off there he is in all your glory where you been what's been happening hey man i had surgery my guts were trying to escape for years now and uh now i don't have an alien baby popping out of my stomach at that physique lewis oh yeah louise stand up show me your stomach it's coming up so hold on brian not training coming off a herniated surgery what brian's not fat are you far you're not fat either oh yeah i'm fat i mean i'm my my arms are looking pretty good i'm jack diesel right now but i still got a nice layer of fat on the stomach but it's coming off and it's coming off fast baby boy what are you wearing right now what in fact we never spoke about this what is the weight for the fight uh it's supposed to be 205 but jason ellis had like a heart attack or something two days ago whoa hold on a minute hold on as you're going in there in the ring literally somebody that just had a heart attack i have no idea what's going to hit a what it was called uh an afib harrington it's it's an irregular heartbeat yeah he's an irregular dude it's true he's [ __ ] extreme bro there's nothing regular about that brian uh how are you feeling how what is the pain level of that so they go in there they slice you open just talk us through the surgery i'm genuinely curious i uh honestly i got there they put a port in my hand and uh once i got to the operation operating room i don't remember [ __ ] they put a mask on me and i woke up in the uh i woke up in recovery yeah i never liked when they put you under i've only been put under a couple times in my life but the one time i had surgery and i had a style removed from my eye and they put me under but it was like i was still a little bit awake but it was like i was really zonked out and [ __ ] wacky and uh yeah i was all the way out but uh yeah no no for sure you were all the way out but you must have had a pre-consultation where they explained the procedure that's what i'm talking about so what they did is they just uh so i had a ventral hernia which is like right up right below my rib cage oh and your [ __ ] yeah so they they put in they put a new vagina in they fix your [ __ ] oh you know it's amazing what they can do lewis it's true they fix brian's vagina if only can then fix harrington's then the world will be a better place but yeah i have like a four and a half inch incision in my stomach and uh they just put a couple stitches in my on my uh stomach muscle because there was a hole in it [ __ ] was squeezing out so uh yeah it just sucks so now now your stomach looks like bisping's dog's [ __ ] but it will do he will do he's having that balloon stuck in there and [ __ ] having it pumped up but we won't get into that that's disgusting and by the way a lot of people in the youtube comment section like i hate to tell you it basically the best thing for that dog put the dog down i said the same thing i'm not killing my dog it's a part of the family if your dog could speak if if if a genie came and gave your dog two words to say your dog would say kill me absolutely not there is no listen he comes up with his big sad eyes and he lies on me he just wants some attention he he has a very good quality of life rebecca pandas to him he gets the finest food he has a gorgeous hot chick that walks him three times a week you know he has a very very good little [ __ ] about he doesn't care do you think dogs care about the physical attractiveness of their dog walker that's for you no listen he has it but the pair of them the the dog walkers are very very beautiful you should bring up their instagram it's the hottest dog you've ever seen the pair of them hold up i ask her what the uh the dog walker's called i'll get the slap now she's she's very very good looking but so is her husband but anyway they bought the dogs three times a week the dog does not need killing lewis uh yeah i mean look i get it i'm just saying that in my neck of the woods you know where i came from we would just kill that dog well yeah i mean we just it was never an option when we were a kid to like pay for a surgery for a dog or a cat it was like no that dog goes down five to seven thousand dollars is what this surgery is going to cost how much does he do german shepherd well it depends take your pick a premium [ __ ] like mine i think we paid five grand for him which is ridiculous but still you're paying more money to get a new premium [ __ ] that's not broken it seems to be the more premium you get the more [ __ ] malfunctions they're gonna have down the line because they're so finely bred but uh yeah buying a foreign car like you can't get the parts for it yeah you know i'm sure to put him down like 75 and the surgery is about five to seven thousand dollars give me a number and they're saying [ __ ] hell it's jesus christ and the city might need it doing done several times as well so fingers crossed please outfit let's just get the [ __ ] under control because then if this doesn't work then we've got to remove his rectum completely and we were talking about this at the end of it and he can't control it he's going to eat and he's going to come immediately out of his backside right that's a problem yeah yeah anyway if that uh you know if he had thumbs he'd kill himself but you're going to torture this board dog for the rest of his life he's a miserable [ __ ] i don't blame him he's just he's literally like this legit all the time trying to squeeze his [ __ ] out and just can't go the poor guy anyway we'll leave i just have to make fun of it obviously because i do love your dog your dog is the sweetest dog i've ever met my entire life he gives these big huge kisses it's [ __ ] crazy so i completely get it and to be honest with you if money's not an object you know who really gives a [ __ ] money's quite the object money is but he's not that much for a few thousand dollars keep your kids dog alive it's not it's not gonna it's not gonna make or break you no it's not no but it's certainly an object but uh yeah yeah we can't do that we can't do that but anyway enough people don't want to hear the saga of alfie's [ __ ] routine i think people specifically want to hear the saga about fiji routine we need live updates in fact we need a video web series as an attachment to this podcast well i'll tell you what i'll do for brian i'm going to send a little video of him trying to give me any lastings but they did give me some very strong opiates and they were like you're probably not going to be able to [ __ ] and because my stomach has a huge hole in it i can't even like try that's a good thing though you don't want to try this [ __ ] yeah yeah well the shit's going to come out the stomach let me ask you in terms of medication what are we rocking with here i got some oxycodone one military codon what what mill one milligram yeah oxycodone also you think when you see oxy you're like oh [ __ ] and then you're like wait oxycodone's not oxycontin yeah yeah and those five milligrams are no good to man the beast i i throw that prescription back in my doctor's face and say are you serious dog i've been on this [ __ ] for [ __ ] years that doesn't even scratch the surfaces buddy i'm a mess i'm [ __ ] up well listen brian we wish you all the best no man i take two of these and i am flying really right well let's not calm down drug use and and abu you need them and the champ uh and i'm glad i got to speak to him because we spoke about this at the time when he was on fire ireland that he beat max holloway for the second time there was a little chat and i even said on the call when i was calling the fights that i thought max holloway won and then i did the post fight show and i said to alexander to his face and said listen alexander i've got to be honest as a man i'm going to say to you i did say on tv that i thought he won you know so we had a conversation and it was very big of him to take the time out to join us because if you know we talked about it that was me i might i said [ __ ] you you prick you know you discredited my win which i wasn't doing whatsoever so he joined us that's a great chat and we've got some great fights this weekend should we get into those louis or should we uh what do you want to do sure we can start with the fights this weekend i'm excited about it i was gonna have people over this weekend i i moved into the new place and i haven't had people over officially yet harrington's come over for a couple workouts but that's really it um but i'm saving it until next week which um even though this weekend is pretty awesome fights izzy uh fighting next weekend is just it seems like the fight to have everybody over for oh no for sure that fight's gonna be bananas i can't wait for it i was gonna say you do realize that that fight's during the day but it's not that one that's