Blind Donut Taste Test

we bout to go Donuts let's talk about that [Music] good mythical morning now you may be tempted to think that the first food ever eaten by people were like berries or like some sort of twig rocks you know some certain something natural but you'll be wrong because the first food ever to be eaten by ancient civilizations what's the doughnut what not true but I'm just trying to make it seem historical I'm big because of what we're doing today all right which is a blind taste test to determine if we can determine what Donuts were eating without the use of our eyeballs and also determine what's the tastiest without being influenced by marketing or look it's time to play yo quiz don't notice which dog as you can see we can't the doughnuts that we will be tasting today include Krispy Kreme Dunkin Donuts Winchell's intimates which is the box of donuts you get at the grocery store when somebody told you to get donuts and you forgot 7-eleven and the la-based donut shop that makes 100% vegan doughnuts that's vegan I said donut friend all of the donuts will be delivered to us on the patent-pending donut dowel which is not just to stick with donuts on it no is a product not to be sold yet the donut down yes and the winner of this exercise is gonna be crowned the donut king you do it alright so you can give an answer more than once is the dowel coming in yep but you know you're gonna get some wrong if you do that oh they're all baby oh just be in the presence of a donut sometimes where are you Betty oh no we're all it we're all in on my fan I got it did you go shower got a nice nice little glaze okay do you get one over I say that's one kind of cakey a little dry look I would I would think that you would think that this is too dry because you're sensitive to the dryness of cakes donuts and skin and I really don't like donuts with skin so you're right there I gotta tell you that the you love the donut on my face affected me emotionally what makes me cry I loved everything about it but then when I bid it I was like ah little Drive you got a face feel I put my whole mask on it hmm man this one this one's tough this one does it striking me as a signature no no I think it's too big to be Krispy Kreme it's very big it's very cakey but not cakey enough to be Dunkin Donuts but you is that how they do their Donuts it they don't know me bake their yeah but it was too big for that too isn't it I haven't had I have a box donut in a long time I haven't I don't know that big cuz I gotta fit in the box this is so difficult well that's the so difficult then it alters my voice all right I'm ready yeah all right 3 2 1 Winchell's did you put up a W with your hands now it what it is I didn't need it [Music] alright let's bring the dowel back in Fran I will say that you know this is a great day of the office are you rolling it with your nose you want to get all sides oh oh why is it elusive I think I may have just eaten the donut off of the DAO this donut tastes totally different than the previous donut the glaze is more glazy than flaky hmm that's a good donut its moist its vanilla II like the donut itself mmm that is unlike anything I've ever tasted I don't feel like it's like a donut I don't I don't feel like I would encounter that at a gas station but maybe I would I haven't been to 7-eleven in a long time they've really been doing a lot of the food stuff at 7-eleven or trying hard it's like a freakin restaurant in there you look at the pictures on the wall outside a 7-eleven and you think that you were walking into like a El torito's or a museum or that mm-hmm man that says that tastes like a box that was a big one maybe all Donuts are bigger than we anticipated I do it's the same size as the first one you know what mmm maybe Donuts have gotten bigger I think this is in a past month all right here we go I think if vanilla is given away the V is vegan three two one signal errand I think you might be right about that friend yep dowel me Oh ooh this one's got a hard surface I'm sorry get all sides oh there's a soft side oh okay I use a SUP technique to get more donut in my mouth almost choked but hey being killed by Krispy Kreme on the internet it's not a bad thing oh you see you think you know this is Krispy Kreme I know this is Krispy Kreme whoo man and yeah I'm gonna tell you something you know because you're blindfolded you're not blood forward because you're alive oh I did it it fell into my mug got a little moist and I ate some more of it that is a good doughnut Krispy Kreme doughnuts have a fluffy nest like when I stuck my nose into that thing it gave it received me when I speak cream donuts receive you when I put my mouth around it it's smushed together it it received me how did they do that how do they do that it's like they make a doughnut and then they kill it and then the ghost of the donut rises as the donut that you eat you're exactly right right it is a ghost of a donut could you be cream has killing donuts and given the other ones to Dunkin Donuts yeah so the dead donkey they go to Dunkin and the ghost stay at Krispy Kreme yes that is what's happening we figured it out all right I need an answer Krispy Kreme Krispy Kreme one all right good.you green that's right yeah [Music] okay bring it in they're starting to blend together oh look this one distinct oh I made myself choke oh where did this one received me 200 ma'am good gracious a good donor huh by lanta that's a good donor is that not the best don't oh my god read that's a ghost of donut - yes that is the ghost of a ghost donut what would you agree with my statement that I haven't made yet I agree with it whatever it is this is heads above all other donuts we've eaten so far man it's sure so good that is the best donor Brad laughing who made this donut well Vinton I feel like I have a predisposition to feeling that