find ourselves well we don't find ourselves we actually drove here we are in encino specifically encino hills and we're going to show you an amazing amazing house that is 9 000 square feet just a little bit over 9000 square feet on a little over half an acre it's 9 million bucks it's got seven beds and it's got nine bathrooms but here's the fun part guess what's inside caroline caroline she hasn't been on the channel for a long long time but we kind of found her underneath a bush somewhere and stopped laughing he's laughing he's laughing now remove that part i don't know where she was anyway we welcome back caroline let's go take a look at the house and let me put my mask on because law says now in california that any realtor showing a house whether we like it or we don't like it so i just told everybody let me make sure i got this right 9 000 square feet just a little over seven beds nine baths and it's nine million bucks give or take yeah so seven bedroom eight bath uh eight nine nine five very close to nine i exaggerated i exaggerated i gave one bath too many so be careful guys you have to share about let's see it all right let's go all right so in here is the first uh bathroom bedroom she said bedroom remember it's caroline bedroom this is in fact a toilet a loo nice i love the floors these big thick planks they look great yeah so this is white oak wood floors very nice and the lights are great too wow what a beautiful room this is yeah they did a really excellent job i mean i've toured so many of these homes and this one is done outstandingly and uh temperature controlled for the wine room let's go take a look at it adam i'm sure we'll be interested won't you add them i will i love these i just want to say something that you know we're in encino which is very close to beverly hills i mean they kind of border each other right yeah we're 20 minutes from beverly hills 20 minutes from beverly hills and if this house was in beverly hills it'd be what three times the price oh probably i mean it's just the land is so much more expensive but here you get like yards and stuff i mean you don't get a yard in beverly hills flats you know into the wine room let's see the wine room okay look at this big bottle here so nowhere coast are they real bottles or are they i'm going to go in and see and and as you go in hello down a little bit and then the drunker you get the lower is that the meaning of life these are full take one normally they uh they have empty bottles when they stay terms but it's full my gosh this is too good feel the weight of that when you felt this before is that the magnum size or it's big yeah magnum size so so look at this bar how do you get to it how do you serve right this way serve adam a beer immediately a beer okay sure what are those bottles back there casamigos tequila oh wow this is lovely this is cool isn't it yeah two tvs in case you're not sure what you want to watch swap sides with me so that you're should really be leading the way you lead the way right this way thank you so much and so every room has views in this house this is lovely i know it just takes my breath away and a lot of these modern homes they feel really cold but as this house is you know 9 000 square feet it still feels very cozy and they did a really good job with the furniture and um you can definitely negotiate the price with the furniture so a lot of these um homes are staged meaning they hire a company to come put in the furniture after it sells they take the furniture back the owners of the house actually purchase all this furniture they do i thought they rented normally but into this house this situation they both bought the furniture because they didn't like the uh furniture that the staging companies had that's interesting i've never heard that before and that means we probably won't get to see bob marley and who was it elsewhere oh yeah the the monkey in the thing and jack nicholson yeah and the the the camel and yeah what are you talking about never mind why don't you have a seat what do you have a seat i'd like to see what a human being looks like sat in that chair because it's very deep okay so what do we have here we have okay so these are all uh white oak cabinetry and these are all kolkata uh marble book matched together so meaning two large pieces being put together which is nice they did a fantastic job look at the scenes they lined it up amazingly it's very difficult to do they they really paid attention to detail in this house fridge fridge all pushed yeah push fridge freezer fridge freezer yes fridge how about that i love that it has some drinks in here adam they knew you were coming why there's one thing in here that's special what would that be ah a single medallion a single and there's some stuff down here for everybody else but that must be yours perfect we'll have that when we're finished are you into modelo i i love any like crap mexican beer oh mandela pacifico is like becoming a thing yeah people like it oh yeah i love yeah lime lime in a mexican beer is my favorite what do you got it's a dishwasher i didn't know where it was or what it was you guys want to see the outside i want to look at the kitchen all right i want to see what surprises are in here look there's a vacuum cleaner with ten dollars off very different since when have nespresso made vacuum cleaners is it not a vacuum cleaner let me see the vacuum cleaner i kind of see the vacuum cleaner okay i kind of what is the line don't