Vintage Bulldozer forgotten for a decade.. Will it start??

so that's a Bristol 25 I believe about 1.7 ton it's got a little blade on up there petrol motor I think they're an Austin a 70 motor so we're gonna try and get it move all this drunk out of the way first all right we've cleared a bit of room now so a little bit of working space I see there's some kind of oil leak there I assume that's hydraulic oil cause if I'm Taylor sitting under the hydro pump so we're top that up the radiator I think it's like the radiator is pretty dry so I'll put some water on there right [Music] she's got a oil pretty dirty but I think it'll be right for just getting it on the trailer it's been sitting here for 10 or 12 years so we're gonna drain all fuel that that's in the tank did they know as much in there anyway it would look like few litres of ice no I can't not big fuel tank is it okay yep so coming up it's definitely cleaner yeah put a little fuel pump so we're gonna put some more clean up you see what's coming out of sort of yellow we want to get rid of that deal with the best chance possible lovely soap with rust and water and old petrol upstairs some of the old tons of funny noise a metric and imperial yeah but it's good thing because it's got a hold on yeah so much set them I love it nice and oily still I suppose it looks a good so on not rusty so a good a mixture of 2-stroke oil and fuel you're going to put down the plug holes and that'll get around the Rings and move everything up so sweep down around the rings and like everything a bit easier [Music] none of us know pretty fact it's been in the shear dance probably saved so if we're flushed about three liters through the fuel tank and it was coming out clear at the end it's just a bit of sediment in the bottom of that so I'll put the fuel separator back on and good stuff in there also claim that sales good coming through [Music] thank you but not all of it on me add rockwool petrol oil stop throwing them crank it over alright put a battery in there and see what yes okay so we don't know whether it's negative or positive Earth's we're gonna have to look for some clues this one is going straight to the chassis some of the old ones currently were positive earth but if that one's got a blue wire on that can mean it's negative but it's hard to know really so I have to look for some clues press that wire back and see if there's any red tape on them it's a bit of red one they're going to the general right huh okay so we've got a blue read on the earth there that's likely it's negative earth because I've nip I don't know much about these things we're sort of trying to work it out as we go along the fact that there's a blue wire there on the earth guessing that's probably negative earth all right yeah that was a yeah today I'm down made of just went up up all right so with negative both okay it up alright we'll cut that up we're getting fuel into the carburetor so we'll just under this drain bolt see what comes out here nice and yellow that's probably a pond flush that out 80% customer drink flush work through now to let yellow shirt out there [Music] that looks better [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] nice one [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh well that was the long day six hours driving in the end good result though came home with a bulldozer that's running pretty sweet not a bad deal for five hundred dollars you wait it's getting late so better go thanks for watching catch you guys later
