HOLLYWOOD HILLS MANSION WITH OPEN AIR BATHROOM!!

go on hit it properly it'll hurt [Music] today we are in a very noisy west hollywood at a gorgeous mansion up in the hollywood hills and that noise is lawn machines and blowers and all of those crazy things that happen here and it always seems to happen to us but anyway we are here to see a gorgeous very modern mansion with spectacular views which hopefully we can see because it's a bit of a hazy day and we're going to be shown this mansion by darren who is uh the listing agent so let's go meet him this is cool what is this this must be like the office right that's very interesting isn't that cool yeah pocket sliding doors wow that's cool hey yeah you're out of the way from the house i guess that's what that is okay hey michael darren how you doing good good come on in come on in good to see you wow this is beautiful welcome on in this is one of uh our team's newest listings here in the bird streets of the hollywood hills it's 7 450 square feet five bedrooms six bathrooms and it's incredible you can already tell so it's pretty cool yeah so i'm gonna show you guys a couple of interesting features um on this main level before i just let you guys do your own thing but let's do it excellent i have one question to ask you that little room over there we just had a quick in that's an office right yeah that's a separate office space um very unique it's a little bit different over on the other side of this grand entryway so beautiful you don't see that too often could you imagine doing some work over there what do you think i don't like doing that all right so so we got this open space living room you can already see the views of la right here something cool is this bar in the corner just opened up in this open space lots of carrera marble throughout very unique bar area right here wow gorgeous view isn't it there's not enough lights in the ceiling i don't think so i think need more light in the ceiling wow there's no shortage of lights they can add a few more lights i think in between every single light up there but i'm surprised adam hasn't said anything yet i'm just holding my tongue i saw one over here that's really wonky his ocd is playing up there you go but yeah so these pocket doors open up completely on both sides of this fireplace and then you get the views of course all the way to the pacific ocean can we open this yeah let's do it and these pocket away i see yeah they pocket completely in on both sides look a moat that's fun gosh the noise of the uh the lawnmowers it's always nice to have your own moat in your backyard you have your spa area here in the corner large pool beautiful infinity zero edge and the views of course yeah what's that up there there's like a yeah so that's one thing i wanted to show you guys that that would be considered uh like the vip area let's say you're having a party here you're having an event this would be where everyone's hanging out you can probably rope this off and then have people come up there and watch that yeah you you feel a little more special can be up there just hanging out you know but but this is it very private you know you see this hill it's very just here right very nice let's have a quick peek at it gorgeous property and this is artificial grass so i'm fine standing on it all right so more marble out here too it's the same marble that we see in the interior as well and then this is covered in turf all the way as i said the vip section or whatever you want to make it and you still have the views but it's very private up here as well very cool thing in that room look at that thing looks like an ant hill see i was thinking this would be a good place for like a dog run you know like send diesel up there after a while or bowling alley there you go right shall we go in the kitchen yes let's go in the kitchen yeah so there's three pocket doors right here that you can have opened up as well so you get that indoor outdoor flow from your kitchen area nice your breakfast bar oh well so yeah beautifully unique kitchen this is sahara noir marble on this these countertops here center island you see the gold and white veins very unique you see the same over here and the one interesting thing i wanted to show you with these cabinets so they're pushed to open and they're motorized so but they but they look a little high you know for me i'm about six foot but there is a button that you just hit conveniently goes i don't like that not too bad very cool there you go should we go and explore now yeah go for it guys you have the rain throughout the house there's the basement there's upstairs the master bedroom is unbelievable and uh yeah go for it go for it fantastic ready i'm ready [Music] all right which way are we going i'm going this way because this is cool nice theater it's cozy yeah two four 6 8 10 12. 14 people comfortably nice right yeah i like it i have no idea where i'm going but okay so this is a toilet and a shower okay so off the pool i guess you could do this one yeah that's a very clever idea this would be like a dressing room right so and then there's another loo there that's well you could use it as a lube it's probably not advisable and then this is for a light light light light cool sink look at that oh it's even scented so it doesn't splash good for your ocd well that would be a wine cellar oh nice oh this is cool oh it smells lovely in here and it's 73.8 degrees i'm gonna guess this will hold what do you think god i don't even know fifteen hundred two thousand bottles uh yeah it's a lot isn't it yeah maybe more a lot a lot beautifully done yeah and then here we have this is so you could kind of turn this into like a little man cave couldn't you like you've got the little oh i guess i thought this was a wet bar but it's not but you could easily make it one but no that's very cool you could have a little pool table in here or yeah whatever right and this okay does that bother your ocd the nest in the middle no it's not straight it's on an angle oh the wall you made you didn't even notice that no i did i don't think it bothers me i think that's okay you could put four cars in here you know whoever designed this really wanted to put a lot of lights in the house everywhere