showing you how to install Microsoft Office 3c5 and have it and all its apps [Music] activated open your browser and go to this website this link is already in the description you may use the link in the description to land on this Office 365 admin Center page here on architect you will have to choose either 32 bit or 64 bit please choose the bit that is applicable to your system in my case I go with 64 bit scroll down and go to office suets office suite product expand it down and select Office ltsc Professional [Music] 2021 then scroll down to additional product select it and uh keep it at language [Music] pack and make sure the version is latest version then on the apps you may need to select the apps you will need and turn off the apps you think you will not need in my case I don't need access I turn it off but I think you may want to need apps like PowerPoint team mes Excel Outlook and word you turn on the ones you want and go [Music] next on the language set the primary language to be your preferred language for me I would need to go with English United [Music] States if you want additional language select all additional languages as much as you want here but for me I don't need all those I will go [Music] next then where do you want to deploy office from keep it at office content delivery Network that is CDN skip all these and go next before you continue please before you install this in case you have a version of office app on your device before now I recommend you uninstall your Microsoft Office before you continue with this process in this demo let us assume I have uninstalled office and I currently do not have office apps on my device so I'm going to turn this off once again if you have a version of office app on your system I recommend and advise you remove it and uninstall it then uncheck that [Music] button and proceed to next [Music] come to licensing and activation under product key if you select Mac it will require you put in the product key code which we don't have so let's keep it at KMS then skip all these and go [Music] next next again and come to the bottom and click [Music] finish after you click finish come to the top right hand corner and click export you will need to select the default file format select office open XML format okay check this box to accept the license agreement then be sure the file name is configuration and click export and you see it is downloaded successfully on the [Applause] device go to Microsoft Office deployment tool website the link to it is already in the description for you use the link to land on this page scroll down to click download the office deployment tool exe file is downloaded [Music] successfully next come to your desktop right Mouse click anywhere select new then new folder rename the folder as office 2021 press the enter key next let's get the two files we downloaded bring up the download folder window select the configuration file and drag it into the new folder office 2021 for office deployment tool right Mouse click on it and run as administrator [Music] check this box to accept license terms and click continue here you will need to determine where to extract the file click this PC and under this PC select download folder here is downloads give it okay and it has been extracted successfully into the download folder here is it then select the setup file and drag it into the office 2021 [Music] folder next open the office 2021 folder and you should have these two files configuration.xml and the setup.exe files next go to your window window start type search CMD then you have the command prompt right Mouse click on it and select run as [Music] administrator the command prompt box opens minimize it for now come to office 2021 folder at the top here click in the directory address bar make sure the path address is highlighted right Mouse click and copy the address path Now bring up the command prompt window we opened and here type the First Command c d space then paste the address path that you [Music] copied then press the enter key now you should have this office 2021 here next is to use command prompt to run the configuration file from Office 2021 folder here so type this command text setup space SLC configure space configuration.xml this command text is already in the description you may copy it from there and paste here that is easy and faster for you or you may choose to type it carefully yourself when you're done you press the enter key [Music] the Microsoft Office installation has [Music] started this may take a while wait patiently and I recommend you have internet connection on your device [Music] PE
