can we we're getting down like 14 minute ramparts runs at one point i mean i don't know like everybody that i talk to everybody that i hear everybody says blood furnace like i think we do a couple more ramp parts and then let's go try blood furnace and just see what happens i think that's a smart idea i mean i've already yeah like it's fine i mean like i just think doing like a cycle of like because also a lot of these mobs are like low uh uh they're like little armor so like especially for our group we're actually popping off here and there's like uh some invisible bad boys in this area too is t3 not this uh the thing is like t3 for me is not this actually like it's unironically not this the reason why it's not this i got your clovers it's okay all right the reason why it's not this is because it doesn't have as good of stats uh that's the reason but the thing is like warriors like blizzard thought that warriors were like it was a it was a dps class in in aq like that's what was so nice well here's here's what happened is they they basically found out how they thought it was a dps class too well no no they found out how people were playing their characters in in like whatever way so whenever they they did the gear originally all of tier two and all of tier one had like way different stats yeah yeah especially for hybrids like the gear literally made no sense yeah you have you had like block value on lawbringer leggings and you have a healing piece you have a red piece the judgment gear was like red gear with chance on crit to do holy damage extra holy damage it was actually insane it was really cool but uh what they realized is there's like um like emerging of that's why a lot of people gamepl really want their tier sets or like they only want like a couple pieces out of it because they like fit in really well yeah that's kind of the way that i feel too is like uh for uh for the back i would but can i cleave off of an amp it it's kind of like on us is it that one that that one has no way there's not much dude there's no there's like a thousand it's a cast really fascinating one g one the amp amp versus that yeah i mean yeah you can just you can just one be one of them but there's somebody has to kill it because i just want to see how much damage it does i'm curious on the on the beta that like like 1k damage of fireball and it was just like i remember that hallway being really bad getting down to him uh no no always annoying because they're they're high health or sorry they're low healthy we're gonna pull two packs here okay good and then i'm gonna bring around the corner because it's casters okay actually you know what maybe we shouldn't pull these two packs because these guys uh they they summon and so they'll stand in place and summon which could be a negative we actually know we can just kill these guys at them for some reason i thought we could we could like we're going to aggro the other enforcers yeah i'm trying to remember how we did it on beta because like we like i practiced like all these polls a ton well we did this all the time in beto like i remember we sat and [ __ ] discord and just did this [ __ ] for forever because of like what they did so it's like what's even the point of uh of doing that like like you get nothing out of it well the point is to uh know what you're signing before you sign it that's definitely true that is 100 percent true is it a contract tim and eric's production company now well i'm just glad he's got something going on man no it's definitely true like you should know probably focus on doing this as many times as we can not as many times as we can just a few times really 1300 experience to kill yeah but it's it's rested okay so just keep that in mind yeah it's rested experience i'm getting 737. 737 okay yeah it's i mean it's about twice as much right makes sense don't sharpen a weapon you have wind if you're in a group it's crazy like so many people don't understand this so um the way it works is um you want to sharpen your offhanded weapon so you use your weapon in your off hand and that's what you sharpen instead of using your your main hand weapon to sharpening so that's kind of how uh that that's how you're supposed to do it yeah but maybe the guy that told you that in chat uses a two-handed weapon he doesn't know oh true yeah so basically win fury applies to your main handed weapon not your off hand so you apply a sharpening stone to your offhand weapon and that way you don't have to worry about uh like that's like maximizing right is you want to do that to like completely maximize your [ __ ] and that's at least like what i do and uh it works very well um also like the uh is the element of sharpening stone just like the best in the game because i feel like 28 crit rating is still a lot like i don't know if it's gonna be better than it just you know you're off hand doing slightly more damage but i don't know i guess we'll find out rugs are poisoned too if only have off hands in the group yeah exactly so you wanna still you wanna still apply a weapon buff to your off hand but not your main hand that's the difference that a lot of people don't really understand so i feel like this is a pretty good pace yeah this seems decent to me i don't know if it's better than slave pens or not but i've seen a lot of people leveling in mana tombs and i kind of wanted to try it out to see if it was any better or worse okay first boss i think this boss does something that's actually kind of annoying but i don't remember what it is characters it sounds stupid but that's basically what it is in retail wow but in uh in vanilla and burning crusade the armor of the different mobs that you're fighting actually mattered a lot it's really kind of weird yeah retails ass i don't think it's ass it's just got a lot of um i