How to download and install office 2021 for free | latest version

hey guys welcome to today's tutorial we are going to look at how to download free Microsoft Office 2021 uh Microsoft removed office 2021 from its main page but you can still download it from Microsoft 365 admins page so that's step number one head on to Microsoft 365 admin page you can just type into Google Microsoft 365 apps admin Center or our link that I'll put the link into the description handle and click Microsoft 365 apps admin Center then under the admin Center Page scroll down and click create a filling the following information so we're going to start selecting uh select the architecture you want if your computer is using 32 bits you have to select 32-bit if your computer is using 64-bit then you have to select 64 bits uh head on to office suites click that we are going to look for office profession plus 2021 volume license select that one then the visual you can name that project you can also leave that unselected additional products I think you can choose none you can choose language pack whatever you prefer okay so shall just go for language pack then scroll down to update Channel Sam section then under this section you are going to select the application that you want if you do not want Microsoft Access you can disable us if you don't want PowerPoint if you don't want one notch you can turn that off so look for the application that you want and the application that you do not want so if you do not want an application you have to turn it off okay when you finish you click next so we will select the language for our MS one or Ms Excel or MS PowerPoint so the whole Microsoft Office so the language we are going to use so I'll click English for United States then I'm going to scroll down if you have any additional language that you prefer you can still select any additional language and you add I will select none okay then I'm going to go to next this one just give the way it is move on to next okay this one also I think you can leave it the way it is look under the uninstall this one okay and install mmsi versions of office you can try to turn it off or you can leave it on bus I would advise you to turn it off okay so that you can have a smooth installation in case you have maybe any other Office Products so the best of things to turn it off then scroll down click next then here under the volume license that one you can leave it as KMS no need of changing because if you go for the Mak you're going to need to have a license key okay then scroll down and hit next okay so scroll down until you find a one finish okay now when you finish I'm going to now export our XML file so you click export when you export uh go for the second option office open XML format when you click ok accept I accepted I accept the terms in the license agreement then we have file name you can name this any name you want please make sure that you do not forget the name because we shall need to use the name later so I'll leave minus configuration then I'm going to click export so when I export you can see that that file has been downloaded so I'm going to open this is a file that we've just downloaded configuration I'll right click I'll copy the file go to your desktop right click create a new folder okay create a new folder so my new folder is here so you can rename this folder any name that you want rename that folder any name that you want so I'll call my folder 20 21. then open the folder and paste in our configuration file when you are done with that state foreign Google Chrome now we are going to download the click ok so the files have been extracted successfully so go back to the desktop check our folder 2021 so you see that we have that difference files that have been extracted so now we are going to select these four files please select these four files make sure you do not select the other configuration file that we downloaded okay do not select that just select this from configuration file apart from now that we downloaded at first one that we pasted into this then delete those files when you finish that Row 2 your address here click right click and copy that address or the location for our setup okay and plus task now let us go and open commands prompt so open CMV run it as administrator then type the following count c d space fifth the location or the address for your folder I'll press the address for mine folder then I'll hit enter now the next step is type the following command set up space forward slash config space then at this stage you have to type the name for your folder so remember name for the fire that we downloaded the first file down the XML file that we exported and that name was configuration okay if you don't remember the name you can go back and cross check within your file okay this one so I'll just copy this name you can copy that name okay then you go and press that name then you add dot x m l please make sure you use the name for the file that
