This Is The SMALLEST Class A Motorhome in the RV Industry!

hey everyone i'm matt welcome back to another video today i am super excited we're taking a look at the perfect starter class a motorhome for anybody and this is the smallest classy motorhome in the rv industry this is a 2021 thor access model 24.3 we are gonna take a look at the outside features first and the inside features then we're gonna give you three things you love about this motorhome and three things we dislike about it we're starting in three two one hey everyone again welcome back to another video my name is matt from mats rv reviews it's world zone channel giving you that true and biased review about everything when it comes to rvs so if you like reviews like this consider subscribing again today i am super excited to be showing everybody this teeny tiny motorhome but before i begin i would like to say hi to andrea hey andrea hi everyone how's it going it's going good i'm so excited wait matt did you say this is the smallest it is actually tied for the smallest one at 25 feet six inches this is so tiny i would drive it yeah yeah guys wait till you see it it is so neat and you know what this is a brand new floor plan yeah from the work yes hold on stick around hold on buckle your seat belts everyone andrea let's begin model is thor access 24.3 it's the sister product to the thor vegas 24.3 the actual tip to tip length is 25 feet 6 inches okay this is this is what's called a crossover s a crossover rv because it's designed like a class a difference from a class a that's built on an f53 chassis this is built on an e350 chassis so it's smaller tires so technically really what this is this is a class c motorhome designed to drive like a class say it's it's freaking awesome i love the headlight design and everything look at that curvature of the window real aerodynamic and everything now even though this is on the e series chassis it still has the new 7.3 liter v8 it is the godzilla 350 horsepower and 468 foot-pounds of torque and then look at these tires andrea they're the dyna pros hand cooks i love those lt225-75 again r16 smaller wheels built like a class c we do have these nice chrome style mirrors with cameras integrated in the left side right side and reverse i mean just look at it it's just so it's not intimidating at all it's like driving like a little cool space yeah you know what i'm saying right here we do have a little bit of storage right there very nice okay frameless windows throughout this whole motorhome andrea and we do have a cute nice power awning with led lights let's take a look at that when it's all the way out also first i'm sorry look at this see how there's no step to get in this is a lower platform motorhome easier to walk in and out [Music] now that is a really good-sized awning for how little this is it is andrea but guess what this is what i'm noticing and and you know i made videos about this with the shortages unless there's something weird about this floor plan all the accesses in vegas had the uh armless awnings with wind sensors really yes oh they did didn't they yes they did but with that said i have no problem with this awning it does pinch to left or to the right very nice there's nothing wrong with that awning but note that somebody might have ordered a unit like this with the armless awning and now it's coming with this awning you know there's changes going on in the rv industry right now it's crazy i tell you it's crazy i tell you 12 year structural warranty 6 year lamination warranty very nice and then right here we do have a little bit of storage because you can never have enough and then here we have power on the outside and propane cooktop very not that's not a cooktop that's a propane quick connect for a propane cooktop and then here we got a little bit more storage nice coming around round the back we do not have a bumper first thank you slinky it's okay 8 000 pound hitch now that does not mean let's hook up 8 000 pounds folks you're good with 5 000 pounds any more weight than that you need to check to make sure how much weight you put in here uh before you tow any more than that fuel fill up in the rear i like that so it's easy to access um tail light design backup camera integrated in that rare tail light in andrea we do have a one-piece tpo roof let's go on up there and take a look oh wow hold on here we go now up here on the roof you can see it's a nice one-piece tpo roof we do have one 13-5 air conditioning up here can be upgraded to the 15k max air fan right there weingar digital antenna and just a nice small little roof for a small little motorhome hold on matt oh my goodness here we go now okay last step great and if you haven't already make sure you smash that thumbs up on what other rv salesman go take his fat ass up on the roof show you what features the roof has offered nobody not a 100 degree heat neither finishing up with the driver's side a lot going on here 30 amp power cord connection tv connection right there right here's where you're dumping your black and grey tank okay black tank flush your city water connection when you're at a campground you do have an outdoor shower here here's your potable water fill potable instant hot tankless water heater generator onan 4000 i like the uh yes nice airflow look at this good storage right here with a light on the inside that's nice it is and then you got some more storage here yes ma'am propane is going to be right here and then andrea bing that's all the propane tank sizes specs widths everything we also have that down in the description below oh yes yes yes yes okay well i can't wait to see it well andrea the outside of the motorhome looks great but it's the inside that looks even better let's go take a look oh my goodness everybody hold on in the cargo carrying capacity is all right guys 1 37 pounds i'm not gonna show them that yet because i'm gonna walk this way and do my little turn around in the cab how much was that that i didn't get it 1337 okay that's pretty good now look at this you guys isn't this interesting