Bad Mayor RUINS City - Can we FIX it?? (Cities: Skylines Bad Mayor Scenario)

what would you do if the mayor of your city and run everything into the ground and upset every single person let the garbage pile up let the healthcare decline had made the place a complete mess well if you were anything like me you would say yeah I'm gonna step in I'm gonna sort out the problems and we are gonna fix this city yes the mayor was a disaster that is the name of this scenario and we are gonna fix things up but let's just take a quick look at this place these guys have no water and no electricity everybody I mean know what loads of things are turned off they're very very unhappy over here and look at this just not enough people we apparently have 389 people but this place is a complete disaster we're losing 11,000 pounds a week or dollars samolians whatever you want to call it and we've just got to fix this place up so let's take a quick look at the scenario of what we need to do so to win the game more than five million money we've got to do that population over 175 City value bigger than a 10 million now that's gonna be probably pretty hard we'll see how far we get with those you lose if you can struck the Eden Project because that would just make the value shoot up so we can't do that one you lose the game if you construct four water drain pipes we already have three if you can stock for oil power plants we already have three construct for landfill sites we already have altogether now we already have three and if we construct a coal power plant yes we do not want to make the city any dirtier than it is so Wow where do we start with this thing where do we start well we've got water running through the middle here and where were we picking up our water from let's take a look there we go we're picking up our water from here so that's fine what I'm thinking of doing first of all is just taking a look at our budgets and that mod is gone where is it the little budgets thing is disappeared I want to do it this way then slightly annoying about that fine so what I'm thinking of doing is if we check these out electricity is like well off oh it's gonna stay open for me anyway that's fine so if we drop these down that'll take care of that now our trash landfill look what trash we've got around here we opened that one up again so we've got these landfill sites here this one's turned off that one is 91% full we have an incineration plant turned off and another one turned off there we have this is turned off here that is a hundred percent full Oh My giddy aunt it's just the recycling or another incineration plant there and to incineration plants there well okay so what is this one I'm just wondering whether if we'd like turn off I mean it's 91 percent fall let's just turn it off it ain't gonna do us any good is it it really isn't and just perhaps go with this one here that's on and see how we go and we still got enough to process yeah so hopefully that won't be okay let's take a look at our education what do we have we have schools that once closed down that one's closed down that all the schools are closed down there's no schools in there that I can see that one's closed down all the education has been closed out blimey how happy is everybody everybody very very unhappy how healthy is everybody health care availability Wow zero I think that is something we want to fix up so we've got again they've shut all the medical clinics down kicked everybody out the city forced everybody to leave and then they've kicked out the mayor and that's what's happened so maybe we will turn on say this one here yeah and keep that going it's just boars on here we go look everybody's suddenly happy again electricity is a bit of an issue Hill capacity hundred excellent let's make me turn on some of our education as well I'm gonna sort of focus on this little area down here we'll turn on that elementary school when it's pausing pause the game just so that updates there there we go kicks in 300 that's fine high school we have something eligible to go but we can live without that and we have a university built already so that is fine yep good good good levels not too wide about that wind that's fine traffic I doubt there's gonna be much traffic now pollution we have dirty jobs over here you actually see the names you've got dirty jobs don't worry get drilling so what if we got over here let's have a look could probably got ya oh y'all down here rocks over here I've got a little bit of forestry over there fertile look what's that say up there food is good fertilizer field yes we've got a few places where people can live and people can work Thank You park noisy so I think this here is where I want to get people to move in I'm probably let's just take your quickest finish quickly looking through these fire safety so we've got that one if I concentrate on this down here let's turn off these ones up here for now so that's gonna go off we're on a mission to save money tightening our belts is the order of the day folks so you're gonna have to just sort of deal with it I'm afraid is there any in there nothing in there got these turned off down here this one is on what is that that is a fire station I would much prefer one of the small little what are they called one of these firehouse and we do have a firehouse there it's just