don't support his madness it's not a vacuum cleaner nespresso you know what nespresso is they make coffee but don't they make it their electronics apparently they do now cut that out what else draw mirror lamps it says mirror lamps they are indeed vacuum cleaner oh those are these oh look at this no adam look hold on look at these forget that put that down look at this this is clever so that goes there yeah and then that goes there that's clever right i like things like that how about that show what's outside okay right sink i love this yeah so you're gonna have a really nice view while you're doing the dishes oh look look look that's nice i've seen lots of different versions of this but this is probably up there with my favorite nice right i saw a meme the other day it's like a me a meme it's like one day you're young and the next day you're old and getting excited about white goods and i feel like this is exactly what's just happened there i'm excited about the nespresso vacuum cleaner okay next please wow this home is very spectacular because of all the yards so there's like a huge yard on that side then you have this pool side and then this like little mini yard in front of the guest house we'll go and we'll see all of that but this is what intrigues me look at this lovely area here this is straight into the kitchen so you literally pass things out and then you put your bbq and these are awesome it's all one piece right heavy i like it they did such a good job i mean they did good a good job with the foundation of the house with the um details of the health they did a good job with the furniture i want to know i think they did well i want to know how you know they did a good job with the foundation i mean not foundation but like the look of the house you know they i just i just see you crawling underneath the house i checked you know all right let's go it's really nice isn't it it's lovely [Music] okay so we have this other side yard that we should look at since we're here it's three levels correct i see your stairs going down and the stairs going up hold on i'm going to be arty you guys keep going you're going to be arty no no you got to keep going keep going keep going this is really nice look at the chimney that's cool it's like medieval i love it i would go over there but they don't walk on grass yeah i know this is my favorite thing outside we've seen in any of the houses we've ever done which part this part right here the chimney love this that's a i believe a barbecue another one it is they're very expensive as well do tell us about it because i don't understand the concept it's very deep it's like a frying machine it's a ceramic egg i won't profess to know a lot i hear that it is the uh the god of all things is what i've got off of all things okay caroline stuff going on here all comes with a house right well price is negotiable with all the furniture if somebody pays for the full amount for the house they'll probably throw in the furniture right uh everything has to be negotiated you can write it in the offer and there you go there you go this is nice nice office yeah so this is uh considered the seventh room but for it to be a bedroom it needs to have a closet but they just made it into an office for now okay so any room with a closet in it could be a bedroom yes but they counted this as the seventh bedroom okay but there's no bathroom to it or anything like that i'm sorry there's no bathroom there's no restroom here but that doesn't uh to make it a bedroom it just needs a closet okay so so does that mean my garage at home because it's got some closets in it could be a bedroom big bedroom i don't know we might not follow coach no i don't think so either okay let's continue maybe if you were like in cambodia or something for the united states and so here is uh another restroom very nice nice it's lovely i like the dress tall person yes you could you could how tall are you michael you look really tall about six two six six two six two in a bit on a good day okay depends depends on the size of your heels doesn't it you know they have these things where you can wear like look like socks and then they give you like an extra inch or two mike would you hear that you can get an extra inch or two you should take advantage of that good mate i'm good so this is another bedroom because it has a closet there you go nice so bigger hole but it kind of keeps it neat okay next row a super fancy laundry room there's two laundry rooms in this house one on the first floor one on the second floor nice and this door goes to the how do you see it garage there's a sign out there that says don't go in i thought you broke all the rules no that's you caroline why don't you tell everybody what happened when we arrived oh my god i'm in the garage the door was the door was unlocked so i opened it i set off the alarm and then first it's like beep beep and it just like progresses and i don't know i was freaking out luckily one of the guys had the code but um i broke into this house today sorry i'm in the garage i know i wasn't supposed to but maybe because that's here you like those don't you that's sweet hog the vespa okay i'm not really a scooter person so two car garage two small two i was gonna say one on a motorbike one on a motorbike huge driveway outside yeah you can put ten cars out there that's surprising actually that the garage is as small as it is yeah i would have thought it would be bigger but there's plenty of room to add onto it if you wanted to yeah oh this one okay so we're going up or down let's go up and then let's finish by the pool let's go up downstairs as well that's what i mean so we'll go up first and then we'll finish downstairs by the pool all right come this way follow like a little lounge area okay and then here we have um bedroom ensuite oh these are nice every room has a view cut show that they're owl's eyes oh supposed to go i have a bad mind this looks like me after 13 pints he's cute 13. 