the khabib fight versus gaijin which i also love i love a fight during the day oh that's amazing another prelims start at like 10 i think the main card goes live at like two in the afternoon i mean listen i mean that that's just a nice little warm up for your house party you know what i mean a bit of day drinking going on you get some appetizers you know you know some hors d'oeuvres or yeah or yeah it's gonna be pizza let's get real pizza and beer pizza and beer at the gomez quarter mansion yeah that's all you need pizza and beer and some good fights and you're flying all right harrington so um there was a press conference today between colby covington well supposed to be between colby covington and tyrone woodland we didn't kind of speak we delayed today's show hoping there would have been some like good epic back and forth that we could share we could go into and things like that but uh they never actually did a press conference face to face they kind of did their own things so harrington we discussed this earlier harris is just gonna throw a few of the the big topics out as lewis that happened today some of the big takeaways quick hits hammer fisting hammer fisting quick hits with harrington on the press conference vibe all right uh so first things first guys you you touched on it at the top there mike uh tyron woodley and colby covington did not show up to the press conference why do you always sound like you're in a helicopter just relax like doesn't sound like he's trying to like speak over like like he's a newscaster just i don't know i kind of like it that he comes with that extra little bit of professionalism yeah he's bringing it it's oomph okay that's what it was i'm sorry i mistook your your weird energy for it was um i apologize um cool call uh so yeah dana white said that the reason that the two were not on stage together is because they wanted to showcase you know some of the undercard fights uh which they haven't been able to do obviously with these coveted lockdowns there's been no spotlight on the undercards uh colby covington uh gave another idea said that uh tyron's management probably went to dana and made it so that the two would not be on stage together colby said he looked forward to the opportunity to get into tyron's head uh which one do you guys believe well i mean you know i wish he didn't put it that way because i'm not gonna go against what dana white publicly says you know let's remember our work for the ufc uh if that's what he says but for colby to come out and say that that is interesting that leads me to believe that initially they were going to be going face to face and then obviously colby found out the information that they weren't and then he's got his you know he's got his uh theory as to why that never happened i would listen at the end of the day we don't know why they didn't go face to face and it's disappointing it is what it is but it did give a nice little spotlight to the guys on the undercard because there is some good fights on there in fact that fight card from top to bottom is stacked and and we're going to go through and give fights later sorry fights give pics later but we'll bring back the bim [ __ ] coin we'll reset that lewis we'll reset that we'll do some bitcoin bets on the main i'm not resetting my bimcoin because you guys can't hang will you keep your [ __ ] bimcoin but we'll start if i we won't do bitcoin we'll do coin we'll do proper coin coin it up okay but fine put your dog's life on the line money where your mouth is baby how much do you believe in your picks are you willing to put alfie's life on the line are you willing to put some cash on the line simple as that unless you're going for the same pick and then that's going to be pointless but uh no that that that sucks but give us some of the biggest moments of what uh tyrone said and what colby said okay uh well i mean the there's not really much to say for what tyron said he just kept reiterating black lives matter i mean he was asked uh does he think that a victory over colby covington would uh guarantee him a shot against the winner of gilbert versus usman uh he simply said that a victory would you know lay uh you know be good for black lives matter uh you know they asked if he was excited for the fight he said he was excited for black lives matter just kept reiterating that point over and over again uh on the other side colby covington did have a couple of uh decent poll quotes here uh for instance he said the only one that's catching a fade is tyron woodley on saturday night he's the only one that's racist and the only race uh there is in this fight is the race to get him out of the ufc uh he also said uh out of mozbadal and woodley training together the only thing they are game planning are how to make their alimony payments um and he said that his biggest concern with tyron woodley heading into this fight is if he starts rapping uh so you gotta say that pretty good luis that's a good line i think colby is winning the war of words here um and not to disparage black lives matter but you know i just feel like you have an opportunity the world's watching tyron you know and look maybe that's important to him we actually touched on it a little bit on the last show because i said he's super emotional about this and of course he comes into this press conference and sort of proves me right because that's all he can focus on i just feel like you have your moment now you lost your last fight you need to win this fight you have this guy you [ __ ] hate in front of you um you can come out and spit some fire you know just trash even just drop a verse rap make a rap about kobe do something more interesting and make yourself you know you have to sort of get people on your side here and i'm almost this is hard to say i'm almost rooting for colby i don't know what else to say it's like tyron i want to root for tyron except i just feel like he never does the the thing that he just doesn't do what the fans are going to [ __ ] jump on board with each time and maybe i'm wrong and maybe people will flame me for saying it maybe black lives matter is more important than any fight and blah blah blah but i just feel like people are watching the ufc to escape the politics to escape covet 19 to escape everything that's going on in the world and um you know not to be you know uh you know disparaging of it or to be insensitive i just feel like you know colby trashes him and he's like black lives matter it's a moment for that like yeah so yeah listen obviously that's a very sensitive subject to tyron mudley and rightly so it's a powerful movement with a strong message and black lives do matter and of course he is in the spotlight he's in this press conference and he wants to use that platform to deliver that message to deliver that powerful message and he wanted to reiterate it every single time but i just feel that he missed the mark a little bit because whilst he wanted to focus and make black lives matter the focal point of the press conference which of course is a very uh good cause and i'm with him 100 of the way it just minimized the interaction that it had with the press because the press are there to do the job and if every time excuse me if every time he opens his mouth he just says black lives matter then eventually they're just gonna say well [ __ ] it i'm not gonna ask any more questions and he's just giving us the same [ __ ] each and every time so the time that tyron had at the press conference it wasn't very long there was a few questions four or five maybe six questions if i'm not mistaken and anyway and then there was no more questions because no one's asking anything because he just keeps giving the same answer so while yeah listen i get it he is advocating black lives matter he's being a spokesperson for it and i totally 100 get it he also minimized what he could have done was given some proper answers to your point lewis you know what i mean maybe give it a [ __ ] rap maybe talk some [ __ ] but reiterate it and round it about anyway and button it up every time with the fact that black lives matter but he could have segued that in with some other stuff and i feel like that would have been a better use of that spotlight because you've got a thing for tyron and i'm not being a hater here he needs to win this fight he's in a [ __ ] very very tough situation he's under a lot of pressure he was the champ he was talking about being the greatest step but then he gets peter fusman then he gets beat up burns there's a lot of bad blood coming into this one and of course there's a bit of racial tension it would appear and so there's delivering this message which i fully get and i understand but he's got to be careful that he doesn't let this whole