Digging Through 2 Storage Units Purchased at Auction

well good afternoon everybody it is resale rabbit here by the way it is a beautiful 46 degrees out today and I'm cleaning out a unit while starting to I'm gonna get one trip out of here that I bought yesterday so I've not set foot in this unit yet I paid three hundred and forty bucks I'll give this wood stove I feel like this is gonna be really heavy holy I can't even move this holy crap oh so that'll be fun I might try to sell that right out of the unit well you have some crutches and stuff here we got some vintage cabinets which are empty old table hand truck I don't know what this stuff is something that attaches on a hitch I have no idea I don't know what that is either we've got some chain that looks like it might be a winch Oh van seats so I'm gonna come back over here I'll show a couple of things that's made me buy it here we've got a saw this I think it's gonna be able garbage but we've got a bandsaw here that should fetch a little bit this time clock a lot of times these vintage time clocks do pretty well on eBay so I saw that I don't know what that is a belt sander maybe I didn't see that when I bought it we got a display case those Tonka trucks I'll probably get about ten bucks each for them uh what else I did see what looked like a snow blower as I get closer it still looks like a snow blower I've got an air compressor here this is an interesting cabinet Oh what else you got a little bassinet a screen door and see if I can get back here a little further climb up here this we got tube for a bike spleen seat covers I don't know stuff is falling that looks like a shower seat weather nice new I'm not sure well back you a little bit more this probably going on the trash that might be sellable oh that looks old get back here so yes this is looks like a pretty nice snowblower have a tough sale on this weather but we got a garbage can that might be a leaf blower that looks like a stone lawn ornament I stand on this yeah I think we're trying to stand on this um more Tonka stuff there might be some vintage toys in there we got uh I don't know if this'll sell well or not put a vintage display cabinet what what do you suppose this is I don't know then this is a really old looking but oh look at that a cuckoo clock sometimes those can go for a lot of money I thought there was another tool related thing in here that I saw but maybe not I might have been thinking the time clock so there is gonna be a lot of junk in here but I think there'll be some good stuff in here as well you guys see anything else uh I don't know it might just be a food processor huh I had this exact same table out of another unit and just like that this one the leg was missing or broken off Oh climbing down here we got a couple of bikes that might be a food processor some ugly countertop Oh another mop bucket there's a mop bucket in another one of my units too what else anything else here oh this is on wheels nice and easy it looks like it might be an antique cart that can go for something I'm gonna climb out of here and see if I can see anything from the other on the other end here's what I'm gonna try and do I don't know what that is up down maybe it's another went wench that is so usually what I try and do I'm gonna clear some of this stuff out and get this posted right away I would love to be able to sell it out of here be nice to be able to sell it out of here I paid 340 for the unit let's price this at 340 see if I can get to see them out for this wheel chock these are for semis these are not cheap I've got a couple myself what else that look so you might actually be sitting on wheels - anything else you guys see whoa i'ma unload some of this not another unit the last one right there I think and I showed a little bit of that I did go through it a little bit so I'm gonna start pulling someone I'm just kind of pulling the valuable stuff out of here first and leaving some of the junk because I can only really make one trip so these things are all over the place some are selling as low as 10 some are selling for like I think I saw one at 140 but it does have the keys taped to the back so that's nice vintage lazy susan maybe that might be worth a couple of bucks literally that a couple bucks on aspect much I'm very curious what this is it goes on a hitch do you guys have any idea at all what this thing is does it say on here towba oh I just for towing cars that might be worth some money what about this you guys have any idea what this is I don't know I'm gonna need your help on this one and I'm pretty sure we're gonna be pretty caught up on videos but time you see this I've been editing all week so hopefully we'll be caught up soon alright let me get some stuff loaded up all right listed that on Facebook marketplace for 400 I tried to find a year on it I found two that have been for sale one for 700 one for 1200 don't know if they sold or not and then I posted this this is actually a really nice display case the side here is unfinished is probably up against a wall or something but this side is finished the glass is in really nice shape is just dusty and it's on wheels I don't know how well you'll be able to see this but we try to lower my phone down yeah there's four drawers on the back nothing of importance and I'm there's cords and stuff I priced at fifty bucks I think it's well worth that I think that'd be a really