the honor of god hallelujah i know god to be a heal on tonight i know god to be a waymaker on tonight saying glory to god hallelujah i just think and i magnify god after convocation you know me and my family we went on vacation glory to god and you know after we came back off a vacation i went to work on that monday and tuesday and my husband said that he began to feel bad glory to god hallelujah jesus and uh i asked him did he want to go to the hospital and at first he put it off he said no no but then he said yeah baby i'm going i'm feeling real bad so let's go to the hospital glory to god hallelujah we went to the hospital glory to god and it was so many people their glory to god and we were trying to social distance as best as we could glory to god hallelujah jesus and they went back and they did some testing and they asked him what his symptoms was and everything like that or whatever and uh we went back out into the waiting room glory to god hallelujah jesus and they said okay mr moffa we're going to go ahead and take you back and i got my stuff and i was getting ready to go back and they said no ma'am you have to wait out here you know and uh we'll come back out and get you and i said okay so i went ahead and went to the car saints glory to god hallelujah and uh he called me on facetime and he asked he said why couldn't my wife come back here and they said sir she can't come back here because you have covered glory to god hallelujah jesus hallelujah and he begins to cry glory to god and i couldn't cry because i don't want him to be upset because i was upset glory to god and all kinds of things begin to go on in my mind glory to god hallelujah and i had to take that rod home all by myself glory to god we had never been separated like that to where i couldn't be there glory to god hallelujah and i cried all the way home and i said god you gotta come in hallelujah god you gotta come in and make waves because you know they talk about people going into the hospital and not coming out glory to god because that's what the enemy said to me that he wasn't going to come out glory to god oh but i'm thinking i magnify god on tonight glory to god and you know he was in the hospital and i was talking to my mother and i said mama how am i going to tell the girls and how am i going to do this and how am i going to do that glory to god hallelujah jesus glory and i could not not tell my kids and i told my kids and they cried in glory to god that next day was my baby's 12th birthday glory to god hallelujah and we were supposed to celebrate glory to god hallelujah we had to go and get tested because he was positive glory to god and me and my oldest daughter we tested positive for covet glory to god but i'm thinking i magnify god on tonight hallelujah we had to um you know uh be quarantined from other people and we also have to be quarantined for my youngest daughter glory to kyle because she was negative glory to god and i began to talk to god i began to say god you got to come in and work this thing out glory to god and you know it just felt like it was getting harder for me to breathe glory to god and i said lord if i go to the hospital who gonna be able to be here with my kids glory to god and what if my my daughter gets sick and she gotta go and who's gonna be able to be there because they're not letting anybody be at the hospital glory to god but i stood on the word of god hallelujah i god you said that healing was the children's bread oh god you said that you are the lord thy god and you will heal me glory to god and i think and i'll magnify god and you know it seemed like when we were going through these things glory to god i was getting bad news and bad news and people were passing away and my friend was calling me and saying my husband had to get picked up by the ambulance and because they had no bad glory to god they sent him back home with oxygen and the steroids and she said brittany what do i do because i'm not a nurse glory to god the second day that my husband was in the hospital the guy next to him in the room flatline so all kinds of things was going on but i continue to stand on the word of god glory to god hallelujah jesus because i know god to be a healer i know god can do anything but fail glory to god hallelujah and i begin to pray glory to god i begin to believe god hallelujah i remember standing in my kitchen cooking for my kids glory to god and god dropped it in my spirit he said he shall live hallelujah and not die when god said that you're gonna live can't no devil in hell come in and try to turn you around glory to god hallelujah then i think and i magnify god hallelujah the doctor's office they call me the hospital they call me and they said you know what you know he's he's breathing on his own not once did he ever have to get a ventilator and i think and i magnify god for that glory to god they said he's doing so good glory to god hallelujah but i know that that was god it might have been the medicine too but i know god has stepped into the room glory to god hallelujah then you know he was only die a week and a half almost two weeks hallelujah and i think that i'll magnify god when he came home glory to god he still had a real bad cough but i stand and i thank god on tonight because there's no residue i prayed and i asked god i said god when it come out i don't want it to be no residue god even in me and my daughter god i don't want it to be no residue left god getting out thinking i'm magnified god hallelujah we all