think retail doesn't really uh it's like been over designed you know what i mean like they've spent so much time trying to like reinvent everything inside of retail that it's really hard for retail to have like its own identity because there's just so many like little weird things that have to do with it group quests are soloable so it does make it a lot easier but i don't know i'm pretty i'm pretty sure a lot of people are going to end up making the boost like blizzard probably made so much money on that boost as i said it's going to happen in wrath like it's 100 gonna happen in wrath i'd be amazed if it didn't especially with like kind of them looking at people wanting to play the expansion meaning that like they don't want to play anything that's not part of the expansion so like i'm uh i don't know like it's just as i said blizzard blizzard is not what it used to be let's just say that blizzard is not what it used to be there's nothing else about that music please you gotta listen to the music for the game sure let me turn it on i don't even know if this game if this area oh okay think expansions require a level grind i mean do they require i think require is a big word right i mean i don't think they require a level grind but it's like not having level grind inside of an expansion would be pretty weird i couldn't really imagine that so like if it didn't have a level grind yeah that would be really weird for me to think but yeah now that i think about it like why is it that it even does need a level grind there's no real reason it's just like something that we kind of just have come to expect from leveling and from uh from mmos mainly i don't know mcconnell do you because i i'm not i don't really care about like having fun in my video game that i'm playing for fun i just care about getting to 70 the fastest or as fast as possible and then min maxing the [ __ ] out of my character so that i can play as fast as possible and as little as possible well the goal to have fun in video games is to play the game as little as possible and that way you can have the least amount of fun but the fun you do have is the best that's how it works guys i've been seeing so many people like i feel like with tbc especially because like the game came out so uh so recently and like all the raid contents already getting cleared you're seeing so many people now talking about how they um what do you call it how they're like upset that people are clearing the content too fast it's like i think it's more than uh than in vanilla wow cause i'm pretty sure like in vanilla wow people like thought the raids were gonna be easy but there were a lot of people who actually thought the burning crusade raids were going to be harder than the vanilla ones and they weren't expecting people to clear them in like full gear but i think that the reason for that like the reason why people are clearing the raids so fast is because they have like nax gear like i wonder if they'd be able to do it in full greens like if they started like fresh characters with like outland leveling gear i bet it probably wouldn't be possible but um i could be wrong about that too i don't know what do you guys think tbc private populations are uh yeah it's just like i don't really know about private servers i never really watched or like paid attention to private servers at all i don't give a [ __ ] about private servers to be honest with you i never really have i never really will it was hard back then because nobody knew anything well i think that was the main thing right but yeah i just thought that people like there's a lot of people with like i guess you could say like rose 10 and goggles that now it's going to be like really hard i feel like even if they released the wrath of the witch king private server people would probably clear yog0 in like two weeks i don't know what do you think you don't have to expect the con like i didn't expect the the [ __ ] to be super [ __ ] ridiculously hard it's gonna take weeks but i thought it'd take longer than a [ __ ] day and a half man i mean that's not this is that really not disappointing to anybody else that we were really excited for tbc and then the first the whole first phase got cleared in a day and a half i mean i know these guys are really good at the game that's really impressive and i'm glad i'm happy for him yeah but it does kind of put a damper on at least for me things you know for me like i as i said i expected it to happen especially with like the knacks gear i even said that on day one that i was expecting to wake up and watch the macdarodon kills the reason why i expected that is because like as i said it's been theory crafted to [ __ ] like everybody knows everything about the game it's like basically i guess like this is kind of a weird example but like the first day the dark souls came out people didn't do like a soul level one run but after people got better at the game over time there were like more of these different challenges that they added into the game in order to make it harder because players just got so much better it's like the same with like deathless runs and things like that okay i just i just turned that [ __ ] in i said [ __ ] it okay might as well i just want to get this guy had gm of olympus nine and what ended up happening is i finally found out what oh i finally got a hand because i got a message like all the time because we had i guess okay let me go all the way back to the original classic wow because i have to tell the whole story so people understand it and they can kind of appreciate um um oh nice i did it all right all right uh let's let's go up here uh yeah we gotta go up here so anyway uh the story i i don't know what i was doing i just had to think about something to do something there i i don't know anyway so uh