[Music] what's up guys so we have an exciting video for you maybe not as exciting for us but with tyler coming on board we started kind of talking about the uh early days of strong man yeah and then it kind of led to what i used to eat and that i didn't look um as good you've definitely evolved over the last few years i used to be around her let's just throw that out there i was just round her so it led to uh talking about doing an eating video of me eating my uh old strongman diet was baked which was basically eat everything yeah and get as much calories as possible so we're making a video out of it i don't know how to feel right now i'm a little nervous i'm a little excited so we'll just see but um we're gonna get started uh first meal i'm actually hungry for so i'm i'm pumped this looks good i i think he said some mixed emotions down the line but i think this will be a you know a good way to start and we'll kind of you know do you think that you're gonna suffer more or i'm gonna suffer more with when you told me this is one serving it had me concerned i used to be concerned every single day eating this so let's get started all right buddy meal number one how many dishes did you go through in a day a lot i actually started buying uh those thicker paper plates because i got sick of doing dishes yeah it's probably bad and wasteful but i had a uh time crunch yeah that i was trying to keep so understandable so what we have here we have uh six eggs we got some uh turkey sausage thrown in for extra calories okay and pancakes roughly like one and a half servings of pancakes i never counted you know i just kind of did a plate of pancakes yeah we're gonna top those with butter and real syrup and then you have uh approximately a quarter gallon of milk in this uh festive chalets is that what those are called i feel like this is a fancy fancy breakfast with this nice cup did i just make that word up i've never heard how would you say i was thinking like goblet a goblet yeah goblet well whatever they are they're awesome so that's what we've got perfect so my daily calorie intake is normally about two thousand every day two thousand two thousand two thousand so this is what you withheld that information because you know how disappointed i would be in you we don't talk about weight we don't talk about pound for pounds so we just don't we just are you on some kind of weird cutting thing right now nope no i just i look good less than 2 000 or around 2000. yeah so we're basically about got that cut this is my daily calories today is gonna be rough for you so you basically cover cover the pancakes and butter six tablespoons of butter listen you don't pack on the pounds unless you uh definitely had some of those the bad part is i thought it looked awesome paper towel this is how you put syrup on all right start on the outside just keep it going keep good job that was perfect see you guys a little bit of a lake forming on the outside okay so what do you think you put on there like a half of a cup half of a cup at least a cup i'm not putting enough that's not enough all right go go go more come on there it is ah a little bit more okay good good job all right now just enjoy it okay i am excited for this well that's awesome is there more can i get seconds if i want [Applause] you're going to start talking smart the first meal in the first meal i'm a big fan of these cups are we keeping these all day these are milk cups we can actually drop these overseas and the original thought was to have them as a ice cream dish i like that idea so that's what they've been used for but more of like uh you just get the hotel ice cream and put it in there it's pretty much yeah it's a it's a good serving yeah you know i'm beating you in milk [Music] all right i made it through you did i i mean it it's uh i'm not gonna say impressive because that was delicious it was good but you did meal number one i feel like the milk is what's going to catch up back in the back in the day normally i would eat that and then i'd have to be out the door and go to work and then start like working like climbing ladders doing stuff like that so you didn't have a nap time no no no no no no so i would pack my cooler and head out the door so my cooler of food had to be also packed i don't know honestly i don't know how i did it yeah i really don't ever sleep between dishes and cooking and eating not a lot no not a lot of sleeping because training too yeah so work and then i'd have to drive like to work and get back it was just well a lot of people don't know what time we used to train yeah i don't think i'd get home to like one or two in the morning sometimes yeah it was ridiculous yeah but anyway so we're gonna go work a little bit yeah get some uh orders out right should we start training early and you could carry me [Music] no that was a big drink of milk yeah i just had i feel like i might be sweating away i'm pretty sure anyway on the meal number all right a nice small break and then we'll keep going look at that yeah meal number two buddy how you feeling um i felt good after the first one okay i feel about the same as i did when i finished that meal like it hasn't digested a lot i have not made any progress on creating any room for more food okay so for me for me back in the day this was a break that i got at work okay right so this was kind of like a snack i had 15 minutes so no talking just eating um so this one is pasta and bison back in the day i would choose whatever me i could afford okay this was kind of like a it could be chicken it could be some beef that was on sale it could be tuna if that's all i could afford it it all got covered with red sauce and down the hatch okay so this is a you could call it meal number two it is meal number two but it's a snack a snack i would i will put it in the meal category for for today okay yeah i think this is good qualify as a meal how much do you think you would weigh if you continued on this diet a lot weight would be a lot it would be like there would be a tv show called like my 500 pound life yeah every every time i waited it would just be error how much do you weigh oh you've got to go to the truck scale to weigh in [Music] all right this is the part of the mule that's dragging right now i just gotta get it over with i'm gonna set mine the last one i chugged and it sat there for a while yesterday after training i was 240. [Music] just