TINY Motorhome with a HUGE BATHROOM in the REAR!

hey everyone i'm matt welcome back to another video today i am super excited we are taking a look at an awesome short class c that has two slide outs that has never before been seen on the show this is a 2021 forest river sun seeker model 2440ds for double slides we are gonna take a look at the outside features first and the inside features then we're gonna give you three things we love about this motorhome and three things we dislike about it we're starting in three two one hey everyone again welcome back to another video my name is matt from mats rv reviews it's world toy channel giving you a true and unbiased review about everything when it comes to rvs and again today i'm super excited to be showing you an rv that we haven't had on the show this sun seeker but before i begin i would like to say hi to andrea hey andrea hi everybody you're back i'm back you guys thank you guys so much that came out to the hershey rv show yes you had a great time meeting everybody yes and it was so much fun yes but anyways i'm so excited because we've never done a sun seeker on this show yes so you guys are in for a real treat and where are we today we are at rv1 in orlando called orlando rv 407-409-7707 thank you to rv1 of orlando yes thank you so much for letting us record here today and thank you for having units that are plugged in with ac yes 2400 ds sun seeker the actual tip length of this motorhome is 27 feet long this is the sun seeker now this is sun seeker classic so it's uh it's a little less than their traditional sun seekers there's some features that aren't as nice as when you compare this to the bigger sun seekers but what i do like is that you have a nice molded fiberglass front bra that means this bra this front cap and so the seams aren't on the edges to seam so there it's a lot better when they do that even though this is a small motorhome they're still using the e450 chassis which is huge it does have the 7.3 liter godzilla engine i messed that up it's a 7.3 liter v8 godzilla and you haven't done that in a while horsepower and 468 pound-feet of torque and andrea you're right i haven't done that in a while because class c's are hard to find class a's are hard to find yes everything's hard to find so um so we appreciate it being here and then look at these tires andre yeah they're hand cooks dyna pros i love those they're the lt225-75r16 with your shiny rims right there coming on down the side here we do have the running boards with camera right there integrated in the left side right side and the reverse side very nice and then when you back on up we do have a very nice power awning with led lights and as you can tell the awning is fully extended already and then when you come back up you can see that forest river they do use the helwidge helper springs to make it a better riding class c motorhome you got all your power on the outside little solar right there and your water heater goes right here and then coming on down you do got a little bit of storage i do like the um inside the way they do that right here is going to be the propane tanks and andrea while jen's editing this video we're going to ask her to put all the specs right there thank you jen thanks jen and then coming on down the side here more storage and then you can see your water filtration system and everything very very nice and then this for storage yes ma'am very good storage on a small motorhome then andrea what the heck is this i have no idea matt hmm voyager i don't know i bet you that might be like a sensor maybe coming around the back look at this you have this which is very unique looking in the rear okay seven thousand five hundred pound hitch now it doesn't mean you could tow seven thousand five hundred pounds you're good with five thousand pounds any more than that you're gonna wanna check the gvwr on the seat gvwr also that is a propane quick connect right there and your backup cameras integrated in that rear tail light there and there is a ladder to get up on the roof andrea let's go up there and take a look matt hold on here we go you haven't climbed ladders in a while here we go up here on the roof you can see it's a nice one-piece uh fiberglass roof you do have one air conditioning unit 30 amp right there's your king air digital antenna and you have a max air fan on the roof as well hold on matt there we go okay last step that's not bad at all great if you haven't already make sure you guys smash that thumbs up button one of the rv sales youtubers gonna take fat ass up on the roof show you what features the roof has to offer nobody nobody i'm whispering because there's a whole bunch of customers here so i don't want to scream we don't want to freak everybody out right then finishing up andrea the other side of that storage which is awesome yes right here's your potable water fill potable potable over here we do have our sewer connection outdoor shower okay gas tank fill up that's locked these are all locked okay and that's just a little bit extra storage there right there that's gonna be under the dinette yes and then right here andre is your generator it is an onan uh 4000 generator well enjoy it the outside of the sunset looks great but the inside looks even better let's go take a look let's see if he skips here in orlando and he does and don't forget the cargo carrying capacity you know what's so great about orlando andrea yes you can come on down and your first trip can be the disney world true there's so many things to do cargo care capacity wow that's the difference of that e450 chassis 2 855 pounds