you look there's lights lights that's not a bad thing it's a good thing except for the electric bill so i've heard i haven't seen it but i've heard that the master bedroom is absolutely spectacular and very special so i'm looking forward to seeing that i love this too you normally see the round bolts but if you look at these it's very cool they're not straight what they're not straight okay let me show you something no no show me something did not mention that picture because i was trying to suppress my gag reflex i mean it's not even close to being in the middle is it i think that's deliberate well whichever psychopath did that deserves to be lovely house how would you say this was 15 million yeah okay so let's go here it's a nice room with the fireplace this can't be the master though right can it no no because he said it was mental yeah the master has the uh ant hill in it oh that's right okay this could be dangerous if you're drunk [Laughter] yeah i love all this marble everywhere though i love all the openness this is the shower and it's totally open there's no door so you can like skate your way around on the wet floor to the loo i love the way this has been furnished it's very it's a very masculine house isn't it minimalist but beautiful do you think would you say minimalist well there's a bed a little sofa and a table there's not a whole lot in here yeah would you put more furniture in here no i wouldn't put more furniture in here but i just i like the fact that it's like you know the dark marble they've got the cat like the leather couches everything's it it's very masculine do you know what i really like when you see these modern houses with traditional furniture or vice versa right it's a traditional house with modern art and modern that looks really cool too i think it's the textures that i like in here they've used a lot of you know the walls are very smooth but then you've got like the marble and then you've got the wood and the leather and the stone and look how high the door is don't fall down there okay so here we have oh a gym go on hit it properly it'll hurt [Laughter] does it does look like a good heavy bag to be fine it's very heavy there you go get it go on go on go on you got it it's all you good job well done how about that trap my finger do you know how to do this i haven't done one for so long me either there you go hard almost almost so that was the gym and here's the shower and again open there's no oh yeah there's a very slight incline pretty clever look at that right down the center and this must be the master oh wow look at this man this is you could play tennis in here wow this is way bigger than i expected this is amazing wow there's that thing yeah what is it it does remind me of the like an ant hill i think that's what it is yeah who would have thought to put something like that i mean you go shopping i want a very thin tree with that's dead yeah that i'm almost sure in fact look it's even got like little dead larvae on it i think it's fake is it fake no it's real yeah but wow check this room out this is epic yeah i mean we've seen bigger houses than this with less impressive master bedrooms oh for sure for sure this is huge this bedroom it's got to be i don't know 1200 1400 feet i guess and then plus whatever the bathroom oh i can already see a cool vanity in there and a fabulous view and lovely building can you show it open it yeah these pocket look how do you do this oh god oh god do this one first there you go it's loud out here i know that's fine we'll just sneak out quickly beautiful balcony spectacular view let's go back in let's go see the rest of this room this is amazing look at this play wood it yeah but look you see how it's not square yeah because this has to join up with this so this goes here that's right that's what i'm saying so this is a custom piece look because 90 degrees makes sense all of this is 100 custom but these both pocket away spectacular and so do those so you could totally open this up and basically have your bedroom outside very nice fireplace wet bar fridge coffee maker push it don't think it opens oh there you go oh wow wow that's cool oh damn i like that if you didn't know you wouldn't know right that's cool yeah oh it's electric now i know how did i do that what did i check did you just touch under there there you go i guess i did it it's on a now i like that that is cool that's cool right what no not again come on let's go look at the bathroom wait i want to do it one more let me see if it stops oh michael closet's cool oh that's beautiful and totally open right listen if you don't think this is a man's house you're mental that's nice of you that's really pleasant and mental why am i mental you don't think that this is has been built for a man i think it's definitely masculine yeah but i think a woman could live here happily well of course but it's put some of their stuff watch this you know what that is yep oh look at that lens flare right there whoa who did what no i've got you with some like sexy lens flare looks very cinnamon but i like it and then here's a a door oh it's a mirror on this side oh yeah that cool i like this house oh check this out i'm adam wow now that is super sick it looks like looks like a diamond isn't that beautiful that is cool is it chrome so it's plastic but is it plastic yeah wow and there's a balcony oh my god you got to see this this is it this is it for me outdoor shower oh yeah wow yeah outdoor shower open to the world yeah and a peekaboo well this house up here peekaboo yeah so with this here look if you put the lens through there oh yes they had a telescope yeah how cool is this they might need a microscope huge shower oh mate look at the look at the thingy doodads so you've got the rain head steam this is a big place to steam isn't it yeah there's the steam that's where the steam comes from down there it's a big bloody shower what happens i guess i do want to i do want to test that out okay trust it well why don't you why don't i stand here give me the camera okay you got it and i just hold it like this hold on hold on hold on okay go wait which one does the shower hold on i'll go i'll go up here where it stays okay oh wait wait wait let me get you in shot here