a fraction which is impressive you're keeping up with me so far i'm not sure how long it'll last yeah that was a snack that's what worries me yeah meal 2 is down so next up we are hitting up chipotle and chipotle is an example of a lunch that i would have uh i would go in and kind of choose what sounded good so it would typically be more than one item though i don't know i think we're on dinner now because we've had yeah a massive breakfast yeah and we've had a pretty good sized lunch so i feel like those are at dinner breakfast snack then lunch i'm still full from our snack and then snack i think i'm still sweating from like trying to digest all the food from our last snack yeah well get ready for more let's go get it done got the food so what we've got is a uh chicken burrito with extra chicken and then uh barbacoa tacos i've been craving the barbacoa actually i i've been looking forward to this been a while yeah yeah but i gotta say the real uh champion right now is this chair that i am sitting on because i don't know how this chair is holding me up and it will be kind of a miracle if we make it through this meal without me falling backwards so i was a little surprised when you sat down and it held strong i mean it's it's swaying just a touch but i heard a few creaks but i think it was just kind of some settling creaks from it yeah right yeah i'm uh not fully confident yeah in my uh my my seating right now but we're gonna get started with the meal anything to give me a little bit more time to create some room [Music] the good news is really i mean after my training i'll have uh got my cannon right now so i'm getting tanned getting fueled up getting ready for training really perfect i mean i don't think i could be more cool and comfortable right now it is nice in that 98 degree sun yeah so i'm still trying to wrap my head around how this was a daily thing for you what i will say is that chipotle wasn't every single day it was only when i got paid and had enough money to splurge on chipotle other than that it would it would be like eating out of a a big mixing bowl like with pasta and whatever meat was the cheapest but when i did get the sports this was a daily thing and we worked close enough to a chipotle nice i was gonna kick out of people that that would tell me they couldn't gain weight because i was like you're just not eating hard enough honestly i mean you could train all you want but you don't really commit to eating until you're about to throw up yeah all the time are you really trying to gain weight so there's there's a difference between eating a lot and then eating hard like an extra step beyond eating the game you gotta you gotta force yourself into a position where you're almost in that fight or flight kind of am i gonna puke am i not yeah abg always begin yeah that's that's what we're talking about perfect yeah sitting in the sun like this was not part of that plant it definitely it definitely brings a different dynamic um getting a lot of vitamin d which does i gotta say i'm proud of you thank you you're doing a really good job getting off your bikini diet that's pretty amazing you're keeping up i mean i was i was knew that you were a fat kid at heart i i definitely can yeah there's two things i'm good at and it's talking like i'm a lot stronger than i actually am okay and eating food and eating well we're starting to see that you're good at eating this is you and your natural habitat i feel like that other bikini diet is not a natural figure no no yeah but made it through the meal my chair survived and uh yeah on to the next meal here in a little bit yeah all right guys we have come to the mid-afternoon snack somehow we managed to train before this but um i gotta say my body is fighting me a little bit on this diet it's very off course for me now and i can't believe that somehow this used to be my normal normal daily consumption but uh anyway uh we're in the gym after training how you feeling buddy um space is getting limited now yeah i'm definitely uh you know i i ran into today like a freight train and now i feel like the little engine that could you know i mean one bite in front of the net if you wouldn't have said that i would have felt like you're doing all right because you've been powering through no problems so i feel like you might be slow playing me a little bit and we'll see we're trying to play a mental game we'll see how this goes okay yeah we will we will so we still have more after this which is concerning yeah back when uh this diet was taking place this would have been a i get off work i'm driving home i find like a deal at a fast food place get a burger or two or whatever and eat that kind of on the way home or like i said if i hadn't got paid yet or whatever it would have been getting out my tub of whatever uh concoction that i had and eating more of that so what we got here we got smash burger delivered directly to the gin which is amazing thank you to the delivery person for that uh and uh we got a double bacon cheeseburger awesome right there double bacon cheeseburger right here a large fries mine bigger hold on wait a minute let's see what they did there is that is that a real thing oh here's yours okay we just got some extra fries i guess we'll have to eat those all right so what we got there burger bacon cheeseburger fries and chocolate milk chocolate milk so chocolate milk for me used to be a go-to post training so this would have been uh late at night i went to the gym late at night after i got home and all that so we're combining the post-workout chocolate milk with a bacon cheeseburger and fries smells delicious i did enjoy some of the benefits of being a heavyweight strong man like what not being able to tie your shoes i did that yeah i don't think i ever tied my shoes i just flipped them on i've always been able to tie my shoes you have i always have yet i've had guys talk about not being able to tie their shoes i still struggle but i had to hold my breath when i was heavy like i'd have to like do like a count to three like a big breath and then go down it was terrible when my wife wasn't there because sometimes you get in a pinch how many pairs of pants did you split when you were working at the baby i think i had like three or four pairs of pants that i split all the way down the seams i feel like you did at least a couple at the gym who's trying to get undressed like bend