Fully Loaded English Breakfast Recipe | Big Night In

this week we're going to be focusing on breakfast at the end of the week we are going to have wait for it so blatant a big morning in I feel like it's time to mix up the brownie points oh okay right during the whole week you can order anything for everyone for whatever you want it do it if you're going to go out for a cracking thrill English yes where might you go it would be a greasy spoon yes to refer or a really fancy gourmet kind of brunch venue that's not what something about them politically about that what about if we try to combine the two that's all box boys breakfast is served oh serious I mean I want to build as breakfast so the theory behind this is one group of people the builders construct the hipsters deconstruct and now everyone regardless of what you do where you live and where you we can enjoy a full English breakfast brownie points God now in your mouth take it oh yes what we also have is a screwdriver like Pasha plaster we've got some special coffee here this is mushroom coffee not granny for like David let's take that but no next week if anything then deserves to give me a brownie point because I'm letting him live his dream of being a dinner lady it's got two different types of mushrooms in it these have new road transmitting benefits supposed to make you think quicker your sign apps inspire quicker it tastes like coffee and then it takes like much [Music] welcome to breakfast thank you very much you know what is the right level of sweetness for those things because some German beans are like why I enjoy eventually American I like on our own today no so there is a little bit of brown sugar in this but the base flavors come from smoked pancetta shallots garlic thyme a little bit of chili and there's something else we clips into you can smell that brown sugar it's really soft and stuff and made it juicy walk while really we're gonna we have ourselves some Antibes now PennDOT is not going to get fishy io delicious umami think of it like wish your sauce on your baked beans a little bit of this chopped up with small Tso's chicken stock and our pinto beans so rather than haricot beans you get four am all in it gives it around it balances out the smoky sweetness already matt toast Oh some I hope you like I suppose it's done really does not happen probably a little bit more than that I reckon IV thanks to what we've had this before these are our salted relaxed ramen and going up scrambled eggs for example a takes between four of us cooked in foaming butter not too much movement so you get big chunks of egg and then it's finished right at the end creme fraiche salt pepper they are very buttons a good ol knife there was a lot of fun butter after getting simple perfect we've got a little bit of been special sauce that you haven't tried yet because I'm surprised you didn't pick up on it cuz you're a bit like me Barry you love mushrooms so you're um teacher muscle layers we're not going to do with these what you would expect for in fact what they expect all right that we're going to chop them up and fry the box until they get lots and lots of color so don't move them in the pan and then we're going to add dried porcini which we would have seeped in boiling water so this is lots and lots of mushroom Amamiya mushrooms Mayo is super simple we're going to blitz up all of those mushrooms with the garlic and the porcini to a very smooth puree and then folding the homemade mayonnaise as egg yolks mustard and then dribbling a little bit of ground nut oil as you go so want to do too much always going to ruin it mix and split but also it's a good thing background oil is it doesn't flavor the mayonnaise too much pretty unusual really unusual the doesn't taste of mayo until the end yes that's yeah you get that aftertaste it's like a lot I think I like it now I'm going to preempt what I'm about to say by saying that I'm guessing you didn't make the sausage but it is a great sausage when it comes to the me we've not done anything to any of it we've just grilled it so Cumberland sausages beautifully spiced obviously from Cambria but they tend to be served in a ring no flame you see we want to make these super circular so as you're going to reshape them slightly and then skewer them my anaconda don't my anaconda long want my are now coming in long and I like one really it's like you I am and make char just bring your Fez to rings sausages are going to go on to a tray lined with tin foil and under the grill for about a 10-minute head start we're going to turn them halfway through before we also add on our bacon now black pudding cut slices and I'll have tomatoes so many neighbors are talking about a range of breakfast related topics breakfast in bed how do you feel about it um crummy toast in bed just does not work crime I don't really like breakfast me I like coming down to breakfast ready why do you like setting bed from oh yeah I was right behind that you some toast crumbs you find them in your bum crack for weeks afterwards no what don't just wrong what you mean a table with much nicer yeah that's why I mean I'm agreeing with you oh I thought did you like the idea I like having a trunk open right I was confused that's all they know really sure in who likes having toast crumbs in there alright bend over use me as a toaster exile please that'd be the ideal birthday present Waycross what's the weirdest thing you've ever googled well only a matter of weeks ago I put something into my Google search I reckon but Sal did a lot worse than I think you meant book please do continue it was can you milk a pig I wasn't entirely sure I wanted a check so that you can whatever you look at that the end of the week now is the time that we need to pull or ads or TSA's give a bounty point eating I think when it comes to full English there's lots components and everyone knows what a grateful English is so it's all very well preparing it but taking it with this seeming the whole deconstruction construction hips greasy spoon thing toolbox and bottomless brunch mike has taken little English and level up one to Mike for the toolbox and I'm going to double it yeah I like I can tell those your Google and spend a lot of time Amazon so they're your create computers with blowing two point and I'm going to leave it there I think I am going to give one for the toolbox arrangement I thought that was that was great Mike and also I thought the food each individual component was extraordinary so once thanks so what is what doesn't need to fall down little moment it looks like this and I've gone from losing a couple of weeks days to doing the right size toddlers that was way way to start or rainy day breakfast whatever time it is I don't know who knows one thing we do know is that we're back tomorrow and this is all going to be done in the fridge so shut up you I really enjoyed that week I expected to like breakfast free but I liked it more than I