moment kind of consume him because otherwise that's going to affect his performance again and this that could have been if he loses he might not ever have that platform again it's gonna be hard to come back on the back of three losses if he loses to a guy who's wearing a make america great again hat he's not allowed to go to black lives matter rallies anymore it's over he loses his the ability to go and and represent it's crazy okay he's not he cannot lose he cannot lose this fight to colby govington i i mean it's going to kill him inside it is such a bigger deal for him to lose it for colby to lose it really is um but i gotta be honest with you i don't know i there dude i i really don't know who's gonna win this fight it's so close and um safety picks can i i will say my picks but i will say i didn't watch the press conference and that was probably a good thing because i'm still super hyped about this fight and i feel like if i would have watched the press conference i might have been less hyped about this fight i'm still hyped for the fight because the fight and to a point that dana said he kind of said listen that fight sells itself and it does because of all the backstory of all the history we know for years now colby and tyler would have been going back and forth obviously it started when tyrone was the champ he isn't anymore but then when you are into it that dynamic and that kind of does it kind of encompasses some of the racial tension and some of the just the general tension that's happening in america right now and probably all over the world as well you've got colby as you say with the maga hat on you've got tyron on the flip side with the black lives matter thing and it's just you know it's it's just an interesting uh boiling pot of weird tension and social divide and racial divide you know it's it's a very interesting we're not interested that's not the right word it's it's it's a it's a it's a it's uh it's it's it's a time it's almost very wwe right and because you remember back in the day you weren't a pro wrestling fan like i was but back in the day they would do real [ __ ] so it was like sergeant slaughter like was a traitor to america and he like joined um whatever it was whatever it was like uh in the middle east at the time it was during the desert storm like they would like do angles like that and it doesn't it feel like because i almost feel like the average ufc fan or mixed martial arts fan isn't really socially or politically like driven they're not like out there going like oh i really give a [ __ ] about these causes i think for the most part like the average the average american i think people just want to go to work go home enjoy their lives do their things so it's kind of funny that both of these guys have taken such an extreme like juxtaposition with each other like the one guy's the mega hat one guy's black lives matter it's like it's i almost feel like how much of is it is it for show with both of them well certainly for tyron i don't think any of his show you know i mean listen it is it is a valuable cause and you know [Music] i don't think there's any uh pretence or [ __ ] there from tyrone for colby he spoke about being the heel in fact tyrone was talking about this this week he was saying you know here's a guy he said i almost feel sorry for colby covington because he has to go out there and pretend to be this he has to put on this act he has to put on the magaha and just being himself isn't enough and i'm not necessarily sure that it is an act from colby either we saw him earlier this week we spoke about it on the last show with the weird handshake with donald trump and he's been to the white house and he's met trump several times and he is he's a proud american he you know he has a lot of respect and adoration for his president and rightly so so i don't think there's any uh there's no falsehoods on either side and i feel like it's going to be a [ __ ] awesome fight we'll give our picks later and i feel that it's going to do blockbuster races because top to bottom it's great harry can i see you itching to chime in there go on what have you got next all right i think the the guy who kind of stole the show at the press conference i've been being honest as the guy who made waves on fight island hamza shimayev i took the spotlight early uh he was facing criticism for the ufc booking two fights one with gerald meershart this weekend and then again against damian maya on fight island uh chimaev got into it with gm3 he announced you know he didn't understand how he's a black belt he said he's going to choke him out and when he does uh he plans on having gm3 upgrade his blue belt uh by giving him his black belt yeah so i mean listen this uh hamza he's talking a lot of [ __ ] and i like it and i'm not surprised he came to the ufc he had two wins in 10 days right that's going to give you a lot of confidence dana's behind him and he's doing it again he's booked two more fights and again that's that sends a message it reinforces everything right dana's liking what he's doing so therefore he's doing it more and he's continuing and he's talking a bit of [ __ ] and he was talking about kevin holland that he got into an argument with kevin holland or something he thought he was a member of staff he said he thought kevin holland was there to clean his room or something like that you know so they [ __ ] you know whatever and he's getting a bit of backlash online um but also he's out there doing some good as well lewis i don't know if you saw this he's out there um feeding homeless people he was in las vegas he's walking down the street and he goes up and there's a homeless person you know obviously very down on the look and he's she uh the person's got the [ __ ] the trolley car and all the belongings the world he belongs in it and he takes the guy brings him off and feeds him and brings him it's like a fancy mcdonald's or something buys him a [ __ ] big mcmeal right and and i i love that [ __ ] and i like to do it my only issue with that and i ask you luis is that he had his buddy filmed the whole thing i mean are you watching what did you take away try to stop my eyes from rolling around 15 times in my head yeah i mean i don't know i could videotape myself helping the homeless and helping old ladies across the street and you know we say this all the time you know with social media and instagram we all do this we all take the best picture of the 15 pictures we took of ourselves and we post it i i can't take that for face value you remember the story of jon jones stopping the the robber in jersey he was in paterson new jersey was robbing an old lady and he was the night of his title fight and he he saw i don't even believe that's her i don't believe anything that anybody says maybe i'm a skeptic but every time somebody says anything i always go like what's your angle here [ __ ] so i don't buy any of it yeah no i agree and i'm always kind of skeptical but you are a skeptic because you don't even believe that we need to put [ __ ] masks on that's true oh okay okay well that's good i was never anti-mask i simply stated that i think the numbers are a little bit 100 whatever whatever let's not get into that you're a sheep you're a sheep [ __ ] you you're a [ __ ] [ __ ] you're just not you i mean one just believes every conspiracy they read and yeah i'll follow but you're gonna call me a sheep go [ __ ] yourself uh let me tell you this though like the people you're right it takes you it takes away from it anytime somebody like you know because i see people do they do a lot on social media don't they go to starbucks and then like they pay for like someone's coffee you know two people behind them but then they put it all on instagram and the moment you film it and the moment you put it online and you want to tap on the back for it it hasn't come from the right place that said it doesn't completely take away from the good act you know he did do good he did give that guy a meal and that guy probably thinks comes out of the chim i have is the [ __ ] [ __ ] and riley so right he helped the guy out but still you know do it in silence do it in the dark yeah yeah and that's the truth that's really the the story from this is you can't even if it's real like you you have to get caught doing it by somebody else like you don't know that they're filming like oh [ __ ] look at this guy oh it turns out it was a ufc fighter wow that's crazy and that those stories are once in a million that just seems a little bit forced and i'm not hating like good the fact that he has the wherewithal to know that his brand should be somebody who's helping homeless people versus other people who are out there [ __ ] punching old men in the head and [ __ ] doing crazy [ __ ] at bars there at least he has a little bit of self-awareness and you know it's not a bad thing let me ask you there's four fights probably a bonus here and there of uh dana white four fights in a short space of time he's on top of the world he's doing press conferences you think he could have done better than like some fast food you know what i mean wha what would have been your meal of j could have you know he could have gotten something really good because they're like listen i'm gonna pay for a hotel for the night this is the first contract i'm gonna get your doordash you know what i mean we're gonna get some beers maybe a hooker or two you're gonna have the [ __ ] night in your life and that ain't gonna be on camera so cut that [ __ ] off right now but we're going to town baby boy let's go yeah i mean he didn't know mcdonald's dude that guy wanted some pro probably wanted some drugs some alcohol to party a little bit hang out with ufc fighter how cool would that be you know yeah you know it's always like that people say don't give them money don't don't give a homeless person money they're gonna go and spend it on drugs and alcohol and it's like well okay well if they're like i'm gonna spend it on drugs and alcohol why am i judging this guy i'm spending on alcohol as we [ __ ] speak but it's like listen you know if that guy's life is so [ __ ] if his life is so bad right now and that's all he's gonna got so that's all that's all he can do that's all that's gonna bring him some happiness right now there you go buddy there's ten bugs go [ __ ] do whatever you want with it you know go ease the pain and the misery i don't give a [ __ ] what he's spending the money on if i'm deciding to be generous with a person in that moment which by the way it's not that often living in new york city you become desensitized very quickly so i can walk right past homeless people without even thinking about it like you you live in new york city for a week it's over you completely become desensitized to it oh yeah i know you're right because the more homeless you see you do that because you can't you can't just give it to everybody you see i remember the first time i saw a homeless person as a kid i went to atlantic city with my friend rocky and his parents i was like maybe eight or nine years old and atlantic city was like you know i don't know you you know what you're fighting atlantic city is like shitty vegas like you know vegas in new jersey um but there's all these homeless people on the boardwalk and there was this one woman who was a quadrique she was like a quadruple amputee she had her arms and legs cut off and she was playing the keyboard with her nose and i remember just being like eight years old and it broke my heart my mom my aunt and everybody in my family collectively gave me maybe 50 to go away for the weekend with this family just to have and i gave her like all of it i just i kept on giving her like money because i just felt so bad for this woman and this [ __ ] woman and look i feel bad for her she's got no arms and legs but she took that money from this little kid i'm like you [ __ ] you should have said no honey like keep your money you're eight years old but i remember that was like yeah it just it made me feel so bad i felt so horrible and now i'm going to the board i'm struggling to focus because i'm just thinking of this woman playing the keyboard with a [ __ ] nose she's got real talent never mind [ __ ] harms that jim i have jesus christ she should get a ufc she of chu shall we say that uh that that conor eso part of me cowboy hadn't been training hadn't been sparring and then there was a bit of a bit of a beef with his coaches and some of his coaches that are normally there words in his corner because he wasn't training because he wasn't sparring and then to back up that point i'm hearing that this time i've read a story somewhere some of his coaches are coming and saying hey this is the first time cowboys sparred multiple times per week every week for a fight so he's really up for it you know obviously you know cowboy's a warrior he's been doing this his entire life and anytime you i don't know what it was 38 seconds something like it was a fast it's embarrassing it's a hard pill to swallow so he's like [ __ ] that he's got apparently from what i'm hearing he's gone back to sparring right so the timing should be good apparently the aggression's there the hunger's there and he wants it so i think we're going to see a really good performance from cowboy this weekend however nicole price i think it's a good opponent for cowboy you know we'll get into that after we're going to give some pigs but yeah yeah nice hopefully what i'm hearing is true and i think we're going to see a good uh you know a good outing from cowboy this weekend what uh i want this kind of because you mentioned him being embarrassed 38 second knockout what you're going to be a fighter how many years is that till now alex like uh almost 10 years would have been the first time i jumped in the in an mma gym started training so probably about yeah not even there not even 10 years and how old are you now forgive my ignorance 31 32 end of the month so yeah so i don't have a i don't know how much longer we got but uh definitely got a few more years i know that for sure well i was gonna say that kind of led me to my next question but uh all right well let's get right into it obviously you be max holloway back in the day right not back in the day [ __ ] what am i saying december great fight terrific fight and it was you know it was a clear-cut performance of course max had something to say about that and that i get that you know he's a fighter and you know so anyway he had a rematch it was a close fight and we spoke about it uh at the time in fight ireland but first of all i just want to say you've got some loyal fans man because immediately after that fight my inbox on instagram was full of [ __ ] you bisping you lying me prick you whinging palm go [ __ ] yourself i must have had i must have had a hundred messages getting abused and listener i appreciate it but you got some loyal fans buddy oh that's all right well i know max does too so don't worry i'm still i still got them carrying on on my uh on my instagram but hey that's good if they're talking that's a good thing look it was a close fight you know it was a close fight and uh you know people are going to be happy either and no matter what you know what i mean unhappy so that's just that's just the way it goes every time they're close by people crying robbery crying you know whatever it is but at the end of the day you know the judges uh gave me that fight you know i was confident i was gonna get my hand raised the judges gave me that and then you know at the end of the day we got the we got the stats to back it up as well so i know max definitely turned up on that on the day it was a slow start for me but but we got there in here and i end up kicking into gear in the in the third round but look we got it done that's the main thing well you did get it done and max is you know arguably one of the best if not the best featherweight i mean i'm i'm sure you've got something to say about that now and you're looking to go on in a long run of you of your own when you watch that back what did you make i mean of course it was a close fight and then you know yeah what did you think when you watched that back uh yeah what were your thoughts well uh i'll be honest so straight after the fight uh again like after the third round we're pretty confident we we got that round four frame we're confident we've got that fifth so we're confident we knew they were still close close rounds but we're pretty confident we got it so uh once we got our hand raised you know we're all good then obviously i started seeing a few people already carrying on they had like uh started like saying uh yeah robbery and all that type of stuff which i was a bit surprised by but then uh i ended up watching it back at the at the house uh but it was it was in arabic and uh so i just you know pretty much yeah watch that and then again even watching that like i was i was even sitting there thinking you know why you know why why why is everyone carrying on like watching that rematch like watching it again uh i was again like thinking what are people carrying on about like again it was a close fight but you know you can definitely see what that i i i definitely won that fight as well you know i mean again it was close but i was pretty confident i won 3.5 and uh then i'll be honest with you then i watched it back with the with the commentary and in english and uh oh go on there come on they throw me under a bus you prank like you know obviously i sat there and then i was like