over and split you know what that happened to me one time at a movie premiere i'm not even kidding right i took my own cooler food to a movie premiere wearing the suit wearing a suit i got your movie premiere i was in the movie okay this is like a legitimate like red carpet red carpet i walked in the red carpet i'm signing all the posters sit down to eat split my pants completely the only saving grace was my pants were black in my underwear my boxer grease were also black it was dark in there right i was so like in a moment i was like all right i'm in there my pants are split watching the movie and then it was like everybody wanted to talk after me right and i'm standing there talking with my pants completely my ass out and i was like i had my jacket on even though it was warm in there and i was like man i hope this was covering up my ass enough you know you just owned it huh i went with it what was i gonna do i didn't have any options yeah like an emergency tailor that's not gonna happen so yeah a few people noticed but it was lucky for them they got quite a view is what they got let's go [Music] because we're eating so much food i feel really gross right now yeah hogs like the detox from this i really don't know we can't think that way until it's all over yeah just got to dig in deeper right now okay eating harder you're not eating no he's a lot always be gaining always abg it's a lifestyle it is a lifestyle and a mentality i like it okay we're digging in okay down the hatch yep it's so hot milk was a bad choice all right buddy home stretch yeah how much room you got left in your stomach um i still have uh smash burger in my throat so up to you we're working with limited space okay well you still have a smile on your face i'm pretty good at tetris so we'll see if i can you know shove it in there somehow make it work yeah so what we've got here is we've got a delicious barbecue chicken pizza yum it actually is good it does look actually good yeah and um this is a cheesecake so i've talked about it before my favorite cheat meal which is now a cheat meal which used to be a everyday meal kind of is uh pizza and cheesecake and then we will be drinking cokes to go along and wash it down perfect are you ready uh yep as ready as i will be for one time didn't sound as confident i have a feeling you can power through yeah close all right you're close this we'll get there this is your opponent okay and we are trying to get to the finish line i might get up and yell at it a few times okay so you need me to slap your back i may be do you have ammonia like i could sniff some ammonia or something ammonia would be next level okay but right now we don't have that in the pacing i like i like where your head is at the finish finish strong yeah all right and here we go abg always be gaining i love it you're taking on the attitude so what's the most hours you ever eat in a day in a day one day or sitting no one day like to mine one day 24 hours i would say maybe close to 10 thousand in one day i think it's fair to say that you're studying a new pr today i exceeded my pr i think at one of our [Music] snacks [Applause] put one bite ready [Music] [Laughter] all right you i see what tactics are it was all planned build all points strategy [Music] i'll forgive it to you know we're pulling weapons into this thing [Music] all right we got yep [Music] [Music] i like it when it's just out of the freezer nice little chilled still solid but perfect [Applause] is it appropriate to cry just at a very emotional state right now this one doesn't i know we're trying to pick the smallest one that's right get that one are you the smallest one [Music] [Music] there [Music] what level are we at for life i don't even know if there like was this level [Music] oh my gosh you gotta get it down did you get like balloons and like like a hat like if you like finished it was like a celebratory thing nope i gave my myself a pat on the back very hot thank you you're welcome you can have one as well it's got a little bit of cheesecake it was a lonely road that i walk down by myself every day not very many people i know would want to put themselves through that every single day nope but it paid off it did yeah it wasn't not by your physique but like i'm waiting i put on yeah i uh looked in the mirror and was uh more uh morphed by the scale and the mirror and it was like a combination of seeing an amazing scale looking in the mirror and then i told myself that that i was looking really good i feel like this evolution of shock would be a thing it has been it has been a big illusion i feel like i got a shirt i think that'd be a cool shirt of like a fat picture of ryan and then less fat less fat shacks hey it's not a bad thing but it's fun to reminisce i i can't say that i like would want to go down that road now yeah i feel like my body would probably hate me a lot well i think you kind of i think we've all kind of been in that bro science a little bit when we first get in the game and then you start working with you know professionals that know what they're doing and you realize the benefits of putting proper nutrition and fueling your body correctly just makes a world of a difference yeah well it helps also it helps having a little bit more money and also making that a priority to invest in the food and nutrition that um yeah but when you're getting started you got to do what you got to do yeah a lot of times it's cheaper food that's calories calories or calories proteins protein i mean it's a sacrifice but i'm glad that i made it yeah it was fun but i gotta say it was more fun having you on the journey with me because this was a lonely road normally for me it was like who the hell else wants to do this with me you know so i'm glad that you you sacrificed and uh suffered yeah with me i feel like you're in a much more uncomfortable spot than i am right now yeah i don't know but how much movement you did you honestly i'm shocked i've had other people come out for diet things like oh i'm going to try to keep up with you this and that by meal 2 they're tapping yeah and you were just like a train like i'm going which i figured you would i was a little worried about the pizza i thought i was going to get a couple pieces in and be done yeah you made it i think we will call it there uh hope you enjoyed the video and i will not be going back to this diet anytime soon thank god but uh yeah