good deal for someone if they're looking for one but saves me the hassle of hauling it let me show you what I've got on a trailer here so far I did find right here a box full of CB radios and some other stuff in there looks like three CB radios or some other AHS and some fencing that I'm pretty sure as a belt sander the bandsaw you pretty much already saw this stuff this looks like some sort of not a winch but a hoist is that that looks like you I really don't know what this is there's nothing attached to it I wonder if that goes on here I don't know but there's model numbers and stuff are they a truck lift and there's nothing no stickers or anything on here so i still don't know what this thing is what else i think that's about it some chain the other chains attached to the hoist the towbar not quite sure how these are supposed to work unless oh I bet I bet you chain that to the vehicle and this is just to protect the the front of the vehicle so it doesn't you know the bumper doesn't hear something I don't know but I'm sure it's worth a few bucks whoops that table got bumped and just destroyed it okay well there's that good thing it wasn't worth it I think that'll be fun to clean up picking glass out of my face for the next month all right got this thing out hold on little dragged almost everything with it but I'm trying to get the good stuff out first and then have a unit full of garbage to pick up later what was a pretty nice one actually it's a big one what made it difficult is the tires had flat spots from sitting well used to be in pretty nice shape should start I honestly have no idea so we'll get it sold all right a couple more finds oh yeah nice little roll top desk here doors are all empty this one wasn't open for me so no that's a fake drawer what what the one next to it those might be fake drawers top lifts up so we've got that we've got the legs assuming that's what's in here the legs for folding table some sort of kitchen cabinet anything in here doesn't look like it that looks it to be broken glass I don't know though he's getting dark so I can only show you so much um that might be it for this yet for now come back for some more of the furniture like this is junk but this might be sellable let's go check out the other unit oh I want to get that cuckoo clock this thing should be sellable boy is it dark let me get the floor and now you can see a little better this thing should be sellable looks like in pretty nice shape and then here's the roll-top desk so I'm gonna get those two pieces out of here of that what else the bikes that garbage can I don't think there's really much of value back there we'll see what's under there I'm not gonna hold my breath for a lot it's still here this glass crackle I don't know if that's coming up on the video or not looks like beehives um that's pretty much garbage this can be sold I'll take this out this will see what it looks like once I get it out that can be sold this vintage table probably those boxes are just full of trash I don't know what else might be back there the screen door I could probably sell put a lot of the rest of this could be trashed so what I'll do is get all the good stuff out and I'll do one of two things I'm either gonna post on Facebook marketplace saying hey I got a unit full of trash how much you know looking for bids to come and haul it all away so I don't need to do it I'll gladly pay two or three hundred bucks to have the trash and these two units hauled out I'm gonna do these two together he's like you said I'd get another one couple doors down or I'll just come with the trailer and do it myself which I'd rather not do so I'm gonna grab that cuckoo clock there's still a little room in this trailer so let's go into the other unit and see what we can grab out of there let's take another look at here I didn't realize this thing is in its original box I knew the box looks really old believe that this is the original box for this thing so there's the brand it's got the weights two of them wow it's got the original paperwork read inside came from Montgomery Ward we'll see if there's a date on any of this stuff printed in West Germany well that gives you a bit of an idea well I suppose West Germany existed into the what 80s 90s I think well made exclusively from Montgomery Ward by Black Forest clocks although there's also that maiden made in Germany this might have some value to it so this is another thing that's all over the board interesting there's all the whole thing someone sold for 35 bucks but other people are selling just these weights the set of weights for 30 so I don't know they're all over the place though some of them are going 75 to 100 some of them are 2530 I'm gonna bring it to now this one is the paperwork in the box that might really help up the value it might not did you guys hear that like a bunch of ducks or something anyways um I'm gonna bring it to a buddy of mine I know I sound like Pawn Stars here but buddy mine is an antique shop see if he can look at and give me any any ideas on what he thinks it's worth and we're gonna sell it into in a local auction but being that it's in the original box it's got the paperwork that's got a stand for something so date on here oh there you go 1983 so it's not incredibly old but still apparently I don't know how to close the box all right now let's go to the other unit must have taken this with me normally I'd