went and got tested hallelujah god i thank you we all went and got tested saints and before we left the parking lot we touched and agreed we said god it's negative in jesus name because we were missing coming to the house of god yeah you can watch it on tv but it means something to be into the house of the lord glory to god what the saints are when we can gather strength from one another glory to god and when we love hallelujah we were standing on a negative result hallelujah i stand here negative on tonight i stand here healed on tonight my husband is back doing what he do open that corner on tonight i can't tell his testimony like he can but i know what god can do if you pray for your spouse and if you lift them up god will come in god show me that depression hallelujah was trying to set in on him glory to god but i stood before god hallelujah and i binded the hands of the enemy that would try to fight him in his mind glory to god and i know god came in and i know god made a way glory to god i know what god can do so if you need heli go tonight jesus said that hell against the children's bread and if you wanted you can reach up and grab it i asked all of the righteous ones to pray for me we sojourn in this world amen we're going to go through times and we're going to need god to step in and bring deliverance and you know the thing about deliverance is it's not just for sinners amen sometimes we go through some things that we need god to deliver us out of we need god to bring us through it amen and i'm glad and i'm grateful to know that he's the kind of god that can do just that amen he's a deliverer the bible said he knows how to deliver us amen the godly from among the ungodly many of the afflictions of the righteous we're going to go through some time on every turn every side that we when we look there's going to be some over there trying to take us down trying to pull us under but god will deliver us from them all he didn't guarantee us we wouldn't go through anything but he did promise us amen that no matter what we went through he would be a god that was sufficient for the need and that his power would be present and available for us look at somebody and tell them neighbor there is a word from the lord amen and tell them and i am a lover of the word of god i love mine tonight and i brought mine you got yours come on let's hold that power up tonight thank god because everything else is going down but what everything but the word of our our god amen the book of first samuel the 30th amen first samuel chapter number 30 and i want to call your attention to the first through the eighth verses that's first samuel chapter number 30 amen verses 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 and 8 amen and when you have it say amen the rest of y'all don't have it y'all don't there now you just don't even know how many more tears you got you know life can get that way life can hurt you and life can put you in such a place you can cry until you can't cry no more read and that were with him talked about stoning him because the soul of all the people was grieved every man for his sons and for his daughters but david encouraged himself the bible says encouraged himself the lord's sake and david hear this because this is significant david now inquires of the law david now is praying and asking god what do i need to do he now inquires of the lord really saying saying shall i pursue after this should i pursue after them shall i overtake them shall i overtake him and he answered him and god because you know if you if you if you talk to god he'll talk back to you the bible said and he answered him and what did he say pursue he said pursue for thou shalt surely overtake them you will surely overtake them and without fail recover all and you will without fail recover everything just look at somebody you got to stay with me tonight because i want to talk to you just tell them he will restore that's what i want to talk about tonight i want to talk about god will restore that word restore means to bring back it means to undo amen that which is taken or that which has left the thing that is lacking now when god restores he brings it back he amen he gives it back to us and i want you to know tonight that god will restore that's some things we got to do though there are some steps that we must take but god is in the restoring business he's in the restoration business and if we would do like david did amen and talk to god about it i want you to know it doesn't matter how bad things have gotten because for some of us we didn't know things could get this worse and that's why i tell you stop asking questions like that how much worse can things get you really don't want to know because as bad as it is now things can always be worse and now i'll show you in a moment amen just why there is so much sorrow at times when we go through things because amen we realize the possibilities amen satan amen our enemy is so diabolical he is so evil amen that things could be a whole lot worse but how many of you thank god for his mercy i thank god y'all didn't say nothing i said how many of y'all thank god for his mercy even knowing how bad things can get i thank god amen that even amen though sometimes we've got to go through some seasons and some some areas in our lives where we we even reap what we sow i'm glad that god amen is the kind of god that shows us mercy even in the reaping you know there's nothing wrong with celebrating let me say this the goodness of god we