kubo doesn't do anywhere near enough with this um the panels that they do have together could have been awesome why it could have been a sword fight between the two of them but no hashel spends the entire time behind a couple of keto barriers that nanao has created um before eventually being called back to silburn to dispense judgment on his fellow stern writers now i won't pretend i don't hate this scene because i do i think it was really stupid i think um kang do and bg9 did not deserve to be killed they were both fit to fight again even though beej and i was missing a part of his face but um kang do especially is just like not even damaged uh but hashtag kills them regardless and pretty much without uh recourse he's not even bothered about the fact that he has just done this or at least not on the surface anyway and really with this character everything is in service of his majesty that's the whole point of of hash wolf he is supposed to be the number one angel he's supposed to be the number one warrior in this army and everything he does is in service of you hobart's will if that includes murdering two of his fellow stermiters then so be it their souls will return to his majesty and like as far as hash was concerned that's like the natural order of things obviously here is when we get the first major hint to hashoff's ability as well when kang do is able to block his strike and then hash wealth reveals the balance essentially and you see the scales for the first time really cool panel as well i think basically everyone guessed the hash off was the balance at that point it was very very obvious but still it was really neat to get a little bit of a hint at what this guy the grand master could actually do we then get a very nice character moment for hashwath when new harbach is actually asleep and we find out as he talks to uru that while juha bark sleeps hashtag wears the mask of the ruler they really are two sides of the same coin and i actually kind of wish in some ways these have been played up a little bit more as far as bad guys go yuho bark is very far removed from his subordinates he's very very aloof more so than even eisen he is a god king like you hobart doesn't sit down to have tea with these guys he stands on a stage that none of the others could ever hope to aspire to be on and just talks down to them you don't speak back and then he leaves so i think kubo had a really cool opportunity to make hashtag the almost down to earth and relatable version of yuhabak because more than anyone he is privy to his majesties like life and his plans and stuff like that and you know if you if you have a problem you don't go to the king you go to hash wealth like basby does and i think uh it would have been really interesting to get a little bit more of hashtag interacting with stermiters on the ground level because he is that intermediary between the grunts and the god you know he he is the one who can kind of walk both sides if that makes sense you know he's the one who deals with with both areas and i think that could have been something really cool to um talk a bit more about but cooper doesn't really do too much with that but he does mention that hashtag wears this mask which you find out is very literal uh as the story progresses he actually takes all of you hardware's powers once they reawaken but for now he's just here to just dispense the bad news to uri that you've already sacrificed your soul to his majesty when you've got it the letter engraved on your heart um so now you're basically screwed and i love this scene because hashtag reveals his perception uh the fact that he has already guessed that uryu is only here to avenge his mother what i find to be interesting about this is this scene is kind of framed to me at least anyway that hashtag is the only one who has figured this out and you're kind of supposed to think i think anyway that uh doesn't know this um because he can't see the future yet so he doesn't know that uru has only joined for this reason so it's kind of weird to me because uh hashwolf mentions that new hobart made him the successor to put the eyes of the stir meter on him and to create dissent among the ranks um but then here it feels like hashtag's the only one who's privy to this information right now and because the idea i think is that hashtag supposed to have a constant watchful eye on uryu that's the foundation of their relationship hash off doesn't trust him as far as he can throw him and i really like that i thought that was really good um i think it was very obviously setting up a showdown between these two at the end of the story which kubo does kind of deliver on um but i love this moment i think hash wealth is threatening here i think he's actually really dangerous i think this is the moment you really see him for who he truly is um a bit of he he is a bit of a toadying character like he follows juha bark around like a shadow um executing his will without question you know anyone dares to kind of come close to even his chambers and hashtag is there ready to pounce and i think it's it's definitely interesting because there is almost like no questioning his loyalty and i know that one of the theories going around during reading it weekly was that hashwath would eventually betray him but i think the only reason we really thought that was because we were kind of used to that like gene turns on eisen renji turns on biaccia tsukushima is of course blindly loyal to ginjo so we did have that but um hashwath always struck a lot of people as more of a gen-esque character but no actually he's not really he is very narrow-minded his focus is on the vanden reich and its future um which yeah i find to be kind of interesting i love the relationship he has with uriu they have this really interesting relationship of mistrust and i wonder who you actually thought he was falling with it because the fact that hashtag cottoned on already i think i'd be pretty worried if i was uri but regardless it's a really cool scene nonetheless by the time hashtag arrives in the royal palace alongside new harbach and uryu again he is reduced to a pretty much stationary role where he