13 pints yeah that's what i look like only the british can drink 13 pounds this is true is that a lot great there's eight pints in the gallon oh that's a lot yeah it's a decent amount okay should i say over a gallon and a half of beer there's hostages huh just hostages that one looks like homer simpson doesn't he come on house does she all right back to the house yes please very nice though okay we're following all right this way nice storage what would you put on there what would i what what would you put on there photographs maybe some decorations flowers that have to be short flowers but you know some stuff like that it's it's just so big you know what i would what would end up going in there as i was watching these tik toks and and i bet you people will put their old iphone boxes in here you know right like people can't throw away the iphone box i can't either i'm one of them i have like a stack of like my macbook ipad iphone boxes but yeah it's like a drunk drawer or a drunk a junk cabinet look please what is it it's like a dream catcher yeah it's nice isn't it yeah so again lovely bedroom nice ensuite bathroom mm-hmm oh there is another oh it's here yeah yeah one sweet bathroom every room has a video this looks like those things that it's packaged yeah you want to pop it but it's not i like that it's very cool no shower screen interestingly no but i'm sure they'll put one well let's just sit in the tub and you know stuff right this way this is london oh yeah that's where you're from mate do you know what he's called uh yeah jeff no it's henry oh sorry yeah i was getting confused it's henry yeah what does he your name here london look that's like from when you used to live there go back huh there was a picture of a car there like from when you used to live there there you go look go away you horrible creature he made my glasses steam up all right i love this look isn't that cool yeah that is cool so this is probably uh the second best room in the house the second best friend why so it's either your favorite kid or how to change oh it could actually be your least favorite kid because it's the furthest away oh yeah yeah that is true another nice ensuite in the little walk-in closet very nice views but this is the largest uh bedroom next to the master this is a good opportunity to show the driveway too from what from the house there's a big gates there for you get um gated um you get your own gate here big driveway i mean the lot is a little over half an acre there's a guest house right house which we're gonna show i mean this driveway is huge i don't know how many cars you think you can fit in here ten comfortable well yeah if you wanna be able to move then but it's really really cool um one thing i was going to say though if we're going to finish outside by the pool then we have to show the guest house when we're finished with this floor yes yeah yeah okay so now we're going to the master so this is the master bedroom it has a 1200 square foot patio overlooking the city it's so beautiful amazing views vacuum cleaner that's the machine that's the vacuum cleaner how lovely yeah it's really great oh check this out 1200 square foot i mean there's apartments that are like smaller than 1200 square feet in la wow fire pit oh i don't know how i feel about that why why you know why michael you toast yourself no why isn't it central oh ocd right well i'll tell you why would you like to hear my theory on this if it was central and you were roasting marshmallows you'd have to like lunge over the middle right this is set for people to be cozy i mean it is the master and occasionally guests wow that leaves a little bit to disgust right okay one two three four five six yeah i mean they're gonna have parties in the master there i like this house so i'll count to you then why wasn't it oriented so that to sit around it on the corner you were here looking at the view not there looking back at the house to make sure that the view doesn't distract you from burning your marshmallow okay all right [Music] that's a cool piece of art isn't that isn't that fun for the master it looks like uh oh no i was gonna say it looks like a roald dahl uh illustration yeah so the owner of the house you know as you can see by the house they like minimalism and so everyone's just everything's just very like clean i love this bathroom i know so beautiful i want to touch this but last time i did do not touch that don't don't it's good ah watch i'm gonna be very brave why why didn't you touch it it's hot yes other than that it's fixed on the wall one came up in my hand i love the tub yeah tom has amazing views huge shower holy moly huge show here nice good enough for a 6-2 guy this is amazing you can you can like take your shower look over the city and not be looked in by anybody except your guests that happen to be on your terrace oh then you just wave this is really nice and then here's the closets yes right this way oh i like these skylights look this