do it every time we come to church amen we celebrate thank god for the testimony tonight amen we celebrate the goodness of god we see god move we see god amen bring us out of dangerous situations we see god amen pull us through those times when we feel like we don't have the strength to continue but some kind of way god always steps in when we need him the most amen sometimes amen we look at ourselves and we count ourselves out we think that this thing is going beyond the limits of even the realm of what we can handle but the reality is it's never a surprise to god and it never overtakes god there's nothing that overpowers him amen or renders him unable to deliver you as a matter of fact i don't care how bad things have gotten for you now you need to know that god is still an able god amen like we talked about the story of lazarus if god's got to show up amen and raise us from the dead everything that god said has to come to pass you know it's never too late for god it is never too hard for god he but he is always sufficient for everything that we face in this life so i celebrate amen the goodness of god i love to hear good testimonies and you know i tell them all the time when you testify amen you just got a limited amount of time so amen you ain't got to take us all around the world amen just tell us about the goodness of the lord you know a lot of folks tell you all the stuff that make them look good hey man try to make themselves look powerful when they testify amen but come on now just be honest and tell people that if it had not been the lord on your side amen you would have been swallowed up a long time ago can i tell you something about good testimonies they are not intended to make you look good they're intended to make god look good amen you've got to always remember that if it had not been the hand of the lord amen you would have still been in the midst of whatever it is that you're in or that you were in at the time you needed god but just as he often does he shows up in the nicotine and he brings us out but then there are other times thank you lord amen when we got to do our own investigation into the goodness of the lord amen we've got to look at somebody telling we got to investigate his goodness he meant because so many times we look and all we see is the finished product amen we jump in in the middle of a story on the middle of a narrative amen but we don't investigate amen the complete and total goodness of the lord that's the reason why when we come down amen to reading the word of god we can't just jump into the story amen in the middle of it we've got to go back and investigate hey because sometimes you don't really appreciate how good the good is because you don't know how bad the man was oh god i wish i could find at least about about 15 of y'all go help me preach here tonight amen i said we don't fully understand how good the good is because we don't know how bad the bad was amen so what we've got to do we've got to go back now amen and we've got to look at the word and investigate the goodness of god even because sometimes we're shouting and we really didn't even get the story amen we really didn't get the point we didn't get amen what god was trying to teach us because we jumped in amen and we looked at it from only one point of view but can i tell your brothers and sisters what god does amen throughout all of our circumstances that our situation he builds a case for his goodness that's what god what god does he's building a taste amen so when it's time to praise him we recognize and understand that nobody is it but our god i feel like i want to preach tonight to somebody i said god is building a case in your life so that when this whole thing is over with and when it's behind you you'll have a testimony that nobody is worthy and deserves the praise put our god i wish i could find at least 27 of you to clap your hands and give god praise in the house tonight now i found that when you start to investigate his goodness he then you'll truly find out he meant how sufficient his grace really is and you know what i found out when i looked amen at how god moves in our lives and in our circumstances he meant i realized that the fact is that god is so merciful and so mercifully kind amen that he can bring us back from some of the worst situations amen it doesn't matter what man show him and try to do unto us god can bring us back from some of the worst situations and not only that but can i tell you he's the kind of god that's so merciful that a lot of this stuff that you're going through now if you were to be honest you did this stuff to yourself how god can i tell you how good god is amen god is so good that some of us are in the middle of situations right now amen that we brought on ourselves because of our foolish thinking and because we tried to take matters into our own hands and we're dealing with step now and we're looking at the fact amen that if i hadn't made certain moves i wouldn't even be here if i had to listen to people when they tried to tell me i wouldn't be suffering this kind of stuff y'all can sit there and look funny if you want i know i'm talking to somebody even if i ain't talking to everybody you've got people now that are sitting there and they're reaping they're suffering and they're crying amen and they're just reaping but can i tell you that god is the kind of god that still gives us the word that says be not deceived that god is not not whatever a man so that shall he also reap can i tell