doesn't really do a lot he spouts exposition about uh bach's powers of al swallow and when you hobart revives the stern ritters um to face the zero division hash off doesn't get involved in the fighting unfortunately um he does just stand on the sidelines and it's a big shame because i i think people would have loved to have seen hash i mean that whole stuff all royal guard fight is something i've done a big video on the zero division you can go and check that out i do talk about that in there there's not enough of a fight shown in general but hash off really doesn't do anything other than talk about exposition about the australian about you hobart's powers when new has fighting ichibe hashwa's role is just to commentate about the thousand-year prayer being answered about how finally they're gonna see his majesty in all his glory his powers have finally awakened um and he's going to bring them to glory i think hashworth returns to a pretty cool role once they've defeated the zero division and yuha's absorbed the soul king and now varvel has been created they have their quincy palace that they have built for themselves on the ruins of the royal palace of the soul society and when the uh remaining shinigami finally arrived here hashwath basically declares that now that they've trespassed on their holy land only genocide will suffice and the final battle begins and it's during the final battle that we do get the best character moments for hash wolf as a character he once again is distrusting of uri he doesn't like the fact that uru has been allowed to go off on his own um as as a member of the shut stoffel and he prepares to send a man after him but basby arrives and this is where things get really interesting for hash wealth as a character we get real depth to his character added here basically it's revealed that basby and he used to be childhood friends over a thousand years ago before the original war against the soul society when they were children growing up they became teenagers together young men together and they had this plot to kill uh now really it was only ever basby's plan basby wanted to kill him as revenge for his parents death when new hobbit torched his manor during his conquest of the leaked reich a hash off again has only ever been a follower and that is the through line of his entire character he is a follower and he doesn't and he doesn't really do anything else and that is exemplified here in his flashback as well and obviously it's revealed that when uh expresses a need for hash wealth hash wolf drops basby and his friendship at the drop of a hat and betrays him and becomes the leader of the stern ritters almost overnight and it's really really interesting in my opinion that decision where he betrays basby is the foundation of his entire character it's the foundation of what makes him very different to a lot of other villains in bleach and it's something i will go into detail in in his relationship section so for now he kills basby um and moves forward and this is obviously now uh bark has the power of the almighty so that power now drains out when new hobart sleeps and has can start seeing the future and he comments that the power to see the future is you know unpleasant indeed and i think it's very strongly hinted at here that he foresees his own death and he foresees you harward's death as well in the future but again we'll get to that towards the end of the story with basby out of the way hashwath isn't seen again until towards the end of the final battle when he eventually confronts uryu over his belief that uryu is a traitor so kubo does give us the long-awaited showdown between these two characters i really wanted to see it and i'm glad that we kind of got it hashtag confronts uh with the power of the almighty so he can essentially see that he knows that he's going to betray him and they do start fighting uri reveals his true intentions to destroy varvelt um and the battle begins but it is a weird fight it's like the weirdest fight in the entire arc um the majority of the fight is off screen and it's like kubo seems to know this as well because he progresses it every time you see it but the progression itself is not actually shown um a lot of people were very unhappy about this and the fight between uru and hashwat is probably the biggest indicator that kubo was starting to rush things because the the the final assault on varvel is structured as such the first battle is hashwar vs basby and kubo dedicates like four chapters to two bad guys just having a fight that is not normal then after that you get mayuri versus pernader that's like a 10 chapter fight shun sui versus lille a 10 chapter fight and then after that askins fight and gerard's fight they're both pretty long but they're not quite as long and then hashmaster fight is like crammed in between all of it um hashtags fight there's probably not more than about three chapters of content if you put all the pages together and that's a real big shame there's no holy form from either hashtag or udu whether hashef could actually do a holy form or not is debatable because of his past where you find out that he is a special quincy who can't learn quincy powers he can't gain powers he just gives it by being near people he is the opposite of you har bark essentially again the whole two sides of the same coin thing so ashworth can't even so much as create a bow or at least he couldn't um i think there's some evidence that he's improved a little bit because he flings like an energy blaster uri but at least in the past he couldn't create a bow or anything like that so he honed his swordsmanship skills continuously which made him incredibly powerful and obviously in the present day he has a shrift as well so you get to see that in full swing against uri when he uses his front shield for the first time um and you really get the whole holy angelic night vibe which is really really cool um but the whole fight is just so weird it's structured really weirdly it's just like bookmarking the rest of the series it just appears every now and then they have a bit of a chat someone makes a move and it cuts away again that's the whole