yeah basically people would message me all the time in classic wow because we made a guild called olympus it was actually mcconnell's idea for the name of the guild and he likes to say this a lot it was actually like unironically mcconnell's idea for the name olympus and i saved the guild okay um so anyway uh let's not get ahead of ourselves here or get too serious but yeah okay um so it was mcconnell's idea for the guild and um we make the guild first day of classic wow immediately the guild fills up olympus one fills up in like like three minutes like two minutes and we invite everybody that we know and then people already want to start making an olympus 2. so i'm like all right [ __ ] it let's just make the olympus 2 right now because there's a lot of people that want to do it and i even went in there and i'll tell you guys this is a little bit of meta gaming a little bit of behind the scenes i you guys might not believe this i did not keep gm on the olympus guilds intentionally because i thought it would make more interesting content down the line because i knew people would be [ __ ] stupid i knew this drama would happen and i plan to use it for stream content and i planned this on were there were i think 15 or so olympus guilds there were a lot of olympus guilds and finally we get the emperor we get the news that olympus nine has fallen somebody has gained control of olympus nine and they are all uh there's like the leader of the the new guild olympus 9 is staging a revolution and he's doing whatever he can to take over the guild and make it for himself and also he changed the color of the tabard because the color of the tabard was blue and then everybody started turning their tabard's red in like revolt against me and he was the person who actually began this is he uh yeah let's go um is he began like he's like we're not going to have the tabard discolor we're going to change the color of the tavern and i might don't change the color of the tavern every guild is the same every guild wants to have the exact same tavern well he didn't want to listen to this he did whatever he wanted because he was jigsaw so we finally met him outside of stormland and we got him in a discord and he said he was going to give a speech and this speech i assumed was going to be that he was going to give back the guild and you know it's going to be like over right because like nobody because i was going to duel him for the guild he was like level 20 priest like his level 20 character somehow stole the guild for me and we get outside the the gates of stormwind and he says that um i want to make sure i get this right he says we're going to build a wall and we're going to keep the horde out of it and we were outside of stormwind and he says look behind me it's already being made and i looked up and it was it was the stormwind wall but he's like and like he was basically doing all this [ __ ] and finally we tried to get him to to give back the guild or do something but we we just couldn't do it like some of these guys with the olympus guilds we could not we could not break them like usually i can i can like convince somebody out of something but with these guys they were just impossible to reason with it was like talking to a wall show it on youtube i'd have to but like it is on youtube somewhere i don't know what channel it's on because that was before i had like my official highlights channel i think so like it didn't have like as many uh what do you call it as many people watching it then some olympic guilds were wild men yeah and then so like some olympus guilds they all took like their own form and shape like there was one olympus guild that um that the guild message of the day was the n word and it was like that for like weeks and i tried to get him to change it or like try to get somebody to talk to but nobody would report it in the guild yet like literally nobody would like they were all fine with it and so we just had this killed and like people would like sometimes randomly get invited and they would complain about it and then they would kick them out of the guild and i'm like oh my god you know this is gonna make me look like an [ __ ] and so finally i just i'm like i'm like this is not my fault i'm just not gonna [ __ ] think about this and it just worked itself out i mean as far as i know it could be that that that could be their message of the day today that's it it was the same thing brand risk yeah olympus four branches i believe it was olympus four because olympus four was the first one that really started to revolt against me like initially i think i'm dead um olympus 4 was the first guild that really tried to revolt against me and try to like uh try to overthrow me because they came out with like a big thing they had a mutiny yeah because it was a really really poor guild and olympus four was like that was the guild that like everybody that was a [ __ ] uh everyone's a [ __ ] went to that guild and uh basically what he ended up doing what they ended up doing is they um they had like a big a protest and they were spamming and general chat no taxation without tabardization because i wouldn't pay for their tabard and finally they got me to pay for their tabard because it was so much [ __ ] money and i'm like i don't want to deal with paying for some other guy's tabitha just kite these guys back if you have to yeah just kite them back just run away stun them do whatever you need to do please don't wipe on here please don't wipe please do not wipe just kite them back they're so a long time i actually have no idea how it works literally no clue so what we could do is i don't know like i feel like a lot of guilds a lot of people wouldn't want to leave their guilds it's like olympus is kind of a uh and also like the problem was like olympus became