pretty neat okay so slide is in and i am walking down and look at this look at it isn't this so cool and i'm gonna do the turn and now matt's opening the slide up and andrea while the side out's coming out we want to take a second to thank our sponsor my waggle if you look right there my just i'm sorry i'm just like looking everywhere and i'm just distracted give me the camera real quick look at this look at this isn't that amazing this is so cool it's the weirdest most different motorhome i've ever seen it's so cool look at this it's like the perfect two-person starter camper yeah yeah or if you're just you and your husband or you know whoever friends you know just traveling around yeah you know because this is so cute yes but we are going to start up here in the cockpit area again e-series chassis so what does that mean for you okay there's a lot of people in this world andre who are taller than me and if you're six foot two or tall i get people that all ask all the time matt do i want a class c or do i want a class a and they tell me they want a class c and i'm all like well how tall are you and they tell me six two six three and i'm like brother sister you're not fitting in that class c chassis you gotta be a smaller person like me whereas this motorhome is going to give you that classy size that class c style with a class a driving experience okay absolutely very comfortable plenty of leg room you got your cup holders here and everything your radio player and everything uh nice big tv not tv digital screen you can see your left side right side and reverse side apple carplay and everything and andrea oh my goodness look yes i love this it even has a little work station here yes ma'am comfortable i can see myself sitting in here just cruising the road hitting america we got a cup holder here yep privacy curtain on both sides what route are we on right now route 66 no we were there yesterday uh i don't know number five yeah i-95 yeah and uh here we have a motorized shade yes ma'am privacy yes ma'am and then the side ones are the curtains okay everybody both seats do swivel yep you convert a living area and you do have a pedestal table that goes there yes ma'am also we do have a bunk over the cab it does come with safety pins there and there which are pulled out right now and it does hold 500 pounds yep and then to put it down you got the bunk lift up there we go and it does come with a ladder too yep awesome it's very easy and nice simple to operate push of a button and everything and then andrea guess what betting around it too which is cool very nice holds 500 pounds and then andre guess what what not all lights are on i know i just noticed that here we go man that made it super bright in here very nice bunk over the cab fan yup and then check out it's just so cool i just i can't help it yes check out the sofa here there is two holes right there do you know what those are for yes for a pedestal table yep right over there where the heat's coming in through the side there is usb power outlet yes this sofa is very nice uh it's not the most comfortable sofa okay but there's a reason for that we have some art deco right here no okay and then you guys are probably wondering why is this not the most comfortable sofa well first it is in a good spot because the tv is right there okay so nice spot for the sofa but the reason why it's not super comfortable is because now this is a murphy bed yes ma'am it is oh my goodness look at that and you know what andre that is so cool this was something that i was worried about and i got proven wrong just now i thought this bed wasn't out and you couldn't walk by you have plenty of room to walk by very nice that is so cool how is it is it comfortable yeah look at this evening it's up there oh yeah a window and everything the nice white light cabinetry we do have daytime or privacy blinds no tape daytime lines i'm not mad at that emergency exit window the nice light up there very very really cool yes wow and then just like that flip it and clip it now that is talk about simple and no hassle yep and you know a lot of times manufacturers are making that electric which is nice right but that's just something else that can go wrong exactly but literally that took you a few seconds to put that back up sweet uh and then over here is the dinette area this is cute right here look at that look at the store look at the storage wow loving the light storage i'm loving the light there yeah the led light yeah very nice really cute dinette two-seater dinette very small okay uh cup holders here two-seater dinette but again andre said this earlier this is a couple's unit you know if it's only two of you you don't need a four-seater dinette right up all that space and if you have guests or people over you can use the pedestal table here exactly or if you have guests coming with you at all times maybe this isn't the right floor plan for you but still i mean very nice you got your windows right here and everything sound system it is really cute it is goodness okay so i'm gonna start here where do you begin this is just so cool all right so look at this refrigerator yes we got a two-way refrigerator runs off your propane and your shore power yes what a big refrigerator in a small motorhome actually it is i mean it could have been a small one i'm glad they gave you this one yes okay i'm gonna come across here yes we have the kitchen we got more cabinetry with adjustable shelves i like that you have another window in here yes it's very bright in here lots of light we got a round sink with an extension okay lots of counter space the most counter space yeah for this being so small look at this that's amazing that's a great space for attraction please thank you man we got three drawers okay i love these led lights yes everywhere we got another cabinet up here with adjustable shelves yes i am and then looks like we've got a two burner dometic cooktop okay okay with this glass cover oh man and then we got a convection microwave okay okay very cute and a drawer there yes very very cute okay