your sons and daughters amen not even salvation it's going to keep you from reaping what you sowed oh no as long as the earth remains there's going to be seed time in harvest time in other words what you saw is what's coming up again but can i tell you when you come back to the lord and when you get god on your side the reason why we can praise him tonight is even though we got to reap that stuff with soda god gives us mercy in the repaint how i ain't got no i'm just looking trying to find somebody here that can praise god and even though you got to go through some of that stuff that you put in the ground god is the kind of god that gives us mercy even in the reaping so that when we go through we have the confidence that he won't put more on us that we can but he will with that same temptation make a way for us to escape look at somebody telling me i'll be honest with you telling i did some of this stuff to myself but i'm glad that i got a god that can look past my thoughts oh god a god that can see my knees oh god look at somebody tell them i did this to myself oh god there's some things that i'm going through i did that to myself and the reason why i'm crying and hollering now amen is because i remember there's a lot of stuff i go throughout the tell god now i didn't show that amen i i saw that now but then there are some other things that i go through and when you go through can i tell you what compounds of the situation is when you realize i'm just reaping what i sowed and i've had folk call me and say brother herman how do i pray about this how do i talk to god about something that i brought on to myself how in the world do i even have the nerve to go back to god and say to god would you please get me out of this when i know the only reason i'm in this mess is because of some of the stuff that i did what kind of nerve do i have to go to god and say to god can you please get me out of this when you're looking at something that you put in the ground and you got to there to say i rebuke you kind of rebuke yourself oh god because if you hadn't talked to god in the beginning you wouldn't be suffering boy y'all look like y'all mad enough to do something amen run up amen can i tell you sons and daughters we gotta come to the place where we understand that even though we got some stuff to deal with god is still a good god and at the end of the day if you call on it look at somebody and tell them he will restore he is the kind of god that brings restoration amen we've got to admit that there were some times amen in our lives when we made some bad choices amen that's what life is really about life is a series of choices amen it's a series of decisions that we make amen nobody makes us make them we just we make them and the reality is amen every one of us has been guilty of making decisions outside of the parameters of the will of god our god that's just who we are sometimes the devil tells us to go at it on our own and if the devil can influence your mind amen and tell you to go at it on your own you gonna mess up can i tell you that's the reason why the bible tells us amen and proverbs 3 and 5 that we are not to leave amen to our our own under your understanding can't support a whole life your understanding can't support you and your family you've got to lean on the wisdom and the instructions of our god that's what we've got to do we've got to place ourselves in the hands of the lord because sometimes the devil will tell you even foolishly to take your life in your own head and can i tell you we ain't smart enough amen we haven't been around long enough we're not educated enough to know how to take our lives into our own hands and make this stuff work that's the reason why some of us are suffering now it was the foolishness of our choices it was the foolishness of the decisions that we made and sometimes we were sincere in making them but can i tell you there are times when even if you're sincere you can be sincerely wrong and can i tell you tonight hear me sons and daughters unless we get instruction from god every move is a dangerous move i don't care if you think this is the answer amen if god didn't say go it's better to stand still until his will is clear rather than to make a move and then they have to reap the results of such a foolish decision after a while because can i tell you it may take it a year it may take it two years it may take it twenty years but it's coming up again i wish i could get somebody look at your neighbor and tell them it's coming up again it's coming up again and i'm trying to tell you tonight amen that we can do our best amen to try to make stuff work but the safest thing and the best that we can do is to place our lives in the hands of the lord because our wisdom let's own up to it tonight our wisdom is foolishness and it will always set in motion a series of events that would be more than what we bargained before and that's why we've got to be careful not to be like david because sometimes when we look at this particular story we jump in right in the 30th chapter when david just comes home innocently amen and signs that his his house has been plundered amen morales and bandits have come through and they've taken everything and look at us feeling sorry for david ah you didn't get the message you didn't get the lesson because this is not about david just coming home amen and finding that his stuff is missing what you're actually seeing now is a man who has reaped what he has sown and now you're about to see the