rather just leave this in the unit because it could definitely come in handy but both the tires are flat so is basically useless we'll get out of here no let's take a walk to the other unit I already opened the door now I did dig through this one a little bit after I bought it with another auction bidder who seemed pretty knowledgeable on a lot of this stuff there were a couple of things that I saw me the flashlight on so I saw this figured it was empty and I was correct it is empty I also saw what else did I see over here this also figured it was empty and it is empty bus got the charger and the headphones the earbuds earbuds I'll probably be able to sell locally for in an auction for five bucks the charger I'm gonna keep because I like the brand-name ones a laptop in here these this interested me and all I could see was that mad dogs I've never heard of them but he'd a hot dog every day yes I agree with that ideology might be worth some money I'll have to look to see who that even is I did look up that brand when I was bidding didn't seem to fetch anything oh maybe that's worth something probably not Oh another coat here I don't think that's a special brand at all so we've got a whole bunch of suit coats though so you never know on these I need to get raking over here got my back maybe a raking over here he knows about this stuff Kenneth Cole so I also saw some fishing stuff we've got a couple of reels here Shakespeare I'm pretty sure it isn't a good brand I don't know a lot about fishing we've got a rod here I think this the tip was broken off No what's up there someone said something about a tip broken off so I don't know what that means but we get a rod there I did find in here an old iPod but the screens cracks does not really worth anything what else did I see what is this well again with the this time of Spanish so I was the four and I can't read that a battery charger I don't know might be worth a few bucks it's down there what's in here Oh looks like a TV box I thought that was attached to something I did see what I was digging up here this is new Colombia original price of 55 looks like the clearance did a couple of times maybe I can get 20 bucks you're still out of that we got a brand-new ironing board some microwaves What did he say what you saw in here oh not really anything oh this bow he said this is potentially a good brand here Ben Pearson he looked at it he saw like this and knew it was a Ben Pearson I don't even know what a Ben Pearson is but he said this is probably a hundred to two hundred dollar bow so there's that what did I pay for this you know 335 I forgot to mention that to you guys what else do we have you know and looked at oh I found this Leatherman who's right on top here usually I can get about 30 bucks out of those we've got his stash here what else thankfully these didn't up maybe they did burst open I don't know if it's an older brand or what oh yeah I know the laptop here oh oh you got his liquor stash here and I'll get shocks because they're all open I don't drink anyways but usually if I find sealed ones all giving to people I know we have here it feels pretty light but it could be like sunglasses or something if I can get it open official watch that looks empty as well I don't even know these we're back here I didn't see them last time this one feels like it's got a little weight to it but that could just be the box jus it's got a case nothing but I mean if these are hiring brands maybe the boxes would be worth something that feels India I'm being very careful with you know where I reach and what I'm grabbing because I do know this person was a drug user I found and one of those cabinets is uh - oh hello this is signed by someone anybody know that signature is looks like it's uh I don't know if it was an actual flag or if it's just one that was remade for signatures this and this uh you told me this for shooting I think it's a stand for a rifle or something mmm it's getting pretty dark so I can only see so much what's under here those new clothes oh that Canon filter if that's in there those sometimes consult I can hollow a mask or maybe he peeled his face off you never know but they just made like hair styling products it's got some weight to it but not enough to be an iron because I don't think no that's in there so I'm going to look this up because I have seen this for hair styling products just thing we've got some movies in here oh and a game oh we got a ps2 in here you see that I get about 40 bucks for those and a handful of games down there dig a little more so cheap boombox oh this I saw this is a commercial grade stuff so it might have some value otherwise we can use at the warehouse so we got medal of honor we've got a hunting a game it's like some movies might be a game there's a golf towel signed no I know it's a summa it's a golf towel because it's got the hanger here let's you get another game here so nothing too exciting in the games so far that's just a hat oh this might be another Southwest I don't know what this is something to do with boots what do we have here another watch box oh oh I'm gonna take a look at that in a minute to see if it's any precious metals Oh a whole bunch of games down here at first glance don't see anything too exciting most holy night that might be worth 10 bucks or so random guess there's the other mop bucket let's get this outside in the light so I can see what