I'm like what doing with me so you can get all that you know nervous energy that you may have and all of that because when she's doing something with me she don't feel any farm yeah and she just like I'm with my daddy so imma do whatever so I just think that me being in her life and allowing her to be able to you know get all her dreams off and do whatever she want to do while she with me it's gonna make it easier when she get out of here much stranger oh that's a light question for my daughter mmm oh so much because they don't land it's not like it's not nothing too too graphic good you be funny all the time I just I just told myself like after my first year I just told myself really I learned after my second season cuz my second season one it wasn't proud of my bed seats out of all my scenes you feed him it was kind of more so I seen where they tried to cut me up make me look like I feel like I'm getting clean but I'm like wait a minute I felt like the game tried to change me too fast for me to like hold on let me find my place in the industry you know I'm saying I'm like okay me just being me not really caring it's well man instead of me just trying to elevate learn with the game don't let the game outgrow you just yet you know and so I'm learning with the game and then after my second season it was back to action you know I mean it's just like how you said I don't really care about getting the laugh all the time can't you beat a joke right make fun of me every show so I can be on TV right and the point is you don't always have to be talking to be funny right I show you so many ways that's the thing about the show is there's no structure to what you can do in regards to the comedy that you want to present like for example the old school battles that mayhem do like that was just something that was organically that we just did by a man you bet you don't want to do this and that's the thing you can do whatever you want to do you just have to find a way to make it work within that system being on there with a whole bunch of other people because everybody want to get on there and become the star but it's not really structured for there to be one star and that the big stars and it can it can it presents after that everything else is you know team Orion is an employee yeah it's Nick can t practice is what rehearse as far as well bottom out no no yeah just go to the engines but how do you rehearse it how can't you rehearse comedy is improv right unless unless the stand-up it's crazy you came on there you know we don't worry you know our section but I thought maybe I rehearse like y'all do the family you know some people some people need that you know I mean some people and that's another thing about Wilding out a lot of people come in and don't get the structure and try to do comedy like they doing on a phone and all that but there is no edit and delete when you shooting live TV you know saying like yeah hey we they go getting people then they put them on the show but you gotta understand when that thing say action [Music] [Music] I knew while I was ruined Ito and rip Michael through that powder on you and you had to stop yourself from watching getting a taste of what TV do of Eddie right cuz I knew that the after Joe I kill to make the whole room go crazy I told everybody watch this episode I like Lou y'all watch this episode I ain't telling y'all what happened but I know how we're crazy don't you know that that's what Corey Holcomb gave me the best advice ever when my first season of wiling out we was at a like doing the thing we was introducing each other to the new people and all of that and Cory was like a man but tell you something figure out how to be funny on this motherfucker are you gonna be one of them niggas they see it to begin another show clapping and that's gonna be the last time they see them cutting out the episode why the episode is Owen no introduction and everything and then they just cut the camera so you'll see him through the holes like there was somebody be standing next to Chico are there comics to have hated on any of you most of them who not that no more was aiders they hate when they leave dwell no they hate is until they be like you ain't coming back next season ah fuck that name funny somebody gonna do my own thing me and my 2005 I would say DC is one of the social media people who get respect from the og though they don't work you know pop you know social media shit because he did what a lot of social media comics don't do he actually went to open mic and don't say they respect the work you don't have to like we came in getting on stage now you don't have to get no comedy career it's going to start on stage like it used to it starts on the phone right so getting on the stage is never changing like the element of what that is standing on stage you and the microphone is never gonna change so you and I can't really blame guys will come off social media for taking you know somebody saying I got six bands for you to come to 45 minutes you're like hell yeah I got 45 minutes go get your money minutes and you look you like I've been up here for 3 minutes and you ain't got no more jokes left and it get tough so you got it go in there and get on stage and get that element of being amongst live crowd and getting reactions being able to see where the inflections in a joke go and how you just saying how you shouldn't see it just gotta understand what is a stand-up comedian you know I'm saying like yeah this is the social media game is really a platform for folk to get on if you got something going for yourself I'm saying the game didn't change now you know I mean and when they opened another dope for me but like what's a stand-up comedian okay I had to go sit down and understand what is the standard community what does it take to be a great stand-up community okay who are the great stand-up comedian who do other comedians I look at considered to be great you know art - okay who do I look at and who braids look at you know I'm saying did not go take it to the stage okay now Who am I on stage no I'm saying so all that comes into play then you'll really be no and I'm still learning as I still gonna stay development is like I was just missing the art of the stand-up game is beautiful and I love doing free shows more than just doing the ones that pay even though I like get my money you know I mean but it's like I get to do I get the art and you don't set the font of the culture when I go out there and just really speak my mind you know say it's therapy like okay this is the brand new joke that I'm working out and I'm gonna work it out for free ain't nobody gonna judge me and they really thinking that I've been doing this year but that's one thing about social media that does hurt the comedy game do is you don't really you don't get the luxury to build a joke no more like that because as soon as somebody record it and put it online it's gone and that's another element about what we do with the 85 south show is like we all you know bill and feed off each other like personally this do right here is the funniest that don't get the credit cause my first interview you read my first interview up here say man you love who comes you looking out the underground and it's like we you know him being in the game longer than me and DC like it's natural for us to be able to learn from the elements of comedy that he has and and the thing about him is he ain't one of them dudes that got the skill set they want to keep it to itself and don't want to share certain little pieces of the game that help you progress and get better and that's another thing about us being on stage together we don't structure any jokes anything we just get on stage and bill but when you go back and watch it you'll see just how oh man us doing that right there made a whole difference of just you know instead of just one of us saying something all of us getting together and coming together and doing something that make the crowd look like wow how did they just do that that's all just an element of comedy there we would learn if we didn't have like somebody like him that's been doing it for a minute that was willing to say okay hey y'all you do this you do this and make it look like this so that's what is great and that's the thing like he's cold we do you know we make the jokes about Nick but that's what makes you Nick so great is that do you guys ever write for other comics gg-go since you go for this right yeah you can't deliver it right but nick is the type of dude that you got all the jokes that we tell about them at that's the thing that make me you know so appreciative of them it's like if you were boss you can put somebody on there's a difference to put them on and stand next to him why they figuring out the process and that's with it and not only that be the brunt of the joke when they freaking out over the years how many times we know man No very poor and you know he speak his mind and he don't mean no harm by what he's saved but you don't know anything about it is you don't know how somebody takes the truth that you tell horse you know you know I mean can I get a drop you I'm telling you I know you know like if you're being honest with somebody you don't know how they receive and what you