goodness of god and the mercy that he shows in the repeat when you look at the story of david coming home to ziggler what you'll find is that david has already set in motion thank you kind spirit a series of events david talked that he had the wisdom and the knowledge he meant to order his own steps when the bible says that a good man's steps are only truly ordered if god is the one that orders them when you go back and you look at the 27th chapter of the book of first first samuel when you look at the 27th chapter and the first verse what you see is not a man of prayer what you actually see is david making a statement saying saul is going to kill me if i don't do something now i'll never make it in spite of the fact that god has already given him promise that one day you will sit on the throne this is a man that's been called by god but look at what david does he takes matters into his own hands and can i say to you sons and daughters tonight you've got to be very careful about taking matters into your own hands because some of the stuff you're going through right now you have been your god can i tell you that you would have been out of it right now but you don't stir it in it oh god you always talking here i said this trial would have been over the only thing keeping it alive is the fact that you keep putting your hands on it amen trying to figure it out when god has already worked it out and what we see in samuel first samuel 27 the very first verse says david says because saul is going to kill me i'm going to die sooner later that's on his head he says the one thing that i can do to guarantee safety is to dwell in the land of the philistines oh god look at david you want to talk about a mistake anytime you think there's safety amen hanging out with the enemy something is wrong with you and can i tell you you got some phone now amen quiet as it's kept they don't want to be around church folk they actually think they can go and compromise and hang out with the enemy amen and do all kind of stuff and dwell in safety the devil is alive you're going to always mess up amen when you listen to the enemy because the one thing he's going to coax you to do is to hang out in places and among people that are not going to give you what you need in order to be the person god is calling for you to be can i tell you it's always a compromise when you look at god's way and you think it's too hard and you think the easiest way to get through when to get over is to do what the enemy is coaching you to do just hang out with him this way is too hard this way is too lonely but can i tell your sons and daughters god's way is always the best way i thought for sure i'd have at least about 337 of y'all to give god some praise right through there i said god's way as always it's going to always be the best way and what it does it plays right into the devil's hands for you to think you can take refuge among your enemy and this is the choice that david made but when he got there david found himself being somebody other than what god had called david to be instead of david being a giant killer like we knew david to be now we see david becoming a marauder the bible said david became abandoned when you look at the eighth and the ninth verse i believe it is respectively the bible said that david would go and he would go to the nations around him and he would pillage their villages and it specifically says i believe it's the gersheits or something like that but the last group of people that david fooled were called amalekites and the bible said what david would do he would go into the villages of the amalekites and the bible said david would he would he would he would just rob them and that word would strip he would take and he would kill everything the bible said david killed all the men he killed all the women he would leave nobody alive and he would take everything and when the king the son of the philistines came to david he said david where you coming from with all this stuff david said i've been fighting against the children of israel oh look at him now he's turned into liar trying to make the devil think he's on his side i've been fighting with the children of israel and i've been plundering their spoils but david didn't realize he was sitting in motion a series of events that would come back and bite him after a while and the bible said david would kill everybody because he didn't want nobody to escape and come back and tell the philistines that he's really killing up everybody and taking all of that stuff this ain't no way for somebody with davis caliber to behave but when you're hanging out with the enemy that turns you into a person that god never intended for you to be and y'all can get as quiet as you want i'm a priest till i get done i said when you're hanging out with the devil it always turns you into somebody that god never intended for you to be and look at him now david killing up everybody women and men and kids he been just doing all kinds of evil look at him that stoop so low that now he's abandoned he's going around and doing all kinds of stuff just to support himself in a place that god never ordained for him to be and then the bible said it got so bad that we skipped to the 29th chapter and israel now is faced with war by the philistines and david says to the philistines let me go with you i'm going to fight with israel oh god now david is crossing the line he's actually going to side with the philistines he made a fight against the children