the thing is about this sport you know people are gonna as you said people are into you acting like you you would have done this on purpose you might you obviously disagree but uh you know people are gonna say bias commentary all this type of stuff but again at the end of the day you've got to remember he started off well and uh you know that sort of can can play and that can sort of again like when i don't really know the exact meaning of biased commentary or whatever it is you know as you know people are abusing you i'm not i don't i don't hate you even though i do think it was uh you know obviously in in favor of him i'll be honest with you but at the same time again like you know there's there's a narrative of man he's turned this around from the first fight which he did you know what i mean again so that's why a lot of people obviously watch that uh that fight again and then they're pretty happy with the result after re-watching it i had people say like so many people go i thought you lost and then i watched back and then i agree you won the the decision so again it's just it's a tricky one man uh obviously people are my aussie fans and all that like similar fans are probably expecting me to start trying to abuse you or something like that but look that ain't me and no as you said they they done it themselves but again like you know i know you probably disagree but i'll i i'll probably i'll probably say that i thought uh you know again i thought it would definitely look like a it would have made people uh hard to see see how i won with with the commentary on i'll be honest yeah well well listen first of all if i said anything to offend you on there alex nothing intentional my friend i have absolute respect for you and i just call it our seed there was there was no bias there he he did get off to a good start you you're right and for rounds one and two maybe that set a precedent in my mind and as i say if it seemed that way i apologize because i never ever go into any fight like that and i think the world of you and i think the world of max so there was no like preconceived notion that i was gutting for max going into that fight as you said it was a close fight ridiculously close at any time it's that close you can't [ __ ] cry robbery like just at the weekend uh we had michelle watson versus angela hill and after that fight angela you know she's kind of pissed off she's saying some things on social media and whatnot and i get it she's pissed off but it was a close fight i've been there you've been there she's been there a lot of people going forward will be there anytime it's that close i mean listen for you you've got the [ __ ] decision that's absolutely fantastic but like max can't be pissed off max can't quite cry robbery because it certainly was not a [ __ ] robbery well exactly right that's what i mean i don't even know the exact meaning of bias but i mean that's why people can probably say that but i just thought again like again like he started off well he started off well i especially finished the rounds big even though they were still pretty competitive he finished him big so i knew going into that third that he's two up i need to start picking things up i need to do more i'll be honest i didn't i didn't really turn up that day but i had to everything was four so i don't know for me and i don't know if it was but no crowd i don't know exactly what it was but it was it was different it definitely was different in there uh you know i i just felt like i didn't have the edge i didn't have the reaction time that i usually have whether usually i'm really good i keep myself calm when there's a big crowd and keep myself composed so i think i usually got the reaction and edge while i'm keeping myself composed and that's the perfect balance but i just didn't have that balance that fight so everything was forced everything was four so i knew that i had to do more and my coaches were saying like in the third round like we need to go more you need to do more and so that's why i i just started you know i had to i had to do more but again it was a it was a tricky one man and again it was a close fight i look back at that and be like yeah you know i'm still you know it could have gone either way i know that i understand that but again to call robbery is just just ridiculous and again uh you know i i've got a lot of respect for max so i don't have a bad word to say about him obviously in the lead up uh we're going to have words as you do but i'm pretty i'm a pretty easygoing aussie guy you know i mean so i'll just uh tell it how it is and i'm i'm confident that i i got that win and i'm glad the judges are seeing it that way as well hey listen well that's all behind you now as you said it was a a very unusual situation you know obviously there was the quarantine when you got there there was no crowd this whole [ __ ] pandemic i mean how uh how weird was that for you to go through that kind of fight week experience that's what i mean it was it was definitely different like i i always say everyone always asks me you know you know what's it like you know when you're when you find big crowds and arena fight for a title and i always say how i'm so composed i can feel so normal in these big situations but i think i tried to keep myself composed uh with the no crowd i try to do the same thing that i've always done and uh i literally you know you i don't want to be up here where i'm you know obviously get real nervous and like you know i can't really control myself i like to be in the middle here this perfect balance but i tried to do the same thing where i felt like i bring myself way down here and it was just like it was weird it was a weird feeling for me i was uh you know i remember even while i was in the cage i remember saying to my corners i'm going guys i'm i'm very very clear i'll hear everything you say in there make sure you talk to me because i knew something was different i was just too normal you know i mean everything was the silence the you know that literally i don't know it was awkward it was definitely but now i know if i have to do that again now i think i'll i'll try and let my emotions fly a little bit you know i'll try and soak up whatever whatever energy i can and use that so that's why again i'm usually in big crowds i'm really good at keeping myself at a perfect balance but it was different it was definitely different yeah no it certainly was different and they're going back to fire island this sunday for another five-week run and of course adasanya and kosta they're opening it we'll ask you about that in a second but you know do you look at that in life for myself just as you know now i'm i'm retired but i'm still involved with the ufc and i'm glad i was i got to be a part of fire island because once this all passes i mean that's going to be a phase in life in ufc history you know who [ __ ] knows maybe they carry on doing it but i doubt it maybe this will be the last ever one maybe to do one more but did you feel that that time that you were taking part in something that that is historic that will be remembered as potentially a once in a lifetime or twice in a lifetime thing yeah that's why that's why i took the fight you know not many people are gonna defend their belt uh you know on a six weeks notice i literally [Music] we had six weeks notice for that fight didn't get to train much at all before that uh but i mean the opportunity was you know fun on fight island like you said you know that'll be in the history books you're going to find on a card like that not just that with you there was going to be free title fights we knew the pay-per-views were going to be big uh so we we knew like we knew this was a big opportunity and we wanted to take it on even though we we believe that you know max is the hardest match-up in the division we knew that going into that fight especially with a six-week camp but then we have to weigh these uh you know the risk and reward and all this type of stuff and we're still confident we'll get fit enough we're still confident we'll be able to get the the job done either way and then uh you know it obviously worked out for us but it was uh you know that's why it's huge made it like the world was watching you know the numbers that it did was they're pretty incredible and i'm glad i'm on the part of the pay-per-views as well so that's oh i bet you my buddy i bet those checks came in nicely yeah they haven't come in yet but i'm waiting for them well let me tell you here because it does take a while they come in dribs and drabs but they'll start off big they'll start off really big and then they'll get a little bit smaller but in two years from now you'll still be getting checked so uh so that's something to