Our First DIRECT LIQUIDATION PALLET UNBOXING - What's Inside?

we're about to pop open this pallet and see what's inside get the knife there it is right there oh oh the first item is already a money-making machine oh oh man there's so much gold it here I kitties I still get that way but it gets better it gets better it gets better alright what's up what's up everyone good morning here we are another beautiful day in paradise so today we were supposed to be getting a pallet of merchandise from direct liquidations and the scheduled delivery was in between 12:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon so we were just over at Sammy's friends Dom's getting her hair done not thinking about it we were like oh we got about three hours until they come at least and I see on my ring camera that they're at the front door I got delivery all right away Bob you take your time I'm sorry I can barely hear you I'll wait for you and I am about to rush back and make sure this pal gets delivered because this is about to be huge we've ordered a giant pallet of basically unknown tools so everything in the pallet is supposed to be tools but we're not really sure it's all going to be a surprise and we're gonna do with the unboxing video for you guys so stay tuned this is going to be awesome do you this is kind of how life works you make a plan the plan falls through and you end up just having to move with the motions of life anyway motion of the ocean so just don't get uh merchandise so we just got this giant palette of Dreams from direct liquidation basically we're going to do a huge unboxing video in a little bit and show you guys everything that's in this pallet it's basically a mixed mixed a lot I tried to do one that I didn't really know what was in it it says Lowe's Target I wanted it to be a surprise so not really sure what's in here where does it say Tucker upper palate yeah mixed lot hopefully mixed category there's a bunch of tools in here I think and other merchandise so we're on it I'm psychic kid on Christmas trying to open this thing but Sammy's got to be here so we're gonna wait you're gonna see this palette for the first time thank you let's say done today don't sound too yes we have for the first time this valley death it's huge right why why we do this it's gold let's get into this we are here Sanjay got back from her hairdresser and we did not miss the delivery but we almost did we're about to pop open this pout and see what's inside so I've worn this basically we won this on direct liquidations calm on one of their auctions for 575 dollars which I believe is really lucky I don't know if you're gonna be able to get one for that cheap but I do suggest trying because I know parsley what's in here and I know that this is going to be a big moneymaker for us I would say definitely wear your options when you're buying pallets because the first one we did yes we made our money back off of it was from a different company than this we made our money for sure and we had fun doing it but the kinds of items that were in that one were lesser quality and harder to sell then what's going to be in here I hope this is kind of a mystery but it's from different retailers then the first one so a lot of stuff from Lowe's is in here which is a good sign for what we do in our business a lot of people find it I find it easier to sell tools and general construction merchandise then it would be to sell you know consumer products like clothing or shoes just because that's what we deal with every day also think about it if you can't sell some of the items would you be able to use them personally would friends of yours be able to use them personally or would you be able to gift those items to family and friends if for some reason you couldn't sell them that plays a big part in my mind because say I have a pallet of tools I know you know both of my brothers my dad even potentially my sister all of their presents covered for the year don't have to spend money on Christmas that's a wet crazy way to think about it but at the same time you know you save money that way in the long run but let's do this we're about to open this thing there it is right there scissors on top of the thing next to the toolbox the first item is already of money-making machine oh man there's so much gold it here I can't even right now the first box on top is a mystery just keep that keep that there to keep that there I don't want to be let's try from the top down so we can be surprised later if you guys didn't realize already we like surprises idea at least I didn't really know exactly what was in here but I had a general idea and she had no idea cuz I didn't let her in on the privy to the information this is what is it get that top cut that open get that pop and drop it yeah that's three draggers four days right get that top popped off you go all the way around if you can all right then you are you're right I can pick it up here should I put this on the tripod oh yeah all right we're taking down the first package off the top what could possibly be in this box the way they take this stuff down you're like why did they pack this like this this is nice dude the ryobi battery powered my head sweet you just put this on and then alright the first dream we're bringing down for this 10 inch dream dreamer [Music] cordless blower and stringer string trimmer and blower kit that's really nice Ryobi may bring gold back here just start putting them over there because those are all the same no 13 inch cordless string trimmer and edger it's a weed whacker so that's one of four or five of these these are nice so there's that are different this one's 15-inch this one's 13-inch this one has the expand at 440 volt this one's 18 volt grandman a lot but I