95 sure was a joke the atf has released an announcement that they are going to be regulating these twisted tees as assault weapons the atf has been made aware of a new class of weapon being deployed by citizens and the purpose of this notification is to advise retailers of proposed modifications to rules currently in place effective january 1. any retailers selling any version of twisted t will be required to have the purchaser complete an atf form 4473 and a knicks background check which complies with all federal local and state laws must also be complete blah blah blah now how can they do this twisted t is clearly not a firearm you forget the other letters in their name notably the a standing for alcohol alcohol tobacco firearms so technically they do have jurisdiction here so yeah the
