chicken rub and making sure they fry their chicken to perfection now let me introduce the contestants cuz today I'm telling you we have sort of major chefs now that thing where you go to the bathroom me introduce all the degrees we have before ball and get started okay we have so all-purpose flour some paprika some garlic powder some cayenne pepper the chili powder some ground cumin cumin ground thyme and some cornstarch cannot forget your salt your pepper your oregano and obviously guys your buttermilk fried chicken is the best with buttermilk all right buttermilk watching undeniable hey I guys want to make sure that it's evenly distributed so you don't get clumps of cumin or clumps of like paprika on your mix and needs to be perfectly distributed so take your time when you do this and
