Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
So piers is 1.85m and around 100kg, that makes him a bit on the fatty side. She's 1.64 and 172kg and she throws the argument that if he's worried he shouldn't be on TV....what? What kind of logic is that? The man is a bit overweight and tall, she's almost as wide as tall...also "I don't look my age"....cool.
I'll accept that morbidly obese people exist, but much like the millions of arguments that I see on Reddit calling for smokers to not be allowed to use government funded health programs, medicare, etc...these land whales shouldn't be allowed to use that shit either. Their selfish behavior is a pure strain on the economy as much as on their own ankles.
That level of obesity is simply an addiction to a legal substance the same exact way that alcoholism and smoking are addictions to a legal substance.
The only way out is to start shaming the shit out of these people the same way we shame the shit out of smokers. That's what the Japanese do.
The problem is she's on TV to celebrate her weight. There are plenty of morbidly obese people on TV, but they're not there to push this dangerous idea that it's a safe lifestyle.
This is a very large factor in why our health insurance rates are so high. We are all paying for these individuals to engage in their addiction. At the very least, the obese should be paying significantly higher rates in order to ease the burden on the rest of us.
My employer sponsored an event in which individuals who were able to lose a certain amount of weight would receive cash bonuses. I was ineligible because if I were to lose that amount of weight it would have caused significant health issues and I would have looked skeletal. I would have had to cut off my leg or some such. Based on the last company event, my guess would be that at least 60% of our staff would be rated as morbidly obese. They served a fairly nice lunch buffet. The desert table was massacred. I watched one obese woman eat four pieces of cake while laughing with her friends.
What's she modelling, insulin? Butter?
If the USA ends up getting government funded healthcare these people should be excluded unless they accept that theyβre unhealthy and try to do something about it

An argument in favor of gluttony, I like how she can only resort to 'no ur fat', like she's also admitting being fat is a bad thing on some level.