Krispy Kreme is the best donut on earth and so I kind of feel like I'm really torn at this point cuz I feel like I just had a Krispy Kreme donut feel like I just had another Krispy Kreme donut that was better and fresher there's only one accessible Krispy Kreme donut around here there's only a few Dunkin Donuts I'm hoping this is 7-eleven I'm gonna wish guess that this is 7-eleven just to just to manifest that it wasn't quite as it was everything I ever wanted from donut all right an answer in three two one Krispy Kreme 11 I'd double-cross a double-crosser Pete I know you did that's a really good guess - cuz 7-eleven was just a wild hare guess just it could be right now me Jase ooh this one smells different there oh so different it's got a ridge that goes to the full length you know what they should exchange doughnuts at weddings and they cuz they make that allusion to like your love was never-ending like a ring they could do the same thing with doughnuts and it would be less expensive and everybody would feel better this one has a lemony undertone very Katy this is not a great doughnut okay I know where this is from this doughnut has been on a truck a lot of Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme ER on trucks no this one's been a little too much time on a truck this has been in a box on a shelf well but I believe it's been in a truck link you don't have to follow it to the shelf I did not hate that doughnut but after after going to donut heaven last round I'm back on earth and I'm in a grocery store here's the thing though it taste so different that it could be vegan that it is vegan it could be that it's vegan and I think that vegan doughnuts can be good what is a vegan doughnut anyway just a doughnut with no animal products on it link that's what vegan means don't pat me the things that they've usually put in like butter they put in something like oil or applesauce I feel like this could be this could be vegan but can also be on the shelf all right 3 2 1 don't unfriend yes we disagree you'll be ok ok I'm not the one asking what vegan loose I haven't guessed Dunkin Donuts neither of you yeah it does duck Duncan I haven't cuz I thought I felt like Duncan is very obvious and I'll know it when I went up I don't think what we guessed it needs to have any impact on what we are guessing is this is like a cruller oh that is so soft so big hmm oh it's really good but also very different it's done don't know it's a bigger when you're blindfolded he should blindfold everyone before that that tastes that noise it's am i opening the ziplock bag again it again I taste something distinct I do not want to tell you what it is because I do not want to give you the answer cinnamon I could be wrong but I feel right in my gut where that doughnut is descending right now man that is a really good doughnut it's good it does have that little something that's different little something that's different and I don't think it's the best bit on a shelf it has a freshness to it yeah you would call that a freshness uh I what I tasted in that doughnut was the influence of other items that our doughnuts like somebody made doughnuts in a pot where they made like corn dogs and Oh like it's been sitting in a place where there's other items lots of other items meat products like a veritable Mexican restaurant like could you back highlight there you buy a road map you know yeah all right guys I need an answer nope in three two one Fred you may not know what makes it donut vegan but it's not it's the they don't use animal products when you replace those with something else you can taste the hint of those things like cinnamon and yeah they replace Apple saw the animal with cinnamon right that's how they make it Pete cinnamon does taste like grease it was very good though by the way I think I only guess two different things the whole time all right so going into the Franken round where we're gonna eat a frankenhole oh well where do we stay in at this point all right Rhett you have two right yeah buddy and link has one right yeah buddy row yeah that's right you got a guest multiple times I gotta get something right man and I will say that Oh we're both bad at these blind taste oh this is tough man how many doughnuts do you eat I've never I'd never see you with a doughnut in your hand I never turned out I'm gonna [Music] that's different whoa okay well of whoo that's a huge hole it feels like a intact donut hole oh it doesn't feel like you've mushed together two doughnuts did you refri it it's got a soft side is there a pat is it a powdered doughnut no party this tastes like icing well there's glaze on it but something about the consistency of the frankenhole this is nearly impossible I think I've got a guess though I did my patented left-to-right move the contents across your mouth they'll cross your tongue and taste it as it goes I think I've got one of them cuz I didn't know any of me except for one by accident probably I feel like I should just guess things that I didn't guess before okay I'm ready all right and three two one bread oh we both said Entenmann's so man but I have no chance of winning now okay take it off oh you got you have a little something on your nose bring your chin oh really do i I think it might be doughnut could it be okay let's hear the results okay so after the Franken round Rhett you have three right hey and Link you have two right oh you got one I got one you got left at me so the frankenhole was intimates yes and what Krispy Kreme oh so you got that totally right no I didn't I said don't have friend oh I almost said that dang it I can't almost said what I I didn't I didn't say what you almost said but doesn't matter and which one do we love the most you loved round number four which was Krispy Kremes yeah best donor ever okay I'm the donut king but I will let you into
