[Music] [Music] [Music] morning [Music] typically today I'm going to eat my old will strongest one diet per day now it is 7:00 a.m. so why would normally do is get up at 7 a.m. each of full English but start the full English at 7:00 a.m. so I will be getting back to bed after this just for a couple hours but I've got to take little man to school their turns and I so we're getting up a tad earlier take him to school and then back for second breakfast [Music] I would say this justice breakfast alone about 1500 1700 calories either that meal 117 of the calories let's call it let's call it two thousand colonies we want the origination of coffee with a honey and brown just go to 72 for bacon for sausage to black pointing beans to martyrs two eggs and four pieces of fried bread in Akutan butter full of good nutritious deliciousness and just so people understand how big this breakfast is that is a normal sized plate so that is pretty much and then i've got big guns so that is the size of my hand and that is edible plate which is basically a serving dish it's a tray so my wife last power years has served all my meals on entrees so yeah right here we go first meal of the day let's get it [Music] merci to follow English practice and my opinion is going to be one of the most nutritious breakfast you can have mainly because it's spot that everything got the beans Martha's got lots of protein from the meet lots of wishing you got your carbs from the fry bread you've got your packs from the project that it's all good generous now you natural fats from the eggs and pudding is actually a superfood I have you know it's full of the veteran P livings add bill and W and acts and go way on [Music] just so everyone knows I have not eaten this diet since I won the world Strongest Man back in May 2017 [Music] [Music] right that's meal one done twenty past seven I'm gonna take a lot up to school so twenty to nine so I'm gonna go and and and I was kid because that's why they're doing back in the day [Music] let's go bloody babe hugs and kisses mocks do that baby love you so it's got it [Music] scoop come on let's get it let's go back hey that is max taking care of so sad breakfast of the day there's going to be a porridge raised and this you have to excuse the dick hole in the house because we have literally just bought the house a month ago and as you can see we've got lovely fruit and vegetable wallpaper linings we have piss stains in the ceiling I always do porridge by eye with your hundred grand 100 gram of oats full fat milk and that's that gives me then the slow release energy throughout the entire day some made raisins any operations some eight out of a pot have to be out of the box raisins and then last but not least Oh courage a little splash splash no I mean if you're not just take the mocks to school back is just on Narnia second breakfast and this says under grandma boats with full fat milk sultanas raisins Pawnee and a little dry Nutella a couple of Kiwis a banana bag of 70 gram of beef jerky and then I'll finish with four scoops of pure protein you're gonna say I wasn't talking that up in my head I'm gonna say another 1,400 calories that for soccer breakfast so raw meal 2 is now coming up to half past 9:00 and IV in over 3,000 calories by half-past nine when what will then take me to another nap [Music] no I'm not eating this kind of food for one and now I'll have four scoops The Mummy 25 grams of protein and the hall bath with a full fat milk and a banana and then it is back to that so what believe me this is a daily occurrence back in the day actually a daily occurrences that you know I did this every single day about physio booped at 11:00 a.m. so see you them Oh [Music] [Applause] tell you what it's hard work always eating and sleeping it's cool to eleven it's been about bad for longer hours so now I have physio boot at eleven but ripped coming around and just before that I always ought to have a bit of a snack so about 150 gram of cashew nuts liter of cranberry juice and what and then obviously join with physio I will drink a liter and a half of mineral waters and also get plenty of fluids in as well as the food right we have 360 calories of cashew nuts 400 calories and that liter of cran beet juice Susan Reichle beer in a min and we'll just whizzed through that fidgel and then right after that there's lunch time after fizzy I like to have a big big dinner and this is like the first meal ready saw carving up for the gym [Music] [Music] right video dawn that's now just gone 12 quick our physio he did good white beast a really good gram perfect so 300 gram of stay or kilo of pasta and then 200 gram of vegetables and then for pudding have to wait and find out according you well that's gonna be a lot of farming so we've got 300 kilo of meat 500 gram a pass there 200 gram of that sauce together that's a kilo of food so 2.2 pounds of food for lunch or emit those cashew nuts is still yeah so I've done this is to copy hungry again [Music] okay got the Mayo babe so I was just looking at it thinking something's missing I'm trying all you've read in every video today every single video you have ruined leave me alone okay so we have the hundred gram realize steak half a kilo of pasta 200 gram of vegetables splash of mayonnaise wash down with a liter and a half of mineral water I mean calorie wise geez so that nearly 1400 calories just in the pasta ribeye steak because it's quite fatty I'm gonna say a thousand calories then the vegetables a lot fifty calories or about quarters of a mayonnaise put a splash splash would you say this $200 let's call that three thousand calorie lunch okay I am hungry it's just I remember when I was doing this all day every day for like 4 years solid began to hate my food why it became mature my food just what became unenjoyable and this is what's happening now why I feel like I'm just eating for the sake of it not supporting our I mean what we're doing off the old diet days half on the Tuesday with green [Music] and I hope everyone else's watch Street the law I could say exactly the same back [Music] Zach please darling known to be the one to waste food [Music] [Music] don't bottom color later on the treat I would creme de pollo let's call it 1,400 calories free back back in the day I would I'm at dinner go to sleep get up about ten past three have a second dinner and then head to the gym so I'm gonna go back to sleep I will see you first ten past three here we go they'll get up to the wife to make me Miguel she's a good what have we here so before I go training I want to head off to the gym about half past three but before I go I like to eat a second dinner this is what this is like The Cove the car the car loaded up so tuna sandwiches flapjack and then fruit and then on the way to the gym I will drink energy drinks like just pure sugar just to get the boost or no nowadays I would swap this for a drink of oblivion look back in the day levena didn't exist then and this is a genuine during the life and when I was competing football Strongest Man so calorie wise Jesus Christ this is adding up quick [Music] massive brought back memories little max arrested home from strong well they should have a down flash well I'll get it down make you worry I'm looking for a compliment [Music] or have a with Cecil are you ready for this I honestly don't are I did this on a daily basis sorry I just watch on beef on you yeah howdy hundred grand 100 150 grams of sliced meat or even I know this sounds disgusting well I did wall steak right for that steak basically the theory was that red meats what like fluid in it that light fuels your muscles really quickly unless it's for protein and amino and creating feel like I'm gonna throw up I'll be honest I'm still got one more big meal to do today [Music] right so here we go 3/4 of the way from the session now that the four scoops of protein in there and then mix it with a liter over full fat milk what two three because found out that I was lactose intolerant [Music] [Music] Jesus understand all the kilo of pasta barbecue or mince meat alright there's about 2,000 calories is that what I used to eat and then a full garlic and the cat has made it a return for change swag balls here we go they're not a really nice so that is what I would do for a full daily thing when I was training for the most on this mine when I was 31 and a half stone whoa I am really well time oh let's just reminded me I will be taking a protein bar with me it's a bad with another liter AHA I don't feel like I'm gonna be hugging my toilet for the next three days but you know what then it's been good and thank you for watching please like the video
