Hidden Abandoned 16 Million Dollar 1960's Mansion. Explore #75

[Music] look at that [Music] hey welcome back explorers today we're at abandoned mansion this mansion is beautiful house um it was built in 1960s people that lived here before it was a family then the developers came in and bought up this property for a whopping 60 million dollars it's uh it sits on a lot of acreage so they're gonna build about 100 homes here starting from probably two million dollars so um yeah so then the developer bought the property and they actually donated the home to a refugee family and they stayed here completely for free i think some the local residents helped pay for their bills stuff like that but the house was left given to them to use for a couple years um until they demolished the house which was very nice of them um it was just temporary i think they moved in 2016 a family of five just to get uh get some jobs and send the kids to school and that um but then after that i think in 2018 they left probably got their own place once they got their jobs and that um and now the developer is going to demolish this place so i can't wait to show you guys suppose there's all kinds of stuff left behind here beautiful 60s home it's a bungalow i think there's a little bit of a loft on top i think but i'm pretty sure it's just a bungalow but i can't wait to show you guys so let's go [Music] this place is so so nice i get a crib here i think there's quite a few things left behind here it's crazy in here it's left all kinds of stuff in here yeah they must have got their their check and just left and just left all the stuff they didn't really want they got the obvious stuff gone but just like knick-knack stuff they left yeah this house is massive so it's going to take a little while to go through here obviously the kids are crazy i'm not gonna open every single closet there's so many here oh there's the calendar right there 2018. i know this place is was sold this whole property here was sold to a developer in 2016. so the closing date was probably 2018 i guess so it probably took them a while to move out and so this door goes out to the forest the wall can cause it well this must have been this looks like the master bedroom there's a pool here but you can't tell with the snow on top but they looks like a couple years probably three years ago they uh covered the top of the pool with um plywood so you know people don't walk around here and fall in the pool and drowned or something like that so they just sealed off the pool so that tells you right there that it's uh can be demolished there's an old tablet here broken tablet look at this place nice bathroom this mice poop all the all over the uh vanity there mice poop everywhere yeah there's left packed up their stuff and left we got all speaker system in the house it's crazy like you just left this door open what is this is nice pocket door so just pull that open nice yeah i'll probably close the door on the way out because yeah it's crazy how they just um left the door is wide open so that's the bedroom part of the house the painting on the wall so nice i love these doors old wooden doors if somebody already took the doorknobs off you could tell the house is old when you got one of these outlets here they used to be used to put an old clock there wow there's leaves in here yeah i see the door door's wide open there's leaves blowing in here all right i say we go upstairs here actually no let's just finish this floor first actually look at the kitchen here holy holy moly beautiful so they took the fridge out of here yeah like they left all the old furniture there stuff they don't want this used to be an old cook stove right there i bet ya like look at the view from this window like a huge pond pool beautiful property but yeah they're gonna put hundreds of homes in here parks all kinds of stuff look at this room wow look at the beams up there very nice there's an old school big screen tv there tvs are so cheap now it's crazy look at this fireplace oh i was coming when i was coming in this little door here goes outside isn't that neat so you open that up and it goes outside so i'm thinking you know they pass the firewood through here that's pretty neat see that's pretty neat beautiful yeah you could tell i definitely had a lot of kids in here i'm not too sure if this was rented out to a family of the actual owners of this property sold it to the developer like i'm not sure if the owners lived in here prior i should have seen all the wild turkeys when they came in that's why i stopped i stopped and seen all these wild turkeys i was going to take a few pictures of them and notice this place sitting here yeah it's kind of messy in here i just left all their stuff here it's a laundry room i guess oh look at this they got a little greenhouse out there you know what i forgot my mask i hope there's not a whole bunch of mold in the basement so i like to check out the basement yeah they just left everything in here crazy so many doors to get outside here yeah look at this oh wow so hot in here that's awesome so warm in here oh it's got a faithful piece full of cobwebs all right did you go through here no i don't think we did this is the washroom here yeah all right let's go upstairs i think let's go see what's up there i don't know how many bedrooms this house is but it's quite large this one's warmer up here i have a view here the deck's all rotten all the railings are all falling apart is that it so that's it so there's only one bedroom up here huh oh wow okay i thought there was a whole another story up here all right well let's keep going here i thought it was a lot bigger this house put my light on here look at the cobwebs in here look at all that oh man i got a duck oh looks like they had a flood because look at the drywall they removed the drywall that's what they usually do and there's a flood they will um cut the bottom drywall throw it out and redo it this is oh there's so much webs in here that's in a little cold cold cellar oh my camera is covered in red cobwebs now oh yeah they totally had a flood down here look at it look at the webs on the wall here holy geez i don't know if you can see that in the camera but there's this like rows and rows of webs going down the wall here it's crazy oh the light on still power in here it's all crawl space nothing going on in here definitely found the webs so there's the stairs that goes up to the other room i came down the other way oh they've got some water damage here or something oh no maybe they just had to get access to the wiring another big screen tv look at the size of this thing yeah this door is totally like look it's all overgrown wow that's all another part down here it's weird it's like a it's like change rooms so it looks like maybe it's change rooms for the pool it's kind of strange another another furnace i think there's two furnaces in this house crazy the exterior of this house is so beautiful though so nice look at the maps i always get the cobweb police after me in my videos like there's no cobwebs it's not abandoned it's fake but look at that webs everywhere in here but no some houses are banned for years and it a few things left behind too which was kind of cool i like to see that sometimes um oh yeah i got my uh i got my sweater on today my merch sweater you know it has strings coming out of the hood i usually tie it in a knot and throw it in the wash so you don't lose the string but this time i forgot and i put in the wash and just total strings right out so i don't know how i'm going to get it
