*BEST DIY CAR WINS* $100 vs $1000 Homemade Car Budget Challenge!

today we're going to be building diy budget cars totally from scratch to determine our budget we're going to be eating this tire right here and whoever goes the farthest gets the highest budget let's get dainty chris is up first my strategy i'm going to aim for that tunnel because that is the furthest point so it needs to go in there you eat that wheel down the wheel eat that wheel oh oh no it got a hundred dollars to spend on a car how much you got thousand a thousand yeah i think i only have enough for one tire chris you got the mid-tier budget how do you feel i could be rob i can beat him what let's go to the store we're gonna be heading to home depot and harbor freight ryan says there's some sick intel back when we made the dainty roller coaster we got all of our wheels from harbor freight so we're going to go there are you guys moisturizing yeah dude i want to moisturize my hands are dry they're like super nice it's playing in how you moisturize right what are you doing dude moisturizing [Music] check out this wheel section here we have tons of different wheels to choose from off-road wheels this is exactly what i need they're perfect i've chosen my tires i got some bigger ones for the back smaller ones for the front so that way you know the maneuverability i just found this high-powered lawn mower and i think what i want to do is just mount a seat on it so this is 300 so i'll still have 200 left in my budget plus it's self-driven so i'll have a motor on it me too oh dude those are huge how much are those all together for four is 52 bucks so half my budget this is what i'm getting you're gonna need bigger wheels bro i am really excited for my build i got some jet engines to add to my lawnmower i'm gonna have four times the power with each engine the only problem is i spent almost all of my budget on this stuff so i don't have much money for attachment so now we're headed to home depot so i can get some attachments i think rob needs pretty much his entire car except for wheels just grabbed a couple of these ratchet straps um so these are gonna do a good job at holding the leaf blowers onto my lawn mower what do you got some thick plywood guys you won't believe this we got kicked out of home depot for filming what how could they do this to us you know always promote them we always go here we actually passed lowe's even though it was closer i can't believe this home depot that's a true fact home depot it really hurts right here he kicked me out it made me cry dude you're a wizard you're a dunce i'm gonna make a last minute stop at walmart i got a bunch of snacks i got a light bar this super comfy cushion chair a extra bass speaker and then i got a battery to power said light bar so it's gonna be lit [Music] we're back from the store unfortunately i ran out of a budget for my seat i did not get a seat so now we're going to be building our cars and then we're going to race each other and see who wins this is basically like a large scale pinewood derby car race would be great i definitely should probably take off the blade i might get a bad haircut and i don't want that dude this thing's like pretty much already built i'm probably going to be finished first i bet i could build mine faster bet bet go if you come to check out my sweet progress i'm just making a shape it's making a rad shape it's going to be well you'll see you'll see the shape in a second [Music] here's jet engine number one 80 volts lithium ion battery unfortunately i couldn't find two orange ones this one will still work with the coloring skate what the this is all dirty dude i bought a used one wow this is really used so this is simple physics you know you got two jet engines and uh it's gonna propel me like this oh yeah yeah i do have one uh safety step real quick i gotta take off this uh giant blade here i'm not gonna lie i'm like really excited for this we have removed the blade it's time to install the jet engines this is my simple design yeah i don't have a whole lot of money to do this but i ain't no wallet warrior i think i'm gonna have a pretty awesome car i just have this creeper here you call this a creeper it's kind of like that guy over there it's like that guy over there i just hey then i just drilled some holes and attached these babies to them this is how i intimidate the competition shining these puppies up okay let's see where we should put these that's pretty sick all right ready test it out let's do it let's see it there we go dude that's fast bro oh i even have suspension look at that so it looks like you finished first ryan i did that means i win the bet we didn't bet anything i just win woohoo there congratulations thank you i finally got my jet engines on i used ratchet straps to tie both of them i think i put them in a really great position there it looks sick it looks clean built really quick look rob doesn't even have a wheel on sorry i bought original products not like you just buying a whole lawnmower that takes two seconds to put together but you took 30 minutes okay i made a big mistake i'm about to fill this thing up with gas right it's battery powered are you kidding me yeah too bad we didn't notice it says it right there on the front dude i need two more batteries um so that way i can have all my engines running this one takes two but we're gonna test it with just one battery so let's see how this goes whoa i could crawl faster than that a little update just putting on the two by fours because then i have to connect tow hitches on there to get the wheels on and i did realize that there might be a mistake in the design so this is what i'm using i have a bolt that secures these but this is just for the side oh shoot that doesn't work dude i am here maybe yeah in the back it's gonna have to go in the back but if you come up here oh i guess it still works but it's going to be off yeah so that doesn't even work does your car not work yes so right now i'm trying to help rob out we have a problem the bolts you got hey what's that problem do not fit all the way through all the way through i'm going to cut this aaron you might want to watch out no i mean watch out watch out which way boom baby now fits through oh when did you get here at dingy o'clock just tightening some bolts putting on some tires freezing cold out here it's gonna work you just gotta believe chris doesn't believe chris do you believe in rob um probably about like three and a half percent exactly this is um this is bad now we just gotta figure out this one you need to strengthen this this is gonna these it's gonna fall apart i think the creeper carts gonna prevail over everything it is ryan i have faith in your build all right plugging in the light bar dude that's the light car's done i don't know if you guys noticed but look it has some awesome carpet a newly installed super comfy chair a newly installed light bar this american air freshener smells very good and i got this awesome speaker aaron hit the tunes so you guys are going to take your cars up to the hill and whoever is is the best whoever is the coolest is going to win i'm going to determine which one i like the best dude rob careful and you've used lighter parts why don't we just push it oh no the wood's clearance level the what's cracking dude your car is about to bottom out if you sit on this thing about sit on it crunch you're on the ground bro push me push me here we go you know what i still got awesome snacks that you don't get all right well we have our first ever disqualification he can't even rape can you eat that popcorn while you're being entertained by our race popcorn and watch you as a comedy movie okay no this is comedy i got this thing in the bag i want a good clean race here whoever makes it the farthest is the winner and if you if your thing falls apart you lose start your engines engine one's not working wrong with engine one engine one's not working i just have to do engine two and three three two oh come on all right we're going we're going we're going oh right down this is the cheapest budget this is the first time this has ever happened wins wait i
