The Most Powerful Snub Nose Revolver In The World?

4570 snub nose what's up everybody my name is scott and you're watching kentucky ballistics and i know your first question is probably going to be hey scott how'd you cut your face oh it's you again i really gotta find a different trail are we are we cool or apparently not is that a benchmade of course you carry a bench made but i don't really want to talk about that what i do want to talk about is this this is the most ridiculous snub nose revolver i have ever seen in my life this is a magnum research custom bfr 4570 with a three inch barrel 4570 is normally shot out of a rifle like with an 18 inch barrel and you put it on your shoulder yeah well today we're gonna shoot it out of a snub nose revolver we have had some experience with the 10 inch barrel version of this but not a three inch barrel magnum research has a custom shop for their desert eagles but they now have one for their bfrs they made this custom and sent it over to us to make some videos with and i'm super excited about to this revolver we're going to go shoot it now i have not shot it yet i always wait until you're with me for the first shots on a new gun especially ones such as this i want you to experience that with me i've got plenty of targets with us let's go get them set up and get started so here's the ammunition we're going to be using this is some winchester 4570 300 grain soft points absolutely ridiculous i've got us a paper target set up let's take our first shots and see where we're hitting with this thing all right let's see how bad it is i'm gonna actually try to hit the target so i'm hitting really low with that thing the recoil is not as bad as i thought it would be i mean it's stout but it's not ridiculous this is pretty cool i'm excited to blast some stuff with this thing so i was aiming right here the entire time and we have all five shots right here in the same spot at the bottom luckily this gun has adjustable sights so we'll just move those up and see if we can move our group up to the center of this target okay i got our sights adjusted let's see where we're hitting now i didn't move it up very much i'll be right back okay now we're too high okay i think we may have got it so i was aiming here our first shot was here then we shot up here and i adjusted them a little more and it's brought it down a little bit so i'm pretty satisfied with hitting here if we're aiming about here i know that i just need to aim a little low when i'm this close well now that we know where our point of aim is let's have some fun those sodas didn't stand a chance how about a watermelon and uh an eggplant no one ever eats eggplants cantaloupe that was not very eventful what we hit a dead center just not very eventful ow that hurt well after that i'm gonna go ahead and shoot the watermelon i just gotta remember to aim low man over here this table is shot no pun intended it's just not it's not doing too well bowling pin cinder block oh he's in there okay so now we have a cinder block that's about three inches thick and a bowling pin let's see how they hold up against some underwood ammo extreme penetrators that was a pretty big flash all right we hit the bowling pin now let's hit the cinder block oh my goodness busted up our cinder block did we make it through the bowling can nope wow you can see the bullet it didn't make it very far at all into that thing look at that that's the butt of the bullet just stuck in the bowling pin that had such a big muzzle flash goodness y'all really liked the fire extinguisher last time so i picked up another one and we got some more shaving cream we're loaded up again with some extreme penetrators [Laughter] what just happened all right that shaving cream blew everything off the table oh man i'm kind of scared to shoot the fire extinguisher [Laughter] oh my goodness wow dead center blew right through the back that was awesome i always see these little spinny targets when i go to the store it's made for a 22 long rifle but uh i wonder if it'll hold up against our 4570 hand cannon we're loaded back up with the winchester soft points we just nicked the bottom let's try one more time oh my goodness where where did it go all right well so our first shot was on the very bottom there and then our second shot we almost hit dead center and it bent the fire out of that thing and knocked it out of the dirt one more for good measure [Laughter] okay let's clear off this table and then maybe uh shoot some steel loaded up with extreme penetrators i should have used hollow points oh gosh yeah yep that's into that table let's scoot back to about 25 yards and see if we can hit this steel [Music] nice how about 50. okay let's see if we can hit it at 50 yards i put three rounds in here so let's try again two for two let's go for three three out of three shots not too bad for 50 yards with a snub nose 45-70 all right well that's it for today's video i hope you enjoyed it i had a lot of fun shooting