can scan it in and say sold listings on eBay looks like a hundred and ten dollars around so each of these alright there's our money back on the table if we sold them on eBay and then you got the rest but I'm gonna sell these locally and do like you know say that retail price and then just drop like 20-30 percent off the top these are like gonna be a basically going to be a Facebook marketplace dream that's a bit Walt lot that's nice dude that might be well know that works with even just the batteries for these are worth money you can start stacking in here this is a freaking good package some of these might like look like they might be returns though so like as we saw and we should test them do this I love this it's like a extended chain saw yeah when I do more tree work we don't need to do anyway this is a double set that's why yeah flower weed whacker $250 value they're claiming I don't know if that's true necessarily but this is big dog scores let me get this off the top all right so we got the compressor basically an air compressor which you can use for your tires or your car obviously people know that but now gone whatever whatever it needs air and these are I'm just gonna check it out I'm using eBay crazy because I know that you bait knocking knock the price off of retail so it's more realistic than saying like you just go to I don't even know how this barcode is on here actually here it is he said some when I'm good I'm doing sold sold listings not so 100 $100 120 he's refurbished and this one's open box so this was only this was open box it was on ebay so there's no guarantee that it works we're gonna have to test it and I will say that if I post it on there but I'm proud you sell it locally for like 80 90 say you do like you know 50 on each of these which is dirt dirt cheap you still make double what you paid but you don't have the F hole price that's that black & decker torque motor this is an whoa do you like these I like the edgers edge like hopefully that one works that one's real oh thing you can dig dig around in there what's that a fan you like that you want to replace the fan in the house sounds Bergin huh that might be a dog BL that's not sure it's out at the flea market because even if the glass is breaking you can just replace that hold on I said you are do you want to cut it more maybe just humidity and like we're just working out of our garage as you guys can watch that on the bottom yeah this is beyond any put it on here but we're working out of our garage as I just said but if you had like a warehouse the words plays it would be much easier to store the gold but you could do you could do three or four pallets out of this garage if you had it clear that just for resale that wetsuit name you think someone's like walking on this is how you get people that there's like you spend money on this but then you could like sweeten the deal like say someone gives you a whole bunch of good stuff you give them like a tool and then oh my gosh no - no this is the best that I've ever seen in my life oh it did you use all these veggies I saw this impact like the one I have yeah looking for that I wonder how much this kid is lifetime warranty so no wet we just got the full on everything I want to see the paper it's the whole kit though it's just the whole kit it's the dream no freakin way this just happened I'm just saying like this just happened wow this is great this is a skill saw alright this is super heavy we don't use stuff like this but someone does some well it's he's actually it's a drill press it's a heater oh what a craftsman heater kerosene heater wait for workshop I like a warehouse this is nice somebody will definitely want that stuff my dad uses keep this here leave it there yeah there's nothing under it little power washer for the dream oh my god this pound and you start your own business I might want to keep that one there there's too many people too many dreams going on right now this one is a 2000 psi electric pressure washer that one and then we have 1700 s underneath which one's better that one's more powerful but they're both really really nice because we don't have one anymore do you have a good one the one my mom stoves like your mom keep that one the one the other one not this one yeah not this one the heater that's a dream another we Drecker these are gonna sell quick we're gonna get these up online today like yeah cuz the season is about to be dunzo but there's a really good yeah there's one passengers use any like there's nothing in here that's a waste unless it doesn't work the fan that's it even I'm sure we're getting there to fill space though it's made like there's no long easy right - why I came when the checkout was good Walt see I'm loving the default stuff like they put a lot of that in here weed whackers four days where the weed whacker plug your dollars just on the table oh is that a handheld bag day yeah battery powered vacuum see if that works it's a beautiful thing oh it's an actual vacuum oh so maybe that's why that one might be just for you monitoring oh you gotta take the good with the bad you want it on isn't that the battery right there where wasn't that target yeah something good this some battery goes in here but what brand is it this is shark wait don't wait I have a shark this is nice regardless that's like that might actually work alright we got Ryobi cordless jet fan blower those are always nice you know I got a jet pack on your bed we got a troy bilt gas power weed whacker which is in my opinion the best thing the best weed whacker in here because I like gas power better but for some people they don't want to have the gas lying around older people that only need to trim their in grass bike kind of like us at this point but this