Can I beat Breath of the Wild WITHOUT WEAPONS?

today is the start of breath of the wild without weapons bows or bombs so you can see here there's the weapon slot we will not be allowed to use weapons in this challenge you can see in the bows and arrows we will not be able to use bows and arrows here in these menus we will not be allowed to use bombs either kind the things we can use Magne sis stasis cry onus and shields that is what we have to do but before we even start this challenge we need to go somewhere please please please please please please no I think it's working I think it worked I think that works it worked let's go okay so horses you and your horse or something else you're not wrong bye whoo all right so now we're ready to start the challenge everything is totally fine the game definitely isn't incredibly glitched out right now and you can't tell so we're just gonna return to the title screen really quick and I'm just gonna start a new game okay the challenge is started and yeah let's go let's just get started it's in German just ignore that I don't know German okay it's all good so yeah now we're just gonna play the game completely normally there's nothing weird about it nothing at all there's absolutely I'm gonna turn off moon jump as early as we can but we can't do it until we're off the plateau so I might as well use it while we're here yeah we will be turning off this glitch at the earliest opportunity just because it's it's so slow at the end of this month I'll be going to New York yeah here's always get bombs by the way there we go so we shifted all right let's run across good now we got to go over to the right here yep and go out wait no we don't need to how do you plan on defeating the Ganon of Lights without weapons you'll see all right so that's the last shrine in the plateau we will have the paraglider now are you leaving moon jump on the whole time no I'm gonna turn it off right after this grabbing our first thing of the challenge cuz I might as well be here alright god majora's mask so now nothing will attack us it's very nice okay we have tamed a horse and now the pitch has been turned off what shall we name the horse what shall we name the horse we shouldn't name it a weapon you know we're gonna call it just so people stop asking there we go yeah we do need to do a couple of shrines we need some extra hearts basically so yeah first things first we'll get some shrines and we'll get them on the way to I guess Kakariko okay umm something that I think might help I know thunder blight is gonna take probably a few years we should probably get rubber armor we're gonna need a lot of Lionel shields and a high durability shield so we need to grab those we're gonna need to grab a lot of a heart food I think that's it it's gonna take forever it's gonna take a while yes it's probably gonna take all today and all tomorrow alright there's our first core of seed we're gonna need a few of these guys why do we need khorog seeds we're gonna need some more shield slots we need a few shields how are we connect oh my goodness don't we need to get us maracas back but to get his maracas back we need to kill these enemies I guess I'll just have to run into them place that down there get this place this a little bit better there we go that should work you run and look at that trajectory oh it's perfect it's gonna soar beautiful arc alright what stuff I think we need to get here I think I think we get it here yeah it's right there we just need to clip it again rotate the chest towards you I don't know is there a way to I don't think there is a way to rotate chests it's close you just gotta figure out a way to clip in with it you can literally hear us standing on the chest gets Q off of the chest I don't think that I don't think it'll work we'll try it though tuck that may have you missed you it gave me skew hahaha let's go that worked we got the rubber armor it's done oh my god that was so dumb I love that what happened there you need to land on a slope to get something called skew to go through the walls right and there aren't any slopes in there but apparently bringing the chest just close enough to it and breaking the shield it cancels the animation that makes him like fall and so he just flopped on the ground and he kept his skew and gave me just enough to be able to go through the wall and now we have the full set that is so dumb Oh get this shrine while I'm here I figure my as well hopefully I don't need anything for it yeah and looking at this I don't know if it's possible for us to do it but I'm gonna do my best we're going to do this good that works we do need to get to that side now that I'm looking at it but the barrel will help us to get across and then do it next to a wall and we're good now I should be able to look on the first one well there you go yeah and there you go I don't think it's possible to open that door well actually I think it is possible ha ha you got me through it [Music] excellent the Blood Moon the Blood Moon is a tool that I'm using it's a mechanic that I need I think we're good we're good on all our cooking we made it in we have just an absurd amount of food wonder if I could carry their face you can parry their face you could parry their faces for anyone that's curious of how I'm dealing damage there you go that that's basically it and we can pay this lovely lady now and we can finally get the last armor upgrade we have some fairies we have food all we need now are the shields we go enhance away and now I believe the said bonus for this we won't be able to get hit by electricity anymore when we're wearing these but yeah the thing we have to do right now is we have to go and defeat a bunch of Lionel's with that have good shields I know there are two Lionel's with shields that we can kill I believe there are box irons this way and then we're gonna do some walking yeah this is what we are going to kill the Lionel's with nice it does its job it does a lot of damage but if we ever die we lose the crate so we got to be very careful about not losing it yeah if it ever gets too far from me it'll just disappear I'm fairly sure if manganese has ever canceled I got a reactor really fast but I can stasis it before it falls to the abyss below okay is this death's ramming something like that this is death stranding portion of the run and we place this safely on that oh crap I believe it does not exist anymore we have to go around the other way it seems and through a Lionel like right down here I think there is the Lionel down here I remember yeah there's a Lionel let's go okay I don't know if this one has a shield though it's worth a shot it's good practice isn't it and oh okay Jesus a bit hectic ah yo ha ha that Bloxom that does not okay you have no the Lionel with the savage weapon this is the Lionel with the savage weapon the closest box iron is right there so we'll need to take the one from that tower over this mountain range to here and around here to there there's a box and the maze near the top oh yeah okay there's a blessing here yeah yeah we could we could do this grab that box iron and get that one I guess does this allow me to pull it out oh yeah I can pull it out the pool we're going on an adventure cube don't mind me I said don't mind me oh that Jesus Christ what nearly killed me load save it gets rid of the cube get off my cubes come on he's dead okay he's done good all right now we just need to take this to the other one just the one with a shield yeah that's a shield on his back we want it yeah he's pissed it's hide behind the cube I by