The SMALLEST LUXURY Diesel Pusher In The WORLD! Newmar New Aire 3545

hey everyone i'm matt welcome back to another video today i am super excited we're taking a look at one of newmar's newest product to the market this is the most luxurious motorhome diesel that's in the smallest package this is a 2021 newmar new air model three five four five we are gonna take a look at the outside features first and the inside features then we're gonna give you three things we love about this motorhome and three things we dislike about it we're starting in three two one hey everyone again welcome back to another video my name is matt from matt's rv reviews it's world zoid channel giving you the true unbiased review about everything when it comes to rvs and again today i am super excited to be taking a look at this very unique sector of the market luxury but still small diesel pushers the newer but before i begin i would like to say hi to andrea hey andrea hi everybody how's it going it's good i think this is our fourth diesel pusher in a row yes so but you know what this motorhome is gorgeous yes so uh i'm loving the new the new mars you guys yep it's different so i hope you guys enjoy it yeah and what's really unique about it is gonna be the size you ready for this let's begin andrea andrea this sits on a custom freightliner chassis you ready for this has the isl 8.9 liter engine 450 horsepower and 1250 foot-pounds of torque right up here we do have a nice windshield it is equipped with comfort drive what's pretty cool about newmar is you could actually custom order this with a spark chassis and i like that i like the availabilities i personally would have gone with the uh freightliner like we did here but still that's an awesome feature comfort drive big windshield and right underneath is a cummins onan 8000 diesel generator coming down the side here andre you do have these nice mirrors right here left side and right side and your cameras are right here very nice when you back up and check out this motorhome it has a beautiful paint job it sure does you have the uh door awning right there and then look it's the gervard armless awning on top it just makes it look smooth like look at that new air can you see the ac units on the roof no exactly that's why they do it that way we're not going to put the awnings out because it's a extremely windy day but we're going to mention something about the awnings a little bit later also right here you do have a push button if you in case you forget your keys you can type it in and it will unlock the door keyless entry yes look at these tires greater than the mitchell ends 305-70 r22.5 believe me even though this is a small motor home with not a huge long wheelbase it's still gonna ride extremely well right here's where you fill up your fuel left side right side of reverse and then here look at this fancy yes this is a dometic little freezer area on a slide-out tray love that look at look at that that's so cute oh my goodness yes yes wow and then also when you notice you see that laser solution yes this is all chrome when somebody buys it wow and here's what i love one tray 1000 pounds of cargo spare tile right there for the inside look nice look at this this is two of them there's another half on the other side so this one comes out that way and that one comes out that way that's awesome matt right here we do have frameless windows okay tv on the outside samsung horse bose sound bar when it comes to newmar you know they're giving you the best they're giving you the best exactly uh what the heck's going on here maybe that's just oh there you go oh wow i love that and then look this also comes out just like that that's fabulous man i love that side door and i actually like these doors here because they're like that it's different they swing well i like the led lights on the inside everything's clean crisp and organized look at how the slide out just fits perfectly like a glove in there very nice feature more storage right there interesting matt i have to just say look at the window right there it has like a topper on it yeah it's like a little window awning and then check this out very nice batteries there we go all right cool coming around the back we have a nice molded fiberglass rear cap oh dang on it no ladder to get up on the roof oh darn it right here so check this out this is where your backup camera is very nice feature and andrea this hitch is rated for 10 000 pounds very nice finishing up with the drivers area look at this you have a side mount radiator you never get that especially on a smaller motorhome right here's where you fell up your def very nice right over here here's your wet bay macerator look at that look at how detailed and nice it is andrea that might be one of the nicest wet base we've ever seen look at that look at that how it dumps oh my gosh that is really really awesome wow and there's the exit door yep okay it has the oasis chinook hydraulic heating system 50 amp power cord look at that centralized vacuum everything's just so clean and organized it don't dry up you guys want to see the specs about this motorhome here's all the specs right here finishing up with that storage okay oh well i'm excited matt let's go well andrea hang on a second the outside of this motorhome looks great but the inside looks even better let's go take a look let's go take a look all right oh andrea it's by appointment only do you have an appointment i do oh right this way and don't forget the cargo carrying capacity oh look at the lights here on the steps fancy 3992 wow all right guys slide is in look how pretty it is in here i am walking through without a problem it's a little tight here but doable here is the bathroom with a pocket door and the bed which you can still use while boondocking very nice i'm loving the colors in here i think you guys are going to be really excited and andrea while the slideouts are coming out we have a huge huge shout out to give we want to we camping with your pets obviously you know you might want to go to the beach or to a restaurant or something and you can't bring your pets camping with you poor to the beach right to certain beaches so you what do you do you leave them inside your rv not a problem because your ac is on and the power's on well what my waggle does it is a monitoring system i'm so sorry look at that again look at that floor