it's made out of so it's actually a watch and earring set it says Made in China in there though and I don't see any markings but you never know I'll set that aside I didn't go to anymore these drawers don't get this off camera is addressing stuff what do we have here looks like your mouse was living in here maybe not it could just be leaves and stuff cats but this drawer alright nothing that should be hidden that's empty yeah that's probably never gets used by this guy no insult alright nothing in there oh I remember looking at these business cards some fishing line some tickets to the local amusement park baby shows are in basically every single unit stuff looks like some medals and nothing too exciting there his Visa card was sitting right on top this looks like it's probably going to be all mail and stuff and this one a couple of damaged phones holy crap look at this thing that's kind of neat it's been a while since I've had to open a phone that way I miss flip phones so handful of phones you know I think this one might actually be worth a few books if it works it's just an s3 so this is in here is not gonna be too exciting all right what else can we find well I'm here because I'm gonna be getting out of here pretty quick this shipped over this clothes rack let's look in the shoe box oh that's probably the charger for one of the laptops this feels empty as well but sometimes you find some decent stuff in here but I'm gonna be very careful with where I reach Packer ticket from 2017 all the tickets aren't really worth anything though unless they're really old but I do like that his dresser still seems full good thing I've got wet wipes to wash my hands and the truck here I do like that the dresser still seems full though because this is where people put their valuables with nicotine electronic cigarette that is I think another electronic cigarette I sound so old saying electronic cigarette this looks new dress socks original price of 1090 Express might keep those for myself know what else we have here this I looked it's Harley Davidson but it's empty I had one of those on eBay for a while and no no sale it was this shoelace maybe no laces this action book is that a copyright claim if I play this movie so your little pocket knife in here probably not worth anything but there's a whole bunch of stuff in here but this one doesn't want to open all right still not something in here oh okay that's probably an airsoft gun so yeah well fire alarm that I just yeah okay I think this is a coin Bank so yeah this is plastic but you know airsoft guns I still get 20 30 bucks for that there's the buck for it you're another one of these movies they're going backwards so fast but it's difficult for me to one-hand this alright so I don't know I just realized this is paper with his info on it I don't know how much you saw so I may have to edit that out but we've got a plastic airsoft gun when we've got this case which I can't open with two hands that's the but for the airsoft gun little treasure chest there the clips for the airsoft gun we've got some business cards in terms of little boxes like this you'll find some silver coins or something in it all right let me get this open so here's how smart I am this is just pressed dragonflies the box is nailed shut there's nothing in there but the dragonflies yeah well looks like a new set of sheets or a partial set that here let's see what else we've got this looks like just clothing nothing exciting there and clothing but you know sometimes people do like to hide stuff under there before I really dig in here though I'm gonna get some good gloves on based on what I'm finding this is a drug user it looks like it's just pot so far though but you never know if they're gonna be needles or something it's like sports related books all different books yeah some of these might be worth something I'll look them up journey to remember as a senior book that's a middle school yearbook high school yearbooks I've sold ecology or books I've sold never these those so yeah yeah see first place I was gonna make a joke about participation trophies leaving the drug users but it's it's not a participation trophy a little wallet here little money in it and some too exciting in there so I mean it's it's getting pretty dark out I think I might grab a few things out of here and then call it a day just look to see if there's anything else that we missed get a motorcycle helmet here nothing there the bald eagle picture some fireworks first this might just be the same light just be closing what's that motorized of laptops and some other stuff this just assorted items although we get safety glasses we've got ear ma are these are headphones cool I found a gun Bobby mine found a few guns in the unit this one just papers some cowboy boots in there this be worth looking up more papers looks like a key chain was this old people keep their gross shoes after they're all worn out no she's seashells down by the seashore I heard she saw them well maybe Sally was selling them I'm having here looks like nothing exciting pocket watch it's not old or anything I owe you five bucks for it another another real shoehorn all right oh yeah I already looked in here all right a couple more boxes below yes is getting dark I want to grab a few things and then I'm gonna get out of here so so I decided I don't want to grab anything it's getting dark I just want to go but