would be my closet where's the her closet oh god my closet is bigger than both of these i know actually it's about the same i was going to say this is about the same size isn't it yeah this and that together yeah yeah it really is i could manage with this this is nice you just need to build one for her you know very nicely done i'm impressed a lot of house and there's a whole nother floor and a guest house yes let's go see so you guys want to do the downstairs first or the guest house the guest house guest house first should i do a shoe shoe so you can do a cut i should see you know you did the the spider thing you ready yeah yeah do a sheep see okay so this is the guest house and it's basically like a studio apartment and uh this is great stuff for security because nobody can walk over it without you hearing them what are you doing he's trying to not make noise but i can still hear all right all right watch this then okay oh didn't hear that did you knock knock all right let's go housekeeping check out how cute whoa oh this is adorable cool this is really really cool so this is a murphy bed so the door the bed you should definitely check out the view no that is so cool that's the smallest toilet i've ever seen there it's there you 100 got me there isn't it fun though this is awesome yeah it really is i think little kitchen bathroom fridge it's fun it is a fridge how did you know that that's this is a freezer freezer this will be a washing machine wrong so in beverly hills this place would go for what like four or five million yeah this little place yeah realistically if this was in beverly hills it would probably be two million right the land yeah because of la well beverly hills where anywhere because like unless it was south of wilshire yeah but if it's in the anywhere like north of sunset north of sunset okay anything by beverly hills hotel or north of this should be two million bucks it's small but it's land and you're in beverly hills so very possible hold on i'm just gonna look out here wow yeah this is my favorite part of the house for sure the view right just this little is a theater room how cute is this there's a loo in here but it's hidden away hold on we're looking at the theater room this is lovely yeah isn't that nice wow this is a cozy theater room and for those of you that are very tall you have to mind your head on there mm-hmm projector wow this is so nice yeah i i take my sunglasses off in here it's dark i guess so unless you're on drugs i am not no he's not unfortunately if you're on drugs you can wear sunglasses indoors shocking so this bathroom has been sealed all the way so you can get all the walls wet so if you want to like wash your dog or something it's a great and it all drains to the bottom but you can get all the walls wet you know what's actually interesting is in asia this is how all the bathrooms are sealed so that you couldn't have you can have wet parties adam and so here is okay so and so here's where all the jokes are gonna roll in what jokes caroline oh god this is so pretty i mean seriously look how nice this is hold on wow this house is so beautiful it really is beautiful yeah i mean mimi and michael were talking about it but let's say there was like a 30 million dollar house in beverly hills and this house for 9 million we're saying we would take this house over the more expensive home it's just it's so great and it's only 20 minutes from beverly hills i mean it's such a good buy you get so much land i mean look have you seen a yard like this it's amazing yeah well yes i have but you pay a lot of money yeah you're paying 30 million 20 30 million for a huge yard but i mean it's just it's done so well so tastefully no it's very very nicely done very nicely done and then there's another little area over here this is the third little yard coming off the guesthouse nice pool big pool this is as wide as some pools along i'm nervous when i get next to a pool next to you guys [Laughter] we wouldn't do it to you well yeah we would you did what do you mean what did we go up here as well adam i already filmed that part you did okay on the other side it's beautiful though i know so what a gorgeous property it's fun because you could like go camping in your own house oh totally totally you could set up a little glamping thing you could do everything here like tp things that are like 1500 bucks and you build it do you know what else you could do you could convert that little slope there into a ski slope no you couldn't well you kind of could adam's looking i thought we had this conversation that he has to take his meds before she's not in charge of it i'm in charge of him adam you gotta stay on top of it sorry i'm not doing this anymore not i refuse but look seriously oh god we're back no seriously think about this okay if you were to extend that slope out you could take that from the top to the bottom here and you could make a ski slope you 100 could you're right but no no nuts right you could make a ski slope and you could you could slalom down the hill be short slalom but you could if you were so inclined never mind don't put that in please he's laughing you know he's going to end up and i have no say what goes in the edits it's quite horrible that's why you got to be really nice to adam you can make you look really really amazing you don't think you'd try it i know okay guys so back to the house okay this has been amazing can't thank you enough for showing it welcome back to