of israel but look at god in god's mercy god stirs up the counselors and they counsel later saying don't let david go with you because david is a hebrew and when war breaks out he subject to turn his back on you and side with your enemy and destroy you from the inside and even though david was bent on fighting against the children of israel god wouldn't let it be so and can i tell you brothers and sisters you want to know how good god is god is so good that he kept you from stuff that you didn't know he was keeping you from oh they told david you got to go back david they said david you got to get back out there because you can't come here with us ah but david look at him all broke up what do you mean i can't fight what do you mean i can't come with you and the bible said they told david you're not one of us and can i say this to you brothers and sisters i don't care how you try to hang out with the devil after a while that rascal don't let you know you ain't never belong with us after why you can think you're part of the in crowd but the devil's gonna always let you know that as much as you've been out here making a fool out of yourself everybody know you ain't one of us and they sent david back home but look at the goodness of god if they hadn't let david fight with him elder it would have been months before he came back home but then we flip over to the 30th chapter and david comes back to ziggler but when he gets to ziggler smoke is still billowing up into the sky nobody's running out to me david everything is quiet on the home front and david is trying to figure out now what's going on in sick leg he comes into the city and he doesn't see anybody there all the men and the women are missing but he discovers that the amalekites have come in and invaded the city these same amalekites that you've been marauding and plundering now they sick of you and they came to return the favor when they look around and see the men and women going they start crying and they become inconsolable and i was trying to figure out this event what this crying was all about and i was talking to one of my pastor friends about an hour and a half ago and he said bishop i wonder were they crying because they remembered how they treated their amulet kites themselves were they crying because they didn't know how they killed our wives have they killed all the men have they returned the favor to us cause you're gonna reap what you're sold but can i tell you one more time god is the kind of god that even though you got to reap you show us mercy in the reaping look at god got his hands on the whole situation because if david had been in the wall he would have not been home for months later and everybody would have been gone all of this stuff would have been dispersed but he got there in enough time that the enemy had just done the deed and look at david now the bible says that david starts to look around and they cry until they can't cry no more because if these amalekites have really returned to them the favor then they can expect them to kill all the whites to kill all the men and to take everything that's got to be why these men were crying so hard because you're going to reap what you sow look at your name and tell them but god is a good god and he'll give us mercy even in our reaping got to hurry and get out of here but i heard the bible say that when david looks around the men that are with him talk about killing david because the only reason we're here is because you got us here the only reason we're in this shape is because we've been following your lead and i found out that there's a danger in leaving people if you're not leading them the way that god has called you to leave and you're trying to carry people forward that you're never going to work and afterwards folk don't get tired of following your bad ideas they're going to but david went somewhere and started talking to himself about his god he don't have the 600 men that are with him the only thing he got now is god and you know what the bible says for the first time since the 27th chapter when we heard david discuss what he was going to do for the first time since david decided to hang out with the philistines david inquires of the lord look at somebody and task a neighbor did you pray about it have you talked to god about it because i'm finding that now we got folk that have tried to lead and they got us tangled up they got us messed up in a bunch of situations because they didn't talk to god about it but look at somebody again and ask them have you talked to god about it and david now he wants to do what he should have did in the beginning he says to abby to the priest he says bring me that lemony flower bring me that linen cloak david puts it on and said i got to talk to god about it and this is where somebody is tonight you've already made enough mistakes it's time now to talk to god about it you lost more that you can afford to lose and it's time now to talk to god about it have you discussed it with god david said lord can i talk about it in my own words and i messed up and i haven't asked you before now what it is that i should do but i'm sorry for taking matters into my own hands i'm sorry that this is where i am now i'm only going to do what you say do if you're telling me to go i'm going to go if you tell me to sit down and let it go i'm gonna sit down and i'm gonna forget about it but i'm not making another move unless i have an instruction from you look at your name and tell them you've got to