is over $100 cuz I bought one before it's nice I'm gonna have to stand this right so yeah not a mystery box you want to do the mystery box you can open a shop got it your product I have no idea what sent from Home Depot I think that's another journey much so it's a hedge trimmer so uh I'm gonna go this last one do you walk dreama so yeah thank you great page for the pallet the shipping and plus a couple hundred so basically you double your money at least if you sell it for very cheap on this pass was every way but I did say before I think we might have got a really good deal on the auction I don't know it's all a gamble everything in life is a gamble but especially everything in the picker life is a gamble because but you buy something for our dollar and or find it in the trash and it sells it's the next day it's the same thing with I mean business living your own dream is always a gamble so at the end of the day if you're not taking risks and you're not going for it the whole idea of being an entrepreneur or trying to be an entrepreneur is about taking risks and everything in life is at risk but this is the company we bought it from direct liquidation and they have warehouses all over the country this one came from I want to say Kentucky but it showed up before it was supposed to be here the guy waited for us because we weren't even home yeah he was super nice and you know I talked directly with the company and worked it out everything so I was super happy with this one well time will tell let's see how we can sell this stuff look at this garage here now whoo but yeah for the drain keep pushing everyone I talked about living your dreams all the time but it's more about not talking about it as much as doing it I know I talk about a lot but I try so hard to go out there and make it happen and you know what they said like if you want it to happen go out there and put in the work and make it happen because like I'm not gonna be able to I'm not gonna make money flipping liquidation paths if I just talk about it instead of going out there and buying one I'm not gonna know if it's even possible to make money unless you buy one unless you buy two unless you buy three the first one you buy it might not always be the moneymaker one this is our second palette and I think we got a good chance of making thousand to be honest I would say thank you for watching our unboxing pallet video if you would different it's not even post I have five of these because I literally all a tiny bit different like some have extra pieces this will be really I feel like you're not easy to sell but it's easier than most merchandise this is really good salable stuff is it like cheap stuff like that you can get from my Dollar General you know glamour they get stuff that people can actually use and will spend money determining how much we're likely to make I created this shoddy list of all the items and the retail value is who I use this TV because I found in the trash in and doesn't work as just the backboard for this situation but I really was wondering myself what our estimated profit margin would be of a pallet like this and it turns out great pretty good and as you guys could see from the quick it's really hot out and I'm sweating because we had to shut this you look hot did its gnarly but either way I basically itemized every single thing there's four of these there's two of these there was two of these there was three these some of them have multiple but I went on to the website and obviously these are open box not brand-new so I first went onto the website and found the retail brand new values or along the lines of some of these are lower than the actual and then I found a eBay pricing of what this thing sold for open box and basically ones that are similar to ours and the ones that I couldn't find on eBay I actually found some sold listings like this one the craftsman heater on offer up locally someone sold one for 125 and it wasn't even in the box it was actually used already this one has been turned on but it hasn't been used and then I put all the numbers so yeah you can subtract it a little bit on this our price list or our profit I should have said and I added them all up I added them all up and we paid five seventy five in the auction for the pallet 200 for shipping we paid to seven hundred and seventy five dollars and after adding up all of the sold prices which this stuff's pretty easy to sell sold two items already today since we had the pallet in the last few hours and have interest in two other items all four items that I've sold I've had multiple messages if not already sold them and this is the value that I got if we sell everything on the list for the price that I have on it and this would be the profit margin two thousand dollars so if you do this correctly you can make yourself a decent profit and there is in this profit margin that I have set in my mind there is much room for error considering the amount of work after your initial investment the amount of work that goes into selling these items is not very hard you basically just have to take pictures and list them so to make a thousand dollars or fifteen hundred or two thousand dollars on a flip like this you know it's better than going to a job every day nine to five in my opinion so thumbs up that's how I figured it and we'll see what happens I already sold a couple items stoked thanks for watching again just wanted to break that all down for everyone so they have some kind of idea where we're at with this in our heads and we have a garage full of merchandise that we gotta sell so the next few days will probably be oh yes I didn't even add these aren't even on the list and it turns out that the vacuum works and I'm sure we can get at least ten