a little bit where would they go over there this one here this one here is gonna go on fire house there we go so not the best coverage how much is that cost a week let's do a bit of working out here 1440 a week this is only 560 a week can we move this one what is that gonna cost us if we stick it in here 2,400 I think that's gonna be worth doing it's gonna cover this area and this is where we're gonna want people to move in try and get the electricity to share between them it's good climb how is crime okay we have a police station that's turned off we have a massive Police Headquarters they're turned off turned laughs all turned off okay that's good are we gonna turn on at this police station I'm sort of hoping that or we didn't have buses so that's probably costing me money but I can sort of walk from there this route is rubbish just going around that you're not we're gonna do transport that manager was updated oh okay thanks very much oh wow we've got lots of lots of lines okay let's just close that again another look what we've got so like a local line but it's not going between oh yeah okay there is commercial over here as well we're going to remove most of that I've got to be honest I think we're just going to remove all of that right now yeah all of that is gone all of that is gone - enough - why about that we're going to concentrate on here and I even think that can go what the heck is going on here that can go yeah thank you and that can go yeah so we want people to move in here concentrate on this area let's take that out and hopefully everything else is turned off everywhere apps that's the plan let's just pause and unpause a minute and just see how things go and we've got plenty of spaces people to move in so anything that says we don't have electricity should just basically be leaving anyway yeah they're leaving they're leaving parks are turned off and what is that symmetry that's just turned that off Oh actually we say that but what is our death care like over here okay the God what cemetery ARF that one's filled out that was not filled up that was nearly filled up we're gonna turn that one off and turn this one on then complain it's fine our parks are turned off and then we got loads and loads of people complaining in the industries that there's not enough industry what have we got here I've got power docks Plaza has our money oh not going to bad so anything else we can just sort of turn down that's costing us ninety or bus routes how much is that customers eight hundred and fifty at the minute I'm gonna say no deletes yeah we're gonna delete all of these we need to save as much money as possible and they weren't doing much let's be honest and we're still trying to get like the basic amount of people moving in yeah that's what we're aiming for light electricity let's just take a glance at this plenty of electricity available we've already dropped all of that down so that's fine we have loans available tax rates what okay let's actually make the tax rates something that we can actually earn some money on there we go this man I mean low tax rates is good but we want to actually make some money let's do that and have a quick sip of tea while the game catches up so electricity in this area these guys are struggling but we've got nothing down here anyway what news fire stations turned off they're gonna be leaving that's turned off that's turned off that's all turned off so let's not worry about any of this this side and we've removed all of the stuff from there good so we know everybody can get electricity and what are we getting that for more we have an oil power plant and we have like a wind turbine but that's turned off powers coming from that incinerator okay that's fine um it's not so yeah universities offer anyway all right that's good that's why I met all of that these were whining about water but then we've got nobody there anyway so actually we have more water than we need and what about our sewage where's that going let's just look at it's here this is our sewage isn't it beg your pardon I'm looking at that thinking that's our water coming in that's all there we go here's our water coming in and all right so we've got enough now the funny thing is is we've got to get to enough people without building any more of these so we've got to be really careful water drain pipe I'm pretty sure now water drain pipe and as that it just water drain pipe yeah I'm just looking at the water so we can use we've got to basically unlock these does that count there's an eco water outlet does that count as a water drain pipe I don't know but that should be fine and we're getting people moving in we're losing less money so that is good and as more people move in we will lose even lesser money uh-huh my math at my maths my grasp of the English language is amazing so what I'm just thinking of doing I mean there's people moving in up here I was going to sort of counsel these but I think they're okay let's look at the land value nice along here a little bit maybe because you've got the medical clinic and stuff there I don't think I want to touch that too much let's just speed the game up a little bit and I think as more people move in we're gonna start seeing our money increase which is fantastic and as long as we keep on top of all of our needs we should be okay microbats our