look forward to last one on max holloway um there was talk of a third match after that or or was that misinformation what i heard you know was there any talk of a third match because that would have been crazy there was a lot of you know people online talking about it obviously uh dana danda mentioned it but you know he quickly changed uh his tone with that as well so obviously he said you know you know i don't see why we can't do what he was saying but then it just doesn't make sense again like i don't care how people think they saw the fight at the end of that i'm on 2-0 against uh max again i've got nothing but respect to the man he was a great champion and i want to be the same you know i want to be a great champion myself but to do so uh as he did you know you want to fight number one contenders you know what i mean you i don't want to hold up the visions and that's why i've always had respect for max because that's the type of guy he was he didn't care about these money fights and fighting in different divisions until his division got a bit stale where there wasn't really anyone else so he moved up and i respect that a lot and that's what i you know that's what i want you know that's the type of champion i want to be as well so again even though i've got a lot of respect for him that's why i made that rematch you know at the end of the day i could say i won you know i believe it was a five round out i know i was competing but that's what i you know do i need to do the rematch but again he was a great champion he was champion a long time all right we'll give him that you know what i mean and [Music] again ufc that's what they'll push as well but the third you know the trilogy they haven't even bring that to me that was just talks and no one interned to me at all yeah you know because i remember you saying at the time uh so what's the deal we're just gonna keep fighting until max wins one you know what i mean and and when i read that i thought yeah that's a fair comment it really is okay so what you just said that then kind of leads me on to my next question max is done you beat him two and all simple as that there's no point doing it until he goes on what a [ __ ] another three four five win streak so for you who's next in line do you have a fight lined up and uh who is that well no we don't have a fire lined up but you know now we've got some well again zubit was meant to be fighting a year rodriguez but you know i don't know if that's happening but i know zombie and ortega fighting october so that's a big fight i think that's number one contender fight i think that's uh why the ufc uh uh has made that fight happen so i believe the winner of that fight could definitely get the shot i don't know for sure but i think that's the plans and i'm gonna have mine on them you know what i mean yeah i mean that's what i wanted i just wanted these top contenders to [ __ ] fight each other plain and simple that's all i wanted you know i mean again as i told you i want to find number one contenders i ain't gonna [ __ ] around and you know fight easy fights and i ain't like that that ain't me i'm a you know i'm just a [ __ ] aussie bloke ready to take on whoever's [ __ ] next plain and simple bring it on so you know what i mean it's i don't care who it is you know people would be like oh who's the better matchup for you i believe i beat them all so it doesn't matter like i said like i said with max and my other uh you know opponents have already faced i believe my hardest match-ups right now and i don't mean this in any disrespect to my the future opponents but right now i see them as already bigger threats and uh you know i've i've already uh sorted that out but these guys right now i believe i'm too much for so i don't care who it is i just have the biggest fight number one contender and i hope it's you know someone that's going to be a drawer as well so and i want them to win i like again ortega and zombie i think that's going to be a fun fight uh i think uh you know a big win you know a big knockout or something everyone's going to be screaming their name you know what i mean and that can uh build build up a big fight for me later in the year and or even early next year so that's what i've got my eye on and that's what i'm hoping for again number one contenders all this bullshitting around when you've got cejudo begging for contracts and all that you're probably going to get into that i don't know but you know what i mean it's just about that because obviously he's been calling your name out constantly and he's you know he's doing his thing he says he's retired he's still trying to get attention and one though so fair play he's playing the game uh but he was a 125 135 pound champ you know he's got the olympic jam [ __ ] me we all know about it because he never shuts the [ __ ] up about it but fair play i'd be far more insufferable if i was him um does that does that wet your appetite i told you look at that as a potential match up look i think there was a time for it like i was a i was when we didn't have the my the contenders fight as i said like no like none of these guys were fighting in the division they were waiting for a [ __ ] title fight to be given to him and you know again that's something i major again so i went out there and did what i had to [ __ ] do to get that number one contender spot and that's what i you know i believe that look i know things are changing nowadays but you know that's what i believe in and as a champion that's what i want what i want to push on to my division but uh you know and but again if that was ever going to happen it would have been before you know what i mean like while the the division was sort of playing out but right now it is playing out we've got a we've got the guys fighting so you know i don't see it happening you know anytime soon but if it does say a fight and then the vision goes stale all right let's let's quickly get a get a fight like there for your training camps is that how it works yeah i just i just had there for uh for camp so i i'm based out of freestyle fighting in here literally around the corner from my house and uh you know we do most our training here but then i i obviously go to city kickboxing you know i'll do that you know six weeks of my camp and then obviously in between you know i'll be there trying to help the boys out with some of their camps and things like that but right now uh you know it's obviously hard i go there you've got the two-week quarantines i've come back two-week quarantine it's it's just a mess and you know eugene didn't want to even though i was saying do you want me to come over there with with the boys and all that is that look you know i don't want to do that you get your family we've got plenty of guys here so uh they're all good but you know ma'am i can't wait for the boys uh trainer partners of mine that are ready to put on the show so it's gonna be a good part i can't wait yeah yeah so eugene and forgive the expression but that's that that's the old fella that i see you training with the countdown i shouldn't say old fella that sounds disrespectful but that's uh but you know again like you know no one knows me better than he does you know what i mean especially in camp uh we've done so many camps together where you know you've got to have that balance falling apart and i still want to do that next hard session where he knows he can look at me and be like hey pull it up and it's usually the right decision because the next day i'm ready to go and the next you know the the next day after i had that little bit of rest i'm smashing the gym i'm kicking everyone's ass and you know what i mean it's and then you know i'm positive again and you know things like that so nobody knows me better than he does you know i mean we work really well together and uh again even though he's abusing me 24 7. it's good fun yeah that's beautiful it really is because so many people i mean i would have loved it if i got all the way to a well titled with the guy that i started training with you know there was an issue with the guy that i had whatever things happen money gets involved [ __ ] turns sour but as i say you're still so you you started with job correct yep first thing jim that was just that was just uh that was just pre-season training for rugby league i wanted to just you know stay fit so i went there and you know obviously could see that i could handle myself pretty well and then next minute we started talking about amateur fights and off we went isn't that [ __ ] wild isn't that so if you hadn't gone in there to go to uh is mma something you had one eye on is it something you were thinking about doing i've always loved the martial arts i've always loved all martial arts so you