fight pretty much but i actually i know it sounds like i don't like it but i kind of do and i know that's probably not a popular opinion but i was always fascinated by the relationship hashwath and uryu actually had so for them to have a big conversation about their ideals about hashtag's ideology about uru's ideology i like it i it's more of a battle of words uryu completely makes hash off realize the mistake he's made which is why hashover gets so angry at the end um and then hashel's powers are stolen from him by the al swalin and again i think it's a karmic defeat i think it's very fitting for hashwealth to have those powers taken from him forcibly by the man he looked up to so much and then he dies on the floor but before he does he has one last act of kind of gallantry where he actually allows uri to transfer all of his wounds to himself to give him a fighting chance to stop you hobart now this isn't really a betrayal of you hobart it is more hashtag seeking absolution on his deathbed like he knows the end is here he knows he's moments away from dying um so he tries to do one thing right and he believes it to be the right thing after a lifetime of mistakes so before we move on to his fights and his abilities i just want to address what i think is probably the most interesting part about hash wolf and that is how he differs from most other villains in bleach but also how he gets what i believe to be the punishment he deserves at the end of the series hashwolf starts out very very naive very innocent very weak and powerless and he depends on basby to survive and they form a really tight bond or at least you're supposed to think it's tight but now basby obviously sees hashwall as a bit of a liability um a bit weak but he takes pride in helping him grow helping him learn and the two of them growing up together and you're supposed to think that hash wolf values this friendship with basby but in reality basbee is the only one technically getting anything out of it and this i think would come to really form hash wealth's world view as a man obviously hashwath drops his friendship with bazbe at the the first sign he can um and i don't think this is out of any kind of um dislike of basbi i think it's because he has a really screwed up view of what a relationship with someone is um hash off well and truly believes that you should only have a relationship with somebody whether that's friends or colleagues or anything like that if you benefit from it if you directly gain something from that relationship that's why hashwath chose yuharbach over basbi because he actually gained something from being with uh despite the fact that the two of them had grown up during their formulative years wanting to kill this man hashtag turns his back on basby the moment he can and you kind of get the impression that although he's putting on this stoney face as a young man he does regret ever doing that it's like he can't show his face to his friend anymore because he knows he has done something pretty horrible um and i think it's so fascinating i love what kubo did with this guy where he that's why he gets he is enraged by uru's decision to betray the vandan wright because and i i think kubo is kind of a bit meta with this moment actually because hashtag basically says that single moment you had with his majesty when you drank his blood and became a stern ritter you gained more power then than you have ever gained during your entire time with your friends therefore if you're going to give your life for anyone it should be for his majesty not your friends that's the relationship that matters to you because you actually gain something from it hashtag has a fundamental misunderstanding of relationships of friendships and uru who spits it in his face he basically says i it doesn't matter none of that matters to me if the guys are idiots i don't care compare me to them call me an idiot it doesn't matter because they're my friends and i would die for them and that's why hash wealth rages because it's the antithesis of everything he believes but more than that it reveals to him what a mistake he's made what a horrible person he actually is um and that's why he freaks out and he says oh i see so you you came here without expecting to give up anything well now you'll give up your life and then that's when hash off gets killed so hash wealth clearly thinks that he has only got where he is by giving up everything and he hates the fact that he feels he shouldn't have to do that but that's because uri was after something completely different hashwath wanted acceptance but at the same time power and a feeling of belonging but he kicked out his only friend to do it and it's really really fascinating because in many ways in my opinion hashtag is one of the most evil characters in bleach despite not actually being and i know that doesn't really make any sense but hash wolf perverts the themes of bleach more than almost any other villain there is only one other villain i would say who is it on the same level probably even worse than hash wolf and that is fukushima and the one of the major themes of bleach is the strength of bonds the strength of ties with your friends the bonds of friendship that's one of the major themes of bleach and hash wolf more so than anyone casts those bonds aside for no reason other than his own gain um tsukushima is on a bit of a different level because kubo created him i think to purposefully um mess with those themes and those bonds he his power is to rewrite bonds essentially um so he's on a bit of a different level hashtag however knowingly gives it up and i think it's so fascinating i think it's so interesting and that's why i don't hate their final battle because it is a fight of ideas it is a fight of ideologies and uru really gives it to ashwath indirectly but basically tells him you've made a huge mistake and hashwolf knows this that's the most interesting thing hash that's why i think during their flashback hashtag doesn't want to fight basby that's because he can't bear to face him you know he can't bear to even look at this guy he's happy to wear the hat wear the cape you know but he doesn't