There's a Twitter hashtag we need to talk about

[Music] hey guys what's up and welcome back to my channel if I seem more disappointed than usual it is because I was full-on dead-ass entirely ready to make a light-hearted video and now I'm laughing because I'm like you stupid [ __ ] why would you think that would happen and then fate occurred and I found something that has me in a deep rage and we're gonna have to talk about it Twitter I know that at this point I've talked about Twitter many many times and trust me I don't enjoy it because every time it's terrible news because Twitter is toxic but above all I think Twitter is severely unmonitored or under monitored so essentially what happened is that there is a hashtag that I was made aware of and I'm telling you now if you want to report the people I'm gonna show you do that I'm just warning you that when you go look in this hashtag there are certain explicit videos nothing that I saw was child pornography thank [ __ ] there's this hashtag situation the hashtag is hashtag s2r which means send to receive and the other hashtag that concerns me almost more is hashtag mega links so when I first came across this I wasn't exactly sure as to what mega links was referring to but any time I see something with links on Twitter I probably am just too cynical to be saved at this point but I assume there's some [ __ ] going on so mega is a service where you can upload plenty of files they have a large storage as you can see here it says 50 gigs of storage and that's just for free accounts on top of that it says in terms of data encryption since mega does not know the encryption keys to upload files they cannot decrypt and view the content therefore they cannot be responsible for the contents of uploaded files Dom's stated that encrypting files allows them to work with a larger number of data hosting companies around the world decreasing the likely of a megaupload style seizure of servers by one government so while this could be great if you have private information that you don't want to be leaked or seen by anyone else obviously for a pedophile or someone selling trading whatever child pornography this is ideal when I looked into this I saw tweets like this hashtag is - our hashtag mega links young black and latina only no link no response the young thing worried me a little bit but I didn't know how young so I was like okay like maybe he means like a 20 year old you know what the consensual [ __ ] I find another one that again has the hashtags and it says does anyone know any discord servers with around 14 year olds and s 2 are links females only and someone even commented if so let me know so unless this person is a 14 year old and aside from that I just think I need to put out the reminder if you are underage and you're selling photos of yourself that is child pornography don't do that do not okay so then there are some people thank God to this person for bringing attention to this where they even blatantly make accounts with the handle CP trading boys oh one like I'm sorry people get banned from Twitter for making spicy comments for like 24 hours but this handle we're good that's fine just want to know what the rules are here okay you guys don't have any consistent ones okay so the more I looked the more I was concerned because you know if two consenting adults want to trade nudes I don't give a [ __ ] that's none of my business as long as I don't have to see anything do your [ __ ] thing but here we are obviously not in that territory now some people might be using the hashtag and are completely you know adults making adult decisions then there are accounts like this called hot teen girls trading and then again the hashtags again I wanted to think that this wasn't gonna be bad because I was like maybe they mean like 19 or 18 anything that's above 18 so only 19 but then there our tweets like this where this person said 16-plus only again like I said child pornography I don't know how I have to explain that further and on top of that I found that most of the people that I came across we're looking for very young people a.k.a children like this person who is not only looking for hashtag young but also for rape they might be sharing child pornography and they might be sharing you know footage of rape I don't know if it's exclusively child pornography or if even just adult rape I so then there's another tweet that I saw and it says trading center receive and then it says hashtag teen hashtag boys and the thing that also concerned me is that it says hashtag kik trade now I don't know if you guys are aware of this I don't know if people even still really use kick butt kick is one of those messaging apps that really got into a lot of trouble because that's where a lot of pedophiles would find victims to groom meet up with even like their it was a pedophile infestation on kik so the fact that kik is being brought up does not make me feel any better about the situation on top of that there are people who really just don't give a [ __ ] and are completely out there just admitting everything which is great because we can report them and hopefully get them deleted but it's insane this person says message so-and-so to buy videos young gay videos young girl videos so here they're straight up selling child pornography and here there's another person called a legit video cell 9 which again the alarms and they have a tweet saying selling videos all young boys girls DM for price what is it going to take for Twitter to have a minimum a modicum of moderation you have to look into these things how is it that me a random [ __ ] on the Internet can find all of this [ __ ] can report these people can hopefully get my audience to report these people and you guys are just what are you too busy banning people for making spicy tweets are you too busy banning people because they don't follow your narratives what are you doing like what is taking so much time what is even more infuriating is while I was doing research on this there's this video that was posted in February where the problem was already prominent enough to be discussed and on such a big platform and still we are here it is [ __ ] June like what is going on what is taking so long these communities I would understand if these were new or if this didn't happen all the time and I don't expect Twitter to automatically know like as soon as something happens they just like open their eyes and they're like there's a problem but I just don't understand how it can be so pervasive and for it to just go unchecked I don't understand and like I said I really don't suggest looking at this hashtag because thankfully I didn't see anything but I don't want you seeing things you don't want to see what we can really do is report them I would also send cyber tips to the FBI which is what I'm about to do as soon as I'm done recording this video so I would also suggest to doing that though I did mention reporting to Twitter would be something potentially to do I also realized that that doesn't really solve the issue because as we well know people have backup accounts people can create a new account so it doesn't really stop the circulation or the selling of child pornography so above all cyber tip above all cyber tip because that is more efficient than anything Twitter can do please all the emphasis is on cyber tipping these people let me know what you guys think of all this I mean what is there to think other than you know this is disgusting depraved deranged disappointing anyway thank