wait on god can i tell your sons and daughters this is not the season to go at it by yourself look at your name and tell them wait on him you gotta wait on instruction some of us look at him this is what i've been waiting on but don't you move ahead of god you got to wait on instruction cause sometimes i found out that even if you know the right thing to do you still gotta wait on god because with god timing is it everything look at your name and tell your neighbor it's the right thing to do but is it the right time to do it sometimes but you know what i found out i found out that there's safety and knowing you're in the will of god you got to talk to god about it and i'm trying to figure out now when was the last time you asked god what do you want me to do when was the last time you talked to god about it and you asked god which way do you want me to drive to work today which job do you want me to take who do you want me to imagine why do you want me to vacation can i talk to somebody i found out that the safest place and the whole wide world is in the will of god i wish i could find about 599 of you to tell somebody i gotta talk to god about it i'm sick of taking advice from folks that have messed up their own life i got to talk to god about it to my own understanding i got to talk to god about it and look at david now suffering the consequences of his own bad decision and david said lord you tell me now what it is i should do god said david since you decided to talk to me this time i'm going to restore everything the devil took from here but can i tell somebody tonight you're looking for god to restore yourself but god wants to restore you first you've been making moves putting one foot in front of the other you've been making mistakes and it turns you into somebody different but i came to tell you that he will restore you thought i was talking about a house a car in a job what i'm talking fellowship you're trying to get your stuff out but god ain't after your stuff god is after you come on back when you find out you're messed up get on your knees and what should i do one of my steps in your words come to find out that he will god say pursue when you shall surely overtake him and you will recover 97 he's gonna restore it he's gonna give it back look for it everything that never tried to take everything he lost god's gonna some even the hamiltonites were more merciful to david than even he had been to them i'm telling you god's got a way of being good to us even in some of the worst centuries and that's why i tell you i don't care bad things are if you look close enough there'll always be a reason for you to praise god oh wait i don't care how bad it is if you look close enough there'll always be something you can thank god for sure you can cry all day if that's what you want to do but even in the midst of your tears i found that if you look close enough you'll always see god's hand in the mix working things all kind of crazy stuff just to make a living this is not who god called him to be but when you take matters into your own hands the enemy i have you doing step two it's easy for you to look at david i can't believe david ended up like that some folks standing in here right now worse off than david was because the stuff you doing trying to make a living don't even make sense after you grew up in sunday school and going to children's church and used to know the books of the bible and sitting up talking about the lord and look at how you i'm telling you when you put yourself in the wrong atmosphere you can't control the person that you become and look at him [Music] he did this he set this in motion now david is just reaping what he's and it's easy for us to just come to the 30th chapter and say oh they took david's stuff but david got it back we need to investigate this story you need to know that even if you've made a mistake and it costs you everything you got god is a mercy for god he will restore and i don't mean just your stuff because some people that's only they come to god but the bible said david encouraged himself in the lord for the first time he's including god in his process and tonight if you'll acknowledge him in all your ways the bible says he'll direct your steps if david just had to talk to god he'd have never found himself in the land of the philistines sinking so low that he's getting ready to go to war against the children of israel he'd never been there but when you don't talk to god you make foolish mistakes dare i say dumb mistakes stuff that you don't even have to go through you're going to go through it because you set events in motion that's the reason i told you a few years ago no more dumb look at somebody to tell them no more dumb seasons i didn't been through enough of those i had my dumb seasons where i thought i was smart enough to do it on my own no more dumb seasons some of us still reaping from the stuff we did while we were in our dump season all that calling on you all of that wisdom and you gonna mess around and do something dumb and mess it up no but he will restore somebody tonight thank god for these that are standing at this up come on somebody else needs to be here the devil devil's trying to bind you up trying to get you bound up in a dumb season [Music] but that's not what god wants for bring about destruction rooted out now with the name of jesus and father i ask you to touch transform change and deliver don't let it be the same again baptizer with your holy ghost and we believe you