hang on you see this oh yeah watch this oh that is so cool that was so cool sorry about that sorry guys don't get distracted so what what my waggle is it's it's the it's a digital thermostat that you plug in okay so if it gets too hot or if it gets too cold it's gonna send you alerts or if your rv loses power it's gonna send you alerts here's the best part about it it's not doing it via the app it's doing it via cell phone and email so even if you lose power and you lose your wi-fi hotspot it will still notify you and it lets you know hey pull your swimming trunks back up it's time to go back to to see you know it gives you a text too it gives you a text yeah that's awesome hey dinner's over rv lost power we gotta go we gotta go or it's one of those things that gary ashton said whereas hey you lost power you called the campground hey check on my dog it's the best way it's a product we hope you never have to use and it's the best way to protect your furry baby absolutely you this is that please before we get in i just gotta just walk i i just gotta show this i mean there's so much attention to detail and i have to call out but yeah look at this i mean it's just gorgeous in here okay we're gonna get started right in front here oh man look oh my goodness that's cool yeah that's a nice big seat yeah i do want to point out real quick since i'm right here if you can see how big the seat is it it almost feels like it's a double or something yeah but it's not it's definitely more than a regular standard seat and andre i don't think people understand the you know what okay so here's the cockpit area again you can option this with the uh spartan chassis okay i don't think people are gonna understand you don't need a 450 horsepower in this you know in a motor home this size this is this is so many manufacturers would use a 300 horsepower or a 340 or 360 in a size like this but when people hear when people hear the msrp they're going to think what the what what the what yeah even i said what to what when i first heard the msrp but everything that you're getting that upgraded 400 side radiator this is the person who has the dutch star or the essex or the londoner or an allegro bus and they want to downsize some and get something that's a little bit more manageable with the luxury but they still want that luxury absolutely yes ma'am so look at this you have your digital dash your cup holder your auto leveling but he it has the select steer andrea what that means is this you'll you'll be able to drive this and it just handles different and then check i just got to take a look up here i mean just it's just different dash oh there's a wireless charger there yep right there for you to put your cell phone it's not charging wow hang on a second dang nam it i don't know maybe i'm doing oh maybe it's this way he just got his phone not that long ago yeah we don't know how to do all this but it's supposed to be a wireless charger there you go everything and i love this hang on this is i'm putting it up to my eyes right here guys look at this this is what i'm looking at i really love this being in the driver's seat now andrea yes i think this is motorized yeah it's motorola i love this kind of daytime shade yep it's but it's not that way throughout is it oh it might be motorized shades throughout but andrea you know this is all angled towards the driver but sometimes i need a side driver that's why look at what's going on over there but look at this look at this look look look how big this seat is the seat's huge the seat's used and it has a foot rest but andre you're missing it you're missing it look at that i know oh hit accept it it definitely goes beyond the back seat driver oh yes so you can see the map you can see the cameras you can see the navigation that is the coolest feature right there and then you have this here too which is your own little personal um workstation very nice and matt um i have a wireless charger over here as well let me show it so over here i got a wireless charger electrical outlet cup holder there we go now we're charging and yeah i mean i just love it matt does that pull down right there that shade or no okay so maybe they are electric i see the wire yeah they're all black and then you got cabinetry above because you don't have a bunk also you guys there is a step that goes over a step cover there it is very pretty look at that i am fast yes look how fast that that might be the fastest [Music] that's all that's cool all right up here we got some cabinetry very nice a little bit up here with the shelf you got your panels very nice yeah i mean just oh their detail is very very nice yep okay [Music] engine off okay over here in the living room area this doesn't have the four sofas it doesn't have all that right here is your two-seater sofa i actually want to turn those lights on over there for everybody do you see them yeah i was trying to get those lights on excuse me accent lights oh you guys look there's lights in the slide oh there they are very nice there you go and there is a lot of lights in here everyone check this out yep there you go you got two rows of lights on each side so it really brightens it up in here yeah so check check out what's going on here we have nice cabinetry okay very nice and a third it's got that distressed look look at this now this feels like uh wood not wood but something like that and yeah yeah i mean it's just really different yeah i like it you have two very big very comfortable seats right here oh man oh and then you got this slides back and forth and you have a lot of storage back there power recliners i'm in the new new air there's a new age of man's rv reviews and it starts with the new air and look i love this very very just different you know covering up the ac unit so it just looks better and then we would be sitting directly across from where the tv goes so first i'm going to imagine okay and look at the usb right there too oh that's not usb sorry guys it looked like it for a minute i'm gonna show this with the cabinets up here matt and then you got that one's for show and then you've got another cabinet over here and then you got a bose sound system yes and then we got a variator very nice dinette why are you pointing over there because is the tv come open from out here i don't know win it it must matt because it must it makes sense well hang on a second