that's incredible check it out guys here we go all right interesting all right i'm gonna turn and as you can see we do have the slides in all right guys check this out oh wow look even with the slide in there's a lot of room to walk through and we have a [Music] bed that folds so you cannot use that with the slide in and here is the bathroom wow in andrea you said it right you can't use it with the slide out in but if you stand there hold for a second i mean look how much space you have it is incredible i mean right just being to see all the walkway you have and then but andrea ds 2440ds slide it's incredible double the difference isn't it look at that it really really is great hey andre we're gonna start up here okay this is on the e series 4500 chassis again same engine as a 35 but you get more cargo carrying capacity you got your steering wheel right here power mirrors and everything you know all your cup holders here really really nice do you like to sit there or do you want me to switch over oh no actually you switch over okay i got you andre is in one of her fancy outfits today right there this sony is um a uh dvd player not dvd player navigation apple carplay and everything and then right here andrea look we got plenty of space let me demonstrate it for real plenty of space power mirrors and everything and again very spacious real nice cockpit area and andrea you sat down i did i wanted to okay well tell us how you feel i i feel great i i would like to drive this you know this this does not feel intimidating to me nope um it's very comfortable and it's short and spacious yeah so it's very spacious and it's actually a comfortable seat yep so you're gonna get the you're gonna get the shorter drive but the wider feel and then uh right over here andre we do have a bunk over the cap okay that's kind of a weird number maximum load 440 pounds that is very weird i like that though don't say 400 if it's 440. it's 440 make it 440. um but that's still a good number a lot better than 350. and also look there is a window over there yes and a privacy curtain yes ma'am we do have storage right over here with usb cup holders yep and that window and then there's another window over here which is nice and then this tv is the swing tv all right and it does have a ladder over there already yes ma'am very nice and then over here in the living room area andre no sofa small motor home but who needs a sofa when you have a great big spacious u-shaped dinette love love love this how do you like the balances um they're okay you know it's not good not bad they're they're kind of neutral and i i wow i like the mcd slow right shade shade and it's gray yes this makes it look good plenty of storage above okay very nice gave you a cubby over there yeah look at the hardware they're using really nice for that and yeah they have like a little skylight there oh soft closed doors nice very nice and then what's nice about this table is it's the lagoon table for us bigger folk right you put it there this also does drop down to make a bed and you got seat belts you got one two three possibly four seat belts i've only seen three no i'm seeing four and i do believe um that there was storage on the other side yep yep there was two but matt i think there's storage under here too oh man here we go now okay wow deep drawers soft clothes yes of course very nice well andre do you know what time it is it's downtown for the msrp msrp on this motorhome here is 2021. 112 933 andrea msrp msrp sale price doesn't really matter for the also look hey you get a trash can that's a 104 trash can and that's a big trash can and then look at this you got the little thingy to drop the trash in there yes okay so let me start over here i love that you have a window okay oh they gave you the shade which is great i love that and okay nice cabinets yes ma'am um we have the wireless charging for your cell phone talk about keeping up with the times yes sure got a double c all righty then and look at this one trade did you even see the counter you did i'm about to show that oh you get it you got the counter extension if you don't have enough counter space which is nice i don't know why it's not holding oh the spring isn't springing okay well it's okay it's great that it's there we got three drawers yes i love soft clothes yes very nice there we go okay we got the cabinet under here so you have a little bit of room okay and then up here we have more cabinetry okay okay oh matt yes this is interesting is this like their steam car yes exactly what it is okay all right interesting that they have the splash guard around here looks nice pretty and you got the three burner magic chef magic chef and then the graystone microwave convection oven there under here notice how there is no oven that they putting it in its place and then you got a drawer under here yes ma'am and we got a magic chef compressor fridge oh yeah it's already cold matt it is it is and then on training there's another pantry pantry over here oh my god oh wow wow for all your secret herbs and spices this is nice man i really like this that's very nice and it locks so you don't have to oh it was soft clothes too i love that i really like this this is very cute and i like how they put the door over it just looks a little more classy hey matt real quick going into the bedroom yep not my favorite neither but i do have to show this i'm sorry this is really cool yeah look wow closet wow guys look at this you never get this in a small classy like this definitely that's a very very nice feature very nice okay matt okay over here in the bedroom not a lot of