know boxing and everything you know i've always been into it ufc especially always uh i used to picture myself holding ufc built before i was even training you know i mean before i even thought of training you know something that was always i always thought i was gonna do and just wasn't happy because i was playing football in the mates and my last year of football as i said i i trained as a pre-season training to keep fit for football and then i started fighting my last year of football we won the grand final uh and i had a couple of fights and one i thought you know what this is good you'd end it let's chase this mma dream and i actually wasn't too bad at rugby league as well so a lot of people thought i was mad when i decided to go to ufc or mma sorry so people are like what are you doing you made it what are they saying that would be better at ufc sales obviously a good decision yeah we're certainly down in australia with you know rugby being a big sport so so what were you like when you were younger you don't strike me as a guy that was a bit of a scrapper but or were you would i be surprised you probably would be surprised it worked but i was never hey i was never the one to start it yeah okay me and you both buddy me and you both yeah i did you know obviously when i was younger uh you know i was uh getting into fights i didn't take no [ __ ] pretty much and i looked older when i was a night i literally as i say made up you know i stopped growing when i was [ __ ] 11 years old i had a beard you know pretty much come out my mother's womb in the you know in the with a beard and everything so i looked i looked older so i always had older people trying to fight me and things like that and yeah again it's not something to brag about but i could handle myself so i was always known to be able to frown pretty good and that's how you know that's how you know that you can do this because you know i got into this obviously i had a martial art background but unfortunately i was tested in the real environment so that gives you a lot of confidence going into this because you know when the [ __ ] hits the fan that you really can't handle yourself as opposed to just listen being in the gym is great being in a sparring session but there's no you know there's no real pressure like [ __ ] you know potentially not fighting for your life because no one's going to kill you but you know what i'm saying it's the the states are different in the streets they are they are i remember uh one thing that sort of helped me growing up it probably sounds uh sounds bad but you know you know the times are changing but i remember my dad always told me if you feel like something's going to happen now i'm not telling everyone to do this don't live by the issues i know what you got to say if you feel like something's going to happen don't let him hit you first you throw the first pump so there's a lot of i don't know what you you you got told that as well did you oh my god that was my dad's words my dad didn't give a [ __ ] number one he said mark if it's gonna kick off you [ __ ] hitting first and and then if i ever had a fight if the teachers at school called as long as i won that's all he cared about as long as i won the fight that's i give a [ __ ] about and then he wonders why i'm getting in trouble with the lord do you know what i'm saying that's exactly what happened it's funny when they sit there they'll be like hey like you get in trouble they try they try and look serious and then i mean like i i believe that you know it's easy all over you know i think uh don't get me wrong costa's a brute uh aggressive fighter powerhouse tough you know what i mean i'm sure he's durable but i mean where he's so good at and you know the way he approaches uh that as well obviously he likes a you know a shorter range uh and he's a powerhouse and he likes to swing him from there but i mean and the way he sort of you know you know approaches the way of getting into that range i just don't see it like happening that way you know what i mean while he's trying to creep in to get into a range he's comfortable at i just see uh you know easy piecing him up i really do you know what i mean and i i've seen a couple of interviews where he's a saying he might you know wrestle and things like that and i don't agree with that and if he does i think that's just going to tire him out i think that would probably you know i guess i wouldn't say it's a bad thing for him you may as well try but you know he's his hips right now he's pretty incredible as well so he's just getting better and better every time i see him in the gym he's uh hard to hold down now he's hard to get down obviously the range is a big barrier that people need to remember people just see these guys swinging air swinging and they're thinking oh wow this guy but i mean getting in that range is going to be pretty hard especially for costa i believe and then not just that once you get to the hips yeah you're deep enough and then even when you're deep is it still going to be enough because again he's uh he's uh hips are pretty on point at the moment so for me you know getting real deep and as you've seen i went uh a few details there i just can't see uh is he really losing this fight but it is mma we do have them small guns and anything can happen but i see my boy taking the the win big win yeah well there's definitely no uh this you know you can't argue that izzy definitely has a massive technical advantage over almost anybody in the division in fact no he does have a technical advantage simple as that the one thing when he came on the scene was that oh just take it down he's a kickboxer but he's past that test every single time i mean people have tried to take him down and for the most part he's defending but if you do get him down he pops up you know pretty quick you know they don't hold him down for longer i i can't even think of a time when he's been held down so so what do you attribute that to do you have a coach there a wrestling coach at city kickboxing do you drill the takedown defense do you start your sparring sessions on your back and work your way up i mean what do you guys do to prepare for that my that's what they do they got it they've got a wrestling coach andre so andre he's actually a good wrestling coach and mate man they're just they're just onto it honestly i know they're calling it a city kickboxer that's what they're called mate it should be city wrestling the amount of [ __ ] wrestling we do there it's just it's incredible honestly so we do most of the sessions and even the really hard sessions uh all involve wrestling you know take down defense type stuff and you know what i mean so when you're absolutely [ __ ] like in some of these workouts we do you know this takedown defense and wrestling partner with fresh guys and all this type of stuff is a big part of our training so we're you know we're in a position where you know in a losing position so often that when you're fresh and in a fight and if someone gets there you just it's just you know it's just you're just on you know what i mean you don't even have to think about it your body's been there so many times your body's been there while you're so fatigued while you're so [ __ ] that you know your body just knows and when you're fresh that's a you know that's you've got that extra edge as well so obviously i think that put it this way people were going to take him down it was earlier in his career i believe he was a lot easier probably to take down then than he is now so and he was already hard to take down then so as you said you know he's you know he's already been hard to take down but it's just getting harder and harder so again uh obviously uh you know it is mma and you know people can really you know there's so many other things they can do you know people work their range but you know obviously there's tricks and there's so many tools you can use to try and close the distance and then incorporate takedowns and then you know you can really get into detail but i mean it ain't going to be easy and then once you do get them down again as you said it's hard to hold down so you know you gotta you gotta you gotta stay on your on your game especially you gotta be fit as well because if you start getting tired and trying to hold someone down that ain't easy no yeah stylistically such a fantastic fight i can't wait for it i'll be sitting on my uh my couch with a huge you know was he the bellator champion when he left bellator no or he was no he lost the title which is it's just sort of crazy that they're giving it i mean that is without a doubt it's unquestionably the ufc says i like this guy he's got something we're going to give him a push um and if he doesn't get that