first let's show this dinette again porcelain tile floors how it raised up and then dropped down beautiful dinette i like all the windows right there the windows are fantastic and we did mention that they do have shades yes and they are motorized just really beautiful nice i like the light color just that i don't think that does that yeah i don't think it does either okay did you open this yes i already showed those okay and you didn't see the switch the pattern of this is really pretty yeah you didn't see a switch i did not i'm gonna check over here accent light ceiling lights lighting you gotta go to home lighting shade there's the shades let's check the shades out um did you see the shade oh oh look at this oh my gosh yes they're all closing in on us andrea isn't that cool that is so cool okay hang on and then tv systems tv lift up and down oh snap you press it yep it's like pandora's box i feel like i'm in one of those escape rooms and you got to push a button for something to happen and then look at that wow i really think these shades are really pretty i like that and you can of course change it to just the daytime shade or the nighttime shade yeah so cool and then look at this is it going to be a samsung or an lg samsung samsung yeah only the nicest very nice feature and then look at this andre what do you call this china cabinets yeah very nice the glass shelving soft closed doors very cool very elegant look at this i think that's part of the pantry oh i'm sorry that's okay but you're right there and look how i like the lights in there oh i like that even better i like that so look this isn't coming out but you got to like push in push in okay to lock it well that's that's pretty crafty right hold on i want to pull the shades back up because i want to be able to look at this window okay so where were we not lighting we were on shades and what did you process them all just touch them all press them all there we go okay so let's start over here everybody look at this oh we've got another shade over the fan to hide that yep yep all right adjustable shelf and look how deep that goes back and interesting that it's got like a kind of velvet or carpety kind of feel to it yep noise dampening for sure okay so we have beautiful solar surface countertop little sink nice sink i mean it's not really it's not a little one but it's definitely not a big one it's not but it's still a residential style sink and we have a extension here and look at this they didn't back splash it all around but it looks good in here look it does yes we got a that must be for show i'm not even messing with that oh that's a 104 trash can it gets more than that all right sponges here more storage look at that it goes all the way down grab that other countertop right there oh yeah this is the other cover for the sink so we will put that on yes looks great it does but they are very heavy we have another cabinet up here like that now guys i did point out above the lights or the slide right the lights yep and we got three drawers here even their knobs are cute soft clothes of course i wouldn't expect it any less you know right beautiful we got a whirlpool convection microwave very nice and we have the induction top two burners i think yes two burner induction cooktop and look at this backsplash wow okay i love the window there and then under here we got another nice big drawer wow and a fisher paquel dishwasher a dishwasher wow very nice okay now we got the residential samsung refrigerator wow yes ma'am and look at the freezer that is huge love it and yeah i think we showed the pantry already yep yep for sure you got to do this bathroom justice and you have to turn all the lights on before i show it listen listen here i will not do any justice to nothing what you put out to the world is what you'll get back on matt's rv reviews and with that said in such a small motor home this shower is fan freaking fast all right well let's turn all the lights on because this this is my type of bathroom vanity lights too there you go okay matt first oh my goodness oh hold on hold on let me just show this tile in here okay so you can see the flooring i love that look at the tile all the way around it okay well one look at the um the drain yes very modern nice handle big space place for shampoo body wash conditioner saving space because it's so small very nice shower head this place is for the air too as well this this is a phenomenal shower matt you got to scoot over so we can show this seat here put that down nice look at that i love it i love it i love it too and look at the top of it like look at the detail around the shower you guys very nice and then you got the fan up there we have a window now look at this that's the type of marriage we have at our house yes and i don't know if it's a medicine cabinet yes it is okay very nice wow and look at the backsplash again wow beautiful and different it's beautiful and different it's not the same it is smaller and it's different colors it's bronzer yeah it's it's bronzer but it's nice look i mean i i don't know i'm going to have a hard time i think with dislikes and then there is that famous exit door we we have just found out about that's really cool look at that yep very neat and again only for emergencies only for emergencies but that is a neat feature oh that scared me that was the toilet flushing i i press the flush porcelain of course andrea i was not expecting this because again the length but this is a prime pooping position i i i wouldn't have expected any less no here's something that i don't think people don't understand we didn't go through this first right so i'm giddy in like yeah just like it's so exciting i'm just like things that are just where they need to be yeah i'm just like yep yeah yeah yeah it's just like things that i would do you know and it's just like it just you know what it is it feels good it does and i'm going to tell you something i'm going to be honest with you there is a newmar brand that i was not picking up there was two of them that i was not picking up what they were putting down but the last two new mars have been like no the last three new mars have been really really exciting i agree i agree i'm getting excited pocket door here yes and then check out the entryway into the master and again i forgot to point out but look at the crown molding around here yeah so here