want to look at bass because it reminds him of what he gave up reminds me of the mistake he made and i absolutely love the moment where hubert is like oh you know that's that little that's that little guy from uh a couple of years ago well no one's looking i'm gonna go and rough him up and basically hashwath is like i'm always watching and i think that's so so good because he can't say it to basbie's face he can't say that he still cares about basby to his face but hubert will be damned if hashev is gonna let him get away with anything behind his majesty's back that involves basby um and i i think that's just so i i really like it so the fact that that's in their past and you see hashwath is just completely not bothered about the australian in the future uh when it when it where he knows full well the stir meters down below are expendable you can see how far gone he is how far he is buying into uh bark's ideology um he knows that basbee is down below and he he kind of takes this view of if i don't see it it doesn't matter busby will die i can move on and but when obviously basically comes and faces him he's like oh you know you have my sympathies and but really he doesn't really hashwolf hashmoth doesn't make any kind of attempt to pretend that he died that he cares he says to basbe would it make you feel better if i told you i didn't know about the al swann and that's because hash wealth believes everything should be done you know to help you harbok hashwatt says to basby we need to stop fighting because this doesn't benefit his majesty in any way and basically like i'm here to kill him i'm not trying to benefit him and ashworth again just has a complete misunderstanding of what's going on um and it's absolutely fascinating to see and obviously his very final moment is when he finally wakes up and realizes what have i done i pushed my best friend away i killed him because i believe only in the vandal right and that's why he allows uri one attempt to save his friends and you get the really moving moment a lot of people complain about the stimulators but this is a truly emotional moment uh when hash off dies and his hand opens around the blade around the hilt of his sword and you realize that he's been carrying basby's button that he gave him from childhood this entire time so that is phenomenal stuff um and i have gone on way too long about that bit about hash loft but i find it to be so interesting to talk about in regards to ashford's fights and his abilities conversely there's not a huge amount to go on here um despite being the dragon despite being the second in command the fact that he doesn't have that antagonistic relationship with ichigo kind of robs him of a major battle i think he does get a brief skirmish with kiraku but it's nothing to write home about like i said it's pretty badly handled i think kubo could have made it really interesting but he decides instead to have hashel sit behind a couple of barriers for some reason uh hash wells first major fight is against basbee and it's really nice it is really it's a really emotional battle it is more flashback than fight but i don't think that's necessarily a bad thing at all i think it really showcases their struggle um and hassel just just decimates him as well like that's a bit weird but um you i think you have to assume that hashtag so powerful with the blade because he's been training so long that he can just kill basketball with basically no trouble his other fight is against uri which again i have just been through but again very briefly it's very choppy it's all over the place but i like that it's a battle of ideologies rather than actual you know brawl but i would like to have seen ashworth go properly all out on someone i kind of wish he had i'm assuming he doesn't have a holy form because uh he can't really use quincy techniques that well um i'm kind of assuming he doesn't have one that's that's what makes me feel better anyway maybe he does have one and kubo just didn't show it but i like to think he doesn't have one um but he does have some cool abilities he has the his own shrift the balance which is ridiculously powerful um if you want to go and watch my top 10 most powerful sermon to list he is on that list where i go into some great detail about his ability to balance but safe to say it is broken um and he is really really strong but it's also one of these nebulous abilities that i don't i kind of take a bit of issue with that bleach kind of got a bit rampant with towards the end of the series where it was kind of hard to quantify kind of hard to put limiters on it kind of hard to put rules on it and it was a bit a bit all over the place and you get fights like uru and hashtag where it's just a back and forth of these powers you can't even see um affecting each other so the balance not my favorite shrift i have to be honest but um it is probably powerful enough to be fitting for the grand master and finally let's talk about hashhoff's relationships we kind of have done again already but he has three main relationships to talk about the first one being his majesty juha bark now you hobart is a very sinister man he's pretty evil guy doesn't seem to really care about anyone um and he is presumably quite manipulative as well he basically tells ashforth when he's a little boy that he needs him by his side um because he you know when he sleeps ashweath gains his power you kind of have to wonder as well when that started to happen like because in the flashback a thousand years ago juha has the almighty he can see into the future so every time he sleeps does this little boy suddenly be like i can see the future or is it something that happened later on perhaps when he carved the letter into aschoff's soul possibly but ashworth like i said before has given up everything to be uh bach's aide um because uh bark truly said he needed him and we know that comes from a background of abuse his uncle beat him you can see that from the bruises on his arm and stuff when he can't get any game um when he's trying to hunt the rabbit um so hashtag is kind of used to this uh this emotional abuse as well and you hobart is definitely