purchase link in the description down below so today we have a taurus judge these are pretty popular handguns there's just a certain cool factor about having a handgun that shoots 410 shotgun shells this one has a cylinder that accepts three inch 410 shotgun shells and of course it shoots 45 long colt as well i have a several different types of ammunition in several different targets i'm really excited about this thing let's get started so we have four paper targets set up and we're about 10 yards back i want to see how this thing patterns and what kind of groupings we can get so we're going to start out with some three inch number four shot we're going to take two shots at the top left target then we're going to take two shots at the top right target with some three inch triple lock buck okay oh that spread went all the way over to our right target now let's try out the triple hot butt all right let's check it out so i was aiming dead center and our spread with the number four shot is everywhere it even went over to our right target again i was aiming dead center on this target and our triple lot buck i mean it went everywhere and we are only 10 yards back okay let's scoot up to about five yards and see what kind of patterns we get number four shot on the top left target okay so that's a lot better let's try the triple lock buck on the top right target that triple hot buck is still just going everywhere we have one pellet that hit dead center so here's a close-up of the number four shot at five yards not too bad and then here is the triple lot buck at five yards we had one pellet hit dead center and the others were spread out pretty far okay now let's scoot back to 10 yards again and try out some 410 slugs and some 45 long colt okay now let's see what kind of pattern we can get with some 410 3-inch slugs and these are one-fourth of an ounce the recoil on that triple lock buck really wasn't that bad i'm curious to see what kind of recoil we have with these slugs okay bottom left target now let's see what kind of grouping we can get with some 45 long colt these are hornady critical defense 185 grain the recoil on those slugs was not bad at all okay bottom right target we didn't get a great grouping with the three inch slugs but the 45 long colt seemed to group pretty good okay so now we have four one gallon water jugs we're gonna hit each one with a different type of ammunition left jug three inch number four shot we didn't do a whole lot and some of those pellets hit our next jug okay now the jug next to that we're going to hit it with a three inch triple lock buck looks like we had a hit so that's good now we're gonna hit the next one with a three inch 410 slug nice that was a lot more effective than the triple lock buck now let's hit that last jug with a 185 grain 45 long colt not as impressive as i thought it would be the 410 slug definitely hit a lot harder who lives in a pineapple i know that's the okay now let's do the same thing but with some pineapples we're gonna hit that left pineapple with some three inch triple hot butt i don't think a single one hit that pineapple let's scoot up a little closer i think i'm like two yards away there we go it hit that time okay now let's hit the middle pineapple with a three inch 410 slug those slugs don't seem to be very accurate i'm aiming dead center let's hit the last pineapple with 45 long colt nice the slugs seem to have more power but they don't seem to be very accurate we need to finish off this pineapple and we totally put a hole in our table now we got some cans of shaving cream let's hit the first one with a three inch number four shot that wasn't very effective let's hit the next one with some triple light buck not a single pellet hit that can let's hit the next one with a three inch slug nice and the last one with a 45 long hole i'm not very impressed with this triple light buck i don't want to get that close so now we have some cabbages and i think we should shoot them point blank triple hot buck three inch slug oh i got shaving cream on my gun oh 45 long coal look at that oh okay before it gets too dark i want to shoot some steel i'm five yards away and we're loading up with the four inch number four shot and how about some one-handed shooting nice now let's hit it with the three inch triple lock buck maybe these things don't seem to uh pattern very well [Music] nice i'm surprised that any of those hit that target all right now let's scoot back a little bit okay we're about 25 yards back from our target and we're gonna try out the three inch 410 slugs these have not been very accurate so i'm kind of curious to see if we even hit the steel because they seem to be going all over the place i'm going to aim dead center at the defense target logo each time let's see if we can hit this thing we finally had a hit all right now let's do the same thing with the 45 long colt the hornady critical defense 185 grain and uh see if we do any better these were definitely a lot more accurate than the slugs when we shot the paper so i imagine they'll do a lot better back here at 25 yards [Music] [Music] all right well the 45 long colt is definitely a lot more accurate out of this uh judge than the 410 slugs we weren't really hitting that still at all with those slugs back here at 25 yards but we had five hits out of five shots with the 45 long colt [Music] [Music] so that's a pretty big fireball so after shooting this farm today i can say that the judge is pretty cool the recoil is not that bad seems to be pretty reliable