fight which let's hope he doesn't i really really want to see justin gaijin fights and if you do well you get a contract in the ufc and she got a contract in the ufc and she's that was her first ever professional fight um but of course the featherweight division needs talent and this girl daniel wolf she's six foot she's big she's got a long reach she can box she was uh she would have went to the olympics multiple times she um you know she had a tremendous boxing record i've seen a lot of boxing fights in doing research and she was knocking people out and things like that and the story that laura sanko said laura sanko said hey and you know it was a light-hearted comment by laura i said i don't any you people say that danielle hits like a girl because the international fight week last year you know those things that measure the punching power she hit the punching power so she hit the punch bag and he recorded the same power as dustin poirier so then he went hold on a minute that can't be right so they took her to the performance institute and they got her to do it again and once again she got the same score as justin poyer so she said ufc specifically used that in the negotiation against us they showed him that fact you are a 5g conspiracy theorist [ __ ] i see what you're saying though you're an [ __ ] no so anyway so on so on the broadcast laura says hey don't say danielle hits like a girl and then she tells that story and then i went hold on exhibition match which is just crazy but harrington give us some factoids on this scenario uh well if you remember uh floyd mayweather has fought once since uh the conor mcgregor fight it was an exhibition match which i guess would be similar to this in ryzen where he was paid you know untold millions of dollars to show up and and knock out you know some guy who'd never been in a boxing match before uh now logan paul's management i guess wants the same treatment they reached out to the money team about setting up the exhibition bout between the two paul admits that the deal is far from being done and even said mayweather may be leaning towards no however haven't got an official no on it yet so who knows listen here's the thing logan paul you know ridicule all you want call him a youtuber say whatever you want to say but harry to maybe just look this up while we're talking his instagram numbers and his youtube subscriptions i think his youtube subscriptions is in there maybe a hundred million or something crazy like that so the fact of the matter remains is this he's a star he has a draw he has potential he has a fan base and floyd money mayweather is all about that money and of course right now his legacy is set in stone as the greatest as the best ever whatever you want to call it he's done that he's taking out your pacquiao's he's taking out all those people or you know the the best fighters that the sport had to offer you canelos etc now he's just trying to cash in at the end of his career and if he wants to do a demonstration bar against logan paul and and and make a lot of money great i wouldn't pay to see it but there's a lot of people that follow logan paul that would um uh look i i read that mayweather's leaning toward no as he should be it's not about legacy it's not even about money i mean mayweather has so much money that it doesn't matter he can he's bro when you made that kind of money you spent it so fast and look at mike tyson it was worth what three four hundred million back in the day he's doing well now but like he went broke for a bit right you have to pay tax on that money and then you start developing these ridiculous spending years ladies and gentlemen without further ado brian mckay the producer extraordinaire how do you have this i don't know man woodley has not been impressive has passed through his past few fights and uh covington has been i'm gonna go covington by decision having tone tame excellent breakdown very in-depth analysis there okay i mean colby covington is just gonna keep coming at you he's gonna keep throwing in your face and keep shooting for for takedowns we saw the same exact thing happening against gilbert burns albeit burns is more athletic and hits a little bit harder but tyron woodley has a hard time when you pressure him like crazy against the fence uh he just sits there and waits on counters i don't think it's going to work against colby see look at that when you push him yes he has some genius inside him i mean that's impressive hamilton i mean but listen if you want a proper breakdown lewis show him how he's done yeah uh i mean i agree with both harrington and with brian i mean uh i wanted to like tyron in this fight and i was sort of leaning toward him the entire time leaning up probably up until this episode but really when you think about it you know woodley hasn't looked great in a while and even in the loss colby looked pretty damn good i mean he got his jaw broken he went in there and he he went to did he go with the decision with his money or they stopped it right at the end no they stopped it right at the end just before the end but it was right but i mean such he showed so much heart and composure and um i'm trying to remember the fight before that i mean his striking is really good dude i remember you know just the the volume and the you know how the level of cardio that he has i think he's gonna be able to just outwork tyron in this fight um and it's gonna be really frustrating i think tyron's also emotional um i think the it's gonna get to him if he's losing the fight if he loses that first round i think he's gonna really get to him and i think that's gonna leave him open for some stuff and i think yeah colby's going to probably win a decision i think it's going to be pretty decisive as well yeah i think you know we all beat colby by decision and i'm i'm going to say i agree with you all of course the big thing in this is that you know tywin does have that power he does have that power but that power is a gift and it's a curse we see he just he he lays back he relies on that power and he looks for that one shot he's out able throwing a big overhand right or he's throwing a leg kick a right leg kick a low key that's all he pretty much throws and now he needs to be aggressive he needs to go forward he needs to put combinations together he's got to fight like he's a challenger not like a guy defending his belt he's two very very different things and i think maybe because he has lost two now and he has maybe potentially not lost respect but he is coming into this as more of a contender shall we say as opposed to the champ maybe we see a mix-up maybe we've seen fight with a sense of urgency maybe we see him come forward if he comes forward and he does that and puts it all together then tyron has every [ __ ] possibility of winning this fight he can put it together there's a reason he was the champion he wasn't a champion by fluke he was a champion for a region because he's a hell of an athlete he's a great fighter he's got knockout [ __ ] power very very good wrestler you guys just went through what colby does well same thing he does all that stuff obviously tywin hits a lot harder colby has way more better uh cardio and he uses that well he weaponizes his cardio he goes forward he throws a lot of strikes a lot of combinations and he has his opponent on his back foot for colby what are you going to remember is he's coming in off the fire of husband and he got his jaw broke you know that's a tough one to come back from having your jaw bro is he going to be a little gun shy i'm assuming he's doing a lot of sparring to to try and get rid of that nastiness that mental you know your mind every time you spar you think [ __ ] last time i did this i got my jaw broke you know so there is some demons there potentially for colby you know so maybe that might make him a little hesitant right um so yes so there's multiple ways you can look at this fire ultimately i've got to give a pic and oh yeah i agree call the conference and i don't see him finishing tyron tyron's a tough [ __ ] i don't see him getting finished but i do agree that colby's going to win probably by decision and that's only because tyron once again in my opinion isn't going to show up if he showed up and put it all together and went forward and fought like he could and like mixed in low kicks and put combinations together and then stepped off to the side and then sprinkled in a takedown and a bit of ground upon i was getting up throwing some uppercuts and going for it that tyron will be a [ __ ] nightmare but he doesn't do that and historically in his last few fights even way back when he was fighting damien meyer in 2017 he just coats uh coasts around the perimeter of the octagon looking for that big