not necessarily taking advantage of hash off but he knows how to exploit him i think um so but really though you don't get a lot into their relationship most of it is kind of by proxy like hasselhoff talks to uri a lot about that sort of thing um but this is again what i was saying earlier it's because you hobart is so aloof like more than any other bad guy he is so far removed from everyone like he barely talks to people but he calls hashmoth his first son what does it mean basically absolutely nothing um you know he he it doesn't mean anything because you hobart sees them all as play things that's why i think it's so fitting that hashtag's defeat is by the al swalin hash wealth definitely thought that he was above that he's like above the law essentially he probably thought that it was never going to be used on him um and the fact that he was so callous and uncaring about the stomach as it was used on i think it's really fitting that look of shock on his face when he gets struck by the auschwitz he's like why is this happening to me like and and he eventually it kills him um afterwards he kind of plays it up a bit that i'm just so happy to be able to be of use to his majesty whereas he clearly decided you weren't um again pretty weird that he didn't try and steal or use powers we i guess he probably maybe thought he would use the antithesis on him it doesn't really matter what matters is hash wealth's approach to the situation he pretend it at least pretends to himself that he's happy with the way things have gone but the fact that he gives uh this this chance to save his friends implies maybe not um however hash wealth does try and save you hobart's life now there is hashwath never really betrays his master um when hashwolf gets the almighty and he says are the power to see the future is you know an unpleasant thing indeed it's never explained what that's all about but i think you can infer that he sees both his and his master's deaths and i think the dream that you hobart thinks he has which is actually a vision of the future when ichigo kills him and they're both you know you hobart looks like he does kind of almost like a thousand years ago but not quite and ichigo appears like he does in the soul society arc hashtag for sending him a vision to warn him you will die by a blade that looks like ichigo's original sheikai that's basically what's going on and new hobart mistakes it for a dream i would assume because um of the inaccuracies but i think those inaccuracies stem from the fact that hashtag can't quite use the almighty to its fullest potential that's basically what i imagine there so hash wealth is interesting again because he never never quite betrays you her but he does see his own mistake the next major relationship with hashtag is the one with uru and again i've been through already in this video this video is like 40 minutes long by now but they have a very antagonistic relationship that was always going to lead to a fight which i was very happy about um i thought cooper did a really good job of building the mistrust that hasshot had for uriu uh when the shuttle accepted him as one of their own and gerard's like you know you're all right kid hashtag is not happy you can there's like a look on his face he's not happy about it um and i just i think it culminates in a really good battle of ideologies i would have liked to have seen them both get angel wings and have a big fight but you know i maybe this is uh kubo apologist at its finest but i'll take it for now maybe the anime will expand on their fight but honestly i'm not getting my hopes up too much but we could see something from it and then finally of course the relationship with basby which i i've been in big detail already but like i said they basically kind of grow up together during their formulative years from children to teenagers to young adults and it's a great piece of backstory that so many of the stermiters could have benefited from but at least kubo kills two birds with one stone by tying their pasts together like this um and i think it's fantastically well done i think it's probably some of the best flashback in the series almost no question about it one of the best villain flashbacks it really does add an extra dimension to both hash wolf and basby more hashtag i would say than badsby but i think it's i think it's very well done i think their their whole friend flashback is is fantastic it it just adds a lot to the character uh that we didn't really know before there is more to him than this almost like glassy facade um so yeah i think the whole relationship he has with basby is are genuinely really well done um and really interesting cool but that's it for my video on yougram hashboth guys i really hope you enjoyed it i had a great time talking about this character i think he's a very interesting member of the stern ritter and to anyone who's out there who kind of says that the steroids weren't very well developed or any kind of thing like that i just point you towards hash wealth and say there's so much to this character so many layers of intricacy so many interesting things about the way he thinks and his ideology and his you know twisted view and relationships and how they should benefit you or else they're worthless i think it's fascinating and i think the character is handled pretty well for the most part i just kind of wish he had a bit more impact on the plot itself and maybe had a better fight at the end but other than that i was super happy with hashtag i think he's a really really cool character um and like i said definitely one of the coolest of the quinces in the series so that's it guys like i said again make sure to go and vote on the poll for the next character you want we've got sage in next i'm super looking forward to that uh such an underrated character then bambieta that should be a fun one as well and then any then whoever wins this poll is going to be next up so guys i hope you enjoyed the video if you haven't subscribed already hopefully this video proved it's worth to you um to hit that sub button um and yeah just let's keep the channel growing i really appreciate the support we're