I was thinking okay was there anything that I really wanted to grab though and I couldn't think of anything then I picked this up oh I would say it's almost guaranteed going to either be empty or have drugs in it but let's see this is the bottom [Music] yeah that's sticking out of it whatever it is you can hear there's stuff in it I need to lock-picking Moyer over here this behind this should be a spot for a key so this is the lock picking lawyer and what we have here is a typical wafer style I don't know what that is I did actually get through a lock the other day I was gonna see if I had my keys on me i raked it there was a key that fit it I just in and out a few times and got it open that way well concerned I don't have my keys where would I have them I wonder if I left them in the building oh wait no they're right here so let's see if maybe one of my keys fits and then I'll try to rake it open what's that oh that's the cover I don't have a fancy lock-picking lawyer wave rake if I can get a key to fit in it maybe I can rake it open I think this is the one that I used on the last one it's my mailbox key it kind of goes in not all the way no no so maybe we'll find it'll be great if I could find the key somewhere in the unit because I should have no problem selling this safe we're good 25 30 bucks if I can find the key and it's I don't know if you suppose I hit a button afterwards or I think that means the battery is low okay four to zero so it looks like it needs to be at least forces up to the battery I think the battery just died no batteries dead on it all right well hopefully I did see keys somewhere in here when I was filming I saw a set of keys feel like it was in a box somewhere so this may be the last thing that I open because they'll be looking for keys yeah I honestly have no clue which box I can summon here there is keys in here look there too they all look like older keys though I don't think that's gonna be it that's definitely not gonna be it this is not gonna move these now all of these look like older keys Lee that old master key how do I save this quarter it's not silver or anything I'll happily spend it yeah I think that's gonna be one of the last things I get to unless I find keys and if I don't find keys and then I don't find keys then I'm going to have to there was a number odd unlock there so if I don't find keys maybe I can still by the law by the key or something yeah I don't for the life of me know which one of these I saw keys in I could ask you guys if any of you remember but I'm gonna take this out who that is I would ask you guys if any of you remember seeing keys but you're not gonna be able to response for a little while looks like kitchen stuff in there that might be maybe a box I wonder it was in one of these drawers in the dresser because I'm very curious I would love to be able to get that safe open today was the other that was a pocket watch right wireless charger movie know how well that shows up on video well looks like he was on probation [Music] something I can you know I guess what mess with it another day because I don't see I know I saw Keys somewhere though [Music] you know I honestly don't know I'm very curious to see what's in here though I don't know why I'm trying to pull it open if it's clearly locked very curious although based on my history with safes it's either gonna be nothing less safe I thought it's full of underwear or is going to be drugs which I've found a lot of drugs and safes in the past all right let me grab this I'm gonna lock up and I'm gonna go I've given more videos to edit I'll get more edits to video web cam and I'm sure there's somebody watching this just screaming it's right over there go to that box it's right there I knew if I found keys there's no guarantee it's the right ones I don't know but anyways this unit is probably give me another separate video anyway so you guys are gonna have to wait where are these four floats because I don't have enough of those well all right I'm officially leaving here and I'm really excited to find out what's in there all right let's go seriously these things are amazing get yourself these if you do in storage units all right so I hope you guys enjoyed the video that's it for today i am going to i'm not gonna get on load this up I'm just gonna unhook the trailer and call it a night I'm almost out of gas someone do that - hey I'm over 17,000 miles 17,000 and 5 in my no longer brand new truck anyways Oh getting off topic again I'm gonna just drop off the trailer I really should get it unloaded tonight but I'm not going to I'm gonna go home and edit some more videos if you're wondering I just finished before I came here I finished editing the dress bar and video so it's about where I am in the progress we're getting pretty close hope you guys enjoyed the video tomorrow well I'm gonna bring that cuckoo clock in tomorrow and I will come and dig through more of these units to show you in tomorrow's video what else we got see you tomorrow oh and in case you're wondering I don't leave this outside if I'm uh if it's full of stuff very easy for someone to break into it so it goes in the loading dock oh I think I actually see the top of it it looks a little rough I need to hose it down a bit it's practically a new trailer it's a 2014 I suppose it's six years old now but alright anyways that's it for me it's secured I won't comment it out tomorrow
