Beautiful abandoned Victorian farmhouse built in 1895. Explore #57

hey welcome back explorers today we're at abandoned farmhouse i know you've been waiting for it i haven't done a farmhouse in a little while so here you go i've got lots more this is a beautiful beautiful farmhouse i can't wait to get inside it's obviously open there's windows broken the doors are open i'm assuming it's probably vandalized hopefully not too bad but i can't wait to get inside to show you guys i could just tell it's going to be a good one so let's go i did a bit of research on this house and it was built in 1895 125 years ago and i was told that the people that used to live here originally in this house uh were pretty well-known artists wow look at the look how high the ceilings are here usually in these old farmhouses these ceilings are a little lower than this the ones i see anyways look at all the wallpaper i think that's wallpaper oh no it's carpet i think radiant heat oh look at this staircase here not even smashed up yet look at that wallpaper galore here little bell look at this ceilings are so high here you just don't see that in old homes look at this room oh a lonely chair every single time there's always one chair left behind i know that would work i think this is called wayne scott it's kind of low usually wayne scott is a little higher i think it's called wayne scott all original windows here hardwood floors looks like they painted it maybe okay let's go check out the rest of the house here oh we got some newspapers here see if we can find a date on it 1967. what is this this house must have been worth a lot of money when it was first built like it's it's huge this is a huge farmhouse more newspapers well it wasn't abandoned in 1967 that's for sure look at the wallpaper horrible so this to me looks like the older part or sorry the newer part of the house we got some graffiti here this is not the original part i don't think nice i got some windows and mirrors still up but jen's been here she signed her name there look at this we got a deck back here so zoe was here she's got her name up what's up zoe look at this it looks like an old dining tent like a screen tent oh what is that oh i thought that was a beast nest up there it's just a pipe rusty pipe what's in here what is this this is like a garage kind of thing yeah this is like only this thing it's very old so an old hat there old farmer hat oh yeah i went to i meant to come here a long time ago i just haven't had a chance and then there was um that's where they keep the firewood and then there was all this construction and this road was actually closed for a while so i couldn't go down here i went to come here a while ago and i had to turn around because the road was closed but now the roads open and uh now this house is all exposed now they cleared it out so i'm not too sure what they're doing with this house so soon this house is going to be totally vandalized there already is a little bit obviously there's graffiti here some some broken windows but it will get way worse we got here so this is probably for veterinarian you see it i'll look those up and see what it is there's down here oh boy we'll go down there in a minute i'm not ready yet i'm not ready usually the basement stairs are here right underneath the stairs but i want to go upstairs first look at the detail to the stairs somebody took a lot of time making this oh man i can't wait to go upstairs here totally looks like a haunted house this place what you see in the movies totally look at the wallpaper they love the wallpaper pretty sure this house is a steel roof so it's totally why it's in such great shape look at the size of this room here like there's no hallway right you come up the stairs and you're right into the bedrooms in the main area here look at this little room i'm running out of day time here running out of daylight so i like to get some drone shots of this place if not i'll come back look there's like wallpaper on top of wallpaper i guess they didn't like this ugly wallpaper so they put this ugly wallpaper on top of that ugly wallpaper same with this room i hope you hear that but i hear a tractor hopefully no angry farmer comes running up here yeah yeah ugly wallpaper more ugly wallpaper on top of the ugly wallpaper oh look at this old milwaukee it's gross i don't think i like that beer there's like string not too sure what that's for probably to air out something maybe weed marijuana electric lettuce i'm not too sure it looks like a laundry i've never seen one of these before it's weird look at that that's probably asbestos try not to stir it up why do i have my mask on i forgot well there's a lot of windows open so i think this used to be a window here yeah it's pretty rough shape i guess all right let's go downstairs here okay we're gonna go in the basement now see what's down there what's this have you an old lda track no cassette cassette player for a vehicle there's an old break for a car okay let's go let's go oh freezer should i open the freezer oh man look at this this is like total blair witch project down here oh look at that it's all open look at that chair look at that this is bro this is all like dry rot well there's a lot of moisture down here and like this is all rotten all the floor joists so they throw all the firewood big wood furnace thing's massive oh look at this we got some old hockey skates here at that old bowers i'm a huge hockey fan look at this little apron there you go what's in here it's where the bears hang out got some old figure skates too oh looks like he had a harley davidson is a harley-davidson oil filter there all right should i oh you're lucky you're lucky it's empty okay let's get out of here oh i was good to get out of the basement okay do do hey welcome back guys hope you enjoyed that one beautiful farmhouse i know it was kind of empty but still it was a very very nice farmhouse staircase was still there yeah a little bit of vandalism not too bad but i really enjoyed it hope you guys enjoyed it too you have no idea about the future of this home i know they're doing construction here you can see there's a machine here there's a few other machines parked in the area they're widening the road i think here and they're repairing the bridge so i'm not sure what they're doing with this house i know they trimmed a lot of the trees around it and now this house is wide open but before a long time ago this this house was completely grown over like there was trees growing all around it you couldn't even see it from the road but it's wide open now so people are going to see it and the kids are probably going to come in here and vandalize it a bit more before i go like to say thank you to edward laura b sage kayla and chad sarah daryl mickey and louie and dj