like a meme guild it's like if you were in one of the olympus guilds you were probably a [ __ ] right and that definitely happened too and i think that after all that people just like didn't want to be part of olympus anymore because of how much of a meme it was which like totally was not true like olympus listen olympus was a very good guild full of respectable individuals that had very high skill at the video game let's be uh it was such a good guild but there are a lot of people who just refused to see that that they couldn't see the light they couldn't see the truth wait did you finish telling the jigsaw story or no that was pretty much it i mean he held on to the guild like what else happened after that oh i don't know i was gonna suggest you tell them the grenade story oh god grenades even i got involved in that one okay all grenades justice for grenades oh there you come here all right i'll tell this story many years ago we were doing molten core and we had a rogue and we had had a conversation with all the rogues and we had said if you are a rogue you have to tell people whether you want to go for daggers or whether you want to go for swords all of the rogues said what they were going to go for all of the rogues except grenades grenades did not say what he wanted to go for and grenades decided that he was just gonna go for whichever one he wanted to get first whichever item that he got first while other people like locked themselves down ahead of time this guy was going to just say you know what [ __ ] it i'm going to roll on everything it doesn't matter if it's a sword if it's a dagger i'm going to roll on everything a true man after my own heart unfortunately people caught on to this nonsense and we did molten core and we killed ragnaros and guess what dropped perditions blade the best dagger in phase one classic world of warcraft the roll goes out and i used to roll off all the gear we rolled off all the gear the only gear that was reserved was literally i think i reserved the eye of sulfurous congratulations flanges the i have sulfuras from mcconnell and i reserved something else for uh uh what do you call it for myself like thunder fear everything else was on was was rolled off anyway so this happened and um oh wait we didn't pull the boss did we oh never mind okay i was worried for a second so the the dagger drops and we do a roll for the dagger and guess who [ __ ] wins grenades wins the dagger and i'm about to give it to grenades until people in my guild tell me they're like we don't want grenades to get the dagger because grenades is just rolling on everything and he's not good basically they said that grenade sucked and they didn't want to just have the dagger randomly given out to people so my guild mates were like mad at me because i was going to give away the dagger so i said wait a second guys let's pause let's wait here and so we get into a voice chat conversation and we're talking about this and we decide that we are not going to give the dagger to grenades even though he won the role which was in my opinion the correct decision there is no turning back now unfortunately though the problem with that is that it was not the correct decision in the eyes of the chat yeah that's right we were not going to give it to him he was an underperformer he was intentionally not rolling and the reason why right the reason why they didn't want me to give it to him was because he was rolling basically on everything that he could just to get the first item possible and people saw this was happening and they were pissed off about it because they're like well this guy's just he's not even taking this seriously right so that's basically what happened and um anyway i was talking oh yeah this is like a second boss that spawns i remember this [ __ ] i haven't seen this in years okay um let's kill this guy real quick ring of the x sharks that's actually pretty good so we did not give him the item and then everybody started getting really mad at me justice for grenades spamming asmond honored the role as mon equals ninja asman biggest ninja looter of uh he had swords yeah he had sword spec gloves as well exactly um he uh okay let me see here all right yeah and i don't think i really do want that ring mcconnell no keep going okay yeah yeah so grenades and and i had to [ __ ] deal with this asmond equals ninja asmon is a piece of [ __ ] asmond stole the azmon stole the dagger from grenades because he wants it for himself even though i gave it to somebody else i forgot even who i gave it to at this point and um everybody was furious like i went as soon as i ended the stream i looked at reddit reddit was blowing up there was like eight different hate threads about me for alluding this dagger to the other person in the guild and not the person that they thought that i should have alluded it to and anyway peach peach that's yes peach pit and this guy was like really really like he was one of the guys that would get all the world buffs for the raid like he was very serious about playing and to be fair he was very good at the game he was much better than than grenades was to be honest yeah so basically he didn't roll on the dagger rogue gloves but he did roll on the dagger whenever it dropped which meant that in my in our eyes that he had no intention of actually playing daggers he was just rolling on whatever would drop and we knew this was going to happen we could tell this was happening and so we were like well [ __ ] this we don't want this guy in the guild and uh not in the gale but we don't want him in the uh get him the item so we decided that we were not going to give him the item chat was furious they were so angry they were like they were yelling at me they were just maulding they were just so [ __ ] pissed off etc it was so bad [Music] you