hits on our salmon aren't mine lots have disappeared my mod that changes the day/night cycle and stuff has gone let me just fix that here we go back to seeing what's going on okay right so the traffic you can see lots of people wanting to move in we've got this little road that just leaves here we've got this is our main way in I might sort of just change that to what is it one way roundabout already know just to sort of keep things flowing what have you got six lane road both ways yeah and let's change that I'd be this one here one way and we're gonna put some nice grass verge on it no I'm gonna say it's going this way okay we're gonna keep an eye on that like that yeah that's fine keep things going yeah that's all I've got this mod but other ones have disappeared I don't know what's happened there oh and I think we need to change that bit there as well to go like that that's it they'll come in they'll go that way yeah and they can't whiz round excellent they'll just keep things moving nicely there where they come in lots of our industry of left which is fine because we didn't have a huge need it for loads of Industry and then they're coming in here as well terrible Junction but hopefully not too bad and then can they come up this way they can look they can cross over the highway here all right not the way I would build it but we're trying to deal with the previous mayor who was a bit of a mayor yes how about we add a nice little Park in here that's gonna help us make a bit of money so let's take a look let us should we just sort of take this section here before more people move in like this and maybe that and turn this into a park what's that there the birch residence is a nice-looking house I like the look of that yeah let's turn this little center section into a park and we want to take this paint Park area let's go a bit small that there we go extra diving up the roads there we go feel all of this in excellent excellent excellent yeah that's good Sunnyside gardens now we won't go as far as that we'll just do it here and Anne let's see let us grab a city park main gate that is gonna be right here and then we're gonna have a congratulations gonna have some side gates along here so hopefully people will walk through and happily I mean we've got this load that goes through we might just remove that and then they're gonna walk all the way down to here that's what's gonna happen we're gonna grab this one here shall we remove that load cuz then what we could do is make this like a one-way thing going round as well yes we're going to do that let's grab our one-way with trees and we're going to go the same way this way which is not the way I normally go so it's gonna confuse me for like the whole of the game okay can you go the way that I want you to go first time gone thank you thank you thank you thank you yeah that's fine thank you there we go we've got that as a nice one-way route all the way round excellent let's get back to our Park again now we're gonna have one there and one there right let's grab our par so that's going to come all the way through and these are gonna go like this there we go so people have the option of walking through the middle there and making lots of money Sunnyside gardens we are gonna put some policies we're gonna have advertising campaign that's not gonna cost us money there it is isn't it two hundred a week let's do it hopefully we'll cover the cost main park celebrates even more fun yeah we're gonna make that 20 and then we gonna stick a few things in it to attract some people nothing too expensive another Park Plaza and darn it no there there we go we'll have a cafe I sort of popped that halfway down people are upgrading that is what you want to see and have restrooms we'll put those over here and Park info booth I think I can cover the main gate that sort of seems right to me there we go and then we'll let that unlock look at that what a lovely Park and hopefully well I think we're also saving I also save quick sipping tea and we're back yeah what a lovely Park so our money we've gone from minus eleven thousand to minus three thousand I mean this isn't up for 20 minus three so it where it's covering its expenses which is which is good that is what we want to see now something look down here so I mean things like this Japanese garden I'm gonna move that and we're gonna put that somewhere we're gonna put that somewhere nice okay the toggle whiteness mod isn't on either let's just pop that in the middle here and turn it on what is it forty a week it's like next to nothing this one here I'm gonna move that up oh we're running out of water and let's just pause a second let's move that to there and we're going to turn that one on as well to please everybody right we've just gone into slow mode for the second water availability well that's okay we can up our budgets a bit for that so we can leave that on yes thank you this up to 70 and see how we go 7c yeah that's fine electricity we're doing fine good good we're growing well we're growing well plenty of water people come back in we're getting Adam and look at that we are getting a demand and we getting a positive in people positive amount of people that we need right so where shall we put so we've got lots of dirty jobs down here let us put a few shops sort of dotted around our electricity is