we go into the master bedroom yeah look at this i don't think we have all the lights on i just i look at the slide i mean the slide design is just wow yeah look at that so yeah there's the storage up here very nice tv in a good position and then you do have a nice window and here's something else that i like i like how they didn't bring this out and made it all right you know it just gives it some you get six drawers there yeah you know it's giving it like layers soft clothes in here too i mean it just looks good like that and then the cabinet is immaculate nice there oh wow we got a king-sized bed yeah and okay we have storage under here yep yep and then andrea look at those windows wow oh my goodness oh cool crazy it's pretty neat huh yeah and you got lights under there too you got cabinets up here yeah reading lights and i see that there's a panel under there mat as well hold on matt i just want to show the night stands here and the cabinets under here which is also on the other side and look at the door hold on hold on look at this pocket door yeah look how pretty that is did you know that it's awesome that frosted look okay so over here in the wardrobe you have two extra chairs for your dining area i love how it's lit and i like how it just oh my goodness look at this yeah this is my type of closet it's lit it is lit look and then here we have the panel and just some access so you can get to the hoses but again just very well designed and then here [Music] wow wow gosh matt did we leave anything out no no well andrea that's it that's the review now before everybody leaves this is one of the best motorhomes i've ever been in honestly but as great as it is it's now time we give everybody three things we love about this motorhome and andrea three things we don't like about it what do we do first three things we dislike about it which is gonna be really hard well i'm gonna go first i can take control because i can do that i think okay very first dislike for me i personally do not like all the shades being electric i know that's a higher end feature and finish and everybody likes that i personally don't like that i don't have a problem pulling it down and i feel like the electric motors it's just going to give you some issues that i don't want to have to deal with you know like even in the beginning we couldn't find we couldn't find the ups or downs you know right right that's number one number two it's just i wish the table did come out okay great point a bummer for me it's okay perfect no i'm glad i'm glad that's the number two i just can't imagine it not though yep but yes definitely okay so that's like that's number two and then number three andrea it's hard they did such a fantastic they really did they really really did and i just i don't know the only thing i can say is and it's it's a mess it's a nitpicky it's kind of nitpicky okay so two although i like those shades back there the window shade i with me as soon as that light comes in it doesn't matter it's gonna wake me up oh so okay perfect i kind of wish they had it maybe something darker or just a normal headboard or something because because that sun's going to come in and it doesn't matter where we're at as soon as the sun comes out whenever we're camping i'm automatically up or a thing to cover it yes because i do like that i do like it but a thing to cover it so it wouldn't wake up on drugs i kind of think that a headboard would have been better there yeah no that that's a great number three i like that phew that was hard so that's three things we don't like about it andrea now it's time for three things we love about this motorhome oh gosh and actually i almost think this is harder because we have to label it to just three but i will go first okay i love this entire bathroom oh my goodness i love the emergency exit here this shower oh i did it again this shower is absolutely fantastic the finishings in here the tile the contacts the teexi the flooring the trains the shower head everything the soap everything i love that very nice in here i like the gold copper tone look very nice i love this styling mirror can i can i say i just like the fact that they have done a modern look with the mirror but at the same time with the interior is more like a an older style i don't know what that means yes people know what i mean by the distress look but it just looks great i love this that is number one number two andrea i don't know where to go i don't know okay okay so the detail in here is just fabulous i mean look at the the slide design yeah beautiful beautiful with the lights and even though like i'm really picky about balances this looks really cool yeah i mean it's not no i love it it looks really cool and i like that they did a great job with their interior with their detail fabulous yeah i'm going to combo that into number three with with like this your ac unit but you can't see it right just the look the feel the function small motor home when the slide outs were in you could still get into yes porcelain tile floor and then how the slide out mechanisms go in and drop down so yeah so cool you know the 450 cummins the one thing i will say is the one i can add another dislike because we can do that um it's the price point you know ignorant people like me in the beginning i said it folks i will i will fall on the dagger i said it when this unit came out that i did not like this unit well you gave it a fourth dislike i'm gonna give it a fourth like okay okay but let me finish i said that i did not like this unit and it was my ignorance and i'm not saying it in a bad way i'm saying it as i wasn't educated on the product yet my ignorance on this was oh a 35 foot diesel pusher for 400 for 500 000 that's stupid but let me tell you if i i apologize to the world i am free i have said it if you want luxury but you want to stay up 35 feet long and you have the means to spend this type of money again you're looking at the london airs or the dutch stars or whatever this is a fantastic alternative and it just knocked it out of the park i am for real speechless so let me give you the fourth light tell us this these chairs yeah i forgot how big they were yeah um just look at how big they are i mean i don't think i've sat in a seat that's this big yeah i mean if you guys can see like look at this yeah it's so comfortable yeah and the fact that yeah and the