over here this would be the wardrobe i think yeah this is the wardrobe bedroom area okay but what's great about this is if you don't need a lot of wardrobe space at your if you love cooking it's more pantry space it's whatever space you want it's right right and then we got more i mean look at all this wow it is wow that's huge so there's your tables all over all of them how awesome does that have all this wardrobe it's pretty neat this would be all mine yes you could have a few drawers that's my drawer right there nice big drawers here yes and then check that out matt going into the bathroom you have a nice pocket door okay pocket door right here very nice yep okay a fan up there we got a ladder right here let's put that bump over the cab okay and then look at this so all the cabinetry contains wow this is cute yes yes okay big nice little nice nice sink right there okay let's check out this toilet oh you gonna try the shower first nope okay i was a little worried about it but andrea never fear the prime pooping position is here very nice porcelain toilet and everything i was a little worried about this and good thing because i was wrong but i i am seeing something that i'm a little worried about across the way which is a shower okay so we don't like these because they blow everywhere and then the water gets on the floor would have much rather have that knuckle style door yeah definitely um a good size shower i'm gonna touch on the shower in a minute it is a good sized shower it's acceptable and it's nice but but i'm gonna tell you something a second um and you got your sink right there did i already show all that i did okay okay well andrea that's it that's the review now before everybody leaves it's now time we give you three things we love about this motorhome and three things we just don't like about andrea what do we do first three things we don't like about it yes okay here's what i'm gonna say with a complete rear bathroom this could have been eliminated and you could have made like you could put this somewhere else and you could have made the shower deeper you could have there's enough space to easily make this this is a 24 by 36 there's clearly enough space to make this a 30 by 36 what would have made this bathroom absolutely amazing i agree that is number one number two wow dislike that's gonna be hard i can give you another dislike i mean i really don't know i i have number two and three okay okay so for the access lineup and the vegas lineup this is what they do they they to save space they use the small microwave slash convection oven in this motorhome and this floor plan you don't need to save space because you got plenty of you got plenty of space here yes so i would have much rather had a regular oven with a microwave well with a microwave up top you know what i'm saying it's for all the accesses in vegas yes this is better because it saves space but with this floor plan you have such a big kitchen you have a lot and you have a lot of cabinetry up here too for storage so i wish they would have done that so that's two and then i have a number three okay this sofa isn't the world's most comfortable sofa and this bed when it's down is not the world's most comfortable bed okay uh that's the facts that's the reality i'm not knocking it and but you can't have a comfortable bed in a comfortable sofa in a floor plan that's 25 feet six inches you know what i'm saying yes uh so it works it's not the most comfortable but an easy fix no there's nothing to fix yes there is you can change out your mattress no no that's not what i mean i mean it's it's the murphy bed all together the easy fix is get a 35-foot motorhome you know what i'm saying but if you want it small if you want it compact then this is a great solution well andrea that's three things we don't like about it now it's time for three things we love love love about this motorhome wow andre do you want to go first sure talk to me okay i love this floor plan yes it's so cute yes i i love it i love i love how small it is i love that i can you can get into state national parks yes look i mean it's awesome it's a great floor plan you got your kitchen here you got a nice bathroom in the back yes and you have a separate area for sleeping yes i think it's awesome yes and again i'm glad you said that because even though i kind of made this my dislike it is nice to have the flexibility yes of it being you know like it's one of those things where would i personally full time in this no absolutely not me personally i don't have the patience to drop that up and down night after night but if this is your first time camping and you want something small this is amazing absolutely so that is number one number two andrea talk to me the storage the storage is phenomenal i love the little nooks that they give you on the outside look at all the cabinetry here this is a ton of storage with the cargo carrying capacity being 14 1300 pounds um that's a good amount of cargo carrying capacity but watch out because with this much storage you might overload it you know what i'm saying normally you're not the average person is going to put 800 pounds of stuff in but with this much cabinetry you should be careful because it is pretty pretty nice so that's two and then andre do you have a number three or me you can go okay i would say the counter space but that might not be a big convoy with number two the counter space with the cabinetry is awesome but number three is going to be this cockpit area okay again this is a class c motorhome with a class a driving experience also there's something out front as well it's small it's narrow it's nimble it's quick it's not as big as a class a it's not as tall as a class a it's not as wide as a class a this is truly the suv of motorhomes this is truly a class c motorhome that's going to give you the driving experience of a class a perfect for people who are five ten five eleven five twelve about five twelve six feet six that might feel cramped in a class c motorhome this is the motor home that answers those questions