becoming an issue I just check that we've suddenly had a load of people movie in every way that's what's going on let's put that up to 70 as well that should cover that where should we go this little area here I'm thinking maybe there so if we take this one take all of that out and put all of that so the goods can come across quite easily people can move across into here manky old tree I mean it's like next to some stuff maybe that you wouldn't want to visit but hopefully that's okay and then what I'm gonna do is I think I'm gonna put my bus route back in again we've got a bus depot let's just check that's the only one even got any others customs money no what about a tram Oh suddenly I want to just spend loads of money but let's just you let's just use the stuff that we've got bus line can construct a bus depot we've got a bus Tefo look what are these guys doing is snow plow fix ours that darn mod some mods are working we've got a bus depot and it won't let me put so I don't a paint you to build another bus depot can I turn that off and on again will that work oh well that slightly annoying isn't it all right what's the cheapest bust effort we can make thirty thousand what forty thousand sixty-five thousand and I could have repurposed those lines that we had before couldn't I could have like poured them in and out and put them in different places never mind oppression offices building is turned off what would that cost me a week eight eighty a week now that's staying off good gravy how's our roundabout do them again a little bit of traffic on the corners there so what I'm gonna do is turn the traffic lights off I'm using the modded way of doing it but you can actually do that in game anyway so I don't feel bad doing that there we go it is an option in game um yet must turn those off just some there yet there laughs any others no that's fine and then we'll see how that goes oh you I thought that was traffic but it's like you're just parked there I think you are just parked there oh that's okay then you carry on you carry on we're making money plus 600 plus yes we've done it it's Sunnyside gardens like a big help there yes look at that that Park is like a massive help for increasing all of this again and we still have a need for more for more commercial well let's pop it down here and we could even put like a little tram or something just sort of come through here go down there and come along the back just like a little tram routes as we have some spare money why not tram Metro maybe what's that gonna cost us what about a metro instead let's not mess up the traffic I want my top of whiteness mod back again please to bring people over here to work but also to all the shops so if we just go from there to in the middle here somewhere I think that even just a short one like that would be plenty if we just go like that okay we're gonna have to sort of go out a bit here let's go making this up as we go along let's go like that in fact let's put this one on we can sort of curve it along there it is along here come on now there we go excellent and just a simple route from there to there and back again look how happy all the people are that is fantastic making stock could we add a little stop in the middle whoa our parks upgraded hooray we're making money nice we could not even a stop in the middle here for our park that's right there no let's just leave it as it let's leave it as it is okay come on that be for us excellent so Evil's gonna start using that and expanding I've got this over here I feel like I want to put that in the middle of my we still need more Wow okay let's get rid of all of these there we go do we need to add like a little path here to help people get across easily to the other side I think we do let's take this one okay and just run it across here and it's going to get rid of that building but they can come out walk straight across that will sort of help with all of this I don't you know what I'm also gonna take out this down here that's gonna come on and this is all going to be commercial as well and hopefully it will start stimulating our industry a bit now we do actually have hooray we do have unlocked what am I looking for offices so we could actually go down the office routes and try that to try and keep our city clean to give our residents something nice instead of all the nastiness they've had to live in Wow we've sort of turned this around haven't we pretty well this is not relevant too bad at all and we can add a couple more things into here what have we got we've got the chessboard can we fit it in somewhere or is it gonna be just too big for our Park no oh that's a shame you might have to do a bit of jiggery-pokery to get that to fit him we've got part P well that won't work here Willie I think we've got enough in here to get up to the next level anyway so visitors attractiveness we're well covered in attractiveness so even if I do say so myself well there we go what do you reckon for a good start what else would you like to see me doing this city we've got to keep expanding I think we're going to try and keep this city as clean as possible as the poor people have been dealing with a lot of problems aren't they so you want to see what happens next it's the big hitting a big B the tea stains who subscribes what I'm trying to say I will link below to
