Trail Maintenance Turns Into a Recovery

yes [Applause] i believe this is what you call manual steering yeah [Music] yep so here's our situation this ram not working so good we're using the winch to kind of maintain a little bit of directional stability dodge finally stalled out up on the back of my truck that's of course that's where he took the picture right hey man sorry about your truck [Music] yeah where do we want uh [Music] hey jeff all right he said he's gonna let let me know what they've got when he gets there i'm wondering about dragging this one so what's that big one yeah here oh here yeah well either way i mean this one would work really good right there get it mikey that one if we if we made a little bit more yeah like you're doing and then we can we use a winch mike yeah yeah this one what we want to do we're going to drag this one oh there you go up into right here yeah and then maybe snatch block off of the winch point and get that one up here yeah there you go and so we can build a wall to go up onto the rocks no i think that's good so i'd like to use these for like filling in this hole yeah that's the rice it's the filler down here then you just put them up i know yeah wouldn't that mean yeah we're not we're not talking it's kind of like fight club right now we don't talk about it don't talk about it that's how we put all these here in the first place yeah [Applause] now we pull that one into there and then that one and then all these can and just fill that hole in we're going with small rocks where are we still gonna we gonna winch one of those triangular ones down there and i gotta run so yeah any of these that we can throw in here how about and like you said if we pack them in here it'll keep it from moving how about that guy right there over in there too possibly oh interesting day we came out to do some trail maintenance on the waterfall on gold bar rim and then we got a call for a recovery it was in this area actually very close but i broke a hydraulic ram so the customer was nice enough to bring me one out and so we got that swapped out and then came up here and here's the recovery it's right down there [Music] okay mike engage that back in please on okay controller [Music] a different view [Music] [Applause] so [Music] this is [Music] you guys grant you want a bottle of water wait so so what happened i would have i would have a ratcheting ridge right now range to make that quicker to get off but snap on wouldn't give me one so they just gave me the plain chain model unfortunate i could snap my game here [Laughter] here's the man behind the scenes tree to move that dead stump out of the way everybody watch out on the winch lines [Applause] we don't know but he said it was smoking pretty bad shut itself off laying on the side oh [Music] right
