Toyota Tacoma About To Flip Over

so we got a call for a toyota that has slid off the road up a little bit north and west of mataqua just across the nevada border we're going to head up there and see if we can get them pulled back to safety uh we've got uh the weather today right weatherman yeah it's a little hazy and smoky and a little cloudy but no wind and about 75 it's a nice day to do this we'll head out in the west desert mountains and get them out [Music] so where did you end up going where my phone directed me and it was proper to gate so the best way okay we just head up here all the way to nevada [Music] matt you're putting me to sleep are we there yet is it like driving that's putting you to sleep something about that that's why it's why i can't go to sleep you think you don't get teeth right with that that's about right well we made it i think thank you were you the one i was talking to you were talking to my partner i was right next to him okay i realized very quickly i was in a world of hurt and by the time i realized how bad it was i was just happy to get out without rolling it that kind of angle right there okay well let's load up and go [Music] yeah we're back in utah huh i don't know which way it is yeah we're in utah so the customer was saying he was coming down here looking for it looking for deer out hunting and he saw two big bucks and his eyes followed the bucks and the steering wheel followed his eyes and he drove off the edge [Music] they did not do it justice did they [Music] i think we can get up there have it drive forward hooked up to winches [Music] there's a ton of cactuses yeah i think we're just gonna put both of our jeeps right up there [Music] what [Music] i know i know i know you're right i was wrong so i'm going to permanently mount a winch to this jeep [Music] since i always do the bare minimum and i was using a winch once or twice a year until recently that is why i've never done anything about this but today we're doing it the old-fashioned way i'm a little bit sad [Music] lizard guess what you get to do what hook it up no drive it you get to drive a toyota out of here that's what we want right there gonna want me in the jeep with the brake on yes right around here [Music] okay hang on a second lizzy let's get this stabilized what was the angle it's not as steep as the excursion was whoa the light say anything okay and so here's the thing so some of you gonna ask why does lizzie not have her seatbelt on and the problem is is this at such an angle the seat belt doesn't work you can't pull him out but she's in no danger right lizzy never it's not as dangerous as riding horses definitely not okay lizzy you good yeah we're good okay okay get a little bit of gas the park brake on it probably is because i always do that okay okay rudy don't pull i'm just gonna pull it and she's gonna drive forward just a little okay lizzy come forward give him a little gas back wheel's still sliding [Music] hold on stop okay give it a little bit more gas okay why is this not driving i can tell she's putting a little pressure on it but step on the brake no okay let off okay well i'm in drive okay parking brake off okay just give it just tiny bit of gas [Music] okay let it roll [Music] my back wheels are lifting on my both of them yeah well that's a ruined soft shackle [Music] maybe not ruined yeah just hyper extended well what do you think of that it sure made it look easy well we haven't seen the price tag yet but it's a whole lot cheaper than what it would have been me going to the hospital lizzy back up come up here [Music] [Music] this hasn't convinced you to get a toyota over your ford ranger no definitely not i can't see anything it's i don't know how people drive these things and i'm sure so it doesn't help [Music] [Music] i almost went for a tumble should i show you guys that it's steeper than it looks on camera nicely done thank you whoa no this is a little too close [Music] well i can invite you back to camp and have sport drinks and water oh good i got to go i got to get to my hunt i got i kind of figured i kind of figured here is your shirt just for you [Music] there you go wonderful wonderful hey huh thank you guys thank you hey you have a good day it got a hundred percent better i mean go ahead and give us a rundown ed well we found the guy at the deer camp it was tipped pretty bad without matt he rolled it hooked on it and got it out it was pretty fun it was exciting i'd rather drive older vehicles than those new ones they're just there's so many tricky things in there because like the i took the parking brake off and it's still letting go then you have to like press on the brake it's just all so confusing but thanks for watching
