Using GIANT LIVE BAIT for Spillway MONSTERS!!! (Nonstop BIG Fish!)

oh this is a nice fish guys what's going on everybody Nick from six one eight fishing here and welcome back to another fishing adventure in today's episode I am heading to a spillway in search of some monster fish this silence is the dark hurricane inside Vernon or [Music] [Music] I made it to the spillway and the water is about three feet lower than what it was last time I was here and I don't know if you guys remember but last time I was here I caught the biggest catfish that I've ever landed which to me was very big but those fish get over a hundred pounds so if he was in here there could be some absolute Giants and to catch one I'm going to be using a very special bait that some of you guys actually suggested to catch that special bait I will be using night crawlers [Music] while I wait for something to pick up the bait on these two rods I'm gonna rig up one of my cat fishing rods with some larger pieces of cut-up bluegill [Music] there we go guys push on all right this is a not exactly what I was after today little channel catfish see you later buddy oh here we go guys fish on oh I think it's a both in there we go see you later buddy here we go guys this is what I was after a lot of you guys suggested using bull heads for a flathead bait so that is what I'm gonna be doing today this is pretty crazy for freshwater fishing but here we go there John was another both in there we go sounds a little bit bigger just over four pounds 4.18 see you later buddy so far it's been a pretty awesome day of fishing I've only been out here for less than an hour and I've caught two nice bowfin but I'm still after that big bite on my live bait both of those both in I caught using cut up pieces of bluegill that I recently caught on some previous fishing adventures [Music] oh is the nice one [Applause] [Applause] there we go [Music] see you later buddy all right guys it's been a while since I casted out this big catfish rod so I think I'm gonna check my bait [Music] Mountain still there alright let's get it back out there [Music] I might actually try using this guy for flathead bait as well I've got this freshwater drum rigged up here we go holy cow you guys think something has it guys here we go oh dang something was definitely messing with it darn oh yeah what is this you guys still like a nice one oh yeah this is a nice fish guys oh he's got a crankbait wrapped around him there we go awesome Oh had a little square bell wrapped around him that's wild just over five pounds biggest one of the day see you later buddy that guy was tangle up in a ton of wine it's probably about 30 feet align here alright guys looks like we got some fresh-baked another bullhead all right guys it's been a while since I checked this bait I'm gonna go ahead and see if I still have that fresh marjoram on here nope came off all right I need to catch [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right fish on I'm not sure what it is yet oh it's nothing both oh man this one's actually pretty good pretty good stuff [Music] [Applause] [Music] dang these fish bite so hard there we go there's another really nice one 6.34 biggest one of the day see you later buddy that's the first one that didn't splash me on its way out today is turning out to be an awesome day for both in fishing but I'm still after that monster catfish I have one bait still out there I need to catch another catfish small catfish to put on this rod so I have two two rods out there but not giving up hope yet I think there are some monsters out there [Music] [Music] another nice one please stay on it [Music] here we go not the biggest of the day but this guy sure did put a bite Oh see you later buddy holy cow that's a nice one was a big one guys oh it's a really nice one [Music] there we go whoo oh my gosh right over six pounds awesome see you later buddy [Music] oh yeah it's guys a fighter today has definitely been the day of the bowfin see you later buddy [Music] [Music] [Music] well that's a nicer one [Music] [Applause] [Music] Oh see you later buddy well guys I think I'm gonna go ahead and call it [Music] unfortunately no fish on the giant live bait I did not catch that monster catfish today but having said that today was by far one of the best days of fishing I've had so far this year I caught the most Bothan I've ever caught in a single day and all of them were a really decent size so needless to say I had a lot of fun today I hope you guys have enjoyed watching I will catch on [Music]