the cube whoop nope he's bonkers head no no no no he launched the cube no did he actually launch the cube there's no way I just love how his neck just goes all the way down like there's something seriously broken in his neck after that apparently if you're holding the cube you can still attack through it but if the cube isn't being held they can't attack through it but he can't attack through that with fire he attacked me and then the cube landed on me I think no no get to the cube get to the cube OOP just jumping around the cube Oh Lord okay we're fine we're good why is this one so much harder than the last one it doesn't matter he's dead God that was difficult we got one down Savage Lionel shield there we go that's what we need now the blood one happens and this will respawn everything and in two and a half hours that should happen again you know the the Lionel we just killed with that box we're actually gonna go kill that one again cuz we can and then we'll go kill the other one I think he's done I think he's dead the god of yes that's the second shield baby alright good that fight went very well here we go we got two little savage Lionel shields now excellent I need to find a way across this lava with the cube if I can find a way across and overtop this is actually gonna be very fast oh there's a bridge here nice this is the way to cross good this will work now we just have a nice walk over to that that opening there a nice casual walk I'm not willing to throw it we're just gonna be patient and just oh crap nope hey where's gonna be patient and not drop the cube you didn't drop it we're all good we're totally fine I had to land on that with link to cancel the momentum of it going downwards yeah you better run yeah you better run have the Savage Land own shield in the castle we'll get a few shrines on the way okay so now we are able to do some mad science we got the shield right hey you cannot stasis shields but you can grab a shield walk into a block and it will push the block we might need to get a little bit creative in this one that's fine though push that over haha I'm fairly sure there's like a metal box in here somewhere so I'm gonna try and grab the metal box do one of these push that off look at it right there beautiful metal box we're just gonna have a quick walk with the box and now we can break everything perfect grab that bag on there press the button down that is a shrine that it just seems like you only need bombs but the right game knowledge you can do anything so we're gonna have to the castle now we're gonna kill the style box I'm about to go get the bookshelf is the bookshelf conveniently enough is right here sorry to bother you sir sorry to bother you I'll be gone in a moment there's no damage okay never mind apparently this bookshelf deals no damage to them don't mind me okay that okay sorry sorry I didn't realize you were still mad oh don't don't worry about me I'm just it's done the power of knowledge compel them there it is the Hylian Shield beautiful savage little nice and now we need to grab a cube from this tower bring it north to a Lionel just on the top of deeper kala yeah I just need to make it down in time hey we made it down time let's go whoa Oh I mean it's still alive but what happened know what was right there that was a launch with the heck well we'll try that one again lovely yo but I don't think it's oh I don't know why that one worked and the other ones didn't we have zero fit oh we have zero fairies that's terrifying we've made it though that's all that matters apparently he's convinced himself that needs arrows to fight me which I don't understand I'm right beside I mean he's deciding to use the bow and arrow we got him we got him okay see that is the shield yep mighty Lionel shield beautiful I believe we need two more savage Lionel shields and then two mighty Lionel shields so we need to kill for more Lionel's oh we're just waiting for the blood moon for that to happen the best thing about this challenge and I think you guys can agree that watched last week shrines without weapons bows or bombs shrines are completely different but just jump for it you think I can just make this jump you think so we definitely can just make that alright now the last part is gonna be the hardest I think just because you know I don't know how the heck I'm supposed to get across that when you know it's fire obviously hey one thing I'm willing to try I just want to see what happens when I hit this switch hey so that's step one to that now all we need to do is yet or no this side this side this they sit there get up drop the shield bag nice is the shield have it ready and then it lights it ah just barely miss the leaves but all a lot of food they got like two pages of food we have the attack up for thunder blight when we go and fight cuz we won't have the attack up armor we're saving the game I think we're ready now this will take a few tries I expect but let's do it we have prepped for the last 18 hours for this boss rush I really hope it goes well all right first one water blight a wind blade nevermind first one equip this equip this equip this and I need to eat this attack boosting food I believe I need to Parry and then I have time to attack like that hey good on two three four but back okay this is working have three left to kill him all the way down which is a little terrifying okay there is phase one done good and this will do a lot whoops good hit him now we need to run over and I believe it's just and fortunately he doesn't do too much damage this is fine good there this might be it this might be it one more hit come on what this Perry should do it cuz he has no shield good thunder blights down we have made it to the end few more Perry's to go now now we just got to parry the lasers so let's get this on and we got the lasers ready damn it there it is ah stop it fireball me please make this face nice Larry Oh Ariel phase to phase two basically the same as phase one let's do this yeah that's right two hits two quick ones whoa what was with that Perry that was sick I don't know why that was so cinematic but that was a sick Perry I'm getting up close and personal with this one ah-ha-ha-ha looking straight into his eyes you know what's coming he knows what's coming ladies me from the wall fireball me from the wall what are you gonna do you're gonna die from the wall that's what whoa that's terrifying can't afford to do that very often laser me I know you want to lose her me you can feel it in your soul you want a laser again come on he's gonna lady from the wall I could feel it in my heart that's really just a big solid laser isn't it he didn't take out a shield ready for this incredible Oh on his body let's go we got it we got it no mental damage is immense there we go let's get some more in there some more mental damage finish em up oh come on one more maybe you know what I think we can do it with this I think we could do it with that let's go ha ha that's it rs.12 beat without any weapons oh that feels good there what is that 20 hours nice after all that here we go and yet apparently it can't be done without weapons never mind all right screams over now that was it that's the whole thing be a dark piece without weapons literally impossible actually wait a minute wait a minute we are still beating the game with no weapons because it's the name of our horse we truly did it we beat the game with no weapon and there it is well done thank you thank you everybody it was a long journey a good one though we did it but that does conclude the stream I think