action going on here in the bedroom okay um you got the bed this bed does fold up when the slide outs come in it just kind of is what it is with the bed i do like how you have the window there and then we do have two storages right there and then cup holders with cell phone holders as well you got reading lights yeah is a queen size bed yes and there's some kind of thing here i think this is the pan oh look what is that oh very cool and that's also soft clothes i see a usb back there and then over here andrea we have the tv okay slide out control nice that the tv comes with it pocket door going oh wow pocket door going into the bathroom okay so i know i saw this this is great where did i go here i am this is weird porcelain well it's tucked away in a corner porcelain man andrea i'm gonna i'm gonna give it to you this is a prime poop position even though traditionally i don't like this i don't like what's going on here which is posted it but it doesn't but i feel like it should be so but look at this you guys but this is why you hold this yeah i'll do it yeah this is crazy like look at all this space oh yeah because you don't have it in the bedroom right and the way the ball wraps around here's your wardrobe and your drawers look at that very nice you get four big drawers oh yeah and you get another hanging closet here like wardrobe that's very very nice and then there's another one down there or under here wow that's great i love that yeah pretty neat show that sink on dry yeah more it's getting hot okay so always takes me a minute to figure out how to open this look at this medicine cabinet very pretty good for all your medicines this wood very pretty yeah they did that i like the light color in here me too and they give you the oval sink okay and we got the cabinet under here yes ma'am it's good for a lot of space down there and you got two drawers yes yes and i just love this off close yes all right matt i see there's a nice step up there into the shower okay here we go now it's good it it probably wouldn't pass the tall test but it passes matt's test 24 by 36 shower i like the glass door it's small but again andre this is a smaller motorhome so it is what it is and it's very nice and as nice as it is andrea and as great as it is that's it that's the review that's our first sun seeker on the show it's exciting now before you guys leave it's now time we give you three things we love about this motorhome and three things we don't like about it andrea what do we do with first three things we dislike about it and i got one matt you do i do you go first okay so when we first walked in go forced i almost literally missed this step so be very careful it's not a deal breaker but i'm just clumsy it's just me i literally almost just missed it when i first walked in here so just be aware of the step okay that's number one dislike i got a number two okay number two dislike andrea for me i was going to say i don't like it it is what it is if you do have guests and you want privacy it's what you got to do what is nice is that the ac unit is dumped it through but i i just don't like the cheap chinsy door i agree so that's number two and then andre oh you have a number third i i gotta pick at this talk to me so i know you said something about 440 pounds here yeah um to me i think that's really strange i think you know it's they need to go with 500 at least because that is what the industry is okay and 440 is just but it's better than 350. true some manufacturers are doing 350. here's what i'm going to say i'm not going to neglect or negate or whatever the word is your dislike i will combo it though with just the tv placement we we never liked that we never will like that never have liked it agree with that and everything great so that's three things we don't like about it now andre it's time for three things we love about this motorhome i don't know where to begin do you want to go first or me um i'll go first you go first okay what i really like about this is i like how it's different yes uh we don't get to see different yes a lot well now we will oh this is fantastic i think it's great that they have these light colors and it's not the white that everybody's doing yeah it's like a different white beach yup yup for sure soft clothes i love that and i do i'm gonna combo that okay with the closet yeah so the look and all the storage in here this insane that's number one yes number two andre i got number two and three okay number two i love the dual slide outs in here um again we don't like how the bed has to flip up for the slide out but this is a small motor home this is going to give you the drive of something shorter but the space of something bigger when all the slide outs are out so that's very nice so that's number two and i got number three what's your number three no no what's yours okay i can give it a number four okay i gotta say andrea andre is like throwing her arms off this bathroom talk to me i know it seems strange with where the toilet placement is like it might be a little closed off or small but i like it i like the fact that all the stuff is in here it makes it where the bedroom's not so crowded yeah and i just like the space in here you never see bathrooms this big in a smaller classy i love it i love it too and andre i'm gonna give it a fourth like because because i want to get my final one in here the u-shaped dinette we love the u-shaped dinette the u-shape.net is big it's comfortable it's a good filler in for not having a sofa it makes a decent size bed i love the storage underneath it and i just love the way it feels well andrea
