what are some notoriously hard video games a few that come to mind are battle toads super meat boy elden ring classic mega man super mario brothers 2 no not that one celeste and cuphead i remember when cuphead was first announced and like many immediately becoming enamored with its unique art style only to find out that it was a brutal run and gun and with a delicious last course on the horizon and endless requests from all of you because you enjoy my suffering i'm gonna play through the entirety of cuphead but there's a catch to really dial up the pain to an 11 i'm not allowed to purchase any upgrades so i need to beat the game with only the peashooter fun right uh wrong and because i like to do things that you guys ask me there's something that i'm going to ask you to do because it seems like a lot of you are watching unsubscribed and i'm closing in on a big milestone so find it in your heart to do the literal smallest of tasks and subscribe it really helps out and that's it let the suffering begin i love the overworld in this i'm just gonna go for a little stroll over here gonna go hello mr applehead how you doing i'm a real boy so you see this shop that's a no-no we will be they would make a cuphead cartoon to appeal to kids because this game is hard as balls i died it's the ufos i remember when this game was first announced i waited so long for it then it finally came out and i click i didn't mean to do that and i cleared it like a champ damn ufos man oh you know they say sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you that's not true whoever with that guy i will say though that when this game was coming out i didn't expect it to be well that was bad i didn't expect it to be a uh just a boss rush i thought there was going to be all right i guess i thought it was going to be more stages and then a boss at the end not that i'm complaining because i do love the way the game turned out i wouldn't change anything except for maybe make the game harder anyway oh hello i'm just trained to have my finger down on the shoot button i'm trigger happy are you dead see if i was a real masochist i would try to just get the highest rank on everything oh it's funny because it's a fish fishing i love the design of these ghosts just like that whole game in general like how could you dislike the art style this guy's got a little mustache new super i don't need it this is a vanilla run in time for the most iconic of cuphead bosses is it floral fury when you think of cuphead like what's the first boss you think of ah he's throwing his seat at us oh damn it a lot a lot of stuff happening here just let me i'll remember oh crap where's that dance move homie's breaking it down i so badly just want to get the three parries but i also kind of want to get through this in one piece i think i can do this without raging too bad this whole game cuphead is a solved game i already have all the uh patterns downloaded see let me give you the trick to uh playing bullet hells you wanna kind of zone out so you could uh i don't know how to explain this without sounding crazy but when i need to see more of the screen i stop looking at a specific part of the screen and i kind of i don't know i i zone out does that make sense it's clearly not doing me any favors i'm gonna die right here i got nutted whoa i almost exited myself off maybe i should avoid using the ex shots but i kind of need to i swear i parried that you see what's gonna happen here is i'm gonna struggle a little bit with the uh the earlier bosses and then as we get further into the game i'm going to unlock my true potential just you wait and see the more i die the stronger i get consider this weed whacked what is this the dye house seems appropriately named oh it's uh mr king dice himself how you doing sir your mugs ain't going nowhere until you finish up here that means giving them debtors their medicine all of them now scram botanic panic i missed this one gotta fight the big corn monster or he's a potato he's shooting turds at me is there a corn monster or am i just mixing this up with castle crashers maybe i gotta fight multiple vegetables ah stop you crying or i'll give you something to cry about i'm probably just mixing it up with uh who's got a third eye because carrot is the doctor strange of the cuphead universe oh i gotta tell you don't have an itchy face when you're playing this game you go to scratch that's when you die okay that was easy oh this is where you fight the two frogs i love this boss fight i like how everyone in the background is so cheery they're like dinner and a show come on i carried i parry let me tell you i just fought the mantis lords in hollow knight so if you think a little 2v1 is going to scare me what are you doing what's happening oh it's like get in my mouth billy he's always just like finding a rhythm in this game find the rhythm you're golden or in this case pink wow i have one health and we're so close to the end i'm gonna die maybe i won't the cuphead god does not die close oh i was right there oh hang on it's switching up on me all right that's easier i can do that so is it completely different or does it matter like who i kill first if you get like the bouncing balls or the green ones easy all right i think that clears the entire first island let's go check on king dice and see if he'll let us go to the next island well ain't that a pit looks like you boys really put the kibosh on them debtors you can head on over to the next aisle plenty more marks for you to lean on over really excited for the dlc which is going to be a separate video and then we'll just merge the two into a super cut because that's what we do here oh he's big now i don't remember like a fraction of better you know it's funny when this game came out and i thought it was going to be more stages like this and not so much a boss rush i was a little disappointed but now after having played the game i island we switch back to cuphead ah okay i remember this one we scrolling so uh we had a real despair arc during the uh hang on i can't i can't talk so i have to avoid [Music] [Laughter] okay so far so good eat that man i am so excited for the uh delicious last course the dlc you see how they did that very clever